Drawing on over 20 years of experience developing and implementing training and human resources solutions, she spearheads Cortland’s Talent Acquisition, Development, Engagement, and Total Rewards departments in executing innovative solutions to accelerate leadership and talent readiness across the company and increase associate satisfaction, growth, and retention. Alison also heads up our Diversity and Inclusion program to actively promote a professional environment where associates are valued, diversity is celebrated, and the status quo is challenged.
