I was glad to see the high reviews at this apartment complex. It exceeded my expectations with the service by the management team from leasing to moving in. My unit has nice modern finishes & very spacious for a 1 bed/bath. The amenities are great & convenient. The parking garage is also nice to have. I’ve really enjoyed living at Cortland WestShore and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move here. I love all the food trucks and the community events that they host. It’s always fun to go to the community parties because I love how involved everyone is. The property is always clean and well cared for, especially the landscaping. Maintenance has been great too. Anytime I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle. The management team makes a big difference here. Ryder, the Property Manager, is easy to work with and genuinely cares about the residents. Madi, the Assistant Property Manager, is just as great. She’s friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live and a community I’d recommend to others. this apartment complex has been one of my favorites that I’ve lived in over my years of renting.

I just moved in here and I love it. The amenities are really nice. The pool, gym and little convenience store they have in the community room are great features to living here. Everything here is honestly as luxurious as it seems online from the photos. I am really happy with my apartment as well, it is very spacious and has a great view of the ocean from my balcony. I really feel like I made a huge upgrade for myself by moving here. Also, Mark did a fantastic job showing my roommate and I around the place when we originally came to take a look. He was very charismatic and did a great job of making us feel at home. It was honestly a no brainer when it came to making the decision on where to move. I can really see myself living here for a while.

After living here for three years, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The customer service, the apartment, and the amenities are one of a kind. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with any questions or requests. The amenities are top notch, the gym is clean and well equipped.The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. Definitely one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in!

I moved to Tampa in July 2024 and chose Cortland Westshore after having an amazing experience living at another Cortland community in the Houston area. The Houston property set the bar high, so my expectations were already up there, and overall, this location did not disappoint. From the moment I drove down Westshore Blvd and saw the building for the first time, I was impressed. It looked exactly like the photos online, beautiful, bright, and modern, almost like a resort. The staff inside were friendly, professional, and patient. One of the leasing agents had even worked at the Houston location and made me feel right at home. They took their time showing me multiple floor plans and made the whole process easy. My one-bedroom apartment faced the courtyard and was well-designed, quiet, and comfortable. From the moment I first toured the property, I was impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern; with all the amenities I could ask for. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities are top-tier, the pool is absolutely amazing, and the sky lounge offers unbeatable views. The staff really goes above and beyond to create a great community vibe, from organizing food trucks to throwing some truly fun pool parties. I’ve chatted with a few team members at these events, and everyone has been super friendly and professional. Yes, the fire alarm has gone off a couple of times (twice I think) recently, but honestly, it hasn’t been a big deal! Certainly not worth the complaints I’ve seen from others. Special shoutout to the property manager, Ryder. He’s a gem and clearly cares about making this a great place to live. I have been a resident for over two years at Cortland Westshore and have nothing but positive things to say. The grounds are well maintained, public areas are kept clean, maintenance requests are promptly resolved, and the front office staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Mark has helped me resolve issues accessing packages and is always a smiling friendly face to pass! When I evacuated during the hurricane and asked if someone could check my unit the staff got back to me promptly despite all the chaos confirming everything was okay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in the Tampa area (and easy access to St Pete)!

The amenities are wonderful and the office staff (especially Mark) has done such a great job of fostering community. I love the resident activities (paint and sip nights are my favorite) and have been very impressed with the maintenance staff. Mark from the Westshore Cortland is awesome! He goes above and beyond when you need help or questions answered. I would suggest to use him as your rep at the Cortland. Also the Cortland Westshore has beautiful grounds, answer service calls immediately. Great place to live.

