Phenomenal location, convenient to amenities at the Battery , and outstanding customer service. If you select a building near the Xfinity store. I. Weekends it can get loud after 2 am and you can hear racing on Cobb parkway. All other days are fine. These are not controlled by Cortland, but impact noise quality.

Been living here since November of 2023, and I have GOT to say that’s it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff are not only extremely polite, they’re genuinely nice & caring people. The amenities are generous and lovely and being AT the Battery is just one of the most Gina me convenient locations in Atlanta. You’ll be silly to not consider this place home! And the maintenance team is impeccable. I got surprised how quick they responded on a SATURDAY afternoon. Just amazing all around, I love it here. Safest place in all of Atlanta! Go Braves ❤️❤️❤️

The place so nice I had to live here twice. I lived at Cortland at the Battery in 2021 and 22 and after I moved for work, I could not wait to move back in. Cortland has some of the nicest apartments in Atlanta in the best location, can’t say enough about the leasing team and staff.

I have lived here almost a year now and I truly don’t see myself living anywhere else u til I decide to buy a home. This place is safe, convenient, and elegant. Not only is this apartment complex all of those things, but the people who run this complex are top tier. It is one of the main reasons I don’t see myself ever leaving. Graysen was my leasing agent and went above and beyond for me during the process and even to this day that I live here. She makes you feel comfortable and important during the process and even after! It never feels like they are just trying to get you to sign a lease like some complexes do! It really and truly feels like you are apart of the community and welcomed at all times. Over 10/10. I recommend everyone to live here not only because of the atmosphere, but also because of the amazing people who are behind it all! Additionally, the maintenance services here are amazing. I've been here for awhile and honestly you can't beat the amenities and the location! I can just come home and the nightlife is at my door step! The office staff is great and maintenance is very helpful, especially Josh! Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Living at Cortland at the Battery is really nice everything that you could need is so close. The apartments are beautiful and I did have a few issues with some of the fixtures and appliances in my home but the repair man Josh is so kind and very efficient.

Absolutely love this complex! We toured with Graysen and got to see a couple different units which is always nice when trying to narrow down your options. She was amazing, very friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and then some. I have had THE best experience living at Cortland at the Battery over the past year. From Braves games, to hanging out with friends around the Battery, to the amazing staff, I truly couldn't recommend living at Cortland at the Battery more. Whenever I have a request or question, the staff always gets back to me with answers ASAP. Graysen, Leann, and Tobenna have all been there every step of the way. From the first day we came to tour the office staff was SO welcoming and they made it feel like home before I had even moved in. Since officially moving in my experience has been fantastic. Grayson walked us through our move in and walked us to our apartment and made sure everything was perfect for us. Grayson is literally a super star. This is also the only apartment I’ve ever lived in where you make a maintenance request and then they call you immediately, figure out exactly what you need, and then come and fix it asap. I even enjoy walking to the main office to get parking passes & packages because Grayson & leeann are SO friendly. I would easily recommend living here to anybody.

Moved here in 11/2023! Literally one of the most beautiful, peaceful and modern area I’ve ever lived. I lived in Miami Shores, Gangnam South Korea & even LA I wouldn’t have pegged Atlanta as one of the luxury places. I was happily proven wrong. I had never even visited the Battery before I moved into the CORTLAND so I wasn’t really familiar with the area but you cannot and I mean CANNOT compare the ease of the community to any other location. The application process was simplistic but detailed. You can complete almost everything online and the leasing office and team are the sweetest and most helpful. I moved from a. Completely different state but they feel like family. Not overbearing, but extremely welcoming. Graysen, Leigh-Anne & Tobenna are honestly, the sweetest people and they will have no problem going that extra mile to help you feel at home ✨❤️ The location? I can sneeze from my balcony and someone at the stadium could bless me. But the noise level isn’t too bad, the building is solid and sound proof

Going on almost 5 Years now. Living in the Battery and enjoying all the Amenities that Courtland has to offer is the reason why I’ve lived here. Having your own small city and living a a minute walk to a Braves game gets you spoiled. Even if you’re not a Braves fan the Restaurant scene and having a movie theater within seconds is worth living here. Diana and Lee Ann in the leasing office are amazing managers and it shows with everyone in the leasing team down to the maintenance crew. Highly recommend living here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pet Friendly and Non Smoking community BIG perks !

This apartment community is hands down the best place to live in Atlanta, renting or owning. The best team in baseball is literally one block away. Restaurants and shopping for days. What other apartment community has over 40k people come to its location 80+ times a year? The Cortland staff is great to interact with and are incredibly kind to our family. They reply quickly to anything and the maintenance team is quick and efficient in the rare times we have a request. The resident events are so fun and have a huge turnout. Much better than donuts that our previous home provided rarely. If you’re a Braves fan or a fan of city life this is the place to be in Atlanta. It is safe, fun, and worth it.

