How the Program Works: 

To qualify for our Workforce Housing program, applicants must provide proof of income. * You can review income qualification requirements by clicking here. If your application is approved, you will need to sign our Workforce Housing addendum during the leasing process. Please see below for a listing of floor plans that qualify for Workforce Housing** and contact the leasing office to apply.
