The community is great, and I'm glad I chose this place as my short-term rental.. 1. House conditions and maintenance: 5/5 - The unit was thoroughly cleaned upon move-in, and any small maintenance issues were fixed within a few hours after reporting them. 2. Amenities: 5/5 - The resort style gym, clubhouse, grill, and pool; meticulously maintained and always clean. 3. The staff is excellent! 100/5! They made me feel like home right away. Jessica at the leasing office, was exceptionally helpful and kind, and welcoming, and accomodating! She worked around my move-in date changes, helped me move bulky furniture into the unit, and is genuinely caring. After touring a few communities with similar offerings, I think Jessica was one of the reasons for us to choose Cortland after touring. I hope the management team can read this and give Jessica a raise! I haven't met many other staff members yet, but they all seem very friendly and nice.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All of our work requests have been handled very promptly. The area is clean and so far it has been a joy living there. I appreciate that our son is just 2 miles from Churchill and there is a movie theater and Starbucks right up the street.

Although I selected another property, I'm leaving 5 stars because of the awesome Leasing Professional, Jessica who I worked with to evaluate the place. I met a lot of leasing professionals but Jessica is a nice woman, helpful, goes out of her way to help a client/prospective client out, has excellent follow-through on action items, is quick to respond to questions, and is a true professional. I’m a 72 year old widow that has Parkinson’s Disease and Jessica and the other team members at the front office are so nice to me and have welcomed me with open arms. I would like to say how great this apartment complex is and the staffing here is fantastic! I sold both my houses just to move in here and I’m loving every minute of it. They’re pet friendly which is a major plus for me as well. I was able to bring my cat and dog here too! This apartment has so much to offer from their beautiful pool to their awesome gym they have. Jessica was such a great help getting me moved in right away and I had no issues whatsoever. I recommend this apartment complex out of all the apartments in the area! They can’t compete with Cortland 👍

Had a lovely time touring with Emari, the complex seems calm, set back from the chaos of Wurzbach, well kept especially in the walkways and stairways and the amenities of the community are a good variety of things and are very well kept. Stephanie is consistent, clear, & makes sure you receive a response. Jessica has been so kind & patient while I look for an apartment to transfer into. Maintenance responds to requests within 2-3 days. They text & email when something is closed for cleaning or inspections are near. Over the last 3 years, staff has made improvements like changing ALL of the lights throughout the complex to brighter ones, including halls and patios, replaced dumpster doors to cleaner metal sheets, added gym equipment & an Amazon locker, fixed pot holes, and power washed hallways periodically. Property is older, but most apartments have updated appliances & lighting. I do wish this large complex had more than 1 entrance & exit - the overuse in the front means the driveway leading out of the gate is in need of repair. To consider, but management does not have control over: Buildings 16 & 17 directly face Wurzbach and you will have constant traffic noise if you choose one of these buildings. 1-YEAR UPDATE: It's been a little over a year and I can say that this team genuinely cares and is always willing to work with you. It was no question for me to renew for another 15 months. This time, I had a wasp's nest in my garage due to my garage not opening/closing. Not only was the nest taken care swiftly by pest control, but Adam from maintenance helped me reset my remote since it stopped working (despite a battery change). There was little miscommunication with setting up a maintenance request for my garage. However, we were able to iron it out. Adam went above and beyond with not only fixing my issue, but was kind in teaching me when I asked (so I could put this information in my toolbox). He's like a gentle Dad and easy to understand. There were a couple things specific to this garage that I didn't glean from YouTube and he also addressed my concerns when thunderstorms blow out the circuit and the garage is not working, maintenance can come open up the garage again manually with their key until CPS r

We love this community! Stephanie and Cynthia are super stars. They are the epitome of professionalism enhanced with genuine care for people. They both consistently demonstrated high levels of honesty, industry knowledge, property familiarity, and a mature understanding of customer relations. Michael, the maintenance manager is an excellent communicator with an obvious familiarity of the property and mechanical skills. The only reason I did not assign a 5 star rating is because of the frustration in dealing with the third party application processing agency. They were the epitome of bureaucratic inefficiency. Their attitude throughout the process projected a lack of concern or understanding of the stress and personal anxiety associated with moving to a new community. Their communication skills and understanding of quality customer relations was poor. Follow up was unreliable and untimely. But for them I would have assigned a 5 star rating.

