We have been here almost a year and the staff have helped us feel safe and cared for. Rene and Todd of the maintenance staff respond quickly and help thoroughly whenever anything comes up. They spend time answering our questions and follow up to make sure everything has worked out. The grounds are beautiful as is the clubhouse. The clubhouse staff Yvette and Nicole are so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond for the residents here.

I’m very lucky to live in this complex, I’ve lived here around 3 years. First people I met was the service team Todd, he works from his heart and he goes above and beyond to assist. Super professional and respectful. One day I was in an airplane. I was afraid I left the kettle on and I called and he answered and assisted immediately to ensure everything was ok in my home. He’s never late to assist and he takes care of his community. It is rare to have someone like this, and Cortland is lucky to have a treasure like Todd. I love him like a son! I currently live at Cortland on the Loop and have had a really positive experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I’ve had exceptionally positive experiences with Lucas, Yvette, and Nicole in the front office they’re always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I need. It really makes a difference having such a welcoming and responsive team managing the property. Also, a big shoutout to Jeff, Tod and Rene. from the maintenance team. They’ve both been fantastic quick, efficient, and respectful whenever they’ve come by to fix anything in my apartment. Knowing that any issues will be taken care of right away gives me real peace of mind. We got charged 250 dollars by cox for unreturned equipment (modem) which we did not even obtain from Cox. It was supplied by the apartment community and was already in the unit when we first moved in. We were instructed to leave the modem in our unit on move out. Cox then charged us unreturned equipment fee when we were not even the ones who obtained the equipment in the first place! Beware of this issue when you try to move out. We went back to Cortland to see if they had kept the modem. The guy at the front desk first lied and said he didn't have any modems. When we pressed further, he produced the modem from the back! He was super rude about it too and unapologetic. Edit: Yvette from Cortland (who we had spoken with earlier on the phone) was super helpful and worked with Cox to help get this resolved ! Overall, this was a great community to live in. Maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. Cortland on the Loop is a wonderful apartment community in Tucson (Oro Valley/Casa Adobes area). I love living here and am very happy. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. When I moved in, I was shocked by how clean it was - almost spotless! (You won't find anyone as picky about this as me...I am a real germ freak!) I have cakledvmaintence for three very minor issues and they were handled promptly by friendly, competent and efficient maintenance staff. It has the best pool and hot tub that I observed in my apartment search. I have used them as well as the fitness center regularly since I moved in. It is great to have these in site as I can not longer drive...cancelled my gym membership! I have no used it yet but there is a real mini movie theater on site that can be reserved for personal use. My grandson is pretty excited about that! The office staff are very nice and helpful, made my move from Washinton pretty smooth. I have been living here for about a month. The apartments are updated, and the common spaces are great. Wish the gym was a little bigger with more equipment, but the pool is the best I have seen in any apartment complex in Tucson. From the management (Eric, Nate, Todd and Yvette- these are the staff that i've met so far) to the maintenance staff they are all awesome, very friendly, professional, very prompt and responsive. Shout out to Jeff for being a very efficient and professional maintenance person. He always goes above and beyond. Amenities are great too, pool is way better than the pools of some hotels, 24hr gym access and they have their own theater where you can book for a day. Gated complex and i once saw a patrol car one night not sure if its a nightly thing tho.

I cabt say enough about how great my experience has been with this place. I moved Tucson and I didn't know much where to move and after speaking to Yvette at this property, I knew this was the place for me. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious and the community is great, very welcoming. Yvette and her team was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got to also mention I visited other Cortland properties but this hands down was the best! Also, who doesn't love to have a movie theater on property! I lived at Cortland on the Loop for 3 years. The management team has been superb. The community events are fun and allow residents to meet each other. The complex is very pet friendly with grass areas and a pet park adjacent to the apartment grounds. The pool area is well maintained and available year round. I have greatly enjoyed living at Cortland on the loop.

After some initial frustrations and writing a negative review, I’m happy to say that my experience at Cortland on the Loop has significantly improved, and I feel it’s important to acknowledge the positive changes. One of the standout moments for me was when the management team allowed me to extend my stay past my lease while I waited for my military orders. This level of flexibility and understanding is rare and deeply appreciated. They were within their legal right to deny the extension, yet they empathized with my situation and supported me during the uncertainty of awaiting Military PCS orders. The repair and maintenance staff are outstanding—always friendly and quick to address any issues. I also appreciate that they have fully qualified and licensed professionals, which sets them apart from many other apartment complexes. They even handle small wall patching, such as from wall-mounted TVs, which takes much of the stress out of moving. It was also great to see how they promote staff from within for person

Nate and his team truly care about making the move-in process a positive experience for new residents. I arrived here after a 3 1/2 day drive only to find out that the apartment I selected sight unseen was really not suitable for me. Nate was kind and patient, and he worked diligently to find just the right apartment for me. Shout-out to Michael as well for his patience in answering my questions and helping me with the details of becoming a resident. For selecting a place to live sight unseen, I really lucked out with Cortland on the Loop.

Today was my first visit to the property, and I was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful facilities and amenities. The entire place was spotless, and the residents were polite and welcoming. Michael Johnson gave us a tour and truly exemplified professionalism. He answered all of my questions with patience and provided outstanding service throughout. Michael offered a detailed and personalized explanation of the various floor plans, ultimately helping me choose the perfect option for my family and me. I can’t wait for my current lease to end so I can call Cortland on the Loop my new home!

My washing machine motor went out. Within the hour of making a service request, maintenance was at my door ready to help. They were able to swap the motor and get me back to doing laundry in no time. They were so incredibly friendly and funny! I greatly appreciate the care and effort, speed and friendless they showed. I love living in acommunity where I know I am cared for by the staff. Thanks!

I've lived here almost a year. It's a quiet, well kept community. When I had an issue with an unstable neighbor, they listened and reassured me out would be handled and it was. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. Yvette moved me in and checked in me to ensure I was doing well in a difficult situation. My neighbors even pick up my packages when I travel. Having not lived in an apartment for over 25 years, I'm glad I found the loop.

Cortland on the Loop is a great place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Todd was able to take care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Update: I woke up on a Sunday morning to my water heater spraying water all over my laundry room. I called the emergency maintenance line and Todd told me how to turn the water off and then came out to replace the part that was broken within the hour. I’m so grateful that the staff here are always available and accessible, even on the weekends, and are able to address problems swiftly and effectively!

Management, maintenance and front desk staff are friendly, communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is close to the main highway and is located in downtown Tucson. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and the facility was clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Living at Cortland on the Loop since January of this year has been a pleasure thanks to the exceptional staff ,especially Nate Green,who has helped me in so many ways...from getting settled in to setting up the Cortland App and other computer issues. He always takes time to listen , to resolve any concerns and he does it with a smile !!

I’ve always had a great experience with the maintenance staff!!! Adan quickly replaced my capacitor and charged my AC, with 107* heat right now I was stressed it would take a while to fix but they did everything when I was at work and I got home to a cool apartment- very happy with their fast and efficient service!!!!!

I've lived here several years. This is a nice, clean, safe and well run complex. My AC went out on Sunday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called the service line and Todd was over here 10 mins later and got it fixed. Thanks Cortland, thanks Todd!

Me and my wife have recently moved in and we are so happy that we made this choice! We literally did everything online (we live overseas) and the process was extremely smooth! Michael was our savior! He was very responsive, extremely helpful and very friendly! He made sure that everything is done in a perfect way and ready for us to move in! We love the apartment, the whole community seems very nice!
