Michael oversees a range of investment functions at Cortland, including monitoring asset management, driving acquisitions, and executing value-add renovation projects throughout his portfolio, which covers Cortland’s US portfolio outside of Florida and Texas, as well as serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for the Cortland Enhanced Value (CEVF) Series of Funds. Drawing on his extensive experience at Cortland, Michael and his team work to drive value-add strategies, maximize fund returns, and continually assess and optimize Cortland’s portfolio mix.
