Danielle was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and personable and made our entire move in so smooth. Our heater wasn’t working the day of move in and maintenance came within 20 minutes to get it fixed. Everyone here has been great. :) super quiet area, great neighbors.

I loooove Fountain Wood! I lived here for a year and had an awesome experience. The only reason I am moving is for work, but I would’ve renewed for another year otherwise. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I could see the dog park across the street from my patio, and I loved watching the pups play on beautiful days. The management and maintenance teams were always awesome, and the neighbors were kind and quiet. Parking was never an issue like I know it is with so many other apartments, and my apartment was a great deal for the cost. I would recommend Fountain Wood to anyone looking to rent. I will miss this place!

I have been a new resident here for almost a month, I will start from the beginning until today, first of all the apartment manager Marlena, she is great she helps in everything you need before moving, she does not accept anything that upsets the residents, she is fair, and after moving to the apartment I needed to change some things in my apartment, she sent a person named David, he is a hard working man, honest, and quick in repairs, and I am satisfied until this day with the apartment.

I've had an ongoing review of this complex since signing a lease here, I removed it so I can just set up a fresh review. We moved in late March 2024, and we picked the largest one bedroom for a base of 1388. We just signed a renewal offer, and I'm relieved to say that our rent did not increase for this year's renewal. They can potentially raise prices in the future, but this is the nature of how they market apartments. Despite the office now being open only 4 to 5 days a week, I've been able to keep communications with staff when needed (I just expect later responses as they are busy often and closed Monday Wednesdays at the time of writing). They recently added for new and renewal leases that you must pay for the internet they are mandatorily providing you. I personally don't mind, I had this back in my college apartment. The provider is currently GiGStreem. One thing that is a negative right now but is not Fountain Wood's fault is that they installed the routers in the bedrooms, not the living rooms. Whoeve

Me and my partner move in soon and we are excited for more space. We currently live in a Cortland property and are transferring to fountain wood. Megan was amazing during our tour, super sweet and funny. The property is very cute and seems to be well maintained. The interior isn't as updated as our current property BUT has way more storage and unique space, which we prefer anyway. We also have two dogs and look forward to being closer to parks and trails.

I've lived here three years. The grounds are beautiful and I love being so close to the dog park and walking trails. Maintenance is top notch. I recently had an issue in my apartment, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Edson, the maintenance manager. I had a leaking faucet that was causing quite a bit of hassle. I put in a request, and to my surprise, Edson showed up within the hour. He was not only prompt but also extremely professional and courteous. Edson assessed the situation quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and the way he explained what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. It's clear he takes great pride in his work and cares about the residents. The overall experience living in this apartment complex has been fantastic. The facilities are well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean. Any maintenance requests I've made have been handled efficiently and effectively, thanks largely to Edson's hard work and dedication. I've been living here for about 3 years now, and I can say I don't really have much to complain about my apartment. It is newly renovated, and I always get compliments about the property and the homes here. I do want to also add the staff is amazing from the maintenance guys to the ladies in the office. Just to name one in particular is Ciara, as long as she has been here, she has always been a great help and will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done. I had an issue that was solved the same day, or as soon as the next day. She is good at making you aware of issues that can't be resolved right away and do her best to communicate the issues as they are presented to her.

I would like to add a great review for Ms. Ciara in the front office. She has been a great help to our family ever since we met her. She have been so helpful when we come to her for information or concerns. Honestly, she have been providing good customer sevice and communication to the whole family. (Earlier in 2024) Terena has been very very helpful and honest when I toured the property! While I am not able to sign a lease yet, I look forward to signing a lease soon! Update (4/8/2024) I now have lived in the complex for about a week, and while there were several odd issues in my apartment during move-in (all fixable issues), maintenance has been fast and efficient with each request I send in! I'm thankful that I am not encountering pests or anything of that nature as my last apartment was a nightmare. Things that I really enjoy about management here at Fountain Wood includes: -the ability to text/email the office (they don't always get back very quickly at times due to people visiting them physically in the office, but they always respond at some point. This is a very nice community, we were welcomed by Terena upon arrival. The office was nicely decorated and smelled amazing. This was not just a tour, it was an "experience"! Terena was very knowledgeable about the community and amenities. The gym was nice, the pool area gave resort vibes! I loved the community room as well! We looked at a 2bed/2bath unit. The unit was a little too small for us, the kitchen was on the narrow side, the coat closet was narrow as well. The closet space in the rooms was decent (less in the guest bedroom), not as much as we've seen in the DFW area. I love that they have an Amazon hub on the property. It also seemed really quiet and definitely well kept. This community is also very close to DFW. Thanks Terena for showing us around, she's definitely a gem!

