I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad. My dad moved to the Pickerington area five years ago to be closer to me as he had retired and needed to live closer to family. He lived in Lake’s Edge for nearly five years and it was a wonderful community for him. He felt like it was “home” for him and he always appreciated his apartment. Maintenance was quick to respond to any issues, and I never worried about his safety there. Dad passed away a few weeks ago and the management was very understanding about our move-out process and very sympathetic to our needs. I would highly recommend this community. Great people and great apartments.

The most welcoming staff I have ever encountered at an apartment complex. Assa I have worked with the most and she is genuinely so sweet and will work with you on anything you need. I needed a minor maintenance fix and they were in my apartment working within an hour. Everyone had been so sweet and accommodating. My dog loves the area and the dog park and the view is beautiful. It is clean, quiet and everyone is friendly. Overall the best place I have ever lived.

Overall lakes edge is a good community, it’s well kept and the staff are great. I’ve never had any issues with the service from complex. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The touring and application process has been amazing with the help of Assa . There was some issues on my end with filling out the application and she went out of her way to make sure we were assisted in a timely manner . Very happy to be apart of this community, will be updating this review in the future if anything comes up . So far highly recommend -- great staff, nice grounds, affordable rent and updated units .

Very quiet place to live, I love the kids park that is my favorite. We just moved in here almost 2 month now. Just that the dogs poop and sometimes dogs not been on the lush is my only concern. The staff is great especially Assa she is great and very patient.

From the nature and wildlife, to the access to I-70 and shopping centers not only in Pickerington, but Reynoldsburg and Canal Winchester, the very kind people who live in the neighborhood are what makes it a lovely place to live! We have lived here about 6 months and haven’t had any complaints! The apartment is a good size and we love having ample space to walk our dog. The app allows you to quickly connect with management and maintenance, as well as pay all rent and fees. Great first apartment for us!

I’ve lived here for a little over a month, the apartment looks just as it did online. Assa and Kristin were very helpful and they kept me informed throughout the entire application process. The community is very quiet and it’s in a great location. Maintenance responds very quickly and it’s easy to put in maintenance requests through the app.

Lakes Edge is a wonderful place to live! The surroundings are pleasant and peaceful and the lake area is filled with a delightful variety of wildlife. Every time I drive back into the community I think of how happy I am to call this place my home. I have enjoyed the beautiful changing of the seasons here and to see the Beautiful swan , geese, and ducks, and the Blue Herrin. I believe I've seen the turtles too. It's just everything you would want to see in your front and back yard. I like that I can do a 40 minute walk right here in the community! Great exercise! I want to give Evan, Ganga, and Martez a big 5 stars for their professionalism, they are always friendly, and busy when I see them, that's the maintenance crew. Those waves mean alot! 5 stars to Kristin and Kateland for the warm welcome anytime I stop in! Patient and kind. All of the staff help to make this community a great place to live.😊 back into the community, I think of how much I have iTenjoyed calling it my home.

Can't say enough about the staff and community. Anita, Kristin, and Tarah really take care of us (including receiving my every-other-day large packages with a smile). I'd highly recommend Lake Ridge community for anyone looking for housing in the Hilliard area. Management is very responsive and pleasant to work with. The size of the property makes you feel like you really are part of a community rather than just a number. Parking is never an issue and you feel safe parking anywhere. If you're an outdoor lover, there's easy access to a wooded trail on one side, and pedestrian/bike friendly neighborhoods on the other side right outside the property. Welcome to Lake Ridge!

Maintenance team was amazing , the front office team was great, knowledgeable, approachable and welcoming, kind and professional. The neighborhood is quite and does provide the Sanctuary and Serenity needed after a long day of work. The location is great I’m close to the 417 and close enough to the airport. Open concept living room and Kitchen with great nature light, HUGE walk in closest in my 2/2, Valet trash pick up, Screened patio is a very nice touch and size, cable and internet package being included in price is great as well making it super easy for move in. Online leasing and online pmt is great. Food trucks and events for residents. Great communication, great community and atmosphere.

