I've called Paseo home for a number of years, and can't imagine living anywhere else. Sure, there are problems sometimes, but every complex experiences issues from time to time. I've always found that my maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, I've been very happy here! Update: My hot water heater had busted, and management jumped to action and dispatched maintenance immediately, who attacked the problem extremely fast & efficient! What a piece of mind to know how considerate they were to get my apartment fixed up quickly, so I wasn't inconvenienced too long! I'm really appreciative of the team here! Thank you, Paseo!

The new staff have made a world of a difference. So many small improvements to the community make the biggest difference. Tea is super helpful in making sure all my service requests are taken care of and helping me with my missing package. I can’t recommend Paseo enough!

I love living at Paseo! Super close to shopping, great amenities and the staff is super nice. The apartments have such a homey feel to them that you can’t get anywhere else and the storage is an added bonus. Tea was great in helping my move in process go smoothly and answered all my questions.

I’ve enjoyed my stay so far, the staff in the office are super friendly and the coffee is a nice bonus. The area is pretty well kept aside from some tenants not knowing how to dispose of garbage properly. The gym is convenient and the pool is nice as well.

As a long-term resident, I'm very happy living here. Sure, there are things that break or aren't perfect. Every apartment complex has problems, but that doesn't mean it isn't a nice place. The staff have always been easily reachable, and the head maintenance man takes care of any issues that come up in my apt in a timely manner. Overall, it's been a piece of mind & comfort to live in this community all these years!

Morgan provides outstanding, genuine customer service. The property is beautifully landscaped & is perched up on a hill so the views are equally breathtaking. Just moved in the beginning of October and it has been a great experience from the very start. ( Shout out to Morgan- We had quite a bit apartments picked but the location, scenic hill country views, amenities and the team won us over.) Any hiccups in our move or apartment and Morgan was quick to update, accommodate and give us a call. The whole staff is very friendly and quick at getting you the assistance you need. This staff that cortland has here is amazing.. they took care of me and my family on multiple occasions and keep this place kept up with and I’ve never met such genuine people, when I was apartment hunting in austin… there were so many options I wanted to go with but then I found this place. Management, maintenance, property, the people here and the accessibility to the shopping and going out is all in one place. Highly recommend leasing here again when I’m in town! I've been here a few years. 5 stars would mean no room for improvement so take 4 stars as a really good mark from me. Nicest apartment I've ever had. The weight room is decent, people seem to enjoy the pool. They have optional social events often and sometimes free food. Morgan and Nate at the office are super helpful. I had issues with maintenance in the past, but they have new people now. There are groceries, gas, mechanic, electronic, restaurants, home improvement, and clothing stores within like half a mile. This is the only apartment I've ever had I would recommend to other people. Have an awesome day!

I’ve lived at Paseo for almost a year and just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had no problems with bugs or any other pests. The location can’t be beat. The gym and pool are great. I took off one star just because the exterior doors and windows are ancient and overdue for replacement, pet fees are high - $25/month instead of one-time fee and deposit, and I’m bummed my rent is going up $10/month.

The girls in the front lobby were super sweet and helpful. I can't say enough about how clean the maintenance people kept the buildings and the amenities. The floorplans are well laid out and the Bee Cave area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Paseo at Bee Cave was one on the top of our list of places to live in Austin. We would recommend to anyone wanting to live in the area.

After moving to Paseo a couple of weeks ago, I have been very pleased with my experience so far. Having a cup of coffee on my balcony has become a daily ritual with the hill country views from the second floor. When I arrived to move-in, everything was ready for my arrival. This took away most of my stress with moving my furniture across Austin.

My water heater busted and within minutes my apartment was flooded. Thankfully I was home when it happened. The Maintenance Service Manager- Dylan responded quickly, getting the water off in minutes. He contacted the water extraction team immediately! All on a Saturday morning. Thank you Dylan. The Manager- Angelica and Maintenance Supervisor - Ezra scheduled the restoration and I was able to move back into my apartment within 6 days!!! Thanks everyone for following up my emergency situation.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

The apartment homes and amenities at Powell Grand are exceptional. With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! We recommend all of our friends and family come and tour the property for themselves. You're sure to find friendly, courteous, and professional staff and management. The maintenance of the grounds is outstanding, and we cannot think of a better place to call home!

The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

Living at the REN is real deal. The quality of the apartments, appliances, amenities and technology are perfect. We are especially pleased with the safety and security of the building and the responsiveness of the outstanding staff. The Equinox has been perfect for me - great location for my work in SLU, easy communication with the staff, and easy process for signing up on my lease. The amenities like the 24/7 gym and the rooftop terrace are also really great! I honestly really like this place.

I have lived here for 2 years and I'm always impressed with how fast maintenance comes to fix things! I'm always grateful for their positive attitude and speedy reply! Walter in particular always has a smile on his face and can make the most annoying maintenance issue disappear as quickly as it occurred. Being a resident at AVANA, Rancho Palos Verdes is like living full-time in a luxury resort. It's fabulous! This apartment complex is one of the best places I have lived from west coast to east coast. Monty is at a prime location in North Charleston as it is about 15 minutes anything you could want to do in the Charleston area. It’s located right across the highway from Tanger Outlets, Top Golf, and axe throwing. In the opposite direction you can head down to park circle and go to all the amazing restaurants and breweries. Also, this is a great place for military members as you are about 15 to 20 minutes from both military bases in the area. Finally the cherry on top for me at Monty was that the Wi-Fi, it is included in the rent and is usable throughout the entire complex

Corsair is the best building in New Haven. The apartments are gorgeous and have every possible amenity you could want. The closets are enormous and the bathrooms are very large too. Also the high ceilings are great. The kitchens are very spacious with very new appliances. It’s also really nice having central air that you can control by Wi-Fi. There’s super convenient parking at the building for an extra fee as well. The pool and backyard area are gorgeous and I spent a lot of time there every summer. The gym has everything you could possibly want, the only issue being that the peloton bikes are often on maintenance. The building is also great about handling packages and I’ve never had an issue with that. They are also very dog friendly and even keep it gets by the front door which was just a nice touch. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and I never had a single problem in the building. Anytime I needed anything they handled it so quickly and professionally.