We lived at the Battery for almost 4 years. If I had one word to describe this place it would be AWESOME. Nothing beats walking to games and then walking home. Even in the off-season there is always something to do. The amenities at Cortland are top-notch and if you live in 2nd base you have access to two different gyms and pools. Service issues are resolved quickly and painlessly by staff and the leasing office staff are always happy to help with packages. The property is very dog-friendly too and we love walking our dog around the Battery fitness loop. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well-maintained. If you are a Braves fan, new to the area, or simply want to live where there's always something to do: I highly recommend living at Cortland!

So far we have really enjoyed living here. Our biggest disappointment is with the fire pits, coffee machines, and grills. The fire pits at building 2 have never worked and in building 1 they work inconsistently. The coffee machines are also inconsistent and we had a very hard time following the instructions to light the grill. An overview of how to use the grills and firepits at move in time would have been appreciated.

As a resident I understand that there is only so much that the staff at court lane can and with that being said they are the best team in the world. I moved to Atlanta from Miami, and the experience at these apartments has been amazing! Aside from the obvious , having a movie theater, countless restaurants and stores down stairs, the amenities within the apartment buildings are amazing. Fully equipped gyms, pools, grills and common areas. They also do a great job of keeping the halls and common areas clean. Overall best leasing experience I’ve ever had !

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I’ve only had one issue that was quickly taken care of. Maintenance team is on point , leasing team in the office is on point and very friendly. The assistant Manger LeeAnn I have known for the five years I've lived here has been the best!!! Her and the Manager Diana are the ones that make it all happen and the reason I'm still here. Starts at the top as the saying goes. Definitely true at Courtland. Five .***** stars!

I love living at Cortland at the Battery. We have great amenities, and everything here is pretty clean/new. Also, we get to have the Battery in our backyard. We have everything we need in Cortland and the Battery. Also, the leasing and maintenance staff here are so nice and will help you whenever you need it. Raheem White has been very helpful with any issues we’ve had. I had some problems with some noises in my room and he helped me with my problem right away and fixed it. I appreciate everything he has helped us with over the last four years living here.

I was looking somewhere nice to stay and came across this apartment complex. I came into the leasing office inquiring about pricing and apartments for lease. I spoke with Shayla who greeted me at the door. She was very professional , kind, and attentive to my needs and wants for my new home. I did take the tour beautiful place but way out of my budget lol. If you are wanting to rent and want to live somewhere nice stop by and and ask for Shayla! She will definitely get you squared away!

So pleased to have found this community. I’m still fairly new, (5 months ) but so far I’ve had a great experience . First and foremost, the staff has been attentive, kind, and make it a point to ensure their tenants are happy and taken care of . My experience is based on my interactions mainly with my leasing agent Tobenna . He has made himself available and informative from day 1am continues to check in and folllow up . He even personally cleaned the apartment floors the day before I moved my furniture in because maintenance wasn’t able to schedule until after . Shayla also was a big help during my initial move in as well. She stayed Afterhours to assist in getting me switched into the apartment I desired and I’m very appreciative of that Kevin-head of maintenance is also very friendly and helpful. I wanted to find a walkable, safe and diverse place to reside. This checked all boxes. It is centrally located, immediate access to highway only a short drive to downtown/midtown and only 25 min from the Airport.

I have been living in Cortland at the Battery for over a year now. I must say that I am really happy that I chose to renew my lease here. I am a huge Brave fan, so being by the stadium and being able to watch the game from my balcony is truly a blessing. I am also a fan of the variety of restaurants and bars that are walking distance. It makes it so easy to entertain visiting friends and family. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a bit balance in their lives.

It sucks to not feel appreciated as a resident. Seems they aren’t interested in the things that concern residents and more concerned about their own interest. Especially with the high rates and extra fees. Amenity fees for broken gym equipment and a community room we can’t use unless we pay for it. Graysen, Shayla and the new gentleman are always nice and friendly!! And the Maintenance team is the best!! Keep that up. Keep in mind, it’s not what you say most of the time it’s how you say it. No one wants to be talked to in any rude fashion as a resident. Many residents have said this same thing.

We love living here! Not only is the location amazing for baseball lovers, the Cortland at the Battery community makes it feel at home. The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. They love our 2 year old daughter like she's their own. The maintenance crew knows all of our names and fixes all the little needs promptly when they arise. The nightly valet trash is so helpful when you have a small child to tend to in the evenings. The monthly resident events are the best! They range from smaller more intimate gatherings to large and exciting events with free food, music, and activities such as Music Bingo and Casino nights. These events help me connect with neighbors I would not have otherwise connected with. We LOVE it here!

