Jeff took care of more than five maintenance requests in a single visit. He was efficient, skilled, and made sure everything was done optimally. Great communication as well, he took his time to give detailed answers about several clarifying questions we had about the unit. Incredible experience living here so far. The team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. Even from the very beginning, Yvette helped us find the perfect unit and get the lease signed. She took her time to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Then Todd from the maintenance team helped give us an in-depth welcome tour of our unit so we could better understand the ins and outs of our apartment, which made settling in smooth and easy. 10/10 recommend !

We have been here almost a year and the staff have helped us feel safe and cared for. Rene and Todd of the maintenance staff respond quickly and help thoroughly whenever anything comes up. They spend time answering our questions and follow up to make sure everything has worked out. The grounds are beautiful as is the clubhouse. I’m very lucky to live in this complex, I’ve lived here around 3 years. First people I met was the service team Todd, he works from his heart and he goes above and beyond to assist. Super professional and respectful. One day I was in an airplane. I was afraid I left the kettle on and I called and he answered and assisted immediately to ensure everything was ok in my home. He’s never late to assist and he takes care of his community. It is rare to have someone like this, and Cortland is lucky to have a treasure like Todd. I love him like a son! I currently live at Cortland on the Loop and have had a really positive experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I’ve had exceptionally positive experiences with Lucas, Yvette, and Nicole in the front office they’re always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. It really makes a difference having such a welcoming and responsive team managing the property. Also, a big shoutout to Jeff, Tod and Rene. from the maintenance team. They’ve both been fantastic quick, efficient, and respectful whenever they’ve come by to fix anything in my apartment. We got charged 250 dollars by cox for unreturned equipment (modem) which we did not even obtain from Cox. It was supplied by the apartment community and was already in the unit when we first moved in. We were instructed to leave the modem in our unit on move out. Cox then charged us unreturned equipment fee when we were not even the ones who obtained the equipment in the first place! Beware of this issue when you try to move out. We went back to Cortland to see if they had kept the modem. The guy at the front desk first lied and said he didn't have any modems. When we pressed further, he produced the modem from the back! He was super rude about it too and unapologetic. Edit: Yvette from Cortland (who we had spoken with earlier on the phone) was super helpful and worked with Cox to help get this resolved ! Overall, this was a great community to live in. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Cortland on the Loop is a wonderful apartment community in Tucson (Oro Valley/Casa Adobes area). I love living here and am very happy. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. When I moved in, I was shocked by how clean it was - almost spotless! (You won't find anyone as picky about this as me...I am a real germ freak!) I have cakledvmaintence for three very minor issues and they were handled promptly by friendly, competent and efficient maintenance staff. It has the best pool and hot tub that I observed in my apartment search. I have used them as well as the fitness center regularly since I moved in. It is great to have these in site as I can not longer drive...cancelled my gym membership! I have no used it yet but there is a real mini movie theater on site that can be reserved for personal use. My grandson is pretty excited about that! The office staff are very nice and helpful, made my move from Washinton pretty smooth. I have been living here for about a month. The apartments are updated, and the common spaces are great. Wish the gym was a little bigger with more equipment, but the pool is the best I have seen in any apartment complex in Tucson. Been living here for 3 years now and i can say that it has been great living in this apartment complex. From the management (Eric, Nate, Todd and Yvette- these are the staff that i've met so far) to the maintenance staff they are all awesome, very friendly, professional, very prompt and responsive. Shout out to Jeff for being a very efficient and professional maintenance person. He always goes above and beyond. Amenities are great too, pool is way better than the pools of some hotels, 24hr gym access and they have their own theater where you can book for a day. Gated complex and i once saw a patrol car one night not sure if its a nightly thing tho.

I moved Tucson and I didn't know much where to move and after speaking to Yvette at this property, I knew this was the place for me. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and the community is great, very welcoming. Yvette and her team was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got to also mention I visited other Cortland properties but this hands down was the best! Also, who doesn't love to have a movie theater on property! Fantastic maintenance service! I submitted a request at night, and they showed up the next day—super fast and responsive. The team was friendly and even helped install a bidet to prevent leaks if I had done it myself. Honestly, Cortland’s maintenance is the best I’ve experienced in any rental.

It was a great experience! I just rented at Cortland on the loop. The whole team especially Nate were super amazing, helpful and supportive! I believe I did the right decision by choosing Cortland as my home at Tucson city. I highly recommend this place as the team was amazing.

Cortland on the loop was the best apartment community I found. Michael Johnson went beyond to help me with the whole transition. He took care of everything. The apartments are nice, and the property is clean with excellent amenities. The complex is also on the Tucson loop which is a bonus for fitness enthusiasts. The high reviews are there for a reason! Easy choice to make!

Great Apartment so far! Super helpful staff. Pool is a good size and probably the best part of the whole apartment. I'd recommend due to the location, only issue is with just how humid the units get.

Maintenance is on point here at the loop, Rene showed up super fast for an emergency maintenance issue and handled everything quickly and professionally. It was unfortunate the unit above me flooded down into my unit, but they acted with haste and got everything cleaned up and drying out to keep us safe and healthy. Even the water restoration company showed up quickly to handle their end of the clean up! Thanks again Rene! You rock!

On the rare occasion I have any maintenance issues, someone is always able to contact me same-day to address and usually resolve the problem! Todd is especially exceptional, but the entire service team is wonderful.

We’ve lived at Cortland on the Loop for just over a year now and have always loved it! The apartments are clearly well maintained and the community feels safe. Service requests are tended to within a day and in emergencies, management is quick to address the issue. Our Great Dane loves being right on the loop and the dog park is a great alternative when we want to stay within the complex. We’ll live here as long as we can (:

After some initial frustrations and writing a negative review, I’m happy to say that my experience at Cortland on the Loop has significantly improved, and I feel it’s important to acknowledge the positive changes. One of the standout moments for me was when the management team allowed me to extend my stay past my lease while I waited for my military orders. This level of flexibility and understanding is rare and deeply appreciated. They were within their legal right to deny the extension, yet they empathized with my situation and supported me during the uncertainty of awaiting Military PCS orders. The repair and maintenance staff are outstanding—always friendly and quick to address any issues. I also appreciate that they have fully qualified and licensed professionals, which sets them apart from many other apartment complexes. They even handle small wall patching, such as from wall-mounted TVs, which takes much of the stress out of moving. It was also great to see how they promote staff from within for person

I lived at Cortland on the Loop for 3 years. The management team has been superb. The community events are fun and allow residents to meet each other. The complex is very pet friendly with grass areas and a pet park adjacent to the apartment grounds. The pool area is well maintained and available year round. I have greatly enjoyed living at Cortland on the loop.
