The experience I had was great. Paige and Taylor as so kind to me when I walk and even when they had me on tour. Everybody was nice and seem extremely happy. Everybody that walked in, they greeted them and offered them some water and snacks.

This apartment has been my home for the last 2 years and has been a great property. Paige and the team are great and don't get me started on how fast the Maintenace guys are. They will fix things within the hour it seems. Lovely place that is tucked away too which is great location with Iron Works/many other close groceries.

I absolutely loved living here! I had very few issues with my apartment and any time I put in a maintenance request, it was taken care of the next day. Paige in the office is the best and always on top of it and willing to help. I loved my apartment layout and finishes and personally felt like it was very soundproof compared to past apartments I’ve lived in. The pool is obviously amazing and their other amenity spaces are super nice and easy to rent out. The other big selling point for me was the location. Only 10 minutes from downtown and North Hills and right next to Wegmans and TJs (the dream!). Also has access to the greenway and easy to take walks in and around the complex. I had to move for a job but otherwise I’d still be there!

I have now been living here for about 15 months and I just moved from a 1 br to a 2 br apt Paige and Stephanie in the office are absolute rockstars I deal primarily with Paige because she’s who originally signed me up She is amazing and responsive. I had very specific parameters in moving to a 2 br apt and when it became available she let me know right away Let me also say the maintenance team is pretty epic You put in a request in the tenant portal and the guys call you or are at your apartment within 2-3 hours - at least from my experience The pool at 2601 / 2681 side is quiet most of the time and is kept very clean and it’s beautiful w palm trees around the pool area as well as a bbq The landscaping is immaculate - literally you feel like youre living at a park with beautiful azaleas and magnolia trees everywhere I have Not used the gym although it’s adequately stocked w various things. Planet Fitness is 5 mins down the road, as is Costco, Trader Joe’s, and Wegmans which is why i picked This spot. As a bus

We have only been living here for a few weeks, but so far so good. Move in process easy. Apartment was move in ready. The office staff, Taylor, Stephanie, Paige and Cidni are professional, always eager to help and welcoming. The maintenance staff is crazy responsible and responsive. We had a leak in our bathroom late one Saturday night, we put in a request . They were literally knocking at our door within ten minutes and fixed it. They followed up the next day to make sure it was fixed. It is quite and peaceful with a great mix of people and dogs. Can’t wait to see what the warm weather brings to Cortland. Also, amazing neighborhood for shopping !

Lived at Cortland Midtown East and had an overall good experience. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, was the move out process and the process of touring apartments before moving in. I toured the Tripel (2bd/2ba) and another 1bd/1ba and those were the only available floor plans that we could tour, because they were staged. They were beautiful! There are probably another 8-10 floor plans available that you could rent, but you can’t tour them. I was very satisfied with the apartment, the amenities and the location. Very conveniently located just minutes away from Costco, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans and other stores. It’s also right next to 440, which makes for an easy commute. Make sure you look at the map of the complex before picking your apartment - mine faced the highway and it was pretty loud. Maintenance was excellent and front staff was attentive (for the most part). They also host food trucks weekly, which was great for the nights you don’t want to cook. ****7/28 Update: Cortland reached out with a nice apology note, indicating the below was from a system error that they have since corrected, therefore I've updated my rating as it is a great place to live**** Apartment and complex is great, 5 stars, but be forewarned that their payment portal can be buggy and management gets pretty aggressive if you make a mistake. For instance, I recently underpaid my rent by 2% ($35) by not including the water fee, and rather than getting a kind reminder or notification, the first communication sent from mgmt was a letter threatening eviction proceedings will start if payment is not made by end of business of that same day. I've been a resident for two years so would have expected to be treated with a little more respect instead of being threatened with eviction over $35 but apparently not.

THE place to live if you are moving to the Raleigh area! The management and maintenance are amazing, if you have an issue they really care and do their best to help resolve it. Location is great, close to downtown and all the food spots. They have plenty of amenities and event’s if you’re more of a homebody. If you are looking for a new home ask for Paige, she is a superstar- promise you won’t get any better customer service anywhere else!

I lived here for a while and would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t have a job relocation. This apartment complex has a great team! Jenna was very helpful throughout the process. The maintenance orders get attention very quickly and you’ll rarely be waiting for anything. The apartments and amenities are nice and clean. Only downside is that sound travels somewhat easily through the walls. Other than that, it has definitely been the most accommodating and stress-free place I’ve lived at!

