I absolutely love Cortland North. Lucas, in the office was uber helpful, and the maintenance staff is top notch. All the staff, care about the property and us tenants. Vincent and Adan, are 2 men who work on the maintenance crew, and they have been nothing but kind, considerate and neighborly. I am so happy and thankful for such staff, in this beautiful place.

I had a harsh time moving in, because of my own personal life. My first night, I thought the AC unit was leaking. Coming from a property management company that refused to communicate and fix things, I was surprised to have Vincent come out to alleviate my concerns, having seen how not well move-in had worked for me. He came by, at 9pm to check what I was concerned about and educated me on the apartment. Today, Adan, saw me and told me I had a package in the office. Seems UPS/FedEx or DHL couldn't be bothered to find my apartment and left it at the office; which I live next to. The staff is mostly kind, and the property is gorgeous. I LOVE it here.

All of the leasing and maintenance workers are extremely kind and do everything in their power to help when needed. Adan is amazing!! We had an issue with our smoke detector and he came out immediately to fix it, even replacing the battery in the other one just in case. Any time something has gone wrong in the apartment he is always quick to show up and get it taken care of.

Cortland North Tucson was definitely high on our list of places to move to. In fact it was the only one on our list. We’re so glad we did, the staff has been amazing! Shout out to Adan who took the initiative and reached out to us via office while we were away and put our packages in our storage that came waaaaay to early. Also to Vincent who came the very next day when we had a maintenance request. Eric and Yvette at the office has been amazing as well and very helpful when we have questions.

A huge shoutout to Adan, the service manager—he is truly the best! Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, he’s responded quickly and always with a smile. He’s professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about the residents here. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s around to help when something comes up. I also have to highlight Yvette, the leasing office manager. She is amazing—super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it's answering questions, helping with lease details, or just checking in to make sure everything is going well, Yvette makes the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I live at 18203, and I can vouch that the community is excellent, and the guys who work at Cortland North Tucson are always there to help! Especially Adan and Vincent. If you tell them there is a problem, like something needs to be fixed, they come and fix it within minutes! Even on weekends, they come and fix the stuff! The community is clean, and the floors are wooden! I highly recommend this community!

Almost a year at this location; moreover, recently renewed lease for 15 more months! The leasing office is extraordinary! Yvette, Eric, Lucas, along with maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and valet trash employees! Beautiful grounds (along with the view of the Catalina Mountains), and the feeling of home is astonishing (love the wood-style flooring). The place is charming! I do have a nervousness - the upcoming monsoon. Last year, it was concerning to see the branches snap off - and the car nearby. Fortunately nothing has happened, but it feels like when, not if. I suggest a tree expert is brought on, and allowed to do what needs to be done to be sure that cars are not in any danger. (the entire property). Nature is unpredictable and has the last say, yet if anything is preventable, that should be done! With prevention in mind though, I do applaud the preventive maintenance check-ups that Cortland North does. Thank you!

Cortland North Tucson has been phenomenal so far. The website was extremely organized, and available apartments were updated daily, which helped when choosing what apartment to apply for. The application process was a breeze, and super easy to add a co-applicant. Once approved, move in process was just as simple. Adon, the grounds keeper, and Lucas, the office manager, assured everything in the apartment was perfect and turn key. We are already enjoying the freshly kept grounds and the beautiful renovations, inside and out. The app is perfect for putting in work orders, which are promptly attended to by Adon. And a bonus positive would be all brand new AC units for the apartments, ahead of summer. Cortland North Tucson has been nothing but amazing since move in, and I predict the same for the future.

So far enjoying the new place! I live the layout of the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. I think these are the only apartments to get real renovations in a 15 mile radius. Most of the other places I toured were poorly remodeled with a sloppy paint jobs in the cabinets making them look cheap. Also only place with tiled showered walls and a double vanity! Adan and the returning manager were amazing on the move in day and Adan handled a broken bathroom vent hastily!

Yvette gave me the tour for Cortland North Tucson. She is very professional, welcoming and considerate. I had a great tour and liked the community immediately. I had another two tours in the same area on the same day but didn’t like them much. All three places has a price for 2B2B for around 1700-1900 monthly, great and brand-new amenities, great pool and gym. The inside structures were actually similar. However, I love that this apartment complex has many trees, flowers and lawns. Not just cactus and buildings like the other two apartment complexes. What’s more, there are 4 different grocery stores just around the corner including Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and sprouts farmers market. And I’m very happy that it was Yvette who gave me the tour. The vibe she gave out was more like a friend instead of an agent. In the end of day, I came back and signed a lease! I’m very excited about moving into this apartment complex! 😁😁

Overall very pleased, yet on the fence about the trash service - hence the 4 stars- (because it's near the front door during the time of 11am-3pm, which is not a good time), and now it's hot (only going to get hotter). Employees (if I could rate them separately, they would be 5 stars) are wonderful, especially Yvette in the leasing office, along with maintenance.