Cortland Walker Ranch is a great place to live. The community is constantly being either upgraded or maintained. My neighbor's are always friendly and welcoming. The community is quite and facilities are great and the management team is always friendly and going above and beyond for the residents.

Highly recommended! Both assistants are very kind, helpful, and Raven’s service was excellent. She answered all my questions, and she guided me very well, making sure that my process was correct, on time, and that I didn’t miss anything. As far as the apartments, I still have another month until I move in and then I can do a full review but I’m excited :)

I am so happy with my decision to live at this community. I toured multiple complexes and this one was the best, from the staff, amenities and the location. Cynthia answered all of my questions and made me feel at home during the tour. A friend of mine chose a different place and she regrets it and is ready to move over here when that lease is up.

I wish that they secure the backyards in the apartments in the back and also to have pest control before attendant move-in because when I first moved in, there was already roaches in before you move in, I think they should do pest control before any attendant moves out or move in to the apartment to reside there

Out of the 3 places I have rented during my 6 years in San Antonio, this is the best management I've ever encountered! In my previous apartments, I would call/email/place work orders but wouldn't receive responses until I physically walked into their offices. Maintenance requests would be left for 1-2 months! Here? That's not an issue at all. Not only does the whole team respond in a timely manner, if anything is unresolved, they make sure to follow up. At move-in, my dryer was not connected, and when I turned in my move-in form, they placed a work order on the spot when I asked about it. As I was at work, I didn't notice when it was completed, but it was fixed within that week! Stephanie, Raven, and Cynthia were a pleasure to work with too. They're not only capable, but very kind and accommodating. For example, when I wanted to add a garage later in my lease they let me know all the terms and conditions for it and helped me obtain one. Also, when the key wasn't available for the date I was scheduled to start

Love living here! Raven, Stephanie, and the entire leasing team were amazing. We were in a bad situation and needed to move in immediately, and they worked so quickly to help us make that happen. After move in, we had a small issue with an appliance and our maintenance man was there on it very quickly and fixed it for us no problem. The staff here is amazing and the property is beautiful. We are so grateful to the Cortland Walker Ranch team for all they’ve done to help us!

My husband and I love this community. The townhouse aspect is so nice and the finishes in the space are great. Our garage door broke after hours and maintenance was there within 15 minutes. Front desk staff are super friendly. Paige is amazing! We toured a lot of places before touring here. But after our tour with her, we signed the following day! I highly recommend living here. Great location, as well.

It’s spacious and I love the gym , as someone who enjoys doing her morning workouts it’s something I will be looking forward to after my breakfast . I love everything about this complex! It is very clean, i feel safe, and everyone is friendly! Service requests are completed quickly and efficiently. The amazon hub lockers make picking up packages a breeze. The pool is beautiful and the gym has nice equipment. Stephanie at the leasing office is so warm and welcoming and she made the move in process stress-free! I’ve only been here a month and I have no complaints!

I have lived here for just over a year, and I think the employees really deserve a shoutout. Management companies can really make or break your living experience, but every single person here has been so great. My AC went out on 4th of July, and Mike, one of the maintenance men, called me and said he was off for the holiday, but would stop by anyway - within 2 hours of putting in a maintenance request on a holiday, my AC was fixed! The grounds are always well taken care of, including landscaping and the amenities. I have nothing bad to say about my experience living here.

Mike was great! I put in a service request because AC was not cooling. Mike had already left the property for the day and made it a point to turn around and come back to address the service request. He fixed it in under 30 mins and was very nice. This was very helpful especially in this San Antonio, TX heat. Mike is AWESOME and fixed the service request in no time with no problem.

