The community is quiet and small. The buildings are maintained and clean. The leasing office and staff are just the nicest and so accommodating and helpful. Any problem I’ve ever had the maintenance team was on it so quickly either same day or next day. It’s been great living at Cortland west Houston!

We’ve been here for a few years and seen the new management take over. We love the monthly events and the coffee bar. They’ve painted the hallways and made a big difference. Overall happy we stayed.

I picked this place for the location and 24 hour gym access since I work late. It's proven to be a really nice place. Its small so it feels more homey. The office ladies are friendly and always offer my pup a treat. Now we can't walk by without going inside and he's getting chubby. Keep up the good work.

These apartments are great especially for the price. They’ve decorated them very nicely. They’re beautiful on the inside! The amenities are nice. The management team is actually incredible. It’s pretty quiet. The other residents are friendly and not intrusive or nitpicky. Everyone is usually friendly and polite. It’s pretty quiet. I’ve lived here for three years and I’ll probably live here for a few more. I know a few residents that have lived here longer than I have. We have a lot of long-term residents and that’s always a good sign.

I believe I can share my perspectives living here for few months now. Firstly, I moved here from Seattle WA and it has been quite a journey. Alexis in particular has been awesome: she took care of application process, completion of formalities remotely and helped me at each step of the process, and we trusted her enough to confirm the apartment without seeing it. After we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to see the apartment in person. The rooms are great, appliances in great condition. Sure, we had a few maintenance requests and that’s where this community stands out: the service staff is prompt, very courteous and professional. For a balanced review I don’t really have anything negative to say, except that their IT systems (notifications in particular) could be improved, but that’s not really a big deal. Overall, we are happy to call this place our home, and I’d say the pricing is competitive for a 3 bed apartment.

I’ve been living at this apartment community in West Houston, right behind Topgolf, for a while now, and it’s absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The management team is top-notch and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The amenities are a huge plus — from the resort-style pool to the modern fitness center, everything feels upscale and thoughtfully designed. After living here for a few months I can genuinely say that this is a great complex to live in. Alexis was so helpful and kind since the day we started our application and to present time. She made sure that everything was to our liking and never hesitated to answer our questions. They were always honest & realistic which is what made us feel better about the apartment. We did run into an issue when we moved in but Alexis and the property manager immediately fixed the issue. The apartment itself is pretty nice and looks fairly new. I would say the quality of living here is 5/5. The community area has always been cleanable and welcoming too.

Cortland West Houston is a great place to live! The community vibe is really friendly, and people are welcoming, which makes it feel like home. The amenities are awesome—there’s a nice pool, a solid gym, and plenty of spots to hang out. Everything is well-maintained, which is a huge plus. It’s also in a super convenient location, close to stores, restaurants, and highways, so getting around is easy. my family and i have lived in this apartment complex since 2019 when it was still called Legends at Park Ten. The maintenance staff that we have now, is HANDS down my favorite. Pablo is the best! every time i put a service request in, they respond quickly and nicely! Pablo has been the maintenance guy who has come the most, he is always nice and polite. respectful when entering my home. Friendly and he works fast and efficiently!

I was looking for a new complex , I emailed through the website and Frida contacted me right away ! She set up a tour accordingly to my schedule. When the tour came , she showed us all the amenities and the pool was breathtaking In less than a week we were moved in! Not to mention the great deals she gives ! I highly recommend Frida! My boyfriend and I rented a 1-bedroom apartment from May 2023 to May 2024 and we loved our time here. I wanted to live in a safe, quiet, conveniently-located community and that is exactly what we got during our stay. Wanda was our leasing agent and go-to person every time we needed something. She was always so helpful and easy to reach via email since I work odd hours. While we did have a leaking issue in the ceiling of our bathroom and our freezer stopped working, these problems were eventually fixed after I spoke with management. We would have happily renewed our lease if we hadn't found our dream house.

This is one of the few communities I’ve toured that comes with the washer and dryer. I toured the Town and Country and I loved that they have garden tubs. I was going to apply but it’s too far from my job. They offer everything I was looking for and Alexis really explained the pricing very well! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for great apartment housing!

Ms Alexis and Ms Wanda were such a delight and so knowledgeable. I came in for a spontaneous tour with no appointment booked and they instantly accommodated me. The environment is so clean and so welcoming. Alexis without any hesitation showed two properties and took me on a tour around the community. She also showed us videos and even went out of her way to answer my long list of questions. The renovations are so lovely. The Samsung appliances? A WIN for me! Now can we talk about the interior of the ‘Town and Country’ model home?!?! So gorgeous. Wonderful staff - Ms Alexis and Ms Wanda. Beautiful interior in the leasing office (and it smelled so gorgeous). The Cart that was used to take us on the tour was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

My experience has been wonderful so far. I’ve lived here for over 6 months and any issues I have encountered get solved almost immediately. I believe the apartment is completley worth its price and I use the pool, gym, and coffee machine often. Never had an issue finding parking, the valet trash is really helpful, and the maintenance team is very nice and always fixes my issues within two days. There have been some bug problems but their pest control normally handles them within a week or two. Overall, love living here and will be renewing my lease!

