The units are beautiful and the staff is super friendly. They really go above and beyond in making sure all you concerns are addressed. Security is always patrolling around and they really do a good job in keeping the community safe. I'm glad I found such a great place to call home.

I moved to this apartment yesterday and my move in experience has been so positive and welcoming . Russ and Guss helped me and did their best for my leasing application and helped me with choosing the right floor plan . The apartment has upgraded appliances, a very good hardwood flooring. I would recommend staying in this apartment and i find this place a good community.

Just went to a viewing today! So far so good, very knowledgeable staff and absolutely gorgeous apartments! Aline was so helpful and took her time with me. I'm hoping to apply very soon.

This is a great community very pleasant staff great maintenance techs. Anthony Dehoyas is very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and promptly responds I would recommend this community to anyone with 5 star rating!

Evelyn is awesome she came to the rescue. I have been a resident for about 16 months living at Cortland Portofino Place and it is outstanding! The office staff are always helpful, the service staff are fantastic, really is a great place to live!

The staff here is very attentive to your needs and concerns. They plan really fun community events. Amber put on a really nice and tasty ice cream social for the residents recently. The safety patrols at night are an added plus for the community.

The property is clean I have lived here for 3 years and have always loved it here. I don't have any complaints. I started off with a 3rd floor unit with a loft them moved to a 1st floor remodeled 2/2 and absolutely loved it.

Loved working with Chelsea to get a lease for a three bedroom apartment. She was extremely helpful, joyful, and abundantly helpful. She certainly created a smooth process for a new tenant who is fresh out of college and new to leasing. Not to mention that the apartment is absolutely great.

I am on the road a lot, a few nights a week, but when I am around, I am not bothered by noise or neighbors. When there have been any issues, the team has been very responsive and helpful in resolving them very quickly.