Terena truly did an amazing job. She showed us multiple different units, so that we were able to get a feel of how the 1st and 2nd floor compared. We were able to view the Mccormick, and the mid-cities floor plans. Some of our other tours weren't able to show us the floor plan we would be living in, and that was frustrating. We aren’t local, and she gave us suggestions for wi-fi, electric companies, etc. We went around the whole property, and that gave us a good understanding of the area. She was extremely helpful with all of our questions, and made us feel at home. We had 4 other apartment tours that day and out of all of them she was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming person we had worked with. I truly appreciated the way she conducted our tour. If you never lived in the Euless area it's a straight shot anywhere in the metroplex and this is a great place to start the adventures from. If I could do 4 1/2 stars I would, but I can give the staff 5 stars especially Ciara, I have been here 3 years now, and since Ciara has been here she has always made sure to go above and beyond to help in every way that she can. Thank you for being exceptional at what you do here at Fountainwood. To speak on the service team, I have had quite a bit of issues here and there but Jacob has been awesome at making sure things are taken care of, and is very communicative and knows what he is doing. I hope to continue to stay here at Fountainwood and refer others but a few things that would be nice to change or consider is making this a gated community like a few others, valet trash pickup, and maybe figuring out a way to sound proof the apartments especially if you have someone living above you. Thank you to all the Fountainwood team but especially Ciara and Jacob for all you do here. ☺️

I have lived in this apartment complex for 15 years. That should say it all. Last year (2022) all apartments were upgraded with complete hardwood floors, new appliances and new cabinets. The best thing about Fountainwood is location location location. Easy to get to anywhere in the metroplex in 30 mins or less. Quick responding maintenance staff, friendly office staff, well maintained public space and well kept apartment exteriors make it a comfortable living. I love living here.

My husband and I moved to Fountain Wood in late August and the experience we’ve had so far has been amazing! Terena, Ciara and Valerie the women in the office are always happy to assist with whatever we need or any questions we have. Terena puts together fun little events to bring the community together like Wine Down Wednesday or tonight Taco Tuesday there is going to be a taco truck in front of the leasing office! The maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance guy Louise is great! Everybody that works here is so warm and welcoming!

I have lived here before so wanted to come back when I needed an apartment again. It is well maintained and the landscape is very welcoming. Also being able to walk to Bear Creek Park is a big plus for me. I can go out my door and be at the park.

It’s always a breath of fresh air meeting someone who is genuine in helping and answering questions. I came in only asking about the property and availability. Terena not only showed me several options, she explained the process of the application all the way to the move-in. She even told me when I would need to set up utilities! I’m not from Texas so this whole apt hunting has been overwhelming, coming across Fountain Wood and Terena was a God send!! If you see this Terena! Thank youuuuu!

We are not residents at Fountain Wood but we do plan to move our daughter in based on the experience we had with the staff. We were looking for a safe, accessible place for our soon to be college student and when we saw Fountain Wood, we thought the location and property would fit that need. Both my wife and I felt an immediate sense of comfort when we were met by the leasing agent Terena’s warm and welcoming smile. The excitement she had while showing us the property and explaining our options, made us feel like this is a place we can trust for our child’s first apartment. Not only will we be moving her in, but we will definitely tell people about this place. Thank you Terena for being kind and courteous to us!

I lived here for 2 years before moving to a home. They complex was very nice and unkept well. My neighbors were quiet which was a plus. The location was great. Close to many shops, restaurants, etc. and even very close to the airport which was convenient.

I’ve called Cortland Fountainwood home for nearly a year now. Since arriving, the team (Logan) has been helpful, understanding, and gracious. Each and every time I’ve gone to their office or contacted them through email, they have been responsive. Even the repairman who worked on my AC was honest, kind, and a pleasure to talk with. The property is well-maintained, and the residents are respectful; it’s a quiet complex. I would rate my stay at this property 10/10 and wanted to say a special thank you to the manager, Jeff, for my parting gift. I wish you all the best. Thank you!