My husband and I moved into this property almost 2 months ago, and we honestly believe it was one of the best decisions. We’ve had the privilege of utilizing one of the pools, the market place (coffee and plenty of snacks and sweets), dog park, gym, courtyards and the 6th floor lounge/patio. There also tends to be at least 1 food truck every 1-2 weeks, which is fun and makes dinner easy when you don’t feel like cooking. Aside from Mark in the leasing office, I have to say that the patio is my favorite of all the amenities. Although it’s great for catching some of the prettiest sunsets, I really enjoy it for just relaxing or decompressing. In regards to the staff, Mark was a MASSIVE help during our signing and moving in process and continues to be that and a fun friend to have around the property. If there was anything we needed, he immediately jumped right on it and made sure we were taken care of. ***UPDATE*** (Dec 2024) I recently renewed my lease here at Cortland and couldn't be happier with the experience. The property manager Madi and Mark were both extremely helpful in making the renewal process smooth and seamless. Communication throughout the process, was very responsive and supportive. I truly appreciate being able to continue living in such a great community where I feel comfortable and well-cared for!! PREVIOUS POST (2023) Once again the Cortland Staff continue to go “above and beyond” in providing residents excellent service and support. This is consistently demonstrated by their efforts/willingness to promptly address tenant issues/concerns. March 1st I had a discrepancy with inaccurate utility charges on my account. I brought it to the attention of Sandra, who immediately took action, and after a quick investigation into the matter. I have been living at Cortland Westshore for over two years now. Every day when I wake up, I feel like I’m living in a resort. The property is always clean, calm, and welcoming. I’ve had two separate units during my time here, and each one has been prepared above my expectations. Ryder, Maddy, Mark, Mina, and Anthony are the best. They truly make me feel like part of their family and always address any issues that arise, which are rare. The property has security on weekends, as well as a courtesy officer. Absolutely love this complex! It’s a true staycation - amenities are great! I think the best is the Sky Lounge on the 6th floor where you can go to enjoy a sunset over the Gulf! We have been so happy with our choice to live at Cortland Westshore since moving to Tampa. We love the location of this apartment right in the West Shore community as it is central to all of the things we love to do without being directly in the chaos and traffic of the city. The whole process from touring to moving in was great. Mark was so knowledgeable and friendly during our tour and really helped us see how this community would check all of our boxes and be the best fit for us. We have been so impressed with the quality of living here from the apartment itself to the amenities. Maintenance has been so friendly and efficient with the very few minor fixes we’ve needed help with. Overall, we have been extremely happy with our choice to live here! Not to mention, I can’t believe this is our view!

I have lived in Cortland Westshore from the day it opened (3 years), and although it was difficult living here the first year without a single amenity opened, I’m glad I stayed and just renewed again for another year!! One thing that I would like to comment on is the new management team that has recently been assigned to Cortland Westshore. The new staff are not only friendly, but they actually do care about the residents that live in Cortland Westshore. The new management staff are friendly, courteous, and responsive when a problem does arise!! I would definitely consider living here if you are looking at apartments in the South Tampa/Westshore Blvd area!!!!!

The maintenance team was incredibly efficient, always responding to requests promptly and ensuring everything was in perfect working order. The leasing team was equally impressive, consistently responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Gandy Bridge, downtown Tampa, and public highways. We have loved our time at Cortland Westshore from the moment we stepped foot on the property! First of all, the amenities are outstanding. 2 gorgeous pools, a perfect sky lounge that gives you the most stunning views of the water, a very modern gym, and other lounges throughout the building (business center and resident lounge w/ snack room). The units are all beautiful as well. We love our view of the water and greenery. The only thing that we could complain about is that our apartment view is of the dog park which can be extremely noisy, even at night hours. Other than that, there really are no complaints. This has been our best apartment experience which is why we were so excited to resign our lease here! Sandra was a huge help in the process of getting our lease resigned and picking a new floor plan that will suit us best, so thank you! If you're looking for a gorgeous new apartment that checks all of the boxes, this is the place for you!

