I had an excellent experience working with Sara and Tobenna. They are truly exceptional leasing consultants. Sara was incredibly patient and took the time to show me multiple apartments that truly met my needs. Tobenna was just as amazing, he sent me several detailed videos and made sure I had all the information I needed to select my new home. Both of them answered every question thoroughly, were extremely pleasant to work with, and made the entire process stress-free. The move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with them. After I moved in, I was invited to a Christmas party for residents at one of the restaurants at The Battery, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. That experience made me even more excited about living at The Battery and being part of such a great community.

Living at the Battery is the best experience I could’ve asked for. It’s so convenient to many things, it’s always clean and the employees are passionate about their jobs. They are always helpful and professional. I feel safe and at peace here. Most people assume it’s loud here but it’s actually peaceful and you don’t hear much noise at all. I highly recommend anyone looking for good energy, a community that does events frequently, and a place of convenience to select Cortland at The Battery.

So far everything has been fantastic except for the noisy neighbor upstairs and the unauthorized entry into the building by people who don’t live here. Both of which are easy fixes. We just need to activate the locks on the clubhouse so even if people sneak into the building they can’t access anywhere else.

Little did I know before moving into Cortland at the Battery just how accessible all things are!! Caroline was so very helpful with all my questions. She took her time with me and walked me through all the new systems and that was difficult because I was lost at first! This place is close to everything but still quite The Braves games are just a short walk away and there are major activities available to everyone who wants to participate. My 2 bedroom is still spacious and comfortable. I love living here!!

From Tobenna in the leasing office taking such great care of me from showing me apartments, signing me up & throughout the entirety of my living here, he’s been over accommodating; assisting me at every turn. The maintenance staff has also been top tier with Ashton A being super attentive whenever I experienced a hiccup that required his attention. When you have expedited, quality service like that, it makes renewing a no-brainer. Every day I wake up here I feel like I’m on vacation. The apartment is so nice. I love being able to walk outside and have access to so many places to eat or get a drink. It’s very pet friendly. I feel good going to work everyday because it’s worth what I pay to live here.

Weekends it can get loud after 2 am and you can hear racing on Cobb parkway. All other days are fine. These are not controlled by Cortland, but impact noise quality.

The amenities are generous and lovely and being AT the Battery is just one of the most Gina me convenient locations in Atlanta. You’ll be silly to not consider this place home! Not only is this apartment complex all of those things, but the people who run this complex are top tier. It is one of the main reasons I don’t see myself ever leaving. Graysen was my leasing agent and went above and beyond for me during the process and even to this day that I live here. She makes you feel comfortable and important during the process and even after! It never feels like they are just trying to get you to sign a lease like some complexes do! It really and truly feels like you are apart of the community and welcomed at all times. Over 10/10. I thought I was moving to Atlanta so decided to look for an apartment here. The office staff was so friendly especially Graysen Stroud. She really explained everything so well to me and answered all of my crazy questions. If I had ended up moving down there I definitely would have chosen The Battery because of my great experience with her and the beautiful apartments! She slayed.

Absolutely love this complex! We toured with Graysen and got to see a couple different units which is always nice when trying to narrow down your options. She was amazing, very friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and then some. I have had THE best experience living at Cortland at the Battery over the past year. From Braves games, to hanging out with friends around the Battery, to the amazing staff, I truly couldn't recommend living at Cortland at the Battery more. Whenever I have a request or question, the staff always gets back to me with answers ASAP. Graysen, Leann, and Tobenna have all been there every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents love where they live. Can't imagine living any where else!!!