Cortland Walker Ranch has been my home for the past 3.5 years and I loved every second of it. I had the pleasure of working with many people in the leasing office, some who are no longer there, but any changes that were made, the transition seemed to be seamless. Everyone is friendly and personable. I've worked recently with recently Kelsey and Stephanie and both were attentive and super helpful. Be sure to wave when you see them drive through the complex with the Cortland car! Those always make my day. :) It is a quiet and clean complex. There are great amenities and the grounds are well-maintained. I've enjoyed the fitness center, the pool, and the study area near the pool. All of my maintenance requests were addressed timely with proper follow-up. My neighbors look out for one another. In total, I've had no real issues living here. I’ve lived in the community for just over 2 years and I love it here! The community is very friendly and respectful, the front office staff is always welcoming, and the maintenance team has always provided great care and assistance with any and every need over my time here. Luis is one of the maintenance members and is always willing to help and does a superb job! You can tell the staff team genuinely cares about their community and home. I have lived at Cortland Walker Ranch for nearly a year and I love it here! It is a quiet neighborhood, a gated community where I’ve been treated with respect and always with a smile. Every maintenance request has been handled as quickly as possible and the maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Stephanie, Zhaila, and Tyler in the office are quick to respond to any question and are always happy to see me (or at least good at pretending! 😉). I plan to stay for a good long time!

Been at Cortland for 7+ months. After visiting other complexes, I enjoy the look, feel and community provided at Cortland walker ranch. Tyler and Stephanie made the experience really smooth & have always provided excellent customer service: before, during and even after moving in. Maintenance is responsive here! All service request are handled fairly quickly & they even have a complimentary move service which had been unheard of before moving here. Another great perk at here are the events, contest & food trucks that come to the complex to keep residents engaged and interested. I love Cortland & would recommend anyone to move here.

I’m so glad to have found these apartments. I love everything about this place from the community to the amenities. Most definitely love using that beautiful pool whenever it was warmer. The staff has also been the friendliest I’ve ever experienced, especially Stephanie. Cortland Walker Ranch was an enjoyable experience during my two years there. The staff were friendly and the maintenance team always took care of our requests in a quick manner. I really enjoyed the pool, a lot of space and relaxing environment. I wish the club house was open on the evenings and on the weekends (only open during business hours). Plenty of parking spaces for visitors. The community seems to be more family-oriented vs. a younger crowd from what I experienced. The only issue I had was when we received our security deposit. We only received 50% of our deposit back due to it being used for professional carpet cleaning. I don't agree that this should fall on the tenant especially when carpet is normal wear and tear overtime (we left the carpet clean by the way, just not "professional") Overall a great community and would recommend.

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

I have lived at the Commons for 4 years and enjoy having my own garage attached to my apartment. I have never had any safety concerns since being a tenant. I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

I am rating the complex 5 stars for one main reason. Mary Anne has been the most helpful leasing agent I could have ever asked for. I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. Positives: Nice apartment for the price. Gigantic closets, large bathrooms, ample storage. No roaches in apartments. Nice landscaping. Good location. Neighbors aren’t partying types. Negatives: Forgot grubhub doordash etc. The delivery service will never find you or be able to get in. This place has fob access and is super complicated to navigate but has no concierge to accept deliveries. Well, despite that security is abysmal, see below. New security system is a must or get rid of it. As is, it annoys on all levels. As of 8/21/22 The “security fob controlled” door outside my apartment won’t shut on its own unless you yank it shut. If you walk through and let the door shut on its own accord, it won’t shut and will stay propped open. This has been going on for over a month despite multiple complaints and work orders and the door is therefore left perpetually propped open. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking room to room very easily. Ear plugs and better yet noise canceling head phones necessary to sleep.

We moved to NorthLight from Brooklyn and love it! The building is beautiful and management is the best. Jason was so patient and accommodating while helping us find the perfect apartment! This is my first time living in an apartment. I’ve heard the horror stories of apartment living and the management and living conditions that can happen. That is not at all true for the reserve at kingwood luxury apartments. I’ve lived hear 6 months and every request has been taken care of in less than 4 hours. The management is excellent at communication. The staff is very professional and I would recommend this apartment facility to anyone looking for your home away from home. I’ve never experienced any high noise levels. It stays very quiet and peaceful around here. The gym is also always in tip top shape.

