I really want to thank Fernando, our pest control/ maintenance professional. He was both quiet and thorough with his services. ( This is important as I work at home) He also returned when he said he would. Not all of the professionals entering our home is as courteous as Fernando.

The maintenance staff in the complex always provide prompt, courteous and professional services. An excellent example is Adrian, who promptly and courteously answered a service call I made around 9:30 PM, as the A/C stop working. He identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He went the extra mile and called me around 7:30 the next morning to make sure that it was working and the apartment was cool; that's quality service.

Cortland is a great place to live. Been there for 6 months and no complaints at all. Staff is friendly, amenities are great and central locations. The maintenance staff is amazing, Richard is my guy and gets any service request done ASAP and is super friendly! Recommend anyone to check it out if you're looking to rent in a great community.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. During that time all of my service requests have been answered promptly and professionally. I have also frequented the office to say hello and chat with the staff. Teresa and Yamily have always been most hospitable and have been able to answer any questions I have had.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with housing in Florida. Particularly maintenance staff and even more particularly when my air conditioning system went down and Richard took not only complete control but worked earnestly in coordination with the HVAC company and me to lessen what could have been a major situation. Richard is polite and competent and an asset to Cortland. Thank You!!!

We have been at Cortland for a couple Of months and so far we’ve had an amazing experience. Liz helped us find our current apartment and she made sure that we felt at home. Everyone from the office is super nice and friendly and they make sure to take the time to help with whatever you need Maintenance is also great, you can submit a request and it will be fulfilled in like a day or two The amenities are also great, overall is a nice community that makes you feel at home 10/10 would recommend

I have only been here for 7 months but my experience has been so awesome. The office was so welcoming and I love having a den space. My neighbors are friendly and everyone has dogs. It’s close to work. I like the scenery when walking when my dog. The amenities are great, fitness centers and pools. Maintenance takes care of every request, big or small. Rich especially was very helpful when I moved in. He had to come back a couple of times and offered different options. I love it here!

It is charming and super cute. The people who serve in the lobby are very friendly. They try to attend as quickly as possible to the inconvenience that the residents may have. The boy who always attends my apartment, his name is Richard, he is super efficient and careful with what he does.

Since my roommate and I first visited, we had the pleasure of working with Liz to figure out if this is the right place for us. We were torn between the north and south properties at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, and Liz was super accommodating to let us view the apartments again. Since we've moved in we've borderline bombarded her with our questions, and she has never let us down. Our neighbors in the North can be... entitled, and lack the common sense to clean up after their pets (even in the buildings/hallways) but the office staff is professional, and happy to help with anything you need. We love living here (it's been 2.5 months)

Therese Stemm, the leasing agent was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me lease my apartment from another state and I felt so confident with her that I submitted my deposit same day! She took me on a virtual tour and answered tons of questions, helped me with technical issues and was super nice to boot! What a great experience! I can't wait to move into my new apartment! Love this place! it's quiet never any problems and neighbors are friendly, Pet friendly community and Our maintenance friend Richie always has us covered with same day fixes if not next day for sure he is there! which is a major key for any apartment complex luckly he is on our side. I've been with cortland for 3 years now and there always getting better!

Cortland Bayport is a stunning apartment complex with beautiful amenities. The leasing agents are extremely polite and will answer all your questions. They went out of their way to help with our tour and assist with our odd down payment situation. I would gladly recommend this complex to any friends in the area.

I have written a few reviews over the years because long term tenants really get to know the property. In the last few months we have experienced times like we have never know before. With Covid and the unstable economy housing has really been a worry on everyone's mind. I want to compliment Cortland once again on not just treating the tenants as a source of income but truly as family. In particular I'd like to give a shout out to Denise Vazquez. I work for a major cruise line and all of my income came to a screeching halt March 27th. I called the office to explain through hysterical tears. I was met with nothing but kindness. I never felt my housing was in jeopardy, I simply felt taken care of. I'd like to thank the entire Cortland office staff and maintenance for being so awesome and especially Denise for helping to guide me calmly through this difficult time. I truly appreciate it.

I have been living at Cortland Bayport North for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. They are fast and responsive with any request you make. Even supplied me with some paint for me to touch up my walls and pretty much anything I ask for within reason they provide. The fact that they do monthly events for residents, fitness classes, etc. blows my mind considering I’ve lived in 5 different apartment communities since moving to Florida and have never experienced that. But what I love MOST is the staff. Therese specifically is the sweetest most helpful woman. You can tell she cares and if you need help with something that goes beyond what she can do she will find a way to get you to the right person. Her and many of the other ladies and maintenance men are probably the greatest reason I love being here aside from the community that you can tell is monitored and cared for.

Cortland Bayport is an outstanding property providing the best service, amenities and luxurious comfort. Alisha is the most understanding hardworking person I’ve encountered and she makes sure you leave her office happy. Melissa is a great manager she is very proactive very respectful and works with you. Cortland Bayport has a staff that’s for the residence that’s the best thing about them. Anna and Scott are also amazing making things happen and make you comfortable and stressfree. I had a hassle free time at Cortland bayport thanks to those people and its without a doubt Tampa Bay’s finest apartment - there’s nothing like unto it.

Everything went very smoothly with Crystalynn. She was great. she always made sure to stay in communication with me via email or phone and answered all my questions. She took her time showing me all the apartments that i was interested and she even helped me out with the RPP (military housing program) paperwork. The cherry on top of it all was she left a small little placard in the kitchen that she wrote "welcome home". The customer service here is great and the area is perfect where i have access to just about everything including a gym. the new gym that for residents looks great its just not complete at the moment. Overall, 5 stars.

This apartment has some of the best office staff ever. However, Rebecca has to be top 5 of any staff I have ever dealt with. Pleasant, dedicated, and so willing to make sure you are as comfortable with your decision as you possibly can be. If you ever get the opportunity to get help from her, highly recommend. You won’t regret it.

Hello! My Name is Roscheme Williams, and I moved from Switzerland to Tampa. I must say, Cortland Bayport is the best in Tampa. I do call it now my home. Therese Stemm and Mandi Morris - they both made me feel at home. Their professional leasing experience is like no other I have experienced. They both gave me the comfort that I needed. I´m soooooo happy to have chosen Cortland Bayport. I will recommend anyone who is choosing their new home to make it Cortland Bayport. I mean all of the amenities are the best with the state-of-the-art gym and work out equipment, swimming pool and whirlpool. They have a great working staff. If anything is not to your satisfaction, they go out of their way to make it right, and I mean 100%. I just want to say to Therese and Mandi, thank you very much for making me feel so welcome and happy and I can call Cortland Bayport my new home.

Hey guys! So living here has been a dream so far for my little family and I. There’s so much this place has to offer! Since the day we met Madi, we knew we had to live here. She has gone above and beyond for us through the process of moving in and even after so. Her customer service is at another level. We moved into the Gallery property at Bayport, and this place is gorgeous. So many beautiful water views, very clean and well kept, pool, gym all wonderful, updated floor plans, we are just loving it! Great convenient location to so much as well! We like being as close to the beach as we are to the city and this has just that and more to offer. My only complaint is that my place is sooo much bigger now, I have to buy new furniture for my luxurious feelings! ;)
