My grandson lives here . Older property but well maintained. The grounds are always clean. Pool looks amazing right now . Whenever he’s had any work orders . The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues . I’m thinking of renting here myself . 5 stars . Keep up the great work .

I have stayed here for about nine months so far, and it feels like home. From the time I’ve signed my lease to present, it has been a pleasurable experience. Layne, Jessica, and Estefany are always so friendly and prompt to respond with any issues or concerns that arise. Jerry and the maintenance team are top-tier. The area is also easily accessible to major highways, walking trails, restaurants, bars and shopping centers, and is also accessible to major cities in the DFW metroplex. This place is a gem. I look forward to renewing my lease here!

I'm not receiving anything for posting this. I'll be renewing my lease. I was hesitant about apartments after living in my owned house the past 10 years, and I looked at several places prior to choosing here. Due to some of the negative reviews, I only did a 6mo lease to start. However, I've had a great experience with the office staff (Jessica, Layne) as well as maintenance, who are quick to respond to questions and any issues. It's been quiet for me and felt safe. The prices are comparable to other apartments, especially with an attached garage. The gym is sometimes crowded and some machines have been down, but it's clean when I go. If you need to break your lease, it could be a bit costly, but that is the case for most lease terms. I'd still recommend the 12+ month lease which usually saves money, especially if there's a promotion for new residents.

I have been living here during the past 2 years and have to say the maintenance guys are awesome! After this past weekend’s thunderstorm, a bunch of our appliances stop working, including the dishwasher and dryer, so we submitted a request and the guys were here first thing in the morning the next day. They were able to fix everything quick and they were always super nice and professional. Thank you very much for your hard work! I love it here!

Amazing apartments and genuinely the best maintenance team I've ever had, and I've lived in a lot of apartments. Every time I've put in a request the team has been by within an hour, and if I put in a request after hours they've been ready at 8 AM the next day.

Great community accessible to good parks around and spacious floor plans. The best maintenance team ever. Some of the service requests were resolved in few hours. If you’re opting for a townhome please make sure to take energy plan that gives benefits with high usage
