I've lived here for 3 months now and I can finally share a true and honest experience: Maintenance here is incredible I submitted a request to have my toilet flusher fixed and literally seconds later the maintenance man was at my door. The pool is awesome, always clean goes up to 6ft so you can actually swim and enjoy it. It's also by a beautiful lake The gym is decent, if you're not into heavy weight lifting it'll be more than enough for you. The neighborhood is very safe, gates are always closed now, safe community overall. The bad: floors in the units are definitely old and you can hear footsteps very easily, I sometimes hear a screeching sound also when my upstairs neighbor ls move, I don't think that's normal. I would say footstep noise is definitely the worst thing about living here. If you can get a third floor unit I would definitely recommend that. Getting a year of Amenify + as part of your residency is great as well. It makes it very affordable to get services like handyman, cleaning services, etc.

I had an amazing experience at Cortland Brighton Bay Apartments. The service here truly stands out. During my orientation and tour, Mike from maintenance and Millie from the leasing office were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Mike was especially helpful explaining maintenance processes, and Millie made the entire tour smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about residents and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this community if you’re looking for great service and a positive living experience!

Moving here was genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes, however none have compared to the experience I have had so far with Cortland Brighton Bay. Touring the complex was a very seamless process. Our leasing consultant, Sadie, took the time to listen to all of our needs and concerns from the moment we toured to the moment we signed the lease. She is truly amazing at her job. Once the lease was signed, my application was handed over to the Atlanta team, as they are the ones that handle the nitty gritty details on the back end. My leasing specialist was very communicative and made sure to reach out if they had any questions. Sadie, was also very communicative and would be sure to put a note on my account if I had a question so that the Atlanta team could contact me to address it (Thank you Sadie <3). On the day of move in, Sadie took the time to walk me through the move in paperwork and also included one of the service workers, Mike on the process.

I have really enjoyed living here, the gym and pool are well taken care and service is awesome. I met the RFM, Tony Bracero, at my job today and he asked me what he could be better at this complex, I let him know exactly what we needed fixed/solved and he got on it immediately and called the service manager at the complex. Very respectable staff.

My husband and I moved from out of state, and when we took our first tour, we were impressed from the moment we walked in! The process of moving was awesome! We were greeted with Mike from maintenance. We have never been personally greeted before for an apartment tour, on the day of moving in!! He has a wonderful energy, extremely personable, and very professional along with the team in the office. Thank you Sadie for getting us in smoothly! Our specific apartment is very spacious with a patio Lake view and wildlife as if it's our own backyard! The layout is so well thought out that it makes it so comfortable to live in! The amenities are great and the community overall is quiet and safe as everyone is always walking around outside. I can't say enough of great things about this place. If you're considering out of state just go ahead and rent out in this little hotspot! Thank you so much for the warm welcome to our new home!