I have rented many places in my lifetime…apartments, townhomes, long term rentals, short term rentals, long term 5-star hotels, spas and I’ve owned a couple homes and a townhome a block away. This is absolutely my favorite place! I love the location and lifestyle. All the amenities are boutique and like a 5-star hotel. I feel I’m marinating in luxury and I never want to leave. I will be here long term. The staff, including Kelsey & Nicole, concierge, specifically Moe, and neighbors are all wonderful. The gym, pool, and common areas are beautifully appointed and clean. My apartment is gorgeous and a great use of space. I have recommended this building to many who have voiced dissatisfaction in other buildings in the area. Highly recommend.

I have to specifically call out Dylan who is the head of maintenance. He is absolutely fantastic! We recently had a leak in our AC unit and he showed up late at night on a weekend to fix it even though it was his day off. Very responsive, diligent, and actually cares about the residents. He deserves a massive raise and we are lucky to have him!!

If only folks knew how much I enjoy coming home to a cozy, clean apartment after an extremely hard day of work. I love my pad and don't ever want to leave! I have a tree-lined canyon in the back, a beautiful swimming pool that can be enjoyed on a hot summer day and a garage, which is oh so nice! I don't need to worry about my little truck when she's tucked away for the night in there. Overall, an apartment should give a resident a cozy vibe and provide a sanctuary away from it all and mine does exactly that!

I have lived here for the better part of two years. Overall, I would recommend. You have your typical apartment complaints, but thats what to expect with renting an apartment. I will say, the absolute best thing about this place is the location. - Conveniently located to the Galleria, across the street from an HEB. - Easily access Austin but aren't too close to the craziness. - Nice amenities, not new but nicer than most in the area that we toured. - Pool is nice with a great patio/grill area. - Gym is nice, but not often kept clean. Toilet is almost never clean. - I haven't had much interaction with the front office, but no complaints. - The maintenance team is fantastic & always answer in a timely manner. - The dog park is convenient, but is essentially dirt. Definitely could be better, but you are not too far away from Bee Cave Dog Park. The biggest complaint I have always had about this place is lighting and safety. We moved in recently. It has been a great experience. What compelled me in writing this review is to highlight the hard work Dillon provides in the facilities management department. He’s always cheerful and smiling. I see him working incredibly hard at all times, and he always does so with a smile on his face. It’s fun to see him zooming around on the golf cart to fix something or take care of an issue. I hope he receives the just recognition for his tireless efforts and excellent representation. We need more Dillons in the world.

This is the best property I have ever lived at! The maintenance is absolutely amazing. I believe the Maintenence guy’s name was John, he always goes above and beyond for us! In my opinion Maintenace guys can either build the property up or tear it down and it makes a huge difference in making residents happy! In my search for an apartment, I stopped in at Paseo in BeeCave. I was very impressed with the property…clean and modern with fantastic views! I was given a tour by Renee and was impressed with her friendly and courteous service. She was eager to answer all of my questions. She explained all the amenities this place had to offer! I have been living at Paseo for some time now and I will say it is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Mariel in the front office made my application process & move-in effortless. She has also kept in touch after the fact and has proven to be an amazing leader in ensuring the community morale here is always positive. She went above & beyond to make sure I had a garage space in the same building as my unit as well. This was a main factor for me because unlike most people that just toss junk in their garages, I actually use mine and keep it very organized/clean/etc.. Being a "car guy" this space is just as important to me as the unit itself so I am able to have a secure place for my toys, recreational gear, and tools. Paseo easily has the biggest garage spaces available in the area. Anthony & Manuel with the maintenance staff have also been absolutely astounding as well. Anytime I have had an issue (which has been I think once, maybe twice?) they were on it like white on rice. They have al

The apartment upon moving was cleaned and freshly painted. Everything was and is in working order. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive and organized management and maintenance are. And their customer service is amazing!!!! Mariel is a gem, she has gone above and beyond for us and for sure for all tenants. Every single person we have encountered has been nice and friendly. To give an example, I asked about changing ac filters on Sunday night, the request went through right away and by 10am the next morning maintenance had already replaced it. I think that’s great service! We are between homes and Paseo at Bee Cave apartments has been a life saver, when I researched apartments, many around here had very bad reviews so I was very nervios about not been able to find a great place for us. Well luckily for us we found Paseo and couldn’t be happier.

UPDATE: We’ve been here 9 months and still love it. One of our smoke alarms started randomly beeping late at night. We called the emergency line and they were here in 15 minutes to replace the batteries. All of our non emergency requests are usually fixed within 24-48 hours too. Maintenance employees are also super nice. We just moved into Paseo and we already love it so much! The Residence Experience Specialist, Mariel, is amazing! She was very thorough and always responded quickly to our questions. She was helpful in deciding what size apartment would best meet our needs. I had a million questions and the entire staff was patient. Paseo is VERY dog friendly and our pup was welcomed right into the neighborhood. The apartments are very nice and clean and the environment is amazing! Would definitely recommend.
