My apartment complex is under New Management and it's awesome they have done so much work around the place... Paving the parking lot fixing stuff around the complex you ask them for anything and they'll help you I just love it here❤️❤️... Also the maintenance guy Jose he has really been helpful and so nice and the always acknowledges me along with the rest of the maintenance guys. Jose replaced my blinds they're very fast about doing things and I asked for an air conditioner and it's been ordered....I really love it at this apartment complex they are so helpful and fast about returning work orders....

The Mint is a unique community, yes we've had some issues in the past and what complex doesn't. The maintenance team here is AWESOME! JESUS, ANDREW and the other fellas do great work here. JASON the property manager still maintains integrity through the thick clouds. PABLO, JOSE AND MARIA are as sweet as pumpkin pie and the Mint has more of a family style relationship with the tenets. The point is that I would rather live in a complex that has a staff that cares. We have a clean complex with nice pools and special parties in the community center provided by COURTLAND and tge associates. I have never been fed more food in my entire career renting. Thanks again staff for the community get togethers and thanks for caring. And a special hollar out to the maintenance team.

The Mint has a Great maintenance team. I had a small leak in my fridge and Andrew came over to fix the issue. After fixing the fridge he cleaned out my freezer, good as new. Then replaced a outlet on the wall and changed my air filter. When he came back upon my request for touch up paint. He did exactly that. By the afternoon I felt like I had a brand new apartment. Thanks to Andrew and his persistent attitude. Thanks again Andrew my apartment is as good as new.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Mint Urban at Xfinity. Recently, I went through a very stressful situation involving my apartment and a lease concern that thankfully ended up being resolved in my favor. Throughout that entire process, the leasing office was professional and accommodating. Most recently, I lost my key fob during everything that was going on, and when I went to inquire about replacing it, the leasing agent was kind enough to provide me with a new one at no charge. That level of understanding and customer service truly meant a lot to me. Overall, I genuinely love living here. I was honestly really sad at the thought of having to move because this community has been a great place to call home. The building is consistently clean, especially the lobby and common areas. I really appreciate not having to haul trash off-site, and maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two, which is impressive. This apartment complex is doing their best to make improvements and make this area a better place to live. They keep the property clean and tidy. There is a cleaning and maintenance crew that is very on top of getting things done. The updates to the building have been great such as the elevator and door access.

I want to leave this review because context matters. I moved to Denver for a relationship and four months in found myself in a bad situation and urgently needing housing. My credit wasn’t great and I didn’t have much rental history, so I knew this was going to be a challenge. I connected with David, an apartment locator I found on Facebook Marketplace, and he suggested Mint Urban Infinity. I’ll be honest, the floor plans and amenities were nice and the website looked great, but the Google reviews were dreadful. Saying things like infestations and no working elevators. But I’ve literally been a homeless drug addict in a past life, so I’ve lived in much worse, and all of those negative things were still better than the DV situation I was in. So let’s go. To my surprise, knock on wood, I have had no issues with bugs. When I moved in, one of the two elevators in my building worked. One is better than none. Now both elevators work. I love my area. I love my unit. I love my amenities. When I am in my apartment

Been here for a few months now, so far so good. Managements response is pretty fast too. Safety is good too, the loca fd &l pd is right down the block. The only pop ive heard in the area are from fireworks. Overall, 4/5 specially with the resources in the location. Vet, shopping centers, restaurants, groceries, theres even a king sooper being built just across the street. Would have been 5/5 but theres too many dog poop around the apartment. Obviously its not managements based, but the review is for the location not management.

I’ve been living at this property for over a year and a half and I can say there has been so many improvements to the property and the staff. José in the leasing office is such a hard worker and really cares about the people living here, probably because he does too. There are so many people who live on this property and I can’t even imagine how difficult it is to manage. The maintenance workers also have huge work loads daily and they really get the job done. Mint Urban Inifinty has been a good home to me and I appreciate all the staff.

