I absolutely love my apartment at Cortland on the River. When I moved back in September, safety, patio, location, space, big windows and washer/dryer in unit were must haves and I couldn’t be happier. Code or key for front door and I’m able to control my lights and AV/heating from my phone. Enclosed parking, key fob access to get inside only, leasing office and maintenance staff are always prompt with replies and so efficient. The pool/hot tub has Greenbelt view…and direct access, with a large gym that overlooks the pool. There’s a lounge area with a large tv if I need a change of scenery and a huge “fun” room with large kitchen, pool table and large tv for movie nights. It’s still downtown Boise but without feeling like you’re downtown. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

Cortland on the River is one of the best condo and apartment complexes I’ve lived in and certainly among the very best in Boise. I looked at 20 complexes when I moved here. The amenities are first class and you can’t beat the location right on the Greenbelt. The team who manage and care for the property are excetional the best I’ve come across in 15 years of condo apartment living. Got to love it.

We’ve lived at the Cortland on the River for over 4 years. One of the benefits we love best is the attention we receive from our maintenance team: Kenny and Corbin. They are quick to respond when we have a need or for regular maintenance. The property always looks amazing. We are proud to call the Cortland on the River our home.

Can’t say enough good things about cortland. Management is quick and responsive (especially Kiara!). Maintenance is super friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities are awesome and well maintained throughout the year. Location and greenbelt access is everything you could want. First time living in a “luxury” apartment complex where it actually felt like a luxury experience, not a rip off. We cherished our time here, miss it already!

We like the pet policy here and our pup has enjoyed the close proximity to the green belt. The complex also has a gated pet area that’s spacious. My pup and I love to come across Gloria, a maintenance employee, who is wonderful to chat with and very friendly.

Cortland is an awesome place to live! All the amenities and being on the greenbelt and so close to downtown really creates a great living experience in Boise! The staff is so friendly and quick to help! Shoutout Gloria from the cleaning staff! She’s so kind and I love chatting and seeing her when I head to work!

We've lived at Cortland on the River for a few months now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Kiara and everyone in the leasing office are incredibly helpful. Maintenance issues have gotten resolved quickly. The amenities are great and you will have a hard time finding a better deal close by.
