We are leaving soon because we’ve bought a house! It’s sad to leave because the location is amazing and the staff are so kind! Shoutout Gloria from the cleaning crew and Kiara one of the leasing managers! We will miss our time at Cortland on the river!

After living here for four years, the management and especially the maintenance staff have been very responsive to concerns and service request. I really enjoy the Location being right off the Greenbelt Trail. The aesthetics of the property have been well maintained. I cannot speak of the amenities as I only occasionally use them.

I want to start by saying I’ve been living in Cortland for 9 months. I’d also like to state I had worked in property management for more than half a decade and I want to give huge kudos to the maintenance team here. Specifically Kenny and Corbin. In my career in property management Kenny is one of the most competent, personable, engaging, kind, and every other kind adjective you can think of when it comes to a maintenance manager. Kenny and his team do an incredible job keeping the community running, handling work orders in a timely effective manner, and building a relationship with residents. I have lived in many places and the truth is a maintenance team makes or breaks a property. Kenny and his team have built trust with me and my partner from the get go. While there are tons of changes I would make in the community, mostly mirrors on every level of the parking garage because these residents are wild in that garage. Lived here 3 years now. I love the convenient location and on-site gym. I've had no issues with the amenities. I appreciate the hard work Gloria puts into keeping the halls, gym, etc. clean.

For being a downtown property, you can’t find a better apartment to rent. Very impressed with how clean everything is, the upkeep around the grounds are wonderful. They need to give the guy in charge of that a raise! The apartment layouts are some of the best I’ve lived at and the office staff is responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Can’t reccomend this place enough!

Kenny is the best maintenance guy out there! The grounds and area are incredibly clean and well taken care of. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly. There’s nothing better than having an awesome maintenance guy when you rent! Definitely would recommend living here!