This community really feels like home. I moved here in July and couldn't be happier. The amenities are beautiful and the floor plans are very spacious. 12/16/23 - 1/16/24 Overall a satisfactory 1st month experience. Upon initial move in there were a few problems regarding the water heater and HVAC unit not functioning correctly, not a very ideal situation considering the upfront deposit on top of first month’s rent. But what made up for these issues was the extremely pleasant experience with their on site maintenance team. Out of the handful of apartment complexes I’ve been at, Cortland definitely stands out in this aspect. The old timer who resolved these issues for us was extremely proactive and helpful as not only did he fix the problem at hand, he identified and corrected a few other minor issues (replacing old weather stripping, addressing a defective lock) that were unbeknownst to us at the time. And to wrap it all up, every request we have made has been fulfilled within 20-30 minutes of the initial call, even outside of normal business hours— something I am extremely grateful for and have not seen anywhere else. I'm giving a 5 star for the maintenance crew, but I would give it a 4 star cause how the paint in the apartment looks. Like there are obvious paint mark up from either it being stain or such. So its easy in the day to see the new paint splotches from the old paint.

The property itself is lovely. Green grass, clean sidewalks, and a dog park all contribute to the pleasant feel of this community. The renovations are stunning as well - professional gym equipment, gas barbeques, a modern pool, etc. However, the best part of this community is the property manager, Lucas. He truly went above and beyond when it came to serving us. He planned holiday events, put on movie nights, gave out Wingstop! He even planted a time capsule in the ground. He's friendly and always waves hello. In terms of communication, he returns calls and responds to emails very quickly. This man is the heart of Cortland North and other property managers can learn a thing or two from him.

I would give 6 stars if I could - Lucas did a fantastic job, going above and beyond to answer questions that I had prior, and addressed in further detail at later conversations. Cortland North Tucson apartments is a great place to live! It has some recently renovated apartments that look absolutely gorgeous inside and are very spacious too! The location is great as its close to all the necessary places (restaurants, libraries, groceries, shops, mall, theatre, parks, schools, etc.) within 10-15 minutes drive; its also not very far from downtown Tucson. The renovated apartments have modern amenities, new/modern kitchen countertops, brand new appliances, nice big windows, balconies, and the community is very well maintained. We moved here about 2 months ago and the community manager and his team of maintenance staff have been prompt in responding to all my maintenance requests and ensuring that our stay is pleasant and comfortable. Cortland also has a general customer-relations department which took care of all my concerns and was very quick in fulfilling all my requests to ensure that we were comfortable and happy living here. Lived here since pre-cortland. The renovations to the common areas took some time but were highly worth it. The fitness center is state-of-the-art, the new pool area is beautiful. The units themselves are incredibly roomy and post-rennovations have the most beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances. Maintenance requests are answered very promptly for having a small maintenance crew (that always have a great attitude). Lucas is a fantastic property manager that does a great job balancing the day-to-day rental problems as well as coordinating the large amount of renovations on-going.

We recently moved into one of the renovated units which had brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, high ceilings, and very spacious rooms. I have loved having access to the community infrared grill and fitness center. The grounds are well maintained and Lucas the property manager is proactive in making sure that we are comfortable in our apartment.

It's challenging at best with construction and such right now, but the office has done their best with the transition to accommodate whatever arises. Cortland North Tucson has been my home for a while now. The new staff is great ?? and the new renovations are great too. The parties they throw are great too!

Just a cool place to live. Management is helpful and maintenance responds immediately. The landscape looks great as well, and they like to throw events for all of us to enjoy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is currently looking.

Long story , but the move from MN was a bumpy road. But, Glenn, Lucas, and Patrice went above and beyond to "make things right for me". I LOVE the 2nd floor re-modeled unit, the community is friendly and quiet and friendly. I hope this is my home for a while, because I don't want to move again for a LOOOOONG time

I have lived at Casas Lindas for 2 years now. The new management is awesome. Frequent community gatherings, various food trucks etc. I feel safe and appreciated. Renovations are also awesome. Property is always kept clean and beautifly landscaped. I am happy to call this my home

The management, namely Lucas and Patrice, are simply "the best". They always address my concerns in a timely manner and create a welcoming environment for tenants with their friendliness. I don't often write reviews, but I recently have been feeling home sick and the first thing that came to mind was Casas Lindas Apartment Homes. The great memories of living at that community always put a smile on my face. The Community events that were held by the Mangement Team ( Cyndi) were always fun, brought the neighbors together, and the occasional Taco Tuesdays were a hit! If you have a pet ,there is ample space to walk your dog and Cyndi always has doggie treats at the office lobby. I definently recomend Casas Lindas to for young people, retired, families, everyone.

My mother has lived in other communities similar to this but the location which is close to Walmart and many other shopping areas make it highly convenient as she is elderly. The location is clean and the other tenants we have conversated with seem very friendly. It provides me a sense of security that once I complete the visit with my mother that she will be okay. The staff has been phenomenal at assisting us whenever we need it and are very friendly! I would highly recommend this community first to anyone looking!

I have been searching for the perfect place for awhile now and when I stumbled across this place I knew this was the one! It’s tucked away and easy to miss but make sure you don’t! Huge floor plans. Perfect location. Good value. I have lived here for about 8 years and am always happy to call Casas Lindas home. The floor plan of the 2bd 2ba is very spacious. The kitchen is a good size and the main bedroom and bathroom are very big for an apartment! I love spending time at the pool and my pup loves to take walks around the community and meet new people! The office staff is very kind. They are helpful and do their best to make things as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this community.
