The maintenance team and office staff here truly go above and beyond to make this community a great place to live. Whenever there’s an issue, the maintenance crew is quick, efficient, and always friendly, making sure everything gets taken care of without a hassle. The office staff is just as amazing—always welcoming, understanding, and ready to help with anything you need. It’s clear they care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a huge comfort knowing we have such a dedicated team here, and it makes living in this community that much better.

Had Alston at my apartment today to fix a few things that weren’t working properly. He called before he showed up and gave me a few minutes to situate my dogs and was very helpful and efficient. He got the extra tools that were needed to fix the washing machine and was very informative on what happened and the why. High recommend working with him on your next maintenance issue. Overall the property is great. I give it a 5 because anything I could complain about is pretty minor in terms of what else I’ve seen out there. Haha. Parking is not ideal. It’s a free for all and there are no rules with people owning garages and them not taking up the spots. The pool, gym and amenities are super nice and the staff is really responsive and friendly. Units are big and at the right price point.

Moving from Maryland to Florida brought inherent challenges, and to my surprise, our apartment was not even close to being one of them! We connected pretty early on in the process with Ramona, and I CANNOT speak highly enough about her. Not only did she give us options and recommendations to find the right unit for us, but she guided our family through the tour months before we were able to tour in person. She ensured that we had all the necessary resources throughout the entire process and guided us through every step of the way. We were able to navigate everything from start to finish with ease, from over 1,000 miles away. Upon move in, she greeted us with a kind smile and even left us a super sweet "Welcome Home" sign with our names on it. No matter where you are looking to move from, Cortland Portofino will take care of you. And if you have the opportunity to work with Ramona, you are in the absolute best of hands.

In my personal experience of finding a new home, I can absolutely say without a doubt Cortland Portofino Place is a perfect fit for my family and I. Kim guided me through each step with such familiarity, expertise, and thoughtfulness in making the application process in transition to a larger unit seamless, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kim responded to all my emails and calls within the hour, as well as checking in throughout the entire process to see how she could best support me through the process. I’m extremely grateful for the entire team, but Kim is truly outstanding.
