The layout of the apartment makes it feel so spacious and the kitchen is so cute but what really stands out to me is the way the management and front desk are so approachable and kind. They respond to emails and texts so quickly and they get maintenance requests addressed right away. Thanks for all the work you do! (:

Love apartment space, property always stays maintained, service fantastic, David Lozoya always friendly and always helps when needed. Many stores, restaurants and food stores close by. Love it here!

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the entire maintenance team and office staff. They have always been very kind, attentive, and willing to help whenever an issue arises. I would especially like to acknowledge David for his excellent service, responsibility, and readiness to resolve any problem. He is a highly professional, respectful, and efficient person who truly makes a difference with his great service. We have been living at Paseo since 2022, and ever since the new management team took over, our experience has been amazing! Mark and David are fantastic—they are always approachable, willing to listen, and genuinely care about making life here as comfortable as possible for the residents. The maintenance team is also excellent. They are professional, responsive, and always do a great job. We truly appreciate all the hard work the entire team puts into making this community such a wonderful place to live.

Living at Cortland since 2021 has truly been a great experience for me. The customer service has always stood out, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for. David and his entire team are goals! (That comes from a property management snob.) Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the community is well maintained, and everyone in the office is always kind, professional, and welcoming. I genuinely love the team here and appreciate all the hard work they put into creating a positive living environment. If I wasn’t moving in our house I would still be here!!!
