I had an excellent experience working with Sara and Tobenna. They are truly exceptional leasing consultants. Sara was incredibly patient and took the time to show me multiple apartments that truly met my needs. Tobenna was just as amazing, he sent me several detailed videos and made sure I had all the information I needed to select my new home. Both of them answered every question thoroughly, were extremely pleasant to work with, and made the entire process stress-free. The move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend working with them. After I moved in, I was invited to a Christmas party for residents at one of the restaurants at The Battery, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. That experience made me even more excited about living at The Battery and being part of such a great community.

I had a great experience with Ashton, the service technician who came out to service my AC at Courtland Battery Atlanta . He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Ashton took the time to explain the issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the comfort of residents. Little did I know before moving into Cortland at the Battery just how accessible all things are!! Caroline was so very helpful with all my questions. She took her time with me and walked me through all the new systems and that was difficult because I was lost at first! This place is close to everything but still quite The Braves games are just a short walk away and there are major activities available to everyone who wants to participate. My 2 bedroom is still spacious and comfortable. I love living here!!

I’ve signed 2 - 15 month leases at this property and I have not regretted the experience. From Tobenna in the leasing office taking such great care of me from showing me apartments, signing me up & throughout the entirety of my living here, he’s been over accommodating; assisting me at every turn. The maintenance staff has also been top tier with Ashton A being super attentive whenever I experienced a hiccup that required his attention. When you have expedited, quality service like that, it makes renewing a no-brainer. Really appreciate these guys and the staff at Cortland Battery as they’ve made my living experience here an enjoyable, reassuring one.

Amazing experience living here the past 5 years! Tobenna in the leasing office is nothing but helpful kind and professional when issues arise. Very thankful for his help whenever I have a problem! LeeAnn has also been incredible while we’ve been living here. Anytime there has been a problem, it gets solved quickly thanks to them and the maintenance team!! Whether it be a maintenance issue or anything else, I know the Cortland staff will help any way they can. The dog friendly environment is had to beat and my dog loves to visit LeeAnn in the leasing office for treats. We appreciate the staff so much for making our living experience over 5 years a 10/10.

just signed my 2nd 15 month lease here and it’s been fantastic. management and leasing agents have always been so helpful and personable to me and my dog! all of the maintenance techs have been fantastic but i have to personally shout out Ashton, he has went above and beyond to help me, from fixing minor issues to helping me move big boxes or furniture i feel very taken care of here! looking forward to another year here.

Been living here since November of 2023, and I have GOT to say that’s it’s the best place I’ve ever lived. The staff are not only extremely polite, they’re genuinely nice & caring people. The amenities are generous and lovely and being AT the Battery is just one of the most Gina me convenient locations in Atlanta. You’ll be silly to not consider this place home! And the maintenance team is impeccable. I got surprised how quick they responded on a SATURDAY afternoon. Just amazing all around, I love it here. Safest place in all of Atlanta! Go Braves ❤️❤️❤️
