I’ve been living at this apartment community in West Houston, right behind Topgolf, for a while now, and it’s absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The management team is top-notch and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The amenities are a huge plus — from the resort-style pool to the modern fitness center, everything feels upscale and thoughtfully designed. My apartment itself is spacious with high-end finishes, and the quiet, safe environment makes it feel like home. After living here for a few months I can genuinely say that this is a great complex to live in. Alexis was so helpful and kind since the day we started our application and to present time. She made sure that everything was to our liking and never hesitated to answer our questions. They were always honest & realistic which is what made us feel better about the apartment. We did run into an issue when we moved in but Alexis and the property manager immediately fixed the issue. The apartment itself is pretty nice and looks fairly new. I would say the quality of living here is 5/5. The community area has always been cleanable and welcoming too.

Cortland has been my home for about 7 months now and I must say that my experience has been great largely in part to Alexis. She has been the most caring and thoughtful person on these grounds and most of the neighbors simply adore her. You can tell she genuinely cares about the tenants here and it’s illustrated in the morale of this community. Cortland west has an overall, peaceful vibe with a culture of relentlessly assisting its tenants and as long as that is a priority, I will continue to renew here. I recently came in for a tour and Ms.Alexis helped me and showed me around and broke down everything I needed to know about the apartment. She explained my problems to me in a simple manner.She was very welcoming and had a really nice persona. It was very great to meet someone like her, very patient with me. I recently stayed at Cortland West Houston with a friend for a couple of weeks, and I was thoroughly impressed. The property is beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities like the pool and fitness center. The apartment was spacious and modern, with high-end finishes that made it feel luxurious. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the community felt, which made it a perfect place to relax. The location is very convenient, close to great dining and shopping options. Even though I was just visiting, I can see why residents love living here!

I recently inquired about moving into this apartment building. It’s been hard for me to come across decent consults since I started my apartment hunting. Lex has made a difference in that, she was helpful, knowledgeable, and consistent. Although I am not moving here being that it is too far from my job her service was beyond. Even after I disclosed I could not move in she remained respectful. I will recommend her to my other friends and family.

Cortland West Houston is a great place to live! The community vibe is really friendly, and people are welcoming, which makes it feel like home. The amenities are awesome—there’s a nice pool, a solid gym, and plenty of spots to hang out. Everything is well-maintained, which is a huge plus. It’s also in a super convenient location, close to stores, restaurants, and highways, so getting around is easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, laid-back place with great neighbors and a really nice atmosphere.

my family and i have lived in this apartment complex since 2019 when it was still called Legends at Park Ten. The maintenance staff that we have now, is HANDS down my favorite. Pablo is the best! every time i put a service request in, they respond quickly and nicely! Pablo has been the maintenance guy who has come the most, he is always nice and polite. respectful when entering my home. Friendly and he works fast and efficiently!

My boyfriend and I rented a 1-bedroom apartment from May 2023 to May 2024 and we loved our time here. I wanted to live in a safe, quiet, conveniently-located community and that is exactly what we got during our stay. Wanda was our leasing agent and go-to person every time we needed something. She was always so helpful and easy to reach via email since I work odd hours. While we did have a leaking issue in the ceiling of our bathroom and our freezer stopped working, these problems were eventually fixed after I spoke with management. We would have happily renewed our lease if we hadn't found our dream house.

This is one of the few communities I’ve toured that comes with the washer and dryer. I toured the Town and Country and I loved that they have garden tubs. I was going to apply but it’s too far from my job. They offer everything I was looking for and Alexis really explained the pricing very well! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for great apartment housing!

Ms Alexis and Ms Wanda were such a delight and so knowledgeable. I came in for a spontaneous tour with no appointment booked and they instantly accommodated me. The environment is so clean and so welcoming. Alexis without any hesitation showed two properties and took me on a tour around the community. She also showed us videos and even went out of her way to answer my long list of questions. The renovations are so lovely. The Samsung appliances? A WIN for me! Now can we talk about the interior of the ‘Town and Country’ model home?!?! So gorgeous. Wonderful staff - Ms Alexis and Ms Wanda. Beautiful interior in the leasing office (and it smelled so gorgeous). The Cart that was used to take us on the tour was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

My experience has been wonderful so far. I’ve lived here for over 6 months and any issues I have encountered get solved almost immediately. I believe the apartment is completley worth its price and I use the pool, gym, and coffee machine often. Never had an issue finding parking, the valet trash is really helpful, and the maintenance team is very nice and always fixes my issues within two days. There have been some bug problems but their pest control normally handles them within a week or two. Overall, love living here and will be renewing my lease!

I have lived here for a few years through other management. I can say Cortland came in with there sleeves rolled up with the mind to work renovating and beautifying the property and implementing things like the food trucks the yoga sessions and coffee for the residents and not just the staff that makes it nice to be here. I add it's not a perfect place but they come so close especially with no bug issues of any kind inside my place no leaks no a/c problems yes had issues about theft but they have been quick about informing residents and having security present on property so no it's not perfect but far from being the worst. And that's real talk!