Our experience living at Cortland at the Battery had been nothing short of amazing! From the location to the staff, we have truly enjoyed calling here home. Graysen has been incredibly helpful in every way. From helping us find our perfect units to always being super responsive and supportive with any of our needs, we are so thankful to have the Cortland community! I love this place! When I came for my tour I had a couple apartments in mind and Graysen showed me one more, which is the one I chose. She was very warm, welcoming and made the move in a breeze. From the first day we came to tour the office staff was SO welcoming and they made it feel like home before I had even moved in. Since officially moving in my experience has been fantastic. Grayson walked us through our move in and walked us to our apartment and made sure everything was perfect for us. Grayson is literally a super star. This is also the only apartment I’ve ever lived in where you make a maintenance request and then they call you immediately, figure out exactly what you need, and then come and fix it asap. I even enjoy walking to the main office to get parking passes & packages because Grayson & leeann are SO friendly. I would easily recommend living here to anybody.

Moved here in 11/2023! Literally one of the most beautiful, peaceful and modern area I’ve ever lived. I lived in Miami Shores, Gangnam South Korea & even LA I wouldn’t have pegged Atlanta as one of the luxury places. I was happily proven wrong. I had never even visited the Battery before I moved into the CORTLAND so I wasn’t really familiar with the area but you cannot and I mean CANNOT compare the ease of the community to any other location. The application process was simplistic but detailed. You can complete almost everything online and the leasing office and team are the sweetest and most helpful. I moved from a. Completely different state but they feel like family. Not overbearing, but extremely welcoming. Graysen, Leigh-Anne & Tobenna are honestly, the sweetest people and they will have no problem going that extra mile to help you feel at home ✨❤️ The location? I can sneeze from my balcony and someone at the stadium could bless me. But the noise level isn’t too bad, the building is solid and sound proof

Going on almost 5 Years now. Living in the Battery and enjoying all the Amenities that Courtland has to offer is the reason why I’ve lived here. Having your own small city and living a a minute walk to a Braves game gets you spoiled. Even if you’re not a Braves fan the Restaurant scene and having a movie theater within seconds is worth living here. Diana and Lee Ann in the leasing office are amazing managers and it shows with everyone in the leasing team down to the maintenance crew. Highly recommend living here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pet Friendly and Non Smoking community BIG perks !

I have lived here almost a year now and I truly don’t see myself living anywhere else u til I decide to buy a home. This place is safe, convenient, and elegant. Not only is this apartment complex all of those things, but the people who run this complex are top tier. It is one of the main reasons I don’t see myself ever leaving. Graysen was my leasing agent and went above and beyond for me during the process and even to this day that I live here. She makes you feel comfortable and important during the process and even after! It never feels like they are just trying to get you to sign a lease like some complexes do! It really and truly feels like you are apart of the community and welcomed at all times. Over 10/10. I recommend everyone to live here not only because of the atmosphere, but also because of the amazing people who are behind it all!

This apartment community is hands down the best place to live in Atlanta, renting or owning. The best team in baseball is literally one block away. Restaurants and shopping for days. What other apartment community has over 40k people come to its location 80+ times a year? The Cortland staff is great to interact with and are incredibly kind to our family. They reply quickly to anything and the maintenance team is quick and efficient in the rare times we have a request. The resident events are so fun and have a huge turnout. Much better than donuts that our previous home provided rarely. If you’re a Braves fan or a fan of city life this is the place to be in Atlanta. It is safe, fun, and worth it.

We lived at the Battery for almost 4 years. If I had one word to describe this place it would be AWESOME. Nothing beats walking to games and then walking home. Even in the off-season there is always something to do. The amenities at Cortland are top-notch and if you live in 2nd base you have access to two different gyms and pools. Service issues are resolved quickly and painlessly by staff and the leasing office staff are always happy to help with packages. The property is very dog-friendly too and we love walking our dog around the Battery fitness loop. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. If you are a Braves fan, new to the area, or simply want to live where there's always something to do: I highly recommend living at Cortland!

I had a great experience living at the Cortland Battery apartments. Shayla in the leasing office took me on my first tour and helped me get signed up shortly after. Throughout my time there Shayla was only a phone call away and helped me with any issue I came across. I would highly recommend this complex and its staff to anyone.

