I’ve proudly called Cortland South Kendall home for the past few years, and it continues to exceed expectations. The management team is one of the biggest reasons why they are consistent, professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime there’s ever an issue or maintenance request, they are incredibly responsive and on top of it right away. The property itself is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the community looking beautiful every day. The amenities are great, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall living experience has been fantastic. Huge shoutout to the Maintenance team specially Carlos, he’s gone above and beyond to help us, even after hours. Our AC went out in the middle of the night and he responded quickly, got it fixed fast, and made the whole situation so much easier. Living at Cortland has been an amazing experience. The entire team is consistently kind, efficient, and reliable, and they truly take care of their residents. Danielle has always been very helpful with all our needs! Me and my partner have lived here over 5 years and we absolutely love it! If you’re looking for a luxury community with a staff that shows up when it matters, I highly recommend this one!
