This is my fourth year renewing my lease & I have lived in a lot of complexes around Tampa Bay. The location is perfect, the landscaping is always beautifully done and the staff is the best part. Sandra & Mike especially. They are insanely helpful & kind.

I had a clogged drain with no one’s fault but my own and in literal 10 mins Roberto showed up. Went above and beyond to not only replace the missing part but to clear the drain as well. I cannot say enough great things about Roberto and the rest of the maintenance team

I lived at this apartment complex for a little over two years, and overall, it was a genuinely good place to call home. The biggest highlight, without question, was the staff. Every interaction I had was positive. They were friendly, professional, and extremely responsive. The maintenance team, in particular, went above and beyond. I remember one time coming back from work, my apartment was sitting at 78 degrees while the thermostat was set to 73. I submitted a work order through the app, and within three minutes (no exaggeration), maintenance was already at my door troubleshooting the issue. I was back to comfortable temperatures within the hour. That level of responsiveness is rare and honestly set the tone for my entire experience. The property itself was well kept. The pool, gym, grills, and landscaping were consistently clean and maintained. The community felt safe, neighbors were quiet and respectful. That said, some of the drawbacks felt more tied to ownership decisions than anything the staff could

Mike is the best maintenance man of all time!! He responds to my requests so quickly and always has SUCH a positive attitude. I couldn’t ask for better!! Sandra in the leasing office is also so nice and easy to work with. I moved from a three bed to a two bed, and she made the moving process so easy, quick, and simple. I HIGHLY recommend moving here and having her help you with the process! 😊

I enjoyed living here the past year. The office and maintenance is very helpful. The quality of the apartment and gym is great. The community is nice and quiet to walk around at night. The location is close to 4th street and restaurants/gyms. Thanks for a good lease.

I recently moved into Cortland Brighton Bay and have had such a great experience so far. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, which was one of the main reasons I chose this community. I especially want to recognize Sadie in the leasing office. She was absolutely amazing during the entire process—from touring the apartments to move-in. She’s incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. If she didn’t immediately have an answer to something, she would look into it and follow up right away, every single time. She made the whole experience welcoming and stress-free. Honestly one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. I’d also like to call out Mike on the maintenance team. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. He’s always friendly, says hello to residents, and takes the time to walk you through things if needed. Maintenance requests have been handled in under 24 hours, which is such a refreshing difference and very much appreciated. Overall it’s been a wonderful

I had an amazing experience at Cortland Brighton Bay Apartments. The service here truly stands out. During my orientation and tour, Mike from maintenance and Millie from the leasing office were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Mike was especially helpful explaining maintenance processes, and Millie made the entire tour smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about residents and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for great service and a positive living experience!
