Michael is awesome! He’s always so understanding, helpful, and easy to talk to. Having someone like him in the leasing office really makes such a difference. I’ve had such a great experience living at Cortland North Tucson! The community is beautiful, the property is well maintained, and the staff has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Abby, Adan, Philip, Lucas, Nicole, Yvette, and Mando. They are all so kind, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help residents. It really makes a difference having such an amazing team! I would definitely recommend Cortland North Tucson to anyone looking for a great place to live. ❤️

It's home to me...I am.treated like family not a tenant. ...I feel safe...the grounds are beautifully maintained and the staff is awesome. The location is perfect even for walking.. Lucas is both professional and empathetic and goes over and above for tenants . .the addition of Michael makes this property just absolutely perfect Like I said earlier its my home

Been in Tucson 8 yrs and these are the nicest apartments I've seen. Very nice inside and great amenities. Back "yard" much better than a balcony! Maintenance is prompt and very good. Management is excellent. George is a man of integrity and tries to address any problems. Parking is tricky, but again Management tries its best to address any and all issues. Highly recommended.

After a year in, we’ve had a great experience so far with the team at Cortland. Lucas and Michael were incredibly helpful during our transition to a different unit—they made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, Vincent and Adan have been amazing with maintenance requests, always responding quickly and getting things taken care of right away. The maintenance team is also always so respectful of our home—they even wear shoe covers and make sure to leave the work area clean after every visit, which we really appreciate. Honestly, one of the main reasons we chose Cortland in the first place was because of all the positive reviews about the maintenance team, and they’ve absolutely lived up to that reputation. The entire team at Cortland makes us feel comfortable and taken care of—we know they’re always there to help, and we truly appreciate everything they do.

5-Stars for Vincent! Vincent is a phenomenal maintenance technician here at Cortland North. He is always polite, and even when we've had a few unusual repair needs, he consistently figures out a solution. He recently replaced the rollers on our dryer and left the area completely clean. We especially appreciate that he respects our home rules, like ensuring the door stays closed so our cats don't get out. Every experience with Vincent has been outstanding. On a separate note for Cortland management, an enhancement to the repair request app would be highly appreciated. Adding a daily status update feature would be a game-changer. We understand that ordering parts and completing repairs takes time, but having a quick log to check for step-by-step updates or delay explanations would do wonders for keeping tenants in the loop.

The maintenance crew here is AMAZING. Adan came to replace our water heater today and was very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, was incredibly mindful to make sure things were back in there place and made sure the area was clean when he was done. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

A nice, well maintained and well managed place to live, with good staff. Put a maintenance request in because my toilet was running using a lot of water constantly, and maintenance worker Vincent came out next day and fixed it within 20 minutes. Really appreciate him.

I absolutely love Cortland North. Lucas, in the office was uber helpful, and the maintenance staff is top notch. All the staff, care about the property and us tenants. Vincent and Adan, are 2 men who work on the maintenance crew, and they have been nothing but kind, considerate and neighborly. I am so happy and thankful for such staff, in this beautiful place.

All of the leasing and maintenance workers are extremely kind and do everything in their power to help when needed. Adan is amazing!! We had an issue with our smoke detector and he came out immediately to fix it, even replacing the battery in the other one just in case. Any time something has gone wrong in the apartment he is always quick to show up and get it taken care of.

I have been at Cortland for almost 5 years and I really enjoy leaving here. The office personnel have help thru the years. Michael is new at this office but he is a great person and has helped me a lot and always with a smile thank you Michael. A huge shoutout to Adan, the service manager—he is truly the best! Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, he’s responded quickly and always with a smile. He’s professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s around to help when something comes up. I also have to highlight Yvette, the leasing office manager. She is amazing—super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it's answering questions, helping with lease details, or just checking in to make sure everything is going well, Yvette makes the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The community itself is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Between the awesome amenities and the fantastic staff, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend Cortland North Tucson!

I live at 18203, and I can vouch that the community is excellent, and the guys who work at Cortland North Tucson are always there to help! Especially Adan and Vincent. If you tell them there is a problem, like something needs to be fixed, they come and fix it within minutes! Even on weekends, they come and fix the stuff! The community is clean, and the floors are wooden! I highly recommend this community!

I can't praise the office staff enough. They're ALL wonderful. The leasing office staff, the maintenance staff. Lucas is so professional together with all the necessary attributes to maintain a successful leasing environment! Yvette & Eric are also professional and compassionate especially when it came to the delicately handling of the early termination of the tenant's lease. Richard regretfully passed away a week ago. Cortland North Tucson has been phenomenal so far. The website was extremely organized, and available apartments were updated daily, which helped when choosing what apartment to apply for. The application process was a breeze, and super easy to add a co-applicant. Once approved, move in process was just as simple. Adon, the grounds keeper, and Lucas, the office manager, assured everything in the apartment was perfect and turn key. We are already enjoying the freshly kept grounds and the beautiful renovations, inside and out. The app is perfect for putting in work orders, which are promptly attended to by Adon. And a bonus positive would be all brand new AC units for the apartments, ahead of summer. Cortland North Tucson has been nothing but amazing since move in, and I predict the same for the future.

So far enjoying the new place! I live the layout of the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. I think these are the only apartments to get real renovations in a 15 mile radius. Most of the other places I toured were poorly remodeled with a sloppy paint jobs in the cabinets making them look cheap. Also only place with tiled showered walls and a double vanity! Adan and the returning manager were amazing on the move in day and Adan handled a broken bathroom vent hastily!

Yvette gave me the tour for Cortland North Tucson. She is very professional, welcoming and considerate. I had a great tour and liked the community immediately. I had another two tours in the same area on the same day but didn’t like them much. All three places has a price for 2B2B for around 1700-1900 monthly, great and brand-new amenities, great pool and gym. The inside structures were actually similar. However, I love that this apartment complex has many trees, flowers and lawns. Not just cactus and buildings like the other two apartment complexes. What’s more, there are 4 different grocery stores just around the corner including Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and sprouts farmers market. And I’m very happy that it was Yvette who gave me the tour. The vibe she gave out was more like a friend instead of an agent. In the end of day, I came back and signed a lease! I’m very excited about moving into this apartment complex! 😁😁

Their renovations didn't take, the floor is done wrong in every unit and the deep sink is below the outlet drain in the wall. They tried to fix our problems but they made it worse every time. Most people live in silence and fear of the maintenance people and move out before their lease is up. More than a quarter of the units are currently vacant.