So far we have really enjoyed living here. Our biggest disappointment is with the fire pits, coffee machines, and grills. The fire pits at building 2 have never worked and in building 1 they work inconsistently. The coffee machines are also inconsistent and we had a very hard time following the instructions to light the grill. An overview of how to use the grills and firepits at move in time would have been appreciated.

The survey is way 2 long and by this point I have lost interest in filling out. Court land is great!! The staff is great!!!! As a resident I understand that there is only so much that the staff at court lane can and with that being said they are the best team in the world. They are always friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. Grayson is the staff member that we dealt with and I could right 100 page review on how bad --- she is!!!!! 100% the best. I moved to Atlanta from Miami, and the experience at these apartments has been amazing! Aside from the obvious , having a movie theater, countless restaurants and stores down stairs, the amenities within the apartment buildings are amazing. Fully equipped gyms, pools, grills and common areas. They also do a great job of keeping the halls and common areas clean. Overall best leasing experience I’ve ever had !

I love living at Cortland at the Battery. We have great amenities, and everything here is pretty clean/new. Also, we get to have the Battery in our backyard. We have everything we need in Cortland and the Battery. Also, the leasing and maintenance staff here are so nice and will help you whenever you need it. Raheem White has been very helpful with any issues we’ve had. I had some problems with some noises in my room and he helped me with my problem right away and fixed it. I appreciate everything he has helped us with over the last four years living here.

So pleased to have found this community. I’m still fairly new, (5 months ) but so far I’ve had a great experience . First and foremost, the staff has been attentive, kind, and make it a point to ensure their tenants are happy and taken care of . My experience is based on my interactions mainly with my leasing agent Tobenna . He has made himself available and informative from day 1am continues to check in and folllow up . He even personally cleaned the apartment floors the day before I moved my furniture in because maintenance wasn’t able to schedule until after . Shayla also was a big help during my initial move in as well. She stayed Afterhours to assist in getting me switched into the apartment I desired and I’m very appreciative of that Kevin-head of maintenance is also very friendly and helpful. I wanted to find a walkable, safe and diverse place to reside. This checked all boxes. It is centrally located, immediate access to highway only a short drive to downtown/midtown and only 25 min from the Airport.

I have been living in Cortland at the Battery for over a year now. I must say that I am really happy that I chose to renew my lease here. I am a huge Brave fan, so being by the stadium and being able to watch the game from my balcony is truly a blessing. I am also a fan of the variety of restaurants and bars that are walking distance. The staff is great! From the maintenance team to the office staff, everyone I have met is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention, we have the absolute best view of the Braves Stadium. Best place to live!!!

4 year update. Neighbors are pretty cool and seem to be doing better with their pets. Location keeps me here. I think some staff lose interest over time and maybe need to relocate to keep interest. It sucks to not feel appreciated as a resident. Seems they aren’t interested in the things that concern residents and more concerned about their own interest. Especially with the high rates and extra fees. Amenity fees for broken gym equipment and a community room we can’t use unless we pay for it. Graysen, Shayla and the new gentleman are always nice and friendly!! And the Maintenance team is the best!! Keep that up. Keep in mind, it’s not what you say most of the time it’s how you say it. No one wants to be talked to in any rude fashion as a resident. Many residents have said this same thing.

We love living here! Not only is the location amazing for baseball lovers, the Cortland at the Battery community makes it feel at home. The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. They love our 2 year old daughter like she's their own. The maintenance crew knows all of our names and fixes all the little needs promptly when they arise. The nightly valet trash is so helpful when you have a small child to tend to in the evenings. The monthly resident events are the best! They range from smaller more intimate gatherings to large and exciting events with free food, music, and activities such as Music Bingo and Casino nights. These events help me connect with neighbors I would not have otherwise connected with. We LOVE it here!

