l am going to do my best to provide as honest and thorough a review as possible: Pros: 1. Bang for your buck - For what we paid, this place was solid. We ended up getting a 1BR for ~$1200 a month. Notably, Cortland has dynamic pricing, so the price changes almost daily depending on availability of apartments here and nearby. I have seen the price as low as 1200 and as high as 1500 for the same apartment. It is worth following. 2. Apartments - For what you were paying, the apartments are nice: vinyl floors, a porch, big closet, in unit, washer and dryer, good amenities (the gym is great), and even a wine cooler and most all apartments. Third floor apartments have fireplaces. Showers are finicky and some things are old, but overall solid. 3. Maintenance - Maintenance is great. They were fairly timely - almost always within the week - and everyone was very nice. 4. Office Staff - The office staff was always pleasant. The maintenance man Chris fixed my sink and gave me all updated supplies! This complex is amazing all the maintenance men and women are amazing and on time and also Brittany at front Desk is very professional and helpful! I hope she becomes fulltime as long as I’m here
