This condominium is an amazing place to live. The facilities are well-maintained, the community is peaceful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. From day one, our experience has been outstanding, and a big part of that is thanks to Leidis. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always being kind and ready to help. I moved here after the Hurricane and it has been a blessing. Great apartment at a good price, great maintenance guys, great amenities like the work-out facility. Jenn helped me very quickly get situated and the management team has been very responsive so I would recommend this place.

I live in the older side (hate to call it that but there is a newer side) and I love it. I have upgraded features like stainless sink, black appliances, back granite tops and the best part no carpet in my living room and office! I have had issues here and there nothing crazy just things people can expect with apartment living but the staff is Johnny on the spot and handles all concerns i have had fast. My access card stopped working and i couldn't get my package, i called the office they not only reset my card but asked if i wanted them to grab my package and bring it to me. I had a pest control issue with ants and the same day i put the request dylan was out to service my home and showed me some tips and tricks to help. I had a new neighbor park in my spot by accident and i sent a picture of the tag to the office email. Within minutes the neighbor was out moving their car. The events are great and they are always hosting something for us. I love bringing my friends over to the parties and to relax alongside

I've had a great experience living in Cortland Bayport for the past year and just renewed my lease. The neighborhood is beautiful and well taken care of. Iliev has been absolutely amazing! He has gone above and beyond to take care of anything I needed help with in my unit while providing quick and friendly service.

The staff is attentive and responsive to residents who have questions and require assistance. Update: Sandra, Leidy, and Jennifer have been warm and welcoming to communicate with. Any assistance I've requested from the office has been met with kindness and professionalism. Pauline, Lady, & Crystal did a fantastic job getting us into our new 2 bedroom! There was a glitch due to an error that happened on our end when applying, but they were able to quickly assist and the entire team at the leasing office is really strong. The community is extremely clean, quiet & the interior of the apartment in the North Community is nicer than the photos on the website. Thanks again for all of your help really look forward to calling this place home!

The Cortland Bayport team is phenomenal. I have never lived in a more responsive and communicative complex and am beyond impressed. I love the amenities and the Cortland Bayport team is always looking to keep our community in pristine condition. Pauline in the leasing office is amazing and has been continuously helpful before move in and since living here. With the hurricane coming in I was going to have a package delivered and Crystalynn on the onsite team was willing to go above and beyond to do their best to help me get my package. I was astonished and am continuously impressed by Cortland Bayport and their team!

Been living here for about a month now and everything is great. Jen Crump is amazing!!! She is funny and very personable we enjoyed working with her from touring the property to our move in. She was really attentive and helped us with any issues we had (which were all small and easily fixed) the maintenance team is very prompt as well! Overall a beautiful property with great amenities. I love food truck thursdays and the various events the community has.

I honestly gives this place a 100%... the truth is that from the first day I decided to call to see when I could move and all the steps to follow, Leidy Leon assisted me in a unique and professional way. She was in charge of everything and the one who helped me until the end. It is a super nice, clean, quiet and safe place. The truth is that I feel very satisfied with Miss Leidy's professionalism, and with everything on general. It has been a super nice experience for me and my family to currently be living there. I have numerous friends who live in this community, and I must say it's outstanding. The office staff is remarkable and truly cares about the residents. Anna, the Community Manager, is passionate about her work, and her enthusiasm is reflected in the entire team. Denise is exceptional at addressing resident concerns, and everyone enjoys her presence at the events. Leidy, Jen, and Pauline make you feel like part of the community even before you lease, and they ensure the move-in process is seamless. The entire maintenance and grounds staff take care of the property as if it were their own home. I have nothing but kind words for the staff at Bayport. Love my apartament. Office is responsive. There’s valet trash. One time my AC broke and I noticed at about 7pm, it was fixed later that night by 9pm. Crystal and Pauline from the office are great!

Fair prices, good location, and decent amenities—but maintenance requests have not been helpful. My apartment is currently flooding through the master bedroom carpet after they said they “fixed” it. I’m assuming this leak was because my hot water wasn’t working, which again, they “fixed” partially on the third consecutive request.