We were in from out of town and only had one day and limited time within that day, to look at places. The moment we walked in Alvin greeted us very professionally. He assisted us in getting the basics answered; rates, sizes, lease times etc. even though he was preparing for an appointment he had scheduled that should have been there any minute. Alvin tried to make an appointment with us, understanding our time constraint and wanting to make sure he could help. Well, for us, the appointment time he had remaining wasn't going to work. Our lease isn't even due until later in the summer but he took the time to go over everything in depth and stay in touch for when the time is right as we decide over the next few months. The property feels like a 5 star resort! Brand new with tons of different layouts to choose from. I had never seen an apartment that had tinted windows before so you cannot see your neighbor across the way. Absolutely love this complex! It’s a true staycation - amenities are great! I think the best is the Sky Lounge on the 6th floor where you can go to enjoy a sunset over the Gulf! 5-stars for the service and partnership from Cortland's leasing team. I scheduled a last-minute tour on a Saturday and was greeted by Tyler Treat who was an absolute gem. Tyler was super attentive, carefully listened to what I was looking for and asked thoughtful questions to craft a short-list of apartments that would fit the bill. The tour was perfect, I got to see everything I wanted to see and more. It felt like I was doing the tour with a trusted friend, not a sales agent, which went a long way in my decision. Just a couple days later I put in an application and by was approved by the morning. Tyler has continued to be immensely helpful during the "onboarding" phase - super clear communication & proactive follow-up. I couldn't be more excited to move into my new place in May and am optimistic my experience as a resident will be as positive as these initial interactions.

Once again the Cortland Staff continue to go “above and beyond” in providing residents excellent service and support. This is consistently demonstrated by their efforts/willingness to promptly address tenant issues/concerns. March 1st I had a discrepancy with inaccurate utility charges on my account. I brought it to the attention of Sandra, who immediately took action, and after a quick investigation into the matter. Amazingly the charges were corrected on the spot and instantly reflected on my account. More so than the tour itself, what impressed me the most and my 15yo daughter also commented on was how Mark knew every single resident’s name that we encountered while on our tour and had a personal connection with each and every one of them. I love Cortland, the views are amazing, my apartment is a corner unit so I got a lot of square footage for a lower price compared to the apartments in the area for more amenities and a great community feel. Westshore is definitely a place I’m staying in for the long haul. The front office staff is amazing too. They have tried to help out wherever they can and maintenance is super fast for the things I’ve had them for. 10/10 place, definitely recommend checking it out!

Move in was super easy, my boyfriend had been staying in cortland on a different unit and Sandra Cocuy made it super easy to add me on to the lease and move units. She was great at communicating anything she needed from me, which was hard from states away. The place is super clean and kept with it. The only negative thing about living here is how often the fire alarms go off. When I first moved in, the complex was new and they were testing the fire alarm system which is understandable. But this has continued for the last two years. I will randomly hear them go off on different floors throughout the day, in the parking garage & most importantly.. in the middle of the night. I have had to evacuate countless times at 3am. I can't stand it, it's becoming a constant problem. I hope they figure it out ... Following up on this as of 2/3/24.. the fire alarms have gone off twice since I wrote my last review. One in middle of day and the other alarm at 2 am. This is also becoming a case of the boy who cried wolf because when they go off, time and time again, it poses the question if there’s even a fire. Hint hint, there’s never been one. This is absolutely ridiculous how often we deal with pulled fire alarms. I don’t think, ever, in my life have I even heard a fire alarm before living in this place lmao. Now it’s

We just renewed our lease at Cortland Westshore and we are very picky! We love the water views and the serene feel when we come home and look out of our balcony. We love the interior and the courtyard, floor plan, and the water view in our living room window! The application process was very smooth. Had a very good experience with Francisco and David with the maintenance team. They came quickly and scrubbed my shower where the grout had some mold. I appreciate the work that they did. They were also very friendly and nice. They left me with the cleaning solution that they used and a brush so I can keep up on it on my own. THANK YOU!

I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in Tampa…none compare to here. I feel like I am living in a resort. From the move in process to the maintenance of amenities, Cortland Westshore is the best. Leasing managers are so helpful and kind, amenities are clean and well taken care of, apartments are high quality and high tech. I love the technology package (WiFi and cable included in the lease!). Absolutely 0 complaints. Cannot recommend here enough!! Update: I have lived here for 8 months now and I am continued to be pleased. I have decided to upgrade my lease to a bigger unit, and was able to with 0 cost or fees (ending the initial lease early and switching units/leases)!! The process was smooth and quick (within 3 days)! Sandra has been absolutely amazing throughout the process, I could not be more thankful for finding this community.

