We had a truly wonderful experience living at Elme Herndon Apartments. From the very beginning, the moving-in process was fast, smooth, and stress-free thanks to their helpful and organized team. One of the things we appreciated most was their excellent maintenance service, every request was handled promptly, often within 24 hours! It’s clear that they genuinely care about the comfort of their residents. The area is always clean and well-kept, and it’s perfect for taking relaxing walks around the neighborhood. Overall, Elme Herndon Apartments made our time here easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live!

It’s been more than a year of my stay. Excellent community to be. Well maintained wrt to the facilities and quick maintenance support. The staff members are so courteous . A special mention to Ms. Victoria at the leasing office and Mr. Chris P part of the maintenance team who have made our stay pleasant.

I've lived here since May and I have nothing but good things to say about Elme Herndon. I like the location as someone who does not have a car, easy access to bus stops, the metro, and the airport. Walkable distance to shopping too. I live on the ground floor and no vermin, which is nice. Nice W/D and layout of my 1b apartment. I also like the trash butler system and Amazon Lockers. The people here are honest and I have never had a package stolen. I really love living here!
