I have been a new resident here for almost a month, I will start from the beginning until today, first of all the apartment manager Marlena, she is great she helps in everything you need before moving, she does not accept anything that upsets the residents, she is fair, and after moving to the apartment I needed to change some things in my apartment, she sent a person named David, he is a hard working man, honest, and quick in repairs, and I am satisfied until this day with the apartment.

I've had an ongoing review of this complex since signing a lease here, I removed it so I can just set up a fresh review. We moved in late March 2024, and we picked the largest one bedroom for a base of 1388. We just signed a renewal offer, and I'm relieved to say that our rent did not increase for this year's renewal. They can potentially raise prices in the future, but this is the nature of how they market apartments. Despite the office now being open only 4 to 5 days a week, I've been able to keep communications with staff when needed (I just expect later responses as they are busy often and closed Monday Wednesdays at the time of writing). They recently added for new and renewal leases that you must pay for the internet they are mandatorily providing you. I personally don't mind, I had this back in my college apartment. The provider is currently GiGStreem. One thing that is a negative right now but is not Fountain Wood's fault is that they installed the routers in the bedrooms, not the living rooms. Whoeve

It's been good generally- however when the office cut back on hours and closed on Mondays and Wednesdays, I've found it takes them a little longer to respond now. I'm sure the workload is a lot for the few people working there so I don't hold that against them. Fountain Wood is requiring new residents and those who choose to renew leases to use their internet via GiGStreem. I was the first person to sign up for this service (after their infosession). GiGStreem is okay so far. I only have had some issues. I do find it annoying that my devices will occasionally disconnect and reconnect-and the support team always calls and emails me when I'm at work, so I can't really troubleshoot issues in real time because I work a during corporate business hours. I had to buy a wifi extender to solve a lot of my connection signal issues with my printer being too far away from the router in the bedroom. Me and my partner move in soon and we are excited for more space. We currently live in a Cortland property and are transferring to fountain wood. Megan was amazing during our tour, super sweet and funny. The property is very cute and seems to be well maintained. The interior isn't as updated as our current property BUT has way more storage and unique space, which we prefer anyway. We also have two dogs and look forward to being closer to parks and trails.

I've lived here since October and this is only the second apartments ive ever lived in, they are extremely better than my first ones. i love how they always keep up with the property and its so nice and pretty. i also love how quiet these apartments are and everyone pretty much minds their business. its walking distance from a dog park as well.