Love at first sight. From the first minutes of visiting this community, I was enchanted by the canals with access to the bay and the river, the skillful landscape design, the well-kept territory and the thoughtful architecture. The pools and gym are magnificent. And the cherry on this cake is the professionalism of the management. Thanks to Jen's attentiveness and her desire to listen to us and understand our desires and concerns, we've finally found exactly the house we were looking for. Or rather, thanks to Jen's advice, we slightly changed our initial plans and were pleased with the result. And then - we'll live and see. In the meantime, we enjoy life in the style of a tropical resort.

I like this community and the team members… My experience here over the last 9 months have been nothing but pleasant.. On 2 recent events the response time was immediate through the Cortland app… I missed Valet trash pickup and they sent someone immediately from the grounds crew to pick it up.. On another occasion after rain and heavy thunder/lighting some type of loud alarm went off , it was nonstop for several hours so I contacted them and within 10 mins it was stopped. I also renewed my lease for another year…

I love living along the canals and under the huge shade trees of Cortland Bayport. My concrete build apartment is super quiet and the added square footage of the bonus room plus vaulted ceilings is incredible! I’m very impressed with the friendliness of the service team and work orders are always completed much faster than anticipated. When I walk my dog, everyone walking around the community is super nice. I’m very satisfied with the amenities: multiple dog parks and pools and fitness centers! Target is just minutes away and is always empty — so quiet! — which makes for a great shopping experience. In this area, the folks at CFA, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s are SO NICE. The people in this area are very cool. It’s just a sleepy little part of Tampa and I’m in love with it. Last but not least, the office staff is always willing to solve problems quickly. They even picked up a package for me when it was delivered early and I was out of town — they kept it safe in the office for me until I got home. Glad I chose t

Been living here for over two years now and will be renewing for another year. Had an A/c issue and it was taken care of immediately. Had an issue with my assigned parking space and they changed it for me. The pool is always taken care of and the common areas are always clean. The service team is great. Also Denise in the office was very attentive with my parking space issue. The assigned parking spots are nice since the last place I stayed was first come first serve ,which is a pain if you’re out and about late night and come home and the parking lot is full.

The staff here is amazing, and the apartment complex is so beautiful, clean, modern and safe. Jen Crump was by far the best guided tour agent for my apartment Tour and showed me all of the amenities and everything that cortland bayport had to offer. I've lived in Cortland Bayport's Gallery South for about 8 months and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and quiet. It's like living in a botanical garden that's also a bird sanctuary. Pauline was wonderful to work with during the leasing process. Management is quick to resolve any issues and Heidi has been super helpful. The service technicians are phenomenal, especially Iliev and Rey. It's a pretty great place all around :)

I have been living here for 3+yrs and I can say that it is one the best places I’ve lived! From the space to the multiple gums, pools and jacuzzi times, we have been treated with the upmost courtesy and respect! I’ve lived here ten months and I have nothing but good to say. The community members are genuinely kind and caring. I can honestly say that I feel as though I’m home. Cortland staff are professional, and do their very best to make sure that you are well cared for. The maintenance staff are also wonderful and very professional and polite. It’s absolutely beautiful and I feel as if I’m living at a resort! Words cannot do justice to the Cortland experience, you had to come and visit to see it for yourself. These apartments are really nice both inside and outside are well kept up with and it is a nice friendly/family community which I feel is something rare to find when you are living in a apartment complex, Leidy has always been helpful and informative whenever we go to the office and had any questions she is always the one to help us out. Overall Cortland Bayport is really nice however the only thing is the pricing is on the higher side.

This is my absolute favorite apartment complex I have lived in the Tampa area. The location is perfect. In the nearby area You have Publix, 7-Eleven, target, coffee shops, restaurants, pet stores, veterinarians, and more all within a three minute drive. And don’t forget about all the beautiful bike trails nearby and this complex is right on the water! There’s even places to dock your paddle boards, kayaks, and boats. Heidi made my move-in, exceptionally easy and made me feel so welcomed and at home. She even honored me the rent special that came out after I had already applied. Rey From maintenance helped me with my maintenance requests at move-in And he was so kind and courteous. He was great with my dogs and so helpful! This place doesn’t feel like an apartment complex, it feels like a resort, Everyone I dealt with is not just an employee, but they show hospitality.