I even moved out briefly and when I needed to come back there was no question that Cortland at the Battery was the place to return. There are so many great things to say about living here at the Battery. Aside from the perks of living right next to the stadium and amazing restaurants, Cortland and the leasing team make the experience that much better by providing luxury amenities and monthly events for residents that range from seasonal themed parties to arranging a private tour of Truist Park. I live in Base 3 and the shared spaces are consistently maintained and the maintenance team is always quick to respond with requests. Everyone on the leasing team is so helpful and always ready to assist with anything I may need. I have personally worked with LeAnn and Graysen and they are both so wonderful and dependable. Been living here over four years and love it. We first lived in Cortland 1 and we able to seamlessly move into a bigger unit in Cortland 2 with the help of the leasing staff. Lee Ann and everybody there are incredibly helpful, answer question in a very timely manner, and the community events they put on are great. We've enjoyed every minute living at the Battery Atlanta and the close proximity to all the restaurants/bars, yoga studio, boxing gym, movie theatre, Braves stadium, and Roxy are a huge plus.

We have great amenities, and everything here is pretty clean/new. Also, we get to have the Battery in our backyard. We have everything we need in Cortland and the Battery. I love living at Cortland at the Battery. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is so friendly and they even have these awesome resident parties for us now hosted by RQS events. These events are always a blast and way better than any events I’ve ever been to hosted by other complexes. It’s one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease, despite the steep increase in rent. I’m glad Cortland is putting all that extra rent money to good use by hosting this amazing events. I hope they keep it up!

I remember rushing home to get my boyfriends package that was delivered to the office. The office was closed but guess what? They opened the door for me!!!!!! That sealed the deal! I moved here March 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic in the US. I was going through a divorce at the time and when I say the staff here made the transition a lot easier, during a pandemic at that, is an understatement. I love it so much I renewed my lease and had a once in a lifetime opportunity to live here during the World Series! The space is great, the property puts in numerous activities for their residents, and the staff in the leasing office are amazing, (shout out to Chelsie, Tim and Rachel). I see them at least once a week either in passing or in the office and they’re always friendly. I’ve had a couple of maintenance requests and those are always answered in a timely fashion as well, and the facilities staff are friendly as well! All in all, I love it here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My experience living here has been more than I expected. When we were moving into our apartment in September my Husband passed away unexpectedly and the staff here has been wonderful. They’ve all been so good to me throughout this ordeal and have made my living here an easier transition. The maintenance department is very punctual and attentive too! The staff treats you like family and will do their best to help you with any issues you might have. The maintenance team is amazing, they work fast but also make sure they do a great job at whatever they are fixing for you. My wife and I moved down here from NJ and have felt at home with this apartment, the amenities are amazing and having access to both first base and second base just makes it so much better. Would definitely recommend anyone to move to Cortland at the Battery, will not be disappointed!!!

The leasing and management staff have really elevated this community. The resident events that we do help create Strong bonds between neighbors and it doesn’t hurt that we are right next to the Braves stadium! She is extremely helpful and always prompt to fill any and all of our requests! I especially love the events the ladies put on for us. 3rd year update!!! The fire alarms are no longer an issue. Neighbors are pretty cool and seem to be doing better with their pets. Only issue is cleanliness. The garages are filled with brake dust and it covers your cars within a few days. And you can track it into your homes. Location keeps me here. You can’t beat it. There’s no free guest parking unless you’re lucky enough to grab one of the maybe 20 guest passes they have for hundreds of Neighbors. Have them uber or pick them up. So far it’s been a safe place to stay. Between Battery security and alert neighbors it’s been good. The prices are driving all of the residents out now. 😕

The location is great whether you're a baseball fan or not. Steps away from great restaurants. Always something to do. Would highly recommend renting here. Only negative thing I'll say is that the neighbors can be sort of rowdy. Especially if you're around a pool area. Loud music, but just people having a good time. If you work from home, don't live near the pool or amenities. I moved for job relocation, otherwise I would have re-signed a lease here in a heartbeat.

