One of the best parts about living here is how involved the management team is with the community. They consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for residents. Every other week they bring in coffee trucks in the mornings, which is such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the day. They also host resident events with food, drinks, and raffles that bring everyone together and make the community feel connected and fun. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive living experience for everyone. We’ve had such a great experience living here and really appreciate all the effort they put into making this community special.

I’ve lived at Cortland Portofino Place for five years, and I recently toured a one-bedroom loft with Nylah. I originally lived in a standard one-bedroom, but after seeing the lofts, I was honestly so impressed. The lofts are absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious, and really feel like home. One of my favorite parts of the community is the gym — it’s huge, two stories, and has an amazing setup. The entire community is beautiful, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I recently moved to Florida from New York, and I can truly say this is a perfect apartment community for anyone relocating to the Palm Beach area. I would highly recommend Cortland Portofino Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful place to live with great amenities and a great community feel.

Dealing with rental maintenance can be such a terrible experience sometimes. Thankfully, Kris R. (maintenance at Cortland Portofino) has gone absolutely above and beyond to ensure that the community and its tenants are well looked after. I had an issue and went in to the leasing office yesterday, and he volunteered to come and take a look at the problem, arriving less than 24 hours later. He explained the various reasons this could be transpiring, walked through solutions, and tried a few different methods to verify his conclusions. The understanding, kindness, and work ethic displayed by Kris are part of the reason we love living in this community so much. Thank you for being solution oriented, so easy to work with, and helping us to get to the bottom of things- you are much appreciated!!

I just toured Cortland Portofina with Nylah on Dec 27, 2025, and it was a GREAT experience. Nylah is just so incredible, so sweet, so helpful, and so sincere. She is a gem, who clearly loves the community. That is especially a great sign when she also lives there. She showed me a 1 BR loft apartment that was super spacious and magical at a GREAT price, as well as a gorgeous 2BR with a GREAT view of the water. They both were amazing! I have only lived in FL for several months so I am still in the process of creating steady income here, but if the time was right for me to jump on an apartment, I would have jumped. As of now, this is VERY high on my list as a possible place for me to move within approximatley 6 months. The property was gorgeous with beautiful landscaping, well-maintained, peaceful, and very clean. I was super impressed! Huge thanks, Nylah!

He’s always so professional, kind, and quick to help with any request. He even goes above and beyond — like bringing Amazon packages inside when there’s a service request placed. I’ve lived at Cortland for a while now, and one of the things I appreciate most is the great communication and how quickly things get taken care of. I’ve lived with a lot of different apartment communities, due to my job traveling and it’s rare to find one that consistently checks in with residents and makes communication a priority. That means a lot to me. I feel truly settled here, and any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled promptly. Recently, I’ve been working with Nylah and she has been extremely helpful — always responsive, always professional, and quick to assist whenever I need something. Overall, this community runs much differently than most places I’ve seen, and I can confidently say it’s a great place to live.

From the very first day I toured, I knew this was going to be the perfect new home for me and my daughter. I felt safe right away, and I was so impressed that I went ahead and applied the same day I toured. This is such a beautiful community — very well-kept and always clean. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. It’s amazing to see all the improvements they continue to make around the property. One of my favorite features is definitely the gym, which is always well-maintained and convenient to use. The team here also deserves special recognition — Nylah has been especially helpful, always checking in and making sure I’m settled in and have everything I need. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming community for their family.

cortland is beautiful all the amenities 24 hour gym is my personal favorite and i tour with Nylah I told her what I was looking for: something quiet, with lots of natural light, and a space that actually felt like home—not just a place to sleep. She didn’t just show me random units. She walked through options with me, asked thoughtful questions, and even remembered the small things I mentioned, like wanting a little nook to set up a reading corner. She ended up showing me a unit that I probably would’ve overlooked on my own, and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. She was patient, never rushed me, and kept checking in to make sure I felt good about everything. Thanks to Nylah, I found a place that genuinely feels like home

I have to say the employees here are great especially Reese . The outside of building is always kept so beautifully clean I take my baby for a walk and it’s nice to see that it’s clean no animal droppings . It smells good and it’s just pretty . Apartment complex has Great amenities - the maintenance staff service needed for the apartment is fast and efficient- the front office staff is friendly. The main office and gym areas are kept really clean by Tesla! - So far what I’ve enjoyed the most is daily walks by the pond- Lots of baby ducks, turtles and birds.

I my apartment and living here! The staff is great - Tesla is so nice and sweet, I love seeing her when I go to the gym in the morning, and Alston helped me jump my car when my battery died. There are only 2 things I don't like: there is almost ALWAYS trash in the breezeways and the entrance gate has been broken 90% of the time since I moved here in November. My neighbors never take their trash to the dumpsters on the weekend a (which overflow quite often) and it just piles up and sometimes smells. Honestly hate that.... and I don't mind the gate being open since we are tucked away but we pay the price of a gated community so either lower the fees a bit or get it working.

Had Alston at my apartment today to fix a few things that weren’t working properly. He called before he showed up and gave me a few minutes to situate my dogs and was very helpful and efficient. He got the extra tools that were needed to fix the washing machine and was very informative on what happened and the why. High recommend working with him on your next maintenance issue. Overall the property is great. I give it a 5 because anything I could complain about is pretty minor in terms of what else I’ve seen out there. Haha. Parking is not ideal. It’s a free for all and there are no rules with people owning garages and them not taking up the spots. The pool, gym and amenities are super nice and the staff is really responsive and friendly. Units are big and at the right price point.

We’ve been here 2 months now and are loving it. It’s truly a lifestyle. The staff does amazing job bringing the community together by having many fun events. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly and always greets you with a friendly smile and warm hello. It’s been a great experience,, even down to the maintenance department, very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have resided at Cortland for over three years and the one thing I will always value is a sense of community. I also want to give a shout out to a maintenance man named Wes and Alston. They are one of the most kind and encouraging people I’ve met at Cortland. They always respond to the service calls with the sense of urgency, and answer any concerns with no attitude.

As a transplant moving from the north I was so excited to look into the florida apartment market ( im not going to speak on price and amenities because if you're from Philly you know we get zero bang for our buck) so all that to say I was fine with the price but my boyfriend from the south was definitely a little sticker shocked, but after touring the property with Ramona we knew this would be our future home and ceased our search immediately after. Im also starting a new job so between a move and a new job my brain is all over the place and there were a lot of moving parts to make all this happen. What I want to highlight in this particular review is Romana professionalism and above and beyond helpfulness, while I figured everything out and got my documents together. With her patience and assistance we were able to get approved and ready to move in swiftly! Thank you so much Ramona for all your help ! I will update with another review after I have lived on the property for a while but so far our experience h

Hola mi estancia en el condominio fue maravillosa , un lugar muy acogedor donde se respira un aire de limpieza y armonía, todo muy lindo y limpio . Los trabajadores muy atentos ,donde quisiera resaltar al joven Elieser Zamora porque a pesar de ser un muchacho joven es muy atento, agradable y servicial,al pedirle una ayuda se brindó con mucha amabilidad y respeto. Me encantó

Absolutely beautiful! The staff is incredible—always attentive and responsive to my needs. The property manager consistently goes above and beyond, showing an unmatched level of professionalism. Without a doubt, she is the most exceptional manager I’ve ever encountered. If I could, I would gladly give this property 6 stars. Highly recommended!

Wes came in with a fantastic attitude, very friendly and fixed my microwave. I let him know I was new to the area and we chatted a bit. He made me feel very at home here.
