The move in went very well. Austin from the leasing office was very helpful in getting the lease, packages, and move in logistics together. Michael from maintenance was very helpful, attentive, and readily available with move in and maintenance.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Michael M, Service Tech with Cortand the company that now manages Aerston Midtown. It was very easy to submit a request for service. Michael was prompt and he resolved the issue that I had. He provided excellent customer service and was also able to answer questions I had about the Nashville area surrounding the apartment complex. He went above and beyond his call of duty. I hope Cortland hires more professionals like Michael. What I most appreciated about him was the fact that he really delved into the issue I was having with an appliance and he came back and made sure the problem was truly solved. His follow up is commendable. I am looking forward to my child having a good year living at Aerston Midtown knowing that Cortland has a person of high caliber performing the maintenance in the building. I’ve had a great experience with Aertson Midtown so far. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the move-in process was much smoother than I expected. A special shoutout to Austin in the leasing office, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made all of the move-in logistics easy to navigate, stayed responsive to my questions, and did a great job onboarding me to the community. His professionalism and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. If you’re considering living at Aertson Midtown, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. The team has been welcoming, and my experience has been excellent from day one.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and this place definitely has its ups and downs but I have never been disappointed by the staff. Especially the cleaning team (Mercedes has always been the loveliest, most hard working person who makes my day every time I see her) and maintenance (Antwan has been genuinely my hero over these years - he makes great conversation and always gets my many requests done. I cannot thank him enough for holding my place together)! I genuinely cannot express how much I appreciate them. I’ve noticed that since we’ve had a few changes in management - things have of course changed with how the staff work. Recently I’ve noticed them being able to talk a little less and being more stressed out about very high demands. It makes me a little sad that they are being pushed to do so much more when they don’t have enough support and everything was doing well before. I worry that with such a big building and so few support staff that we are stretching them thin and it won’t be sustainable for t
