I just moved here so far wonderful and quiet. I had a little problem with my hardware being lose I put my order in for it me Antonio came and fixed it up he was done in 30mis. Great service

The layout of the apartment makes it feel so spacious and the kitchen is so cute but what really stands out to me is the way the management and front desk are so approachable and kind. They respond to emails and texts so quickly and they get maintenance requests addressed right away. Thanks for all the work you do! (:

I’ve been here for almost 4 years and the new maintenance guy Jaacob has done a great job at fixing a lot of the jobs some others have rushed on and I really appreciate that he takes pride in his work. This place can be 5 stars again if goes back to like it was when I first got here. Thank you Jaacob!

Now that I’ve officially settled into my new home at Columbia Pike, I wanted to take a moment to give a special thank you to Gervon. Gervon was the very first person I spoke with when scheduling my initial tour, and from that first interaction, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Throughout the entire leasing and move in process, he patiently answered all of my questions and provided guidance every step of the way. Even after moving in, Gervon has continued to be my go to person whenever I’ve had questions or encountered any issues. He has consistently been responsive, professional, and willing to help resolve any concerns that have come up. What I appreciate most is that his dedication to providing excellent customer service didn’t end once I signed my lease. Wanted to offer a quick shoutout to the maintenance team here, especially Antonio he’s been very helpful. Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far have had a few issues that needed addressed. Every ticket has been followed up on by the next day and addressed without too much disruption. Thanks guys for all the help.

l am going to do my best to provide as honest and thorough a review as possible: Pros: 1. Bang for your buck - For what we paid, this place was solid. We ended up getting a 1BR for ~$1200 a month. Notably, Cortland has dynamic pricing, so the price changes almost daily depending on availability of apartments here and nearby. I have seen the price as low as 1200 and as high as 1500 for the same apartment. It is worth following. 2. Apartments - For what you were paying, the apartments are nice: vinyl floors, a porch, big closet, in unit, washer and dryer, good amenities (the gym is great), and even a wine cooler and most all apartments. Third floor apartments have fireplaces. Showers are finicky and some things are old, but overall solid. 3. Maintenance - Maintenance is great. They were fairly timely - almost always within the week - and everyone was very nice. 4. Office Staff - The office staff was always pleasant. I’ve had the most amazing experience at Cortlans research park! Very quiet area and peaceful. The team is very attentive and helpful I want to give a special thanks to Nicholle which is the office manager, very warm crew that made a lot of things easier!