I am a new resident of 1900 McKinney, and I love it here. The views are breathtaking and the floor plans are quite spacious. The management staff is very professional and accommodating. When they say they are here to help you, they really mean it. The residents I have encountered have been very friendly and welcoming. Finally, the location is awesome! This community is amazing! Marisa and Josh make this the best community to live in. They are always working so hard, and I see them going above and beyond to help residents with things that are not even related to the apartments. They treat you like family, and they really care about taking care of the place. Even after everything changed with Covid and people in the world seem to have become less friendly and more grumpy, they seem to brush off the negative and keep smiling and being friendly. Maintenance is always spot on. I don’t know how they do it working out in this heat, but kudos to them. I have never had a bad experience with them. Pedro and Ty always offer a cheerful hello as they are cleaning the hallways, and I have even seen them helping elderly neighbors carry in groceries. We have had a wonderful time living in the apartments. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and stylish. The only annoying thing is how sensitive the smoke detectors are when cooking because there isn’t much natural ventilation. To us, what justifies the rent are the amenities and the community. We loved the amenities, everything we needed to entertain or chill was right there. As time went on things seemed to feel worn down, but I think that has a lot to do with residents not always being mindful. It can be hard to meet people as adults but the events helped introduce us to our neighbors who became our friends. The community the complex creates is what makes this place stand out from all the other luxury buildings. Even people we meet in the neighborhood know this about 4th street, and they eventually move in too.

Ascent Uptown is a gem within the Queen City. Being new to the Charlotte area it is a wonderful location to be near the Knights Stadium, Bank of America, and other restaurants and night life. The apartments and amenities truly make you feel as you are living like royalty.

Lakes edge is a wonderful place to live love being close to everything and your neighbors are so friendly. The leasing staff is also so friendly Anita is so nice and the valet trash is also worth the price and you don’t have to worry about trash being all over the place because everyone keeps there trash cleaned up. In the end we will definitely be renewing our lease we love the community I definitely recommend living here and would give these apartments 10 stars if I could.

Lakes Edge is a lovely place to live. The lake is nice to take walks to and just sit and relax and watch the ducks and swan and various other critters roam around. I love being tucked back into the complex. Feels like our own little neighborhood!

I have loved living in this community. I had wonderful help from Anita Foster during my application process. She was so kind and welcoming. She is very fast at responding to the needs of our community and always has a positive and friendly spirit. Terah Grennell is very kind and always sends reminders out to the community to keep us informed. When I needed my refrigerator fixed, they were very fast at taking care of it. They even replaced it the same day. I have enjoyed my time here!

Along with Anita Foster, they send out reminders and help the community function well. Even when we call Maintenance, it is done in a timely manner, sometimes the same day. And the guy who does trash is very friendly and stops to help with our needs even when he is busy. We love living here and it has been the best experience imaginable.

Cortland is a Beautiful, peaceful place to live. Conveniently located. I love that I don't have to travel far for groceries or other shopping needs! The renovations on these apartments are great! The granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom are such a nice touch! I also really enjoyed the soft close cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. The staff at these apartments really went above and beyond to take care of us. Anita especially worked really hard to help get us an apartment on short notice and was always so friendly and helpful with anything we needed help with! She is so organized and on top of things! The maintenance team is also wonderful and very quick to get anything fixed. Also, the trash valet is so convenient. Lastly, the location of these apartments is great! It is in a safe area and close to many stores and restaurants. I have only good things to say about the apartment and management. Would definitely recommend these apartments!

I moved in to Lakes Edge a few weeks ago. Had a job transfer and they gave me a week to get moved from Baltimore MD. I spoke with Anita and explained to her how fast I needed to find a place. She rushed my application through in just a couple days. She was really helpful and great to work with. Both her and Tarah are very nice and very responsive to any questions I have. Evan from maint is great too. I requested new weather stripping for my door and it was taken care quickly. Overall, I am happy I moved in. Its a nice quiet place to live.

I live in Lakes Edge. I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, Tarah and Anita are awesome. They keep the community running well like a brand new Cadillac, and the maintenance staff are always on time to anticipate my maintenance needs. Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Wonderful community! I’ve been a resident for awhile now and must say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time residing at Lakes Edge. It’s a peaceful environment and find all my surrounding neighbors to be friendly and respectful. Lots of extra features that are for tenants use on the property too. The associates working for Lakes Edge are always polite and willing to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. I’ve had one issue with a maintenance problem in my time here and they handled it rapidly and with no issues. It’s also in a great location for finding anything you need within minutes. The surrounding apartment complexes are all just big open lots with big buildings plopped on them. Unlike those, the property is scenic and has character. Big thumbs ups my way all around!

Love the location, playground and large swimming pool is awesome if you have kids. Quiet community, waterfowl is nice to see. Cortland has their own swan and ducks they take care of thats awesome! You will not find a better management team in Ohio. Every detail about the property is well kept inside and out. And PICKERINGTON SCHOOLS!!!!