Despite the reviews in which some of them were written 6 years ago. I had a great experience. I called after closing hours with a rush to get into a unit with in four days. All calls were answered. The application was smooth and easy and Laura and the staff in the application department were right on top of it like a pro. Emails were prompt and everyone was great. Jason took my ridiculous situation and turned it into fine wine. He sent pictures of the unit. Answered all my questions and Laura in the financial department was quick and right to it. I mean come on guys we live in Denver. Try finding units this size for the price. We live in cherry creek with Glendale at the lap of the complex. King soopers, home depot, target every bank you need and much more on Colorado blvd. No complaints from me. The staff was awesome and that's hard to find.

Jose in the leasing office is so helpful! The elevator is out of service in my building and he went out of his way to help me carry up a big package. He also helped me install an AC unit. He’s the best!

My client has been a resident at Mint Urban Infinity for over 15 years. Due to recent life changes, she needed to transfer to a more suitable apartment on very short notice. Although the previous leasing agent made some errors that nearly derailed the process, Jason and Jose stepped in with outstanding support. They were responsive, resourceful, and worked tirelessly to resolve every issue with patience and kindness. They also collaborated with Dana at Cortland Colorado’s Corporate office to ensure everything was handled properly and completed in a very timely manner. Throughout the transition, the entire on-site team—including security and maintenance staff—were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The leasing market in Colorado is challenging right now, but the team at Mint Urban Infinity clearly knows what they’re doing. Thank you all for your dedication and support!

I went to do a tour of the place and Christian was amazing, she really sold it and after looking at the ammenities, the community aspect and the beautiful rooms available (that have fireplaces, which is exactly what I wanted) I knew I wanted to be a tenant at Mint Urban Infinity

Just want to give credit to someone who finished a job order in my apartment. Reggie has done a fast and amazing job finishing my work order with a sense of speed and carefulness with his approach. First week here, firstly amazing. Very secure, cameras behind the building, love it. Apartment was spotless upon move in, working appliances, lots of windows to let air flow through. Huge rooms, beautiful layout. Jorge with maintenance was insanely quick to respond to the one issue I had of the garbage disposal not working. Came without 2 hours of submitting a request and fixed the issue. Amazing.

Over all this is a beautiful property. Since a maitnance shift I have noticed an amazing change in response to maitnance requests and the extreamly clean pools even during winter! Reggie is a tremendous addition to the team! Any issues are delt with quick and professionally. Appreciate the hard work you all do to keep your tenants happy. Hopefully we can get the elevators up and running again soon. Shout out to reggie and the office staff. You are all great.

I had a positive experience with the staff at Mint Urban Infinity Apartments. Karina in the office was helpful, and Stephon and Reggie did a great job completing my service requests. They even took care of a couple of extra items while they were in the apartment, which I really appreciated. While the buildings are older and do require ongoing maintenance, the team came through in a timely manner. The response time wasn’t an excessive wait, and I appreciate their effort. Overall, the service team was professional and efficient!

Whew! Relieved to say that Marc on-call and Jesus on-site helped out quickly when we had some backup in our 1960's building's pipes. They ended up getting Master rooter on site super quick, and problem solved, even at 11pm at night!

I have lived here for over 5 years and have experienced so much with changes in management/ownership. I had to come on here and shout out Mark and Jesus for coming in and just throwing all their weight into making this place better. Its a huge task but they are killing it. Thankful to have a service team here who cares!

Overall I had great experience at Mint Urban. The building was under re-construction so it was not the best. The elevators were also not working in our building. But for the price, I think it was reasonable. Management were great. I had good experience with them till we encounter a misunderstanding and miscommunication during the move-out. However, I'm impressed by how quick and fair they were able to resolve the issue Keep up the great work!

New Management has really stepped it up since moving here, renovations and maintenance issues get addressed consistently and efficiently. Brian, Jesse, and Serena are superstars at the leasing Office. Always with a smile on their face and appear to actually care about their job, hard to find these days.. this complex is on its way up and i highly recommend you secure a unit while you still can. I just renewed my lease.