The community is great, well manteined and extremely clean. The leasing office and maintenance personnel have always been supportive, ready to solve any problems. Great pools and gym (two floors!), security gates and safety measures in place are properly working. I am overall very satisfied, although some aspects could be improved (some maintenance work on the building has been taking too long).

I’ve only been living here for a few months but so far it’s been good. The people in the front office have been very helpful specifically Mark as he’s the one I have dealt with. Other than some issues with other people around the community maybe not treating the common area as well as they should, and some slight noise of people walking around heavy footed above me, I don’t have any real complaints.

I love it here. It’s so pretty and centrally located to everything I need, considering I work in Tampa, but love to frequent St. Pete! Plus, Mark at the office is an absolute doll. Always very sweet, helpful, and an excellent resource. I highly recommend checking out this community!

This place is nice. Fairly clean and well kept. It's really very quiet. Can't hear people next door and generally the residents are polite and considerate. If people are being unruly, usually noise around the pool, security and/or community reps come out and address it.

Enjoyable. Many places to use for work or just to get out of the apartment. Facilities people work hard to maintain clean hallways, common rooms and elevators. Pool areas are very resort like . Plenty of grills and seating in courtyards.

Coming from Houston Texas, to Tampa Florida has been a stressful endeavor. A change in my career left me scrambling to get myself situation in the city as quickly as one could hope for. I toured 4 different apartment complexes, but when I pulled up to the Cortland Westshore, I knew I was pulling into my future home. From the amenities being some of the best I have ever seen to the beautiful layout of the floor plan shown to me in the complex, and the affordability of the complex itself, I was blown away. I walked into the office, having driven a 30 foot moving truck across 5 states and told the lovely leasing office consultant that I needed an apartment, and I needed it today. Diane Dellazanna was the name of the representative that helped myself and my partner get situation with more poise and helpfulness than I have ever seen at any complex previously. Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars. I got a call from Cortland about an important package that got routed there by mistake after I moved out a few months ago. This is very nice of them and above and beyond what is expected. Thank you. -------------------------------- I am a former resident who lived there for a year. The place could be perfect if they improved their security and pricing practices. The initial rent is a teaser. After my initial lease expired, at renewal rent increased by ~$500, from $2,700 to $3,200. Instead of rolling in all the charges into one monthly rent payment, they love nickel and diming you. These are my actual monthly fees in addition to the rent: Pet Rent $25.00 Water Base Charge $4.24 Internet $75.00 Pest Control $3.00 Sewer $21.84 Sewer Base $4.18 Storm Water Drainage $0.22 Trash $15.00 Valet Trash $30.00 Water $13.55 Service Fee $5.00 Garage gates did not work for long stretches (weeks) and would just stay wide open, which means that anyone can enter the complex. This is my girlfriend and I’s first place together and it has been nothing short of amazing. My girlfriend and I absolutely love our apartment and the entire community. My only complaint is the hot sky lounge. Other than that it is the best place I’ve ever lived!

Cortland Westshore is the BEST community in Tampa because it has it ALL! Two swimming pools, a 2-story fitness center, mini-market on site for when I get hungry and don't feel like going to the store, a dog park, a sky lounge overlooking the bay and fun resident events where I made many new friends! The on site staff provides prompt service and maintenance is excellent! I can get to downtown Tampa and St. Pete in minutes. I never want to leave!

I love it here. Great location too. I moved here from NYC in 2021, never been to Tampa before, however the nearby roads and highways made learning Tampa very easy. The staff here is amazing. Mark and Melissa in the office are always so pleasant to work with, and they print items for me daily because I work from home and my printer is broken. I love living here. Honestly, I brag about it to friends and family as if I live in a resort. I've been working from home since 2021, and have missed being around others, but since I've moved here, that has not bene an issue. There is complimentary WIFI at all of the amenities, and as far as I'm concerned, I have a new office everyday. Yesterday I spent 6 hours of my workday in a Hammock. Yeah. A hammock. The staff here is so accommodating, and kind. I love the smiles, the greetings, and the conversations I have with my people daily. If you're looking to move, look no further. Cortland Westshore is home.