Update: after three months out of service, the elevator has been fixed! As promised, I'm updating my review. This would be five stars, but I'm having some difficulties renewing my lease due to the local management team. Kind of a bummer - I've lived here since the apartments opened but it seems like they're trying to push me out with a sizable rent increase! ---- Second Base elevator has been broken for 7 of the 8 past weeks. Management indifferent despite repeated proddings. Will update this once they fix it. Everything else is generally fine

I moved in to 2nd base in June. I have had wonderful response to any issues that have come up. The office staff is responsive, a shout out to Graysen who always has a smile and quick to assist. My only complaint is traffic on game days but you know that before you move in! So that complaint is just me being a grump.

My experience at Cortland at The Battery has been nothing short of amazing. Shayla toured us (Pics of a model unit attached), patiently answered every question and even came in on her day off to ensure our approval process went smoothly. Communication has always been timely and efficient. In addition to Shayla, the entire leasing/management staff Graysen, Chelsie, LeeAnn, Tim & now Rachel have consistently gone above and beyond to meet our needs. You are always warmly greeted when you go to the office & they are always ready to help. In addition to the huge asset of this building complex being at The Battery , the staff's pleasant demeanor & competence was paramount in our decision to go with this building vs. others in the area. Maintenance requests are answered in a very timely manner. The package and delivery services are very secure. I have received 100% of my packages without issue and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure so...And I've had...let's just say...an ABUNDANCE of packages lol not one ha

2 year update!! The fire alarms are no longer an issue. Neighbors are pretty cool and seem to be doing better with their pets. Only issue is cleanliness. The garages are filled with brake dust and it covers your cars within a few days. And you can track it into your homes. They don’t take clean up request seriously. Some hallways and stairwells have been neglected for months and I know for a fact that many residents complain about it. The building where the leasing office is however kept clean at all times. Location keeps me here. You can’t beat it. There’s no free guest parking unless you’re lucky enough to grab one of the maybe 20 guest passes they have for hundreds of Neighbors. Have them uber or pick them up. Only flaw with office staff is their response to cleaning. I’ve literally sent emails that never were responded to. So far it’s been a safe place to stay. Between Battery security and alert neighbors it’s been good.

What an experience!! Living at The Battery turned out to be just as awesome as I imagined. There’s so much to say but I’ll just touch on somethings I think a future resident would like to know. The move in process is a breeze! Shortly after applying and being approved, we received all the necessary documents and instructions to ensure a seamless move-in. The units here are very nice and spacious. The amenities are truly top tier and well kept. The locations gives you easy access to just about everything ! There’s a Target, Publix, Walmart, Chick-fil-A, LA Fitness and Kroger within a 5 mile radius. Not to mention the ease of being able to walk downstairs and choose to eat from a number of restaurants. Things were taken to another level when Jeni’s Ice cream and Silverspot Cinemas opened downstairs! Both of which we frequent on a weekly basis. The maintenance team is stellar! Tim is amazing to work with! He is friendly and professional, and he has a great leasing staff. We flew in to set up a corporate unit, and the apartment was super clean and the keys were ready to go the minute we walked in the door. The location is fantastic and all of the amenities are immaculate! WE hope to utilize Cortland at the Battery for all of our Atlanta executives!

So check this out...I've been living here for about 4 years now and by far, have been the best experience ever!! The location and everything around, and especially if you love Braves baseball, is just the icing on the cake! But this experience couldn't be awesome without the amazing staff in the leasing office! Shout outs: I came here when it was Home at the Battery. But the Cortland crew made it a smooth transition. LeeAnn (Rimes) have went above and beyond from the get go to make sure my stay here have been enjoyable and always had an answer when I had questions (which were few). It all starts with her. The supporting cast, Graysen, Chels, and Hayley have been so welcoming, friendly and always smiling (only to my dog...jk) and makes me feel appreciated as a resident here. The entire team at Cortland at the Battery is amazing! They went above and beyond to help us set up the apartment for our client. They were so easy to communicate with, even when the leasing office was closed they replied to emails. The property is equally as amazing, the amenities, the close proximity to The Braves stadium, dining and shopping-so fun! The apartment was clean and ready for our delivery team and most importantly our tenant is extremely happy! I hope we can set up many more units there in the future. Living here the past 2 years has been the best experience. I thought college was a good time until I decided to sign my lease at Cortland. The experience would not be so delightful if it wasn't for the 2 amazing ladies in the leasing office, Graysen and LeeAnn. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are taken care of (and even play matchmaker). If you're looking for a beautiful home with great staff then look no further.

