I have been living here during the past 2 years and have to say the maintenance guys are awesome! After this past weekend’s thunderstorm, a bunch of our appliances stop working, including the dishwasher and dryer, so we submitted a request and the guys were here first thing in the morning the next day. They were able to fix everything quick and they were always super nice and professional. Thank you very much for your hard work! I love it here!

Amazing apartments and genuinely the best maintenance team I've ever had, and I've lived in a lot of apartments. Every time I've put in a request the team has been by within an hour, and if I put in a request after hours they've been ready at 8 AM the next day.

Great community accessible to good parks around and spacious floor plans. The best maintenance team ever. Some of the service requests were resolved in few hours. If you’re opting for a townhome please make sure to take energy plan that gives benefits with high usage

Our experience has been great from the community to the staff. We been here for 4 years and they have been all great. Maintenance does a great job with the complex and your work order is handle next day. Overall, I recommend Cortland Prairie Creek.

1 bedroom with attached garage: $1,600 / mo Great community; quiet and clean. Maintenance fixed everything and the apartment is really nice. Cortland properties hit way above their price-range (price is medium but quality is high).

Definitely a great apartment. The only issue is AC but thats because of the large windows and stairs so there isn’t much they can do about that. Maintenance is amazing they come so fast and fix anything. Homey feeling apartment and nice staff. I will definitely miss living here!

Management and maintenance are both extremely responsive. It’s a well kept complex and the grounds are maintained. Feels safe and clean while on walks and it’s in a great central location. Those in charge of running this place have continued to impress after a few years. Thanks for listening to your residents instead of brushing us off to try and save some dollars. It’s evident and appreciated!

Beautiful place to live! The amenities are great, floorplans are spacious and well-arranged, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I got a taste of it with a short-term lease for a temporary stay, and loved it enough for it to be my first and only pick coming back! The staff is extremely helpful, Layne did a fantastic job selling the property when I toured and answering my numerous questions, as well as helping work out any problems I encountered. Can't wait to be back there.

Came here to shoutout the maintenance crew. They have been so quick to respond to requests! This past week, my heater needed some TLC and my garage door had an issue. Both times, within a few hours they had the problem fixed. My garage messed up on a Sunday, I figured they wouldn’t be able to come around until Monday but within two hours they were here fixing it. Thank yall so much for your help and kindness!

This property is by far one of my best experiences. I have been here 5 years and this property well maintained. The office staff is wonderful. Most of all the maintenance team is by far one of the best I have ever seen. They get my work orders done sometimes same day but they always answer within 24 hours. It has been a joy being apartment of this community.

My partner and I are currently shopping around for a new apartment and we heard great things about Cortland! We had a tour with Layne and I throughly enjoyed our tour of the community with her. She was so kind and answered all of questions. The grounds are well-maintained and the pool is stunning!

I can into the office and was greeted by Jeff Echols the property manager. I was just stopping by to get some information for my daughter. Jeff told me about the area ,along with getting me pricing details. He showed me around the club house and the beautiful pool. He was truly a delight to speak with . We will be back to lease when it gets closer to January 2025. Ask for Jeff when you visit .

Edit: Management reached out and they are going to replace the AC unit and they brought portable ACs in the meantime. Great response to be honest. Thank you. We just moved in last night. The AC doesn't work and they are trying to convince us that it is normal. Not sure how this will end up but that is a horrible start.

I love it here. It’s great. The staff is so nice. They have such great communication skills. They really know how to do their job. Email notifications are always punctual and informative. The property stays clean. The maintenance staff is top tier. I see a lot of people with pets but I’ve never seen any dog feces on the grass. The pools are always clean and open for use. It’s overall a clean and safe community. :)