We love our floor plan but feel as though some updates could be made to the apartment itself (Air Conditioning, Blinds, Leaks, Patio door locks,etc.) We’ve had issues repeatedly with our AC over the past few weeks, going from leaking, to partially not working, then completely broken with no air. One bedroom still doesn’t get that much cool air movement, which we were told was just due to the floor plan and nothing can be done about it. The AC fan is also very loud which we were told can’t be changed. This would have been something we would like to have known before moving in. The appliances are nice, aside from some minor malfunctioning, but were fixed by maintenance. Our unit could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly before move-in but overall was in good condition. The staff has been very nice and has been available to handle most issues. Maintenance staff is helpful but we have had issues with them entering without knocking and leaving our door open, knowing we have a cat. This is something that I hope will ne

We aren't currently residents yet, but Logan and the office staff have been nothing but fantastic. We were searching for a new apartment complex and Logan has worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were able to tour floor plans and find an available unit that fits with our needs and move in date. Logan has been in constant communication with me and she even got us a baby gift for our baby that is due in the Summer! She has provided us better service than our current complex who doesn't even remember us or what unit we're in! I will update review when we move in :)

I lived here from October of 2018 until March of 2023. Let me just say it sometimes doesn't look great but it was the best apartment experience I've had. Maintenance is top rated and your issues will get fixed quick! Aaron- the manager is awesome, he is so helpful and usually not hard to get a hold of. I really regret moving from here!

I’m lowering my rating because maintenance enters apartment without permission. What is the point of the service hotline asking residents if maintenance has permission to enter household even if no one is home if they’re just going to disregard it?! So far I really love this community. The grounds are kept nice and tidy and the service men are always so friendly. I look forward to my daily conversations with them while I am out on my walk. The office staff is truly amazing. Sheena is always waiting to greet anyone with a warm welcome, ready to help, and Aaron's energy is unmatchable. These two are the whole reason why I moved on site. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the HEB area. You won't be dissapointed!

The apartments are very nice as is everything that surrounds them, everything is clean and tidy. But the best thing has been the attention of the office staff, especially Logan; always friendly and willing to collaborate and resolve any concerns. Something else that I found very good has been that the maintenance staff gives a quick response to any request.

Moving into Fountain Wood Apts … I did not know what to expect. My apartment was not ready to be seen so of course there was a display to be viewed … which was nice but I wanted to see how mine would look. Turns out it looks just like how the display looked …Aaron and other team members do a great job with communicating and making your new apartment feel like home…

I moved into Cortland Fountainwood a few months ago and I’m loving it. The apartment’s location is near a dog park and a few nature trails that are great for morning or evening walks. The staff is friendly and helpful, holding themselves to a high degree of professionalism. The Community Manager, Aaron, always has a smile on his face, and has been a huge help throughout my time at Fountainwood. Logan was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process, helping me find a unit that has been a great fit for me so far! Big thanks to the Fountainwood team!

I moved into Fountain Wood about two months ago, and the process was fairly quick. Sheena and Eric in the office, made it nothing short of amazing. They really took their time to answer and accommodate any concern/need that I had. I had to move from out of state with only a few days notice and they did everything they could possibly do to make that possible for me. After a few weeks of moving-in, I realized I would need a bigger apartment. One phone call with Eric and Sheena, and that problem was solved very quickly. They answered all my questions within minutes and made my transfer to a bigger apartment very easy. The apartments itself are older but have recently been remodeled to be more modernized, which I love. Also, any maintenance issue that i’ve had, was fixed quickly. Maintenance is nice and makes sure that you know they are present when they’re inside your apartment. It is overall a great complex and really quiet. I rarely see my neighbors when I do happen to go outside.

I’ve been searching for an apartment for over a month with no luck. I came into this complex somewhat low on hope. Sheena was very kind and welcoming. She took her time answering any questions that I had. I was able to look at the unit I would potentially move into and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything matched what I saw online. I’m happy to say I’ve found my new place to live. I can’t wait to move in.

I just signed a lease here and I move into the apartment in a few weeks! I am moving from out of state but Logan and everyone in the office has been helpful. Communication is excellent and my questions are always answered in a timely manner. I toured with Logan and she was so kind. Very personable staff, they are willing to hold my packages for me in the office since I am shipping my stuff from out of state and moving will be hectic since I work in aviation and have to move around my scheduled days off. I look forward to my new apartment and will keep this review up to date and will comment on other areas of the apartment once I arrive. 7/23/22 UPDATE: when I first moved in, some things needed to be fixed. One of the draws were sticking out, window had a tiny hole, and the toilet seat needed to be replaced but maintenance was able to fix it in less than several days! Fountain wood is an amazing place to live we found our apartment online and looking at reviews of places then when we acquired for ours amazing Logan came to our rescue to help with any questions or concerns we had she helped us with all the way from a simple question to picking up our keys to our new apartment! Everthing is almost brand new if not newly renovated the pool is amazing the apartments are beautiful in overall aspect everthing was just amazing thank you Logan for making everthing so much easier for us!