I even moved out briefly and when I needed to come back there was no question that Cortland at the Battery was the place to return. There are so many great things to say about living here at the Battery. Aside from the perks of living right next to the stadium and amazing restaurants, Cortland and the leasing team make the experience that much better by providing luxury amenities and monthly events for residents that range from seasonal themed parties to arranging a private tour of Truist Park. I live in Base 3 and the shared spaces are consistently maintained and the maintenance team is always quick to respond with requests. Been living here over four years and love it. We first lived in Cortland 1 and we able to seamlessly move into a bigger unit in Cortland 2 with the help of the leasing staff. Lee Ann and everybody there are incredibly helpful, answer question in a very timely manner, and the community events they put on are great. We've enjoyed every minute living at the Battery Atlanta and the close proximity to all the restaurants/bars, yoga studio, boxing gym, movie theatre, Braves stadium, and Roxy are a huge plus.

I love living at Cortland at the Battery. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is so friendly and they even have these awesome resident parties for us now hosted by RQS events. These events are always a blast and way better than any events I’ve ever been to hosted by other complexes. It’s one of the main reasons I decided to renew my lease, despite the steep increase in rent. I’m glad Cortland is putting all that extra rent money to good use by hosting this amazing events. I hope they keep it up!

I moved here March 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic in the US. I was going through a divorce at the time and when I say the staff here made the transition a lot easier, during a pandemic at that, is an understatement. I love it so much I renewed my lease and had a once in a lifetime opportunity to live here during the World Series! The space is great, the property puts in numerous activities for their residents, and the staff in the leasing office are amazing, (shout out to Chelsie, Tim and Rachel). I see them at least once a week either in passing or in the office and they’re always friendly. I’ve had a couple of maintenance requests and those are always answered in a timely fashion as well, and the facilities staff are friendly as well! All in all, I love it here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

The Cortland at The Battery team not only showed out for all the residents during this exciting time, but make it a practice to go above and beyond on the daily! Cortland at the Battery has got to be the best apartment community, by far! You have the obvious, great location, beautiful homes and always being near the fun but you also have the office tam that CARES about their residents & a service team that knows what they're doing and do it in a timely manner. Whenever you walk into the office, you automatically feel part of the family. I could not have chosen a better place to live! A huge thank you to the office staff for helping me make the best decision of calling this place home!

I have lived here for going on 4 months now & I was excited but unsure at times because I wasn’t sure if it would feel like a home since it is none other than the battery & I was expecting it to be extremely loud all the time but it’s the complete opposite of that. It’s surprisingly quiet & not the mention, the girls in the office are incredible, very professional & are always willing to answer any questions I’ve had. Having said that, I feel very welcomed here so far in my 4 months & I’m happy to call this my home :)

I'm 27 and lived at Cortland for 2-years. The staff, especially Grayson and LeeAnn, were exceptional and living next to Battery and Truist Park was so fun and convenient, especially for anyone in their 20's. I highly, highly recommend living here.

I moved in last year and immediately was welcomed by the community. Service requests have been met in a timely manner and they actually follow up. I also can not speak highly enough of the Women who work in the leasing office, especially Graysen. Every time I have a question or request she is on it the same day.

3rd year update!!! Neighbors are pretty cool and seem to be doing better with their pets. Location keeps me here. You can’t beat it. So far it’s been a safe place to stay. Between Battery security and alert neighbors it’s been good. My only complaint is guest parking and these prices, but hey it seems prices are up everywhere!!! LeAnne is the best!!! Not to mention. The leasing staff are not only good looking but they’re on top of it all. It’s been a pleasure staying here.

The staff treats you like family and will do their best to help you with any issues you might have. The maintenance team is amazing, they work fast but also make sure they do a great job at whatever they are fixing for you. My wife and I moved down here from NJ and have felt at home with this apartment, the amenities are amazing and having access to both first base and second base just makes it so much better. Would definitely recommend anyone to move to Cortland at the Battery, will not be disappointed!!!

By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in since I’ve moved to Atlanta. The leasing staff are very pleasant! They have been helpful anytime I’ve needed something. There are amazing fun resident events monthly.

