Moved in July ‘26. Needed to do so for work & it was a bit faster than I anticipated. Mark M. was my agent. Provided exceptional service throughout the entire process & the entire team for that matter has been very helpful as well. As far as living experience I have little to no issues. Most people here are friendly & keep to themselves. Grounds are maintained well, communication/updates from staff are prompt.

Cortland west shore apartments are amazing and so reasonably priced!! The amenities are beautiful and well-kept, and there are so many great outdoor spots to hang out at on the property! Highly recommend!

The staff here at Cortland are amazing, including the Front Office and Service/Maintenance!!! Super efficient with completing service tasks once requested, and the front office staff continually reply back almost immediately with information once we text or email them!!! We really enjoy living here!

...AI Mode All Images Videos 5/5 Stars - What a Turnaround!!! I posted a two-star review two years ago, but a lot has changed since then, and I am thrilled to update my review to five stars. Cortland Westshore has been my home for the last six years, and the current team has made an exceptional difference. Madi, Tony, Mark, and the entire office team do an extraordinary job every single day. They are helpful, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance and service teams are simply the best! Wilbert, Francisco, and Juan are absolute standouts—prompt, skilled, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Cortland Westshore to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Two years ago / two stars; Resident for over three years. Bad smelling and dirty hallways, not working AC on them, which makes those odors even worse. Gates and access doors constantly with safety issues. For the amount of rent paid, including some excessive charges, not recommended at this point. Apartments are new

Mark M my leasing agent has literally been fantastic, accommodating, and communicative. He helped me snag a great deal and has been very attentive and resourceful to any questions or needs. Maintenance has been quick and on point with everything. No pests noticed for 2 months in the summertime in Florida which is huge. The property itself I think is well maintained. The pools are beautiful. The gym is very inclusive of a basic general workout. Not for any serious body builders but it gets the job done. Very dog friendly:) The dog park is a decent size for small-medium active dogs. The only complaint I have is because of a miscommunication on the move in special that caused me a bit of a stressful scramble and to inevitably pay a late fee so I’d just get clarification with how the special is applied before signing your lease for any future occupants.

We waited a few weeks after moving in to write this so we could give an honest, settled in review. We moved here from Texas and had our first appointment back in February with Mark, and he's a huge reason we chose this apartment complex. His kindness, knowledge, and bubbly personality made us feel at home before we even signed anything. He walked us through all the amenities and the different color scheme options for our unit. By the time move in day arrived, everything was a breeze. Mark had already done a walkthrough of our home, so we had zero complaints. The neighbors here are wonderful, and the community has such a nice mix of ages, from families with little kids to middle aged folks to elderly residents, and everyone has been kind. The amenities have been a great touch too, especially being able to watch the sunset overlooking Tampa Bay. I’ve lived at Cortland Westshore for almost a year, and I have nothing but positive things to say! When I first toured the community, Narmeen was incredibly welcoming, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and made the application process simple. Since moving in, I’ve been consistently impressed by how much the office staff cares about the residents. Whenever I have a question, Ryder, Madi, Anthony, Narmeen, and Mark are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely happy to help. The team does an excellent job keeping residents informed about everything happening around the complex, from food trucks and resident events to maintenance updates and inspections. The maintenance team is just as exceptional. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled incredibly quickly. Ov and his team are efficient and always on top of things. I couldn’t recommend Cortland Westshore more!

I’ve had a great experience here so far. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process and was always quick to answer any questions I had. The management team is very responsive, and maintenance requests are handled surprisingly fast. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience, and I’m happy to call this place home.
