The layout of the apartment makes it feel so spacious and the kitchen is so cute but what really stands out to me is the way the management and front desk are so approachable and kind. They respond to emails and texts so quickly and they get maintenance requests addressed right away. Thanks for all the work you do! (:

Gervon was the very first person I spoke with when scheduling my initial tour, and from that first interaction, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My wife and I relocated to the DC area this summer, and Kenneth made a long-distance move far easier than it had any right to be. He walked us through multiple video tours so we could choose an apartment without being there in person. When there were mistakes on the sales side, he emailed the right people on our behalf and got them sorted out. What was a hectic and stressful move that had to happen in a hurry, his help made possible. What really stands out is that his help didn't stop once we signed the lease. We've been here two months, and he's still the person we know we can count on whenever an issue comes up. Just last week he helped us get a storage unit after none had been available for months. We love the apartment and the location, and especially how dog-friendly the community is. We've met so many great fellow dog owners here. Couldn’t be happier with my living experience here! The property is clean, quiet, and always taken care of. The maintenance staff is also incredible! They respond quickly to service requests and are very friendly. Nelson, in particular, was a lifesaver when my washer was having problems! Would highly recommend!