We have lived here for 1 month. Our apartment is great and so is everything else. The pool, hot tub, social events, card games, crafts, educational seminars and entertainment and residents are all wonderful!! Brian helped us find the perfect apartment, Rebecca helped us with our move in, Mike and John have taken care of any maintenance issues and Diana has helped to provide wonderful events for us to enjoy. They have all gone above and beyond and we appreciate it very much. We moved here from Virginia Beach to be near our grandchildren and love it. The Town Center is great with all the restaurants, shops and even Wegman’s within walking distance. We are very, very happy here!!

I have lived here for one month so far and I love it! It is in such a great location - I easily walk to parks, hiking trails, the grocery store, bars/restaurants, the mall, and public transport. It is super clean and well maintained. Something that was really important to me about living in an apartment was finding a building where I couldn’t hear my neighbors because I work night shift a lot. I live on the second floor and have never heard people walking above my apartment or in the hallways or anything. It is a really solidly built building with thick walls/floors so it’s definitely quiet and feels more like I’m living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. The management/staff is also great - Brittney will solve any issue you may have!

I've been at Eastbank at Waterside for 16 months now and into my second lease term. There was a change in management about 4 months ago, and I am noticing a very positive outcome. The maintenance team has always been excellent with my requests, before and since the management change. My boyfriend and I moved to Raleigh this summer and prior to our move we toured another apartment complex and had a terrible experience. We came to Wakefield Glen after and had a completely different experience. The staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. This apartment complex is in an amazing area and is very well kept. I have and will continue to recommend Wakefield Glen to others!

This building is fairly new. I have been here for a few months now and I chose the apartment for the location. You can’t beat it! I feel things are going a lot better. There has been more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness and even getting a prompt reply for any of my concerns or questions (Candice was helpful). Also some of the amenities here you can’t find other locations. My significant other really looks forward to the monthly events held Play management.

Outstanding architectural masterplan from the grand entrance to the covert plaza gate and multi-level central garage, a near utopic community of residents from numerous corners of the globe all seemingly pleasant and respectful. Truly an oasis and resort feel of living space. Let me not start on the arched walls and vaulted ceilings I know my homeowner bosses are jealous of during Zoom calls.

Mesa Verde is better than expected. We moved from NYC, where we paid the same for a studio apartment with zero amenities and even worse experience with our landlord/super. Now we’ve been spoiled with a gorgeous gym, two swimming pools, and amazing neighbors. I also appreciate all of the activities Mesa Verde puts on. I wasn’t kidding when I said we’re spoiled :) Recommendations: - Go back to sharing important update via email. I can never remember my password to the app so I never log in. I’m only able to see the first line of updates sent through email. - add a reflector or a light at the back gate turning point. It’s so dark at night it’s hard to see the turn. - exclude the shipping app fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for an app we’ve never used.

Kinstead has been as quick as possible to resolve any issues. My son and I love the ammenities, and how quiet it is. My favorite part about living here is just sitting on my balcony at night. It’s so peaceful. We have had maintenance issues (nothing super serious when it occurred), but they were all handled promptly. I appreciate that.

I love my place. The main selling feature was the gym. I cancelled my memberships soon as I moved in. The roof is beautiful and everyone including the staff is so friendly. Ocean 500 is the best designed building on Revere Beach. Ocean 500 provides everything anyone could ask for. Fancy restaurants, the beach, & easy transportation. Symphony is a very pretty place to live. The residents are nice and so are the workers on the complex. Biggest concern with Symphony is the amount of time it takes to get things fixed. I moved into an apartment that was not "maintenance ready", therefore we had to put in a couple requests to get things fixed... the day we moved in, and some of those things still have not been fixed.

Living at the Overture Domain is like living in the Museum of Fine Art. There is a prevailing feeling of joy and contentment. Everyone always says hello or asks, "How are you feeling today?" I've only lived at Gallery Bethesda I for a couple months and so far, my experience has been great. I find the staff to be friendly, professional and ever present if something comes up. I've had a few maintenance issues that have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The building and surroundings are always clean and the surrounding area is a great neighborhood to live in. Hampton Greens in Bellevue, WA is a safe well maintained community. It's like living in the South Hamptons. You have pools, tennis court, new gym and easy access to work and play. I highly recommend as now a resident for awhile.

