I've been here for 3 months now and I love love this place. Moved here from Jersey cause i have Gotten a job promotion. I love how they get involved with community events. Love that💞 However they be held on the days I have work 😔 but I love how they think about community.The office staff is always pleasant and very welcoming. The maintenance staff is always on point. Noone has and attitude. Sometimes my pay period falls a little after the 5th I love how when you come to the office and pay noone looks at you different, they still treat you with the welcome and smiles😁 This is home I'm not leaving this place any soon. Love it here 😁💞🧘🏽‍♀️

This is the best group of people in a leasing office by far that I have came across. The property manager does an amazing job of managing this location. The people up front have a great attitude when you approach them with questions and concerns. Just can't ask for a better team. I have received nothing but, great services since I’ve been living here. Timely maintenance requests, clean gym areas, pool always clean and a nice study area.

I have “LOVED” living at Cortland Research Park for the past two years! I have absolutely really no complaints! Peaceful community, nice living space and wonderful amenities. The leasing staff are amazing, so helpful, friendly and engaging. The maintenance team is very professional, timely with any requests, respectful of scheduling, completed within a few hours and if not definitely the same day. I would highly recommend living here (10/10).

This is definitely the best apartment community in the area! My apartment is spacious and newly renovated with beautiful floors and granite countertops. The office staff are super helpful. The community is well kept and includes great amenities and community events. The maintenance staff are super responsive to service requests.

This is a great place to live. I moved across country sight unseen. The apartment is beautiful and Kila was so helpful and professional. I love living at Cortland Research Park in Durham, NC. It's a wonderful community. The office team is great and maintenance takes care of my issues quickly. It's in a wonderful location and the amenities are so nice. The pool is open year-round! Don't hesitate to live here!

I love Cortland Research Park, my apartment is spacious lots of closets, nice size bathrooms. The grounds are always clean lots trees flowers, and very quiet. The office employees super friendly and helpful. And the maintenance team the Bomb, you put a request and BOOOM DONE!!! I love it!!!!!

Enjoy the kitchen amenities, hardwood floors & fireplace. Being able to exercise on sidewalks, gym facilities, the pool (although haven’t been able to use it yet) location of Apts - close to many parks, shops, grocery stores & restaurants. Satisfied with our choice as new Durham residents.

Great living experience! Billie was great at giving us a virtual tour, helping us move-in, and keeping us updated with prompt responses. Maintenance staff, especially Al does a great job at promptly responding to our service requests and coming to fix any possible problems, usually within an hour or two. Great location between Durham, Chapel, Hill, Cary, and RDU airport. Would highly recommend Cortland Research Park!

We toured this community in April and were moved in by the beginning of May. Kyle helped us throughout the application and move-in process which made things super easy, with quick communication all around. Upon moving in, our apartment was very visibly and thoroughly cleaned and everything worked in running order. We are loving our new home and can’t wait to see what more Cortland has to offer us!

For 7 years I’ve called Cortland Research Park my home! (My neighbor doubled that though!) I am in the literal perfect location in all of the triangle. 15 minutes annywhere. And what a top notch team! Brittany, Kyle, Kila and Billie do some super fun social events for our community and are just incredible humans… Whenever I need anything service related, Steve and his team are right on it. The Maintenance Staff always go above and beyond to keep our apartments well maintained and functional. JB and Albert are always accessible and responsive and are willing to immediately help the tenants throughout the property. They don’t make you wait to submit the request in the portal if the matter is urgent and can be repaired quickly, and that is commendable. I want to commend their professionalism and excellent service and for them to know that it is because of staff like them that makes the living experience at Cortland Research Park Apartments even more enjoyable. My experience with the maintenance team is always great. As of late I had a few issues with my air conditioner. Steve along with Mr. Al made sure that I was taken care of. I have loved my stay at Cortland Research Park so far! The apartments and amenities are well maintained and the complex is super dog-friendly which I love. My water heater actually broke the day I moved in which could have been a major headache but the maintenance crew responded immediately and installed a replacement the next day. Not only did they go above and beyond to remedy the issue, but they also made sure that I had access to everything I needed in the meantime. I would definitely recommend!

The renovated units are actually very nice and have a bit of character because it's an "older" neighborhood. I really love my lil home! I chose their "Dursley" after touring a couple of their floorplans and thought each was truly decent. The new finishes (stone countertops, dark floors, expresso cabinets, and updated fixtures/appliances) give these apartments a polished look. All in all it's a beautiful mature neighborhood with nicely appointed apartments located minutes away from some of South Durhams better amenities and quick access to the highways. If it's on your list of places to tour, I'd definitely check it out. "Imma stick beside him" 😂 anyway, yeah year four and I'm here for more.

The five stars is for the maintenance team :) they’re always so so nice and make a broken garbage disposal enjoyable. The apartments are good, slightly higher in price than what you get quality wise, especially if you decide to stay another year. Walls are thick between apartments but not above and below. Overall I am very happy I moved here!

Cortland Research Park Apartments under the new management and staff has created an amazing living experience for anyone that has pets, that enjoy great amenities like grilling, swimming and volleyball, and most definitely anyonethat seeks a safe living enfironment. The staff is very attentive to our needs and constantly reach out to us via Text and E-mail to ensure that we are aware of things that are going on in and around our neighborhood. I've had a wonderful living experience here thus far and it just seems to be getting better !!! The Maintenance Staff is also very responsive which is a huge plus !!!

Recently moved to CRP and it's been fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff that make sure you are satisfied with the apartment.
