Darius from the SAS team was AMAZING. Seriously, I cannot stress enough how helpful he was. The signing process took awhile for me due to a system issue, but Darius was on the case beginning to end. He worked around my schedule to ensure I was updated at all times throughout the process and even when there were no changes, just to let me know I wasn’t forgotten and he was actively working on my case everyday. Truly amazing customer service, despite the system issue I was never stressed nor worried because Darius assured me he would take care of it, and that’s exactly what he did. 10/10 experience because of him. Darius if you see this, thank you so much, you rock!!!

Living at Paseo Bee Cave has been a great experience. The community is well maintained, the location is ideal, and it truly feels like a place you can call home. A special shout-out to David, who has been absolutely amazing. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or needs are handled quickly, and his positive attitude makes a real difference in the day-to-day experience of living here. Highly recommend Paseo Bee Cave to anyone looking for a welcoming community with excellent management and support.

I would like to update my review to acknowledge the amazing, prompt, convenient service by Jesus after an appliance stoked working. He did a phenomenal job! Thank you. I enjoy living here. I can always count on y'all to take care of business. Happy Thanksgiving! Lived here over a year. The staff is in my honest opinion very attentive to real issues. I have had the average issue with a disposal, or A/C - which let’s face it, in Texas is not uncommon or unusual. As a former home owner who had to coordinate every maintenance task having the staff here take care of such matters in a quick and professional way goes a long way. I am content living here, the other people living here have not been an issue for me and that’s what makes living here pleasant. Shout out to Vino & Jaime dealing with the A/C stuff! Thanks guys! Thank you for the portable A/C unit while the AC system gets replaced. Stay cool during this heat!

This is an updated review of Paseo. By far, this complex has the most considerate manager I've ever come across. If maintenance issues arise, they jump to help, and I'd like to express how very appreciative I am of this! Let's also not forget how cozy, quiet & serene my apartment is! Sure, all apartment complexes have their fair share of maintenance issues from time to time, but those get addressed in a timely manner and it still is a very nice place to live! Thank you, Mark & team!