When I started working with Cortland — I spoke with Crystal Milton and she inspired me to do what I needed to do which was pick the best apartment/neighborhood for myself, but she’s over at Dallas — im moving to Houston. I started working with a lady named Alysa and almost immediately regretted my decision to move to Cortland until one day Wanda Diaz started working with me and everything changed. Wanda is patient. I have lived here for a few years through other management. I can say Cortland came in with there sleeves rolled up with the mind to work renovating and beautifying the property and implementing things like the food trucks the yoga sessions and coffee for the residents and not just the staff that makes it nice to be here. I add it's not a perfect place but they come so close especially with no bug issues of any kind inside my place no leaks no a/c problems yes had issues about theft but they have been quick about informing residents and having security present on property so no it's not perfect but far from being the worst. And that's real talk!

Been living here since June. For the most part it is a nice residence. But the ROACHES are are a CONSISTENT problem. I am a relatively clean person. I don’t leave food out. My apartment isn’t messy. I take my trash out regularly. Idk what is bringing them in but they get in through the openings in my windowsill and my front door due to the SLOPPY renovation done on my unit. I’ve had maintenance come out several times to seal the gaps but I’m maybe it wasn’t done right bc they still get in. I know the spaces aren’t sealed because when it rains, water gets in. I shouldn’t have to sit in here and watch over the maintenance workers shoulders to make sure things get done right. Speaking of the renovation-I have had to submit maintenance requests twice now for faulty electrical wiring in my apartment, and I’m about to submit a third maintenance request for the same issue. It’s a fire hazard and it’s not being repaired properly. Again, for the most part I enjoy this community but this is ridiculous. I pay way too mu

Leanna was great! The tour was amazing and she was very insightful. We toured the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms and restrooms were a great size, the patio was huge, and they even have a new washer and dryer in the renovated units. I currently live at the copper springs apartment and heard of this apartment. They definitely live up to what I was told about the apartment.

Leanna was really comforting and pleasant to tour with! The apartment itself was really nice. I toured the renovated 1bed 1 bath. Although it was only 787 square feet it had plenty of storage areas (including pantry, linen closet, entry closet, and outside storage). It felt very spacious and homey with the bookshelves and built in desk. The only reason I took off one star is due to the construction around the area - there was a ton of traffic nearby and the construction didn’t really help.

I have been touring plenty of places and had not had a lease agent that was so knowledgeable about the property and very patient with all my questions. Me and my family have lived her for about 4 years now. It has been a good experience. The office staff is really great and maintenance is very prompt. The layout of the apartments and the amenities are great. We have had little to no issues the whole time we’ve been here. They really do pride themselves on making sure their tenants are taken care of. I highly I recommend this place. Pablo is one of the maintenance man here and he is absolutely the best. There was an issue with my air conditioner right before the office was closing and he came right over to fix it. (drove a hour) You can tell he really cares and is a very hard worker. Houston weather is no joke

I stopped by to see what Cortland West Houston had to offer and let me just say, this is a place I can call home. What an elegant office with modern touches throughout but that wasn’t even the best part. The staff is what brings this place alive! I was greeted as soon as I entered the place. Even the property manager (Alissa I believe was her name) introduced herself and had me excited about what they offered. The model was beautifully decorated and the pool look had me feeling like I was at a resort. Fantastic tour I had and the rent prices were fair. I cannot say enough about the office staff at this apartment complex. You guys made me feel at home!!

The new apartment renovations are first-class. Literally everything is brand new in the apartments. They are a tad pricey, but given the new finishes I cant complain. The location cant be beat with easy access to I-10 and the Beltway, not to mention Highway 6.

I love the upgrades happening at the complex. Landscaping upgrades were definitely needed. The new rentals are really nice with custom touches. Location is incredible being close to the Katy Freeway and HW6. Take a look.

Such A nice property! But Rosa made me feel at home. The grounds looked well kept, and Rosa made sure to explain everything in full detail without me having to ask one question. The amenities are great and it is in A great location. Thank you Rosa, for having such great hospitality! We need more people like her in the industry!

Great community, safe, management always always have quick responses to issues in specific Rosa. Neighbors are good to. During the time I lived here I had no issues or problems. Maintenance crew was friendly.

I was in need of a home I recently moved from Miami I spoke to almost everyone in the office over the phone I had a bad experience at another apartment and my friend referred me to Cortland west and I freaking love it. Rosa was very helpful and made sure I had a easy transition into my new unit I love everything about it and it’s very quiet. Please I love all the appliances thank you

After visiting many apartment complexes this one definitely stood out to me. The staff is very helpful and welcoming . In particular,Rosa whom showed me around ,was extremely attentive and charismatic! Also, can’t wait to try out their newly renovated gym!

One of my friends has been staying here for over two years now. The property staff takes wonderful care of their tenants. My friend has never had any issues with his maintenance request. I went to view a two bedroom and the lady there was so helpful and welcoming. You can tell that they truly care and are not just there to do their job. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and accommodating my needs. I absolutely cannot wait to move here.

I visited this property and Rosa helped me. They are undergoing a renovation and it is going to be so beautiful when it is completed. It is in a very convenient location. She was a beautiful professional young lady and made me feel very comfortable! This is my #1 choice in the area. Cortland is a great company, I have lived under many and it's my preference.

Came in to walk a 2 bedroom apartment for my roommate and I, and Ms. Adina was such a welcoming representative and excited to help me with my experience which Was by far the best encounter I had in shopping apartments in the Houston area. Unfortunately I was unable to lease because of availability and the time frame however would recommend to a family or friend and would be interested in leasing in the future.

Came in just a few minutes before closing and everyone was still so welcoming. I was only asking for prices so i didn’t tour the community but the staff was amazing. When i am ready to move i will most definitely be choosing Cortland West Houston!