I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in Tampa…none compare to here. I feel like I am living in a resort. From the move in process to the maintenance of amenities, Cortland Westshore is the best. Leasing managers (especially Natalie!) are so helpful and kind, amenities are clean and well taken care of, apartments are high quality and high tech. I love the technology package (WiFi and cable included in the lease!). Absolutely 0 complaints. Cannot recommend here enough!!

I’ve been touring different communities around the Westshore/Gandy area and I have to say this has by far been my favorite one. The apartments are stunning and brand new 😍 and the people at the front are SO nice (not that stale, fake nice that you usually get from leasing agents). I toured with Mark - he was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the community, you can tell he actually cares about the residents and their experience before *and* after the move-in. Great vibe all around - I’ll definitely be living here soon.

We’re coming up on 1-year here and my wife and I have enjoyed our time. Waterfront property, two pools, a dog park, grills, a market center, a sky lounge, business centers, a two-story gym, and landscaped courtyards. It feels like a resort, a style of living that many young professionals and couples are looking for now in Tampa. It fits perfectly. I think management took a while to get their bearings and finish the construction on the property, but now that everything is ironed out, the experience of living here has been great. Rikki specifically is excellent and we credit our renewal experience to her. Kind, thoughtful, and willing to work with us as we transition to our next phase of life.

Although I did not end up renting from this location, I wanted to share my experience in regards to communicating with the staff. I toured multiple places and was always met with either pushy sales or feeling like I was disregarded. I liked that Natalie was very attentive but not overbearing. I have really bad anxiety and do not do well with aggressive sales tactics. If it were closer to my job I would have definitely went with this location. I went with another place because it was closer to work and family. I will keep this complex in mind for the future.

Let me be the first to say…this is a hidden gem! During my tour, I felt like I was on vacation more than looking for my new home. The apartments are beautifully designed from amenities to layout and the rooftop lounge has a breathtaking view. All amenities are top tier honestly. I stopped by the leasing office as a walk in since I was in the market to find a new apartment complex once my current lease is up. Renting was a huge learning curve for me and being from out of state I was nervous but Natalie made the experience a lot less stressful. Just moved to Cortland this week and the property resembles a 5-star luxury resort. Everywhere you look is clean, smells nice, and is well kept… you can tell management takes great pride in the building. The apartment itself exceeded expectations — I am so happy with my decision to move here. Natalie at the front desk was great — she showed me several designs & layouts until I found the perfect one. She listened to what I wanted, and I am shocked how fast everything came together. Thank you Natalie & management at Cortland!

My family and I have had an amazing experience thus far with Rikki Richards (Resident Experience Manager). She is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of our questions about the various amenities and residential units available at the Cortland Westshore. Despite her busy schedule, she met with us multiple times and unwearyingly showed us countless units to ensure we found the one that perfectly matched our needs. She is very responsive to emails and is quick to answer any questions you may have. She truly epitomizes exactly what you'd want in terms of a customer-focused, service-oriented professional. Our" hunt" for a great apartment in Tampa was made SO much easier because of Rikki. Rikki - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't at least briefly mention how the high level of luxury found in the residential units and amenities played a key role in our decision to lease at Cortland Westshore.

Looking for a new home isn't easy, especially finding something that offers all you're looking for in an apartment community. Cortland Westshore became my new home over a year ago. During that time, Ive watched it go through the process of being built and have seen how the community has grown into a home I love for many reasons. The views, the community spaces, the gym, 2 great pools, covered parking, spacious closets, and a great office staff. Rikki is wonderful as she listens and helps when she can solve an issue. Came by without an appointment interested in taking a tour because I discovered this gorgeous community just by driving by, and was welcomed with open arms as if I had already been residing there. The gentleman in the office, I believe his name was Mark, was exceptional in the way he showed me around. Both informational AND humorous. I’m not looking to move for almost 6 months, and honestly just wanted to consider this apartment community, but now I KNOW where I will be renting next as soon as my lease wraps up. The amenities are bountiful, the apartments are gorgeous, and the staff is more than accommodating. I can’t wait to be at Westshore. See you soon.