My experience with Cortland Midtown East and it's staff has been nothing short of amazing. I started looking for apartments in Raleigh more than 6 months before my lease started, as I was relocating from the DC area. When I saw this community, I knew it was the place I wanted to live. From there, the staff further confirmed my decision. From the leasing consultants to the management team, everyone has been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. Every time I walk into the office I am greeted by Paige who is enthusiastic and excited to say hi to my dog Nala, as well as answer any questions or concerns I may have. Whenever I would call down to the community before my lease began, Paige was the one who answered and she always had the information on hand that I needed. I worked With Jenna and Paige re renting an apt @ Cortland MTE sight unseen from NY. They were super helpful and amazing w their follow up. Most importantly they were super patient w me while i waffled back and forth between which apt layout, which floor, which building, at what budget etc. Honestly i would Have fired me but they were super cool. The grounds are well maintained, the complex is super nice, my apt layout is great, and it is super chill / quiet. Honestly it feels like i have The whole building to myself most days. I’ve lived here for over 10 months now and can confidently say I have absolutely loved it. From the people in the office to the maintenance crew, these workers go above and beyond for their residents and guests. Cortland Midtown East is in a very good location. I feel safe here and I’m close to everything I need, plus right next to the greenway, which is very convenient. The people who live here are also very kind. It’s clean and quiet here with a bunch of amazing amenities including doubles of certain ones such as dog parks, pools, gyms, etc. On top of all that, this place is very pet friendly and so are the staff. Overall, an absolute great place to live.

Just moved in one week ago so just reviewing the leasing process which was great! We first met Jenna on our tour and she was the most friendly, upbeat, welcoming person to work with. She showed us everything we wanted to see and told us everything we needed to know. She was patient and not pushy at all. When it came time for us to apply for an apartment it was a Friday and she knew we needed a quick move in date so when we were approved later in the day on that Friday, she even stayed late to get everything finalized and a lease ready to sign before the weekend so we could move in immediately. We had such a great experience and so far like our apartment!

Jenna, Samantha and Paige are friendly and really care about their tenants. The grounds are well-maintained. The apartment itself is amazing with a nice balcony. The amenities are awesome, especially the movie theater. They also have great events, trivia night, mixology class just to make a few. I have lived here for about 2 years now, hopefully it will be 3 years but we will see. I thoroughly enjoy the community. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the maintenance crew members that has stood out to me and gone above and beyond is Corey. He’s phenomenal and knowledgeable on how to quickly fix and/or get something taken care of. He’s always busy doing something around the community, but if you need something he will definitely help out. Outside of the staff and community, the amenities and proximity to stores, food, shopping, etc. is unbeatable. The community is close to downtown Raleigh and ride shares are no more than $10-$13 to go downtown Raleigh depending on the time of day, but generally not even $10. I really enjoy the gym facilities here too! Solid equipment to get you in fit or whatever your goals are can be met here. I love that the community is pet friendly and it’s a walking community. No matter the weather you will see someone walking. I like the diversity of the community in terms

Have lived here now for almost a year, have never had a major issue and any minor issue was solved right away. The staff is super nice and helpful especially Jenna, she helped us find our place and since has been incredibly sweet and helpful. The property is super nice and new appliances and renovations. Both of the pools are fun but relaxing place to hangout at during the summer time. The property is a nice little community, have had no issues with neighbors. Overall would definitely recommend.

Cortland Midtown East is a great Community to live in but what really makes it special is JENNA and PAIGE at the front. They really go ABOVE and BEYOND for the residents and especially resident's dogs <3 My dog bear LOVES them so much he pulls me to the front office every day just for a quick pet and a snack. They are always so kind and really makes me and my dog bear feel special and warm. They are quick to respond to issues and really get stuff done! That being said if you don't like dogs I wouldn't live here because it is a big dog community. My two complaints would be is that I wish there were more poop bag stations around the community because in certain areas it is really out of the way and inconveniently placed. Also some dog owners let their dogs poop on the sidewalk, which i dont really understand. Also, Cortland needs to be better with yearly price instances. I had a friend in which they raised her rent by 200 every month and she moved out and then 3 months later they couldn't lease it so they had t

We moved in this September and have had a great experience so far! We absolutely love the staff! They have helped us through any issues we have had in a timely and respectful manner! They have sooo many amenities at your fingertips. We love the location of the complex it’s super close to downtown and north hills it’s the perfect spot! They also have food trucks all the time and have many exercise classes to choose from. I would 100% recommend anyone to move here whether they are out-of-state or local!

Cortland Midtown East is Amazing! When I was looking for a new apartment I was looking for something close enough to everything yet just far enough away to have a peaceful little community, and that is exactly what this place is! The people in the leasing office from the day we toured till today have been super responsive, super friendly, and every time I walked in there they knew my name! They also are always there, never did I have to wait for someone to come find me to help! The community is really friendly and you can make friends literally any time of day because people are always out walking dogs or at the pool (Which is amazing by the way)! I have been here for over a year now and plan on staying for longer!

Cortland was a fantastic experience for the one year I was living there. The area was very nice, the apartment itself was new, clean and quiet. Maintenance was timely and always got their tasks done. Management were always available and helpful. --Particular shout out to Paige in the leasing office for her help during my move in and my stay. My one critique would be in regards to parking- There were multiple nights were I'd come home to minimal spaces near my building with the parked cars missing a parking sticker. My overall experience was very positive and I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in the area.

