Living at this apartment complex was truly a wonderful experience. I lived here for about two years (maybe a bit longer), and I absolutely enjoyed my time. This place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every dollar you spend here is worth it because the quality of living is exceptional. The maintenance team is outstanding—by far the best I’ve encountered in all my experiences with apartment living. They are incredibly kind, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. Most maintenance requests were addressed within a day, which spoke volumes about their dedication. I especially want to mention Miriam and Mario (if I remember their names correctly)—they are amazing and always went above and beyond to help. The office staff is also excellent. They're attentive and friendly, and they genuinely make you feel at home. The only “negative” point I can mention is that some dog owners don't pick up after their pets. So, when you're out for a walk, there's a chance you might step on something unpleasant—

I love how prompt the maintenance team responds to issues. I reported that my water bill was unusually high and Erick came the same day to fix it. He is always so friendly and takes his time to explain what’s causing the issue and how he will fix it. I really appreciate that. The front office is also nice and quick to help resolve issues!

I would like this to be considered a formal compliment for the maintenance man, Eric. We have lived at this community for almost 2 years and one of our most frequently reported issues if not the number 1 issue is that the AC doesn’t cool the 2 guest bedrooms in our 3 bedroom apartment. Maintenance team has come here several times including the maintenance manager. None was able to fix the issue. The leasing office even brought an outside contractor and issue wasn’t fixed. Then the leasing office handed us fans to use in addition to the ceiling fans for those 2 guest bedrooms; that is how hot it gets in those rooms. I decided to submit one more request a couple of weeks ago before buying portable ACs for those 2 bedrooms as the fans just circulate the same warm air, but cool air is what I want my kids to have in this Texas summer heat. Nothing against the other maintenance folks including their manager but they told me there was nothing they could do since their little machine checker that they put next to a v

“I had an awesome experience with my leasing manager, Jaycee! She was super professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Even though I was searching for a rental from afar, Jayce made it easy by hopping on a video call (on time) and patiently answering all my questions. It has been just over six months since we relocated to our current location, and we find the area and the complex to be highly desirable. The maintenance team has demonstrated exemplary responsiveness, professionalism, and cordiality. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the maintenance team for their exceptional work. They have demonstrated a strong commitment to their duties and have been quick to address our requests. Our experience thus far has been exceptional. Regrettably, we have observed that some residents are not adhering to the policy of cleaning up their dogs' waste. We have attempted to raise this issue with the leasing office team but to no avail. We have only received an email with instructions, which has not been effective in addressing this matter.

Our family lived at Cortland PCR for almost 2 years and absolutely loved it. It is a very family friendly community. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the park and pond access can’t be beat, and the service team was always prompt, friendly, and helpful. The package locker system is reliable. We had zero issues with rowdy or noisy neighbors. Even the move out inspection process was pleasant, smooth, and fair. Would highly recommend this community!

I really feel at home here! The staff is very helpful and professional! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I enjoy the hiking trails and access to the clubhouses and movie theaters. Our apt. Is very spacious and has great lighting! We are very close to the lake, to shopping and to restaurants. We are not in the middle of the city but have all we need close by.

I absolutely love living here, I usually move every year to a new complex but have renewed my lease here 3 times due to how much I love living here. Friendly people and a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to alot of stores nearby. Walls are the thickest I've experienced in an apartment along with over sized rooms. I have a 3 bedroom unit and all rooms are the size of a master bedroom of any other complex. Maintenance which i havnt needed to use often are fast and efficient and the office staff have been helpful as well. Only complaint I have is parking late at night or weekends are difficult when having to park a building over to park because of guests people have over taking closer spots. Alot of unused spots in the middle areas not being utilized would be great if outlined for visitors and closer spots for residents.

I just moved out of this complex a few months ago but never had any major problems. My A/C went out last summer and the maintenance team was great. Cortland PCR is amazing, every apartment complex has its flaws due to the nature of how many tenants they manage, but Cortland PCR really cares and they really try their best. The maintenance team is incredible, complaints are always taken seriously, and the customer service has been excellent. The response time for all of these are very quick as well. I no longer stay there but my time at Cortland was pleasant. Friendly staff, clean grounds and anytime I had an issue it was always taken care of. My wife, daughter and myself enjoyed the pool and I even used the grill a couple of times! We also enjoyed the "adult" nights they had where we got a chance to go to the clubhouse and mingle with other adults and meet our neighbors! Nice quiet complex.

Great well-maintained community. Quiet, well-built units with thick walls, rarely hear my neighbors and sometimes forget I am in an apartment building. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues.

Ronnie Meshell is the service technician that was send to fix my washer , dryer vent and balcony door shutters he was very polite, very professional and knows what he was doing. When he finished his work he cleaned up the area and take the trash with him. Great job Ronnie and thank you for your service!

I want to give a huge shout out to the service manager, Thompson. I submitted a work order on Saturday afternoon for my air conditioning not working. Thompson was at my door not long afterwards. He was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He had the AC back up and running in no time! His service was excellent! Thank you again Thompson!

We had an emergency maintenance request on Friday (06/03) because our AC broke. Alex Stephens came to fix our AC and he immediately figured out what the problem was. He was able to fix it and he waited for almost an hour (attached his computer to the outside unit, checked numbers, etc.) to make sure that it really works. He was really nice and did a great job. I was looking for a new apartment and needed to move within a month. I setup an appointment online and when I arrived I was greeted immediately. Seth took me on a tour even though it was hideously cold outside. He was very professional made sure all my questions were answered with a positive attitude. The apartments were nice and had the amenities I was looking for but I ended up going with another apartment complex due to bang for your buck pricing. I will remember Cortland properties in the future if I ever need to move again.

I lived at Cortland Phillips for almost 3 years. I recently moved out since I bought a house. I really enjoyed living there. It is a very dog friendly apartment complex with great amenities. The staff is awesome and very responsive. Seth was always so friendly and informative. He always made me feel like a valued resident. I definitely would recommend Cortland.

Ronnie is amazing! We have had issues with our AC for year now and he was so very attentive, after hours, and refused to leave until we have cold air blowing in our home. He throughly cleaned our entire AC unit room from all the cluttered, built up dust that accumulated over time. He said he would come back the next day to assure that everything was permanently taken care of, rather than the temporary fixes we have had in the past. 10/10 Ronnie is the best.

I appreciate Cortland Ranch Apartments they got me into an apartment at a great deal that I could actually afford and made my move in smooth. If I do put in service request it is promptly taken care of within 48-72 hours depending on weekends.

Great community and staff specially Amanda, resolved any questions regarding our lease before and during. I enjoy living here, they're very fast at responding when maintenance requests as needed. The only two complaints I have is the parking availability near the main pool, always have trouble finding a spot. Second, when I call I always have the bad luck of no one answering. I end up leaving a voicemail, but they're really good at following up by the end of the day. Love that there's Walmart and tom thumb on the next street. One inconvenience, is the parents thinking it's okay to allow their children to play in the parking lots, when there's a park available of 5 min walking distance by most. Other than that, recommend this property!

First I want to start off by saying I love living here! There are so many great things they offer for us like we have 2 gyms. The people at the office are so sweet and kind they always treat me with respect and make me feel welcomed. As well as the maintenance team always comes and fixes anything I need they are so amazing 10/10 recommend to live here.

Rodolfo - a Maintenance service technician provided prompt and courteous service to fix the dishwasher. Rodolfo wore proper gears required due to COVID-19 situation. He was extremely professional, and answered to all the questions while working on the service order. I highly recommend Rodolfo for any maintenance related services.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay to take a Serious look at Cortland Phillips Creek Ranch. We are pleased to be residents here a Cortland. Our requests are always treated as priority and the team here makes it a point for our satisfaction to be met. Ashely the front office manager has been an huge addition to their team. Chima was great during our internal transfer. He has provide excellent service the entire process. Vincent the service manager has been the backbone to why we renewed our lease. Rodolfo an service technician also poured valuable information to our family. His advice allowed us to save $500 annually on our energy bill. He recommended services that will kill 98% of bacteria, viruses, and allergies in our home. This service is incredible and I highly recommend you becoming a resident.

Totally impressed with the Cortland PCR Staffs at leasing office. Amanda and Chima were patient enough to answer all our questions and was able to get us what we asked for. Of course, the apartments are Neat!!