I have lived here for one (1) year and not only is the battery a fun spot to live, I am more impressed with the office staff and maintenance team. Leasing associate, Lee Ann Rubino, has always responded immediately to my questions since I moved in, and she goes above and beyond to help her tenants. I can say the same about associate Graysen Stroud who has been so friendly and very easy to speak with since she started in the office. Maintenance quickly responds to service requests. The amenities are great and well-kept by the cleaning staff who clean them every single morning. I am excited for another year at Cortland!

I have lived in Cortland for 1 month now, and absolutely love it! Great facilities, and the maintenance team does a killer job! But the shining star out of it all is Graysen Stroud! She is the leasing agent who got me into an apartment, and she absolutely killed it! She and the rest of the office team are so obliging, and they are so good at getting back to you with any questions right away! The whole team is a blast to be around, and have helped me out on multiple occasions, from helping take care of mail that was incorrectly addressed, to helping me get back into my building when I locked myself out!

I lived here for approximately 3.5 years before moving out in June 2021. The leasing associates (esp. LeAnn!) are wonderful and always willing to help. They do everything they can to make your stay better, attend to any reasonable request and at least listen to your concerns. If you're contemplating being a resident, I would recommend it, as it is a very accessible location and tons of things to do in/around. However, before you jump in, be aware that the parking situation is a little "different." To but it bluntly, Braves Development Co. could not possibly care less about the residents. As such, game-day parking is a nightmare and wait times to get in/out of your own parking lot can be upwards of 45 min to an hour!! So, plan accordingly. The one star that I took off is exactly for this! The Mgt. and employees at Cortland are doing whatever they can to make it easier on the residents, but it is still a poor situation. Recently moved here & absolutely love it so far. Great amenities & location. I recommend this as an awesome experience for younger people in particular. This entire complex is catered to everything enjoyable! A little loud on the weekends but that is of course, expected. I do love the fact that I can live at an MLB stadium! It’s so cool. Kitchen is beautiful, hardwood flooring all throughout. Really nice place & can see myself enjoying it for several years to come.

Very professional staff that was constantly available for questions. Steffany was a great leasing agent and after she left, LeeAnn did an incredible job with move in. She was also very helpful with an Xfinity problem I had early on. Amenities have been great and the access to the Battery has been awesome! Would definitely move in again.

I will be moving out soon, but after staying here for a year and I can truly say this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve encountered in the Atlanta area. Management has been awesome every step of the way, but I really came here to give a HUGE shoutout and thank you to LeeAnn Rubino. LeeAnn is absolutely AMAZING and a VERY kind woman. We’d been emailing back and forth for months and never actually met, and just the other day as I was leaving the leasing office she made a point to come over to introduce herself after realizing I was the person she had been communicating with these past few months. It was so nice to finely meet her, and she had such a beautiful spirit. I can’t thank her enough for how helpful she was to my partner and I, especially during this crazy pandemic. All wonderful things to say about her! She’s the best!

Wow- where to begin! The beautiful views and access to amenities, sleek and modern design and decor, or the impeccable customer service? There’s a great team working around the clock, even with the shutdowns of COVID, allowing residents to maintain their catered living experience. Everything is within walking distance and my concerns and issues are always met with professional, courteous, and helpful resolutions by management- especially LeeAnn, who will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of!
