I have just moved in and I love everything about the location, but My experience with the application process was challenging because the cooperate keep delaying or asking too many things which was provided already, I almost gave up on the application but one person who helped me through it all was Lauren she was so nice and gentle I feel like she fought for us and I truly appreciate her honesty and dedication. Lauren has been an amazing guide for us.Thank you for everything. I hope everyone comes across someone like you. The company gets 5star from me because of Lauren. Otherwise I wouldn’t have taken the time.

Recently moved in and have been happy with my experience. Nicely designed property. I was pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated storage area in the large garage that I rented as an extra. I appreciate how organized they are and how the application process was all online. Thanks to Lauren for showing me around and responding quickly to my questions.

I’ve been a long time resident of Cortland properties. This is my third time renting with them across Central Ohio and they never fail to impress. Everyone is always professional and helpful, the communities are safe, and the amenities are always wonderful. I recently got back from a 9 month deployment in Kuwait, so returning to civilian life has been a bit of a challenge, however at Cortland Powell, they streamlined the process, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, which allowed me to find my new home. Shoutout to Lauren, Erica, Chantel, and Sakeena for all that you do to help service members like me.

Sakeena is always so helpful whenever I visit the office with questions! She’s friendly, professional, and makes sure everything is taken care of. Maintenance is also great; they always show up promptly whenever I submit a work order. Overall, excellent service and a great team!

We had a wonderful experience at Cortland Powell. We recently moved out after staying for 2+ years. It has been bittersweet leaving. Our unit was in a great location in Powell and the development. The maintenance department was incredible and was always prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. The leasing department was very helpful and Sakeena was AWESOME. As we were moving in and then moving out she made time for all of our questions. She made us feel like we matter and what can be better than that. We will miss Powell Cortland and recommend anyone looking for an apartment to chose Cortland. You won't be disappointed.

This is a truly great community to live at. Before, during and after our stay, communication was always top. Sakeena specifically was extremely helpful. She took care of our stay from touring till after moving-out. She was always considerate and actually willing to help and is a role model for the rest of the staff.

quick question and I really hope u can answer this but when does the pool usually close during the winter and reopen during the summer? Overall a very good place to stay I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Powell.

It's a nice and safe community, surrounded by parks and schools, perfect place for families. The office usually has something to celebrate or comes up with events inviting residents to participate which creates a welcoming atmosphere. They keep an eye on the cleanliness and saftey of the community and always update their residents with current and future events. Only reason i've put 4 stars and not 5 is because of a maintenance issue that lasted for months before finding a definitive solution, and i think that maintenance team should smile just a bit more. Update 02/25/2021: Powell grand is manged by courtyard for few months now and we started noticing few things that are quiet unpleasant. The first thing we've noticed was during the snow period that lasted over a month, we think that courtland should've taken better precautions to clean curbsides and parking lots when cars were out during the day. We had hard time to park every single evening, worrying to hit another car while parking ours because of the sn

We moved Ohio recently and we had few community options to select ! But we have chosen townhome in Cortland community. Very transparent & responsive management, Community is Quiet, clean, great landscape and safe for family and kids. All different types of markets are nearby and school district is great for kids. Overall it's great place 😌

I am moving to Columbus from the New York City area, so most of my correspondence was done long distance. Whether through emails or phone calls. Everybody at Cortland Powell, especially Shakeena, who I dealt with the most were very helpful and got back to me whenever I needed it I will be moving in July and so far I am happy with the experience as I said since it was done long distance.