They will go the extra mile to assist you with your leasing requirements. They truly surpassed my expectations and I absolutely love my unit. Pretty decent apartments. Nice setting and love how the rooms are designed. Apartment is good and common areas are generally clean. My only 2 major complains are 1. It’s been 6 months since I’ve moved in and the gym is still not functional ( I’m surprised seeing reviews address about how good the gym is because it isn’t functional yet) 2. Maintenance requests get closed on the portal without being completed in my apartment. Have had to raise several maintenance requests more than twice and they have not been completed. The heater in my unit doesn’t seem to work ( 3 maintenance requests so far) properly and heats up the apartment to 82f even when the Heater is off, other times I can’t get it to switch on at all. The mail room is gated but the apartment in general isn’t a gated community. Plenty of parking in the complex. Good location and numerous parks around the complex. Overall safe community and have liked my experience so far. Front office staff are nice

When I first moved in all my phone calls and emails with questions were promptly replied to as well as a notification being sent if I had a package in the front office. Lately though it has changed. No more package notifications, not very prompt email reply and or you get different answers depending on who you speak with. This is a great complex, I so appreciate the guy that goes around making sure any trash is picked up. He is very thorough as well as polite. The grounds are beautifully kept. My apartment is perfect for my dog and I.

The rooms are so beautifully designed, interior of the apartments are so soft yet modern, the gym has all of the equipment I enjoy using—I won’t even need my gym membership anymore! I love the unique pool, it’s a nice change from the standard rectangle pools I’m accustomed to at my previous apartment. Megan was so wonderful! She was so sweet, answered all of my questions, and provided me with all of the information needed to make my decision of renting from this location. Thank you, Megan!

I really quite enjoy living here. This is my first apartment experience and my expectations have been far exceeded! Communication with the teams is top notch and swift responses from the maintenance team have ensured a wonderful living experience for me. This complex is also right next to the airport, a highway, and some locally owned restaurants and shoppes, which for me is a great selling point. I highly recommend living here! First Filipe came and worked very hard to see why my AC was not cooling. FILIPE determined I needed a new AC. Edward came on his Day off to fix my AC. And very courteous I'm so happy !! They worked so hard on it so I didnt have to fb o the weekend without AC!they are the best!!

Noise, loud music and conversations from cars that some neighbors turn up their speakers, have increased especially on the weekends, early weekday mornings and sometimes weekdays nights. Neighbors still must be considerate of others. Also be mindful of their speed.

The complex is in a very nice area, close to stores and right next to the DFW Airport. Although this complex was built in the late 80's, the flats themselves look and feel modern, especially with their ongoing renovations. The community isn't gated and because of the dog park next door, parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but I have yet to have an issue parking near my building. They also offer assigned covered parking. The complex promotes a smoke-free policy, and the only people I've noticed smoking /so far/ are people visiting the dog park and coming to their cars in the apt's lot. Definitely a plus. I really like it here this would be my second year here, and it’s great the community is great. There parks and many trails to visit in this crazy times with covid. The staff is very sweet and caring we had one disagreement but nothing really important. The maintenance people are so helpful and very cool. Me and my husband really like it here and I recommend this apartment.

Best place to live so far. I have been in the Dallas area for the last couple of years, I left and came back to live to this complex (Fountain Wood) based on my experience with a nearby complex. Love the maintenance crew and also the staff, amenities are always clean and up to date, never had an issue. Elena is amazing when it comes to any type of questions and awesome remembering who we are! Totally recommended!

A very amazing place to live with professional ❤️ staff who always takes care of there tenants. Carla, Gabby and Elena are always so helpful and provides excellent customer service. Its the best place to be.

Fountain Wood is a great location near walking trails, city parks, main highways like 360 and 121, and close to major restaurant and retail pockets. The grounds are kept up weekly and are always clean and beautiful! The management staff consisting of Gabby, Carla, and Elena is very helpful and knowledgeable and I have never had a work order go unanswered - even after hours. Jose is just the BEST and takes care of me every time I need help. I've enjoyed living at Fountain Wood for the last two year!

This is great place to live. Neighbors are friendly and its a dog lovers paradise. The location is close to just about every restaurant you could want and easily accessible to major freeways. I am happy to call this place my home.