I’ve been touring different communities around the Westshore/Gandy area and I have to say this has by far been my favorite one. The apartments are stunning and brand new 😍 and the people at the front are SO nice (not that stale, fake nice that you usually get from leasing agents). I toured with Mark - he was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the community, you can tell he actually cares about the residents and their experience before *and* after the move-in. Great vibe all around - I’ll definitely be living here soon.

My 5th cortland property my wife and I have lived at and by far the best! We have a unit overlooking the Tampa bay and are blessed to wake up to the view every morning! The dog park here is one of the main attractions, and is always up kept. Quiet neighbors, and lots of great amenities. Also Rikki at the leasing office is A1!!!

I've been living here for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. Luckily, the amenities opened just before/right after my move in date so I didn't have to deal with any closures. The spaces are all brand new and very clean, and the views are unbelievable. Hannah F. helped me find the exact unit that was right for me and was super helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Definitely ask for her if you're looking to lease!

Hannah Frederick was my leasing agent. Once I was approved, Hanna streamlined the process for me and I moved in the same day. No hassle. I've only been here for 4 days and I already I love this place. The residents are courteous. Everyone says hello. Smart appliances and a Nest thermostat are a nice touch. Everything here is top notch. No cut corners.

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

We have really enjoyed living here! Management was very helpful during the move-in process, handling shifting logistics with grace. The amenities and gym are well-maintained and convenient. The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! Location couldn't be better (on top of Fulton station, good food on every block). Hello Alfred handles tidying/grocery shopping/dry cleaning - ideal for a busy professional. Hoping to stay for a few years!

I love the location of Left Bank building and the proximity to river walk. The CTA is also a block away, which makes it super convenient to move around the city! My favorite part about the building is the super helpful and friendly staff. They truly make you feel at home and welcomed :)

I've been living here for a year already. Just wanted to say that there is some bad rewiews out here, complains about all kind of things. That's true it wasn't so good in the beginning, both pools were closed for a while, the gym and the rest of the amenities but that's because the complex is brand new and it take time for everything to run perfectly. Now everything is up and running and the living experience is awesome, the stuff is wonderful and does his job perfectly. Special tumbs up for Rikki Richards, she will help you with anything you need.

Great tour & property, with phenomenal people (specifically Rikki). I viewed A LOT of properties in South Tampa, Cortland Westshore was by far the best- floor plans, layouts, color schemes, parking, and most importantly, property management. Rikki provided my tour and I never once felt pressured for a decision. Not only was she knowledgeable about each of the floor plans, amenities, and continued opening, she was personable, understanding, and committed to helping us find the right apartment for them. Layouts are spacious and the views are spectacular, especially from the Sky Lounge! And for all those negative reviews about amenities not being open, what’s open is already GREAT! View the property for yourself and rent here!

Hannah specifically has been a huge help with anything related to delays and next steps since the first day I toured these apartments. I moved in a month ago and love it so far! Beautiful view of the bay from my balcony and the amenities are top notch; gym is two stories and has everything you need, two pools which are gorgeous and always busy, and the Sky Lounge on the top floor is amazing with beautiful views of the bay! If you are a dog owner the dog parks are top notch and HUGE! Hannah was amazing from start to finish….she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and has been great following up after I moved in so wasn’t like she was nice to get me to sign a lease then forgot all about me! She really cares about her job and it shows in all she does ❤️ Only down side is it’s still being built so you just have to deal with those type of issues of not everything being available but it’s a small price to pay for the location, space itself and amenities….very happy with my decision to move in and encourage you to ask for Hannah when you visit!