Been living here since June. For the most part it is a nice residence. But the ROACHES are are a CONSISTENT problem. I am a relatively clean person. I don’t leave food out. My apartment isn’t messy. I take my trash out regularly. Idk what is bringing them in but they get in through the openings in my windowsill and my front door due to the SLOPPY renovation done on my unit. I’ve had maintenance come out several times to seal the gaps but I’m maybe it wasn’t done right bc they still get in. I know the spaces aren’t sealed because when it rains, water gets in. I shouldn’t have to sit in here and watch over the maintenance workers shoulders to make sure things get done right. Speaking of the renovation-I have had to submit maintenance requests twice now for faulty electrical wiring in my apartment, and I’m about to submit a third maintenance request for the same issue. It’s a fire hazard and it’s not being repaired properly. Again, for the most part I enjoy this community but this is ridiculous. I pay way too mu

We toured the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms and restrooms were a great size, the patio was huge, and they even have a new washer and dryer in the renovated units. Leanna was really comforting and pleasant to tour with! The apartment itself was really nice. I toured the renovated 1bed 1 bath. Although it was only 787 square feet it had plenty of storage areas (including pantry, linen closet, entry closet, and outside storage). It felt very spacious and homey with the bookshelves and built in desk. The only reason I took off one star is due to the construction around the area - there was a ton of traffic nearby and the construction didn’t really help.

I stopped by to see what Cortland West Houston had to offer and let me just say, this is a place I can call home. What an elegant office with modern touches throughout but that wasn’t even the best part. The staff is what brings this place alive! I was greeted as soon as I entered the place. Even the property manager (Alissa I believe was her name) introduced herself and had me excited about what they offered. The model was beautifully decorated and the pool look had me feeling like I was at a resort. Fantastic tour I had and the rent prices were fair. The new apartment renovations are first-class. Literally everything is brand new in the apartments. They are a tad pricey, but given the new finishes I cant complain. The location cant be beat with easy access to I-10 and the Beltway, not to mention Highway 6.

Cortland West Houston is an amazing place to live! The property itself looks great especially with the newly added renovations. The management team and maintenance are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues. 5/5 would definitely recommend living here.

Came in today to install a coffee machine. Very friendly staff. Property looks nice and quiet. A little remodeling going on but the lobby is looking good. Can't wait to see when it's all said and done.

I Came to tour this location as a possible new home for myself and I was amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff and management was . The property is kept up very well , extremely clean and the apartments are so nice !!

I love the upgrades happening at the complex. Landscaping upgrades were definitely needed. The new rentals are really nice with custom touches. Location is incredible being close to the Katy Freeway and HW6. Take a look.

Nice complex with all of the new renovations going on. Fantastic gym and pool area. They also have a nice dog run that is fenced in so you can let your pup get out some energy. High quality cabinets and appliances in the new renovated apartments.

I love my apartment, and so far it seems to be a wonderful community. In the short month that I’ve been here they’ve hosted fitness classes, and had multiple food trucks! I worked with Adina, she’s been awesome!! She’s extremely kind and friendly. She helped make my move in process extremely smooth and sold me to the place after my first visit.

Absolutely amazing!! Love the layout of the apartments. Units are very modern up-to-date but yet cozy for us! I enjoyed the quietness of the pool and gym. Special shout out to the office staff! Very friendly kind go the extra mile for the residence!

This community is awesome everyone is so friendly, management is great and respond very quickly to any questions. The Apartments are beautifully renovated and the best thing they are a pet friendly community with designated area for pets to run free.

I didn’t get approved for an apartment unfortunately, but I do want to take the time out to truly thank Ms. Adina for being super sweet and kind throughout our communication. She even helped me out after the fact and I’m so grateful for her! I also got my admin fee back and pretty quickly to be honest. The property is definitely beautiful, Ms. Adina is wonderful and I’m sure the other staff are too.

This apartment community has a very peaceful ambience. Leasing staffs are accommodating and very responsive to their tenant's needs. I love the renovations of the swimming pool, gym etc. It's a great place to live. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood is easily accessible to nearby schools, parks, and local entertainment. The maintenance team is very prompt and effective in responding to problems. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

I was in need of a home I recently moved from Miami I spoke to almost everyone in the office over the phone I had a bad experience at another apartment and my friend referred me to Cortland west and I freaking love it. Rosa was very helpful and made sure I had a easy transition into my new unit I love everything about it and it’s very quiet. Please I love all the appliances thank you

One of my friends has been staying here for over two years now. The property staff takes wonderful care of their tenants. My friend has never had any issues with his maintenance request. I went to view a two bedroom and the lady there was so helpful and welcoming. You can tell that they truly care and are not just there to do their job. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and accommodating my needs. I absolutely cannot wait to move here.

I visited this property and Rosa helped me. They are undergoing a renovation and it is going to be so beautiful when it is completed. It is in a very convenient location. She was a beautiful professional young lady and made me feel very comfortable! This is my #1 choice in the area. Cortland is a great company, I have lived under many and it's my preference.

Came in to walk a 2 bedroom apartment for my roommate and I, and Ms. Adina was such a welcoming representative and excited to help me with my experience which Was by far the best encounter I had in shopping apartments in the Houston area. Unfortunately I was unable to lease because of availability and the time frame however would recommend to a family or friend and would be interested in leasing in the future.
