I’ve had an amazing experience living here so far. The leasing office is responsive, maintenance requests are completed quickly, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. The amenities are beautiful, especially the gym and pool area. The location is convenient and close to everything I need. Dolce Edwards showed me the apartments during the apartment tour visit. He showed me around 8+ apartments without getting tired! He also asked meaningful questions about my apartment needs and made the experience much better. It was because of him that I finalized on Cortland. Later, the Cortland customer care gave us a REALLY hard time coordinating the lease and move in, to the point that we were reconsidering the move. Dolce came to our rescue once again and smoothed out the process for us! Cortland is the best because of him!