Hannah and Emma are so welcoming! It’s unfortunate that the delays kept happening, since this is such a beautiful property. The day of my move in maintenance came within minutes and helped with the AC. Hannah answered all of my questions and was so thoughtful during our move in date. I’ve read through the comments and understand the frustration with the amenities not being open, however the team has responded very well and always shows empathy and respect towards tenants, even though it’s not reciprocated. The model apartment is white, do when we got our apartment and it was grey it threw us off. Not sure if this was mentioned. Lastly, wish the architects and designers would have considered having the room windows open a little just to get some fresh air. There’s no way to crack them a little, which my roommate and I like to air out our rooms once in a while.

Emma and Hannah are amazing. They are always so kind to me, truly nothing but nice and sincere when I go into the leasing office. I really do think they are doing their best despite all the construction issues. I really hope Cortland’s upper management sees some of these reviews because, at this point, Emma and Hannah are the only reason some of us are still around. The pool, gym, etc. not being complete is so frustrating. Fire alarms going off at all hours is unacceptable.

I can’t say enough nice things about Hannah and Emma at Cortland Westshore. Every time I stop by the office they are very attentive and extremely helpful! They’ve handled any issues I’ve had with complete professionalism. The maintenance team is also wonderful! They are quick and efficient. I see some reviews complaining that the amenities aren’t completed yet but this can happen in new construction buildings. The management team has offered alternatives to use another pool or gym until ours are open which is very generous. My last building didn’t offer anything. Lastly, the building is a solid build. No noise issues from neighbors or hallways which is always a plus!!!!

Both Emma and Hannah have done a good job trying to communicate any updates, changes on site. When I have asked for a problem or issue to be looked into its done promptly. I appreciate their continued effort. I know they cannot control what’s happening with the construction delays and I also appreciate them being straightforward and professional.

My roommate and I have been living at Cortland Westshore and have been really impressed with the management and office staff. Emma and Hannah are always extremely helpful and kind when we have any concerns or questions. My dog loves coming with me to their office because of the welcoming environment and treats as well :) definitely recommend!

My partner and I really enjoy living here! The apartments are gorgeous, the building is clean, and the staff is awesome! Janessa and Hannah are always so helpful and the maintenance team is top notch.

I have been thinking about moving to the Tampa area for awhile now and decided to start looking at apartments. After combing through several apartments and endless tours, I decided to take a shot at a tour at Cortland Westshore. My tour guide Hannah put me at ease immediately! She told me about the amenities, showed me the most gorgeous apartments, and made this process a whole lot simpler! Thank you Hannah!

I am currently in the process of relocating to Tampa for a new job and as overwhelming as the process has been, Janessa and the Cortland Westshore team have been amazing. Janessa’s patience and attention to detail in responding to all of my inquiries has been unparalleled and I could not be more appreciative of having such a dedicated team of people assisting with this transition. With me currently being in New England, Janessa offered the option of doing a virtual tour and she made sure to be as thorough and detailed as possible throughout the process. I have now signed my lease and look forward to moving to Cortland soon.

I can't say how much the team at Cortland Westshore have been so helpful on our move in and listening to our feedbacks Even though there has been some issues with the building it's been their priority to get them fix ASAP. Communication has Been improved so much, glad to call Cortland Westshore my home

Hannah provided us with not only a warm welcome but tons of information about the community and apartments. This has to be one of the best tour experiences I have been on. Unfortunately, our timeframe doesn’t match up with this beautiful community but my boyfriend and I hope to be back as future residents soon!

Emma, Hannah and Janessa are helpful but I don’t think they have enough support from their corporate offices. The internet going out this much is not acceptable especially when working from home. Corporate speed up the construction that way we can have the amenities we are all paying for. Again thank you Emma, Hannah and Janessa on communicating with me when I have a problem, corporate please figure out your construction drama ASAP.

We toured over 10 apartments in the process of finding the right fit and always come back to Cortland Westshore. Their customer service is impeccable, and they are always available to help with any questions I’ve had. Edwin was very friendly and helped us with the entire process from start to finish. He’s been our favorite leasing agent and we’ve definitely met a lot throughout our process. I’m so excited to move into our new apartment.