The apartment complex is very close to the Germantown fire station therefore in the winter the roads are cleared of snow very quickly. I highly recommend "Junction 1504 because I can be outside and at my car in two minutes. I takes five minutes to walk the dog. I like all the trees and immaculate flower pots everywhere. It's the only old "Garden style" apartments in South End that I know of. The rest are five stories or more walled off and enclosed - you've seen them living the tram. I'm think he city even passed an ordinance that they must all be 5 STORY -- so Junction is a luck anomaly, I've never lived in one, but I've heard stories about the 5 story _mid-sized apartments -- you gotta park in garage, you must use elevator to walk dog -- and I can only imagine how nasty those halls must be at times. If that's your thing, be my guest. Junction's upper management sucks -- but don't they all? SO I stay put. -- JMHO

After living at these apartments for 14 months, I highly recommend Cortland Walker Ranch. The staff is amazing, the maintenance team is AMAZING (always remembered me and it never felt like I was a burden to them,) and the amenities are great… especially the pool in the Texas heat. Every resident I met were very friendly. Definitely felt like my home away from home! If I didn’t move to a new state, I would have resigned my lease no doubt.

Cortland properties are the only places I trust here in San Antonio, you truly get what you pay for. The prices reflect the community and all the updates in the units. I moved to one of their sister properties because of the better location to work. But my husband and I loved it here. Friendly neighbors, good size dog park. The maintenance and leasing office staff are professional. You won't receive this level of service at any other apartment complex. Everything about this place was worth the price!

We're on our second lease and love living in this community. Unfortunately have only really gotten to know Lori, but she's awesome. Maintenance is always quick to respond and solve issues, which there really aren't many. Amenities are nice too. My only complain would be about the residents speeding through the complex despite the speed bumps. Especially at the first turn after the gate. Would love a stop sign there, as no one looks to see if someone is crossing. Can be very nerve racking with a dog. All in all, great place to live.

Very impressive place here! In a busy area, but still feels like your somewhat secluded due to the mature landscaping and the spaces between the buildings. I would recommend you visit! They offer yards too, rare offering in apartment rentals!

I lived here for 9 months and would recommend it. Pros: - Staff is very nice and friendly. Whenever I had a maintenance issue they always resolved it within a few days or a reasonable amount of time for the severity of the issue. Once I had a fire alarm that wouldn't stop going off, and I couldn't reach the ceiling to unplug it. The office person I called was so nice, she said maintenance couldn't come at that exact moment so she drove over with a ladder right away to help me. - Staff tries to plan fun events and gets food trucks to come to the property. Most people seem to be in their 20s-30s. - Property is generally clean, trash bins are not overflowing or anything like that. - Good location, safe area, 5 minute drive to Walmart/pharmacy/restaurants. Cons: - You WILL hear planes. For example, if I'm on a Zoom call, others will notice the planes. If you're a light sleeper, I think they could wake you up. - It's also really noisy when it's windy, not sure why. I've woken up in the middle of the night because

Overall great experience while living here. The grounds were always kept very nicely, I was always happy to show off where I lived when I had visitors. Big thank you to Luis for always being so accommodating and assisting with requests promptly and effectively. I recommend living in these apartments, I only left because I purchased a home.

We've had a wonderful experience with this community! 10/10 would recommend! Having to secure an apartment so far away when our daughter was still in college was a wild ride, but the staff there was beyond helpful during our search process — superlative, quite frankly — and it made us choose this community over many others that offered discounts and incentives for her employer. The staff was honest and went out of their way to make us feel best-informed. We all felt like it was a safe place for a young woman to live alone. The service and care on move-in day, including the welcome-note from the staff on the fridge, and the few weeks of transition after that were equally as good. The location was convenient to many things. The leasing office and grounds were well-kept. The gym facilities and the pool area were also clean and well-maintained and she enjoyed using them.The food trucks and summer activities helped her feel involved when she was new to the area. These were my favorite apartments to live at! They are in the perfect location and I loved the amenities like the clubhouse and pool area. The office staff was always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends
