I have lived in this community for over 4 years. The complex is fairly quiet and pleasantly kept. My favorite amenity is the maintenance team. My requests are always handled quickly. I can’t recall having an issue linger. The maintenance supervisor is great. Thompson doesn’t just manage the team but he is actually just a great kind person. He listens and always tries to help especially in frustrating situations. The entire team is great; from the office staff to the maintenance team to the apartment management. They have made my time at the complex pleasant. Thanks team for all you do!

I didn't end up getting an apartment at Cortland Phillips Creek Ranch, but I had such an amazing experience with Samantha in the leasing office that I had to write a review. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for, and even though nothing was available at the time, she was incredibly dedicated to helping me. Samantha did a phenomenal job of keeping me updated on new openings and always followed through on her promises. She's the main reason I would consider this community in the future. Samantha is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

This is my favorite place that I’ve ever lived. The maintenance team and leasing team are phenomenal. Everyone is super kind and helpful. The leasing team has always been amazing between planning my moves and service requests. The maintenance team are stars- they always come the day of or next day when I make a request and are very kind while they help you with your unit. Plus the area is well kept, beautiful, and safe. I’m sad moving away for work, but I would absolutely live here again!

I’ve lived here for a few months now, and one of the things that immediately stood out to me was how beautiful the landscaping is. The landscaping is always well-kept, with lush green lawns, colorful flowers, and trees that make the entire complex feel peaceful and inviting. It’s honestly one of the nicest-looking places I toured when apartment hunting. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property—it really adds to the overall experience of living here. Highly recommend for anyone who values a well-maintained and scenic environment!

Jaycee was very helpful when helping me look for an apartment. Ultimately didn’t go with this property but that is of no fault to the onsite staff at Phillips Creek Ranch. Would definitely be a great for people to live at.

Living at this apartment complex was truly a wonderful experience. I lived here for about two years (maybe a bit longer), and I absolutely enjoyed my time. This place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every dollar you spend here is worth it because the quality of living is exceptional. The maintenance team is outstanding—by far the best I’ve encountered in all my experiences with apartment living. They are incredibly kind, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. Most maintenance requests were addressed within a day, which spoke volumes about their dedication. I especially want to mention Miriam and Mario (if I remember their names correctly)—they are amazing and always went above and beyond to help. The office staff is also excellent. They're attentive and friendly, and they genuinely make you feel at home. The only “negative” point I can mention is that some dog owners don't pick up after their pets. So, when you're out for a walk, there's a chance you might step on something unpleasant—

I would like this to be considered a formal compliment for the maintenance man, Eric. We have lived at this community for almost 2 years and one of our most frequently reported issues if not the number 1 issue is that the AC doesn’t cool the 2 guest bedrooms in our 3 bedroom apartment. Maintenance team has come here several times including the maintenance manager. None was able to fix the issue. The leasing office even brought an outside contractor and issue wasn’t fixed. Then the leasing office handed us fans to use in addition to the ceiling fans for those 2 guest bedrooms; that is how hot it gets in those rooms. I decided to submit one more request a couple of weeks ago before buying portable ACs for those 2 bedrooms as the fans just circulate the same warm air, but cool air is what I want my kids to have in this Texas summer heat. Nothing against the other maintenance folks including their manager but they told me there was nothing they could do since their little machine checker that they put next to a v

It has been almost 3 years since I moved here, I really love the location and the complex is always clean. The Leasing Staff is always friendly and the servicfe technicans always complete my work orders quickly. The Leasing Manager, Demetrius Parker is always available and never acts as if he is above helping out with questions that tenants have about rent or just how to improve our apartment community.

“I had an awesome experience with my leasing manager, Jaycee! She was super professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Even though I was searching for a rental from afar, Jayce made it easy by hopping on a video call (on time) and patiently answering all my questions. When it comes to renting, the leasing manager is like the captain of your rental ship, shaping your future home experience for months and years to come. I know cortland has many locations, I highly recommend give this location a try! They have amazing people there!