I honestly gives this place a 100%... the truth is that from the first day I decided to call to see when I could move and all the steps to follow, Leidy Leon assisted me in a unique and professional way. She was in charge of everything and the one who helped me until the end. It is a super nice, clean, quiet and safe place. The truth is that I feel very satisfied with Miss Leidy's professionalism, and with everything on general. It has been a super nice experience for me and my family to currently be living there. Every time I call the office to ask something, they immediately answer me and help me with everything. My son is happy, because the truth is that it has beautiful pools, its has a basketball court and super nice views. In particular, I recommend them. Absolutely enjoying my experience here! The property is very well maintained and landscaping is always beautiful and trimmed. Plenty of waterside walks and views. The office and maintenance staff for the complex are great! Any time I've had an issue, even as small as my garbage disposal is clogged, they are fast to resolve and tend to it. (Literally usually within a day if not the same day) It's so easy to reach the staff for messages and/or file requests online anytime with pics and videos, but the front office is always welcoming as well. I always see maintenance/cleaning staff around working hard daily; whether it's at a unit, cleaning outside the pool/gym/shared spaces. Both pools and gyms are also always clean and well maintained. There are nice grilling and picnic areas and the chairs and patios are are always clean. There is actually really good equipment in both of the gyms as well. They have real circuit equipment, dumbbells,TRX, benches, smith machines, yoga space, variety and plenty cardio options,

I have really enjoyed living at Cortland Bayport so far. The maintenance team is top notch and the ladies in the office are always so helpful. I have had a string of maintenance requests lately to figure out why there was water leaking from my ceiling and the apartment above me. It took several visits to have them find and correct the issue(s). Jen in the office was so patient and amazing. She helped me schedule appointments that worked in my schedule. She explained things to me and made feel at ease. David on the maintenance team came out to my home on a Saturday to take the most recent look. He was friendly, quick, and thorough finding things that I had not even noticed. By the time he left, the leak had been fixed and I was very happy with the results. It really is a wonderful place to live.

I don’t really leave reviews like this but I just had to. My mom (72) lives here and the office staff has been nothing I’m but amazing to her, the entire time she’s been here. They all know her by name and to me that says a lot BC this is a very large apartment complex and that is pretty hard to remember someone by name. And it’s not just the office- it’s also the Maint tech's and the mail lady. Overall super happy my mom is living at a place where they actually care.

I absolutely love it here. Denise and the girls in the office are so nice and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents! The landscaping and layout of the property are amazing, the gym is awesome, the view is incredible, we're close to everything we need and I love the community events!! This place is great and I don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I’ve not had a bad experience here. Period. Every person, every amenity, every resident has always been a pleasure. I love knowing that if anything goes wrong the team here jumps on it quickly. I’ve never gone longer than 12 hours waiting for a response. Thanks for being great! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where l've felt so welcome by so many people at this beautiful property thanks to the amazing Team Ana,Anthony,Denise. I was greeted by my name when I walked into the office which was the first from all the experience I had this week from apartment rentals in the area. I felt so welcoming. Ana and her Team gave me a property tour which I must say the curve appeal was up to par! When I enter the first apartment and walked in I felt at home at once! You can smell the freshness of a clean home that’s an A+ the spacious bedrooms was also a A+ I can fit my king size bedroom set here! I really appreciate the Team for taking time to help me find my home.

I live in the older side (hate to call it that but there is a newer side) and I love it. I have upgraded features like stainless sink, black appliances, back granite tops and the best part no carpet in my living room and office! I have had issues here and there nothing crazy just things people can expect with apartment living but the staff is Johnny on the spot and handles all concerns i have had fast. My access card stopped working and i couldn't get my package, i called the office they not only reset my card but asked if i wanted them to grab my package and bring it to me. I had a pest control issue with ants and the same day i put the request dylan was out to service my home and showed me some tips and tricks to help. I had a new neighbor park in my spot by accident and i sent a picture of the tag to the office email. Within minutes the neighbor was out moving their car. The events are great and they are always hosting something for us. I love bringing my friends over to the parties and to relax alongside

Bonita comunidad y excelente servicio. Ana la manager es muy atenta y siempre dispuesta ayudar. 6 meses después estamos muy felices aquí! Todos los meses hacen eventos. Dan comida gratis y los de mantenimiento son muy amables. Lo recomiendo siempre! Querida darle las gracias a David por siempre responder rápidamente a cualquier emergencia y arreglar nuestra calefacción este Sábado Confirmando ya llevo un año aquí en Mayo y estamos muy felices.
