I can’t say enough good things about Richard Corredor! His professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. He’s quick to respond, thorough in his work, and always ensures everything is done perfectly. What really sets Richard apart is his friendliness and genuine care. Not only is he approachable and easy to communicate with, but he’s also incredibly pet-friendly! My pet instantly warmed up to him, and it’s clear he loves animals. I’ve been living here for almost two years, and I really want to highlight how great the maintenance service has been—especially Richard Corredor (hopefully I spelled that correctly). Every time I’ve had an issue and put in a service request, he’s been super quick to respond, usually coming out the same day or the next. He’s always friendly, professional, and does a great job fixing whatever the problem is. It’s clear he cares about his work and about helping residents. Having someone like him and the rest of the maintenance team around makes living here so much easier. Big thanks to him and the team!

I truly love our maintenance team at cortland riverview. They all really are like family to us, I trust them in my home both when Im there and when I’m not. They are always so friendly to my pup and make an effort to stop their golf carts to say hello when we’re passing by. They never make you feel like a burden and you can tell they care about the community. I always feel safe around them and they always take such good care of us. I only toured. Property is beautiful, lots of amenities and cool features. Apartments were decent sized, and nice lighting. Britney was great, pleasant attitude, and really accommodating.

El equipo de mantenimiento siempre ha sido muy amable y eficaz, mi aire se dañó a mitad de la noche y Richard vino en menos de 30 min a repararlo, quedé muy agradecida ya que tengo un bebé recién nacido. Las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y me gusta que siempre hacen eventos para la comunidad.

My fiance and I moved in here in August, and we love our apartment and community for the most part. Many of our neighbors are friendly and we appreciate the efforts from maintaining/landscaping to restore the neighborhood after both storms this year. Our balcony has a really nice view of the lake and fountain, and the pool is gorgeous. They were nice enough to provide residents with a free gym membership until theirs opened, which I’ve never had an apartment do before. There are some issues. The front gates have been broken more often than not but we know that is due to the hurricanes. People leave their dog waste around even though the complex has dog waste stations with bags and sends out reminders. Dirty and lazy folks are hard to avoid but we hope that management continues to address the problems considering the amount we pay. The noise insulation is also not great, which is not an issue now but could become one if someone unreasonably loud moves above us. With all that said, it is still miles better than

Britney is a standout in the office at my apartment complex. She always greets you with a genuine smile and has such a positive, helpful attitude. No matter when I stop by, she’s never in a bad mood and always ready to assist. It’s clear she truly cares about doing a great job, and that makes a difference. The whole team is wonderful, but Britney’s positive energy always leaves an impression.
