The staff here is amazing!!! Jerri and Elizabeth are always the most helpful and welcoming people. I couldn’t ask for anyone better.

Came in to walk a 2 bedroom apartment for my roommate and I, and Ms. Adina was such a welcoming representative and excited to help me with my experience which Was by far the best encounter I had in shopping apartments in the Houston area. Unfortunately I was unable to lease because of availability and the time frame however would recommend to a family or friend and would be interested in leasing in the future.

I loved this community! Rosa was amazing she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was really helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend this apartment community to all my friends. 5+ stars to Rosa!

Came in just a few minutes before closing and everyone was still so welcoming. I was only asking for prices so i didn’t tour the community but the staff was amazing. When i am ready to move i will most definitely be choosing Cortland West Houston!
