I've really enjoyed living at Cortland Westshore so far. The community is so well-kept, the amenities are great, and it's been such a comfortable place to call home. What has stood out the most, is the staff and management team. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I've needed anything. A special shoutout to Madi and Mark they have truly made all the difference in my experience here. They genuinely care about the residents and always go out of their way to help. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to address any questions or concerns have made living here that much better. It's not often that you find a management team that is this engaged and supportive, and Madi and Mark deserve a lot of credit for creating such a great living experience. I'm very happy to be part of the community and would definitely recommend Cortland Westshore to anyone looking for a place to live.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Cortland WestShore and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move here. I love all the food trucks and the community events that they host. It’s always fun to go to the community parties because I love how involved everyone is. The property is always clean and well cared for, especially the landscaping. Maintenance has been great too. Anytime I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle. The management team makes a big difference here. Ryder, the Property Manager, is easy to work with and genuinely cares about the residents. Madi, the Assistant Property Manager, is just as great. She’s friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live and a community I’d recommend to others. this apartment complex has been one of my favorites that I’ve lived in over my years of renting.

I just moved in here and I love it. The amenities are really nice. The pool, gym and little convenience store they have in the community room are great features to living here. Everything here is honestly as luxurious as it seems online from the photos. I am really happy with my apartment as well, it is very spacious and has a great view of the ocean from my balcony. I really feel like I made a huge upgrade for myself by moving here. Also, Mark did a fantastic job showing my roommate and I around the place when we originally came to take a look. He was very charismatic and did a great job of making us feel at home. It was honestly a no brainer when it came to making the decision on where to move. I can really see myself living here for a while.

I moved to Tampa in July 2024 and chose Cortland Westshore after having an amazing experience living at another Cortland community in the Houston area. The Houston property set the bar high, so my expectations were already up there, and overall, this location did not disappoint. From the moment I drove down Westshore Blvd and saw the building for the first time, I was impressed. It looked exactly like the photos online, beautiful, bright, and modern, almost like a resort. The staff inside were friendly, professional, and patient. One of the leasing agents had even worked at the Houston location and made me feel right at home. From the moment I first toured the property, I was impressed by the well-maintained grounds and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern; with all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, and the open floor plan makes it easy to entertain guests. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which is a huge plus. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities are top-tier, the pool is absolutely amazing, and the sky lounge offers unbeatable views. The staff really goes above and beyond to create a great community vibe, from organizing food trucks to throwing some truly fun pool parties. I’ve chatted with a few team members at these events, and everyone has been super friendly and professional. Yes, the fire alarm has gone off a couple of times (twice I think) recently, but honestly, it hasn’t been a big deal! Certainly not worth the complaints I’ve seen from others. Special shoutout to the property manager, Ryder. He’s a gem and clearly cares about making this a great place to live. The grounds are well maintained, public areas are kept clean, maintenance requests are promptly resolved, and the front office staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Mark has helped me resolve issues accessing packages and is always a smiling friendly face to pass! When I evacuated during the hurricane and asked if someone could check my unit the staff got back to me promptly despite all the chaos confirming everything was okay. My husband and I moved into this property almost 2 months ago, and we honestly believe it was one of the best decisions. We’ve had the privilege of utilizing one of the pools, the market place (coffee and plenty of snacks and sweets), dog park, gym, courtyards and the 6th floor lounge/patio. There also tends to be at least 1 food truck every 1-2 weeks, which is fun and makes dinner easy when you don’t feel like cooking. Aside from Mark in the leasing office, I have to say that the patio is my favorite of all the amenities. Although it’s great for catching some of the prettiest sunsets, I really enjoy it for just relaxing or decompressing. In regards to the staff, Mark was a MASSIVE help during our signing and moving in process and continues to be that and a fun friend to have around the property. If there was anything we needed, he immediately jumped right on it and made sure we were taken care of. The property was really nice, but the leasing consultant I worked with, Narmeen was the icing on the cake. She was very polite and informative. She was attentive to the things I told her I was looking for and provided me with great information about the property and the management company.

Absolutely love this complex! It’s a true staycation - amenities are great! I think the best is the Sky Lounge on the 6th floor where you can go to enjoy a sunset over the Gulf! Our Leasing Rep - Mark Megias m, was outstanding!!! So pleasant, informative and helpful. I highly recommend you ask for him if you’re thinking of taking a tour of this complex that has it all!! Thank you Mark!! Update: We’ve been here for around 3 months now, and love this complex! Amenities are wonderful, and staff are unbelievably quick in handling any issues, and always friendly and helpful. Also love that the complex has food trucks here weekly, for quick food options, specialty coffees, and even mobile services like mobile barber. Thanks again Mark for everything!!

I recently moved in into Cortland Westshore and enjoying it! I absolutely love amenities and my apartment! Exterior design is nice, pools are super clean and my view is awesome! Big thank you Narmeen who helped me to explore my lease options! She has been very helpful from the day one when I had a tour with her and until the moment I moved in. She made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend her!

It has been about a week since living here and it has been a great experience so far. Narmeen gave me and my roommate a tour and we stopped by again later that week to see if we really wanted to sign here and luckily she was able to give us another tour, which really pushed us to sign a lease with how helpful and kind she was. Also, her and Mark have helped me out with any questions/concerns that have made living here a stress-free experience. The complex is beautiful and the community here is amazing.

We have been so happy with our choice to live at Cortland Westshore since moving to Tampa. We love the location of this apartment right in the West Shore community as it is central to all of the things we love to do without being directly in the chaos and traffic of the city. The whole process from touring to moving in was great. Mark was so knowledgeable and friendly during our tour and really helped us see how this community would check all of our boxes and be the best fit for us. We have been so impressed with the quality of living here from the apartment itself to the amenities. Maintenance has been so friendly and efficient with the very few minor fixes we’ve needed help with. Overall, we have been extremely happy with our choice to live here! Not to mention, I can’t believe this is our view!

I have lived in Cortland Westshore from the day it opened (3 years), and although it was difficult living here the first year without a single amenity opened, I’m glad I stayed and just renewed again for another year!! One thing that I would like to comment on is the new management team that has recently been assigned to Cortland Westshore. The new staff are not only friendly, but they actually do care about the residents that live in Cortland Westshore. The new management staff are friendly, courteous, and responsive when a problem does arise!! I would definitely consider living here if you are looking at apartments in the South Tampa/Westshore Blvd area!!!!!

We love that we have made so many friends here! When you are originally from out of state it is hard to be so far away from family and friends but, this place feels like home to us! We also love the amenities and especially the view from the sky lounge! We have lived here going on two years now and still love it! I think the new staff is a great fit for the complex and super excited Maddi is back!

Narmeen was fantastic! She is fairly new, but is extremely knowledgeable about the community. Westshore is a wonderful community with great amenities and beautiful spacious apartments. We decided to stay in our current residence a little longer, but we will look at this community again when the time is right. Check it out and ask for Narmeen.

In the entire process from start to finish, Alvin has been such an incredible help and support system!!