I’ve lived here at cortland at the battery for a year and just renewed my lease! Being from out of state I wanted a safe place to live with my frenchie and boyfriend! We Absolutely love it here!!! The people that live here are awesome. i work from home so it’s so nice to be able to walk outside and see people whenever I want. The staff is incredible specifically Greyson she’s been so so great for us but all staff know you by name. Totally recommend you living here. I never want to leave lol

Best Cortland Property in Atlanta period. Don’t go to East Cobb. Don’t waste your time at The Village. The weird Cortland by Northside Hospital isn’t on the radar. If you want the best experiences. Come to the Battery. Lit and peaceful. Clean and Drama Free. The ladies in the Leasing office takes care of us. Don’t take my word for it. Pull up on us

I have lived at Cortland at the Battery for over two years. And I just renewed for my third! This has been the best experience in an apartment community that I’ve ever had. The leasing and management staff have really elevated this community. The resident events that we do help create Strong bonds between neighbors and it doesn’t hurt that we are right next to the Braves stadium! Shoutout to Tim, LeeAnn and Andrew for being amazing leaders. Whenever there are issues they jump in to get it corrected immediately. Graysen, Shayla, and Chelsie always offer smiling faces when I come to the office and they love on my pup with treats when I bring him along :)

I love living at the Battery! The leasing office staff are extremely nice and attentive. Graysen was my girl who got me and my roommate our apartment! She is extremely helpful and always prompt to fill any and all of our requests! I especially love the events the ladies put on for us. Whether its a rooftop World Series party or a party for our dogs, there is always something fun to do at this apartment! In my three years of living in Atlanta, this is by far the best living situation I've had. It's also VERY safe. I am not fearing for my life walking my dog anymore! If you are on the fence about moving here, just do it! You won't regret it.

3rd year update!!! The fire alarms are no longer an issue. Neighbors are pretty cool and seem to be doing better with their pets. Only issue is cleanliness. The garages are filled with brake dust and it covers your cars within a few days. And you can track it into your homes. Location keeps me here. You can’t beat it. There’s no free guest parking unless you’re lucky enough to grab one of the maybe 20 guest passes they have for hundreds of Neighbors. Have them uber or pick them up. So far it’s been a safe place to stay. Between Battery security and alert neighbors it’s been good. The prices are driving all of the residents out now. 😕

I came for the World Series and I had such a great time. My friend lives here and I can honestly say it’s worth everything. What they do for their residents is amazing and the apartments are so nice. Love this place.

I have lived here for 4 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience overall. Tim and LeeAnn plus the rest of the staff have been fantastic. Everyone is friendly, polite and professional. The property overall is always kept clean. Highly recommend Cortland at the Battery.

This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff knows you by name and are SUPER accommodating, The facilities and amenities are top notch. The location is great whether you're a baseball fan or not. Steps away from great restaurants. Always something to do. Would highly recommend renting here. Only negative thing I'll say is that the neighbors can be sort of rowdy. Especially if you're around a pool area. Loud music, but just people having a good time. If you work from home, don't live near the pool or amenities. I moved for job relocation, otherwise I would have re-signed a lease here in a heartbeat.

Update: after three months out of service, the elevator has been fixed! As promised, I'm updating my review. This would be five stars, but I'm having some difficulties renewing my lease due to the local management team. Kind of a bummer - I've lived here since the apartments opened but it seems like they're trying to push me out with a sizable rent increase! ---- Second Base elevator has been broken for 7 of the 8 past weeks. Management indifferent despite repeated proddings. Will update this once they fix it. Everything else is generally fine

I moved in to 2nd base in June. I have had wonderful response to any issues that have come up. The office staff is responsive, a shout out to Graysen who always has a smile and quick to assist. My only complaint is traffic on game days but you know that before you move in! So that complaint is just me being a grump.

My experience at Cortland at The Battery has been nothing short of amazing. Shayla toured us (Pics of a model unit attached), patiently answered every question and even came in on her day off to ensure our approval process went smoothly. Communication has always been timely and efficient. In addition to Shayla, the entire leasing/management staff Graysen, Chelsie, LeeAnn, Tim & now Rachel have consistently gone above and beyond to meet our needs. You are always warmly greeted when you go to the office & they are always ready to help. In addition to the huge asset of this building complex being at The Battery , the staff's pleasant demeanor & competence was paramount in our decision to go with this building vs. others in the area. Maintenance requests are answered in a very timely manner. The package and delivery services are very secure. I have received 100% of my packages without issue and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure so...And I've had...let's just say...an ABUNDANCE of packages lol not one ha

What an experience!! Living at The Battery turned out to be just as awesome as I imagined. There’s so much to say but I’ll just touch on somethings I think a future resident would like to know. The move in process is a breeze! Shortly after applying and being approved, we received all the necessary documents and instructions to ensure a seamless move-in. The units here are very nice and spacious. The amenities are truly top tier and well kept. The locations gives you easy access to just about everything ! There’s a Target, Publix, Walmart, Chick-fil-A, LA Fitness and Kroger within a 5 mile radius. Not to mention the ease of being able to walk downstairs and choose to eat from a number of restaurants. Things were taken to another level when Jeni’s Ice cream and Silverspot Cinemas opened downstairs! Both of which we frequent on a weekly basis. The maintenance team is stellar!