The complex is beautiful, and having a poolside view has been great! Jenna and the team have been super helpful from day one! There are so many different layouts to choose from, which is nice because then you’re not stuck with a standard square/rectangle shape apt. I have so much natural light and lights in general - something that I was missing at my last place. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my experience! My only complaint is that noise travels. The unit above me is loud, always playing music and the bass is heard clearly inside my unit. This has been ongoing since I moved in. Noise cancelling floors or something would be a fabulous addition.

I moved in over a month ago and have had no problems what so ever. Jenna and Paige were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it a smooth transition. The amenities that come along with living here are amazing such as our own little beach club resort pool, Movie theatre room, and two story gym that has everything you need. Only thing I wish they had was a golf simulator. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and especially young studs like me looking to have a great time.

I love Courtland apartments! I like the fact that it feels secluded and also super close to anything you need. They have food trucks like 2 to 3 times a week! They have a movie theater room and a gym that I enjoy using all the time. The maintenance answers your orders super fast. Anytime I need help at the front desk. The leasing office ladies (Jenna and Paige) and anyone else I’ve talked to are super helpful. They always are so nice and happy to help with anything! The pool is definitely a winner! I’ve lived here for 6 months and Nothing bad to say about the place yet!:)

I absolutely love this community! The front office staff is always so helpful and nice. Whenever I packages get delivered at the office instead of the package lockers I always get a nice call or email letting me know it's there and I can pick it up. When I lost my mailbox key they quickly got me a replacement the same day. Whenever I have questions they are always willing to help. The community is well taken care of. When the theater screen wasn't working maintenance fixed it in the next 2 hours. All of the amenities are up to date and clean. The pool is also well taken care of and has lots of space and seating. Overall, the community is peaceful and respectful. My apartment has updated appliances and fixtures, everything is new. I love Cortland Midtown East!

I had about two weeks to relocate to the Raleigh area and was interested in going to another Cortland property. Jenna is the best! She took my boyfriend on a tour of the property and explained everything to me via FaceTime. It was a great experience then and she’s been the greatest since I moved in. 6 months later, loving the apartment I chose, staff, and area! Everyone I’ve encountered is kind. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The community is always clean and pretty quiet. The only insect I have seen in my apt every now and then is silverfish and that’s when I’ll spray on my own. Grocery stores and eateries are less than a mile away and downtown is close so it’s a pretty great location. I’m satisfied!

I've lived at this apartment complex for over a year now and I have to say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. From day one, the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. In particular, Jenna in the leasing office has been an absolute gem - always prompt, friendly, and helpful with any issues or questions I've had. I lived here for a year and honestly would have stayed much longer, but a new job moved me to SC. Jenna was so accommodating in having a quick timeline to get me out of the apartment. Ryder who initially set me up with my lease was also great. My one bedroom was spacious, closets were huge, and had a great porch overlooking the pool. Miss it already! I recently moved to Cortland and the staff has been great with helping to make my move easy. Upon my move-in the unit that I chose was not up to my standard, but the Cortland staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me moved to a unit that I loved. Since I've switched units, it's been smooth sailing. I've enjoyed the food trucks that come weekly and the resident events that Cortland has put on thus far. I've never had any issues with communicating with the front office to get my questions/concerns answered in a timely manner. The location is great, very close to North Hills and Downtown. I also have to give a BIG shoutout to Nat who was the leasing agent who has helped me literally from my initial tour to my unit switch and everything in between!

I enjoyed living at Cortland and found the amenities on the property to be very nice! The pool and gym were much nicer than other apartment options in the area. Staff were always very friendly and filing maintenance requests was easy. While I loved being close to things to do, I wish there was more to do within walking distance of the complex and didn’t feel like the price I was paying was justified since I still had to drive everywhere.

The lovely ladies at the front desk know Lola and give her treats when we stop by on our walks and she has made lots of friends in the dog park.

Cortland Midtown East has been everything we needed during our time here. After very quick and seamless process of selling my home I was under the gun to find the perfect place for myself and two teenagers. I wasn't willing to go further outside of the city as we all are accustomed to the area with work, school, and extracurricular activities. Finding a place large enough for all three of us while staying within our desired location was becoming challenging. Not only was finding the space and location challenging but cleanliness and modern accommodations were becoming even a larger issue. Thankfully, a friend of mine pointed out Cortland Midtown East as an option. I went to the website and was able to find exactly what I wanted in the community. One huge bonus I find about the community is how tech-forward the website and processes beginning to end are. I was able to find a unit at 10pm at night and then the following morning take the 15-20 minutes I had in my day to tour. Working with Paige was a pleasure -

Cortland has been my home for past few years and my experience has been amazing. 1. Any issue I’ve ever had, which is not many, maintenance comes to fix right away. This is an excellent place to live. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are amazing. Maintenance requests are addressed almost immediately and there’s always events and great communication via the friendly staff. It really feels like home!

My experience with Cortland has been full of day drinking by the pool and early morning workouts. Whenever I need assistance Paige and Jenna are there to help. 10/10 would do again.

I have been a resident at Cortland for about 5 months now and I have had zero complaints. Jenna and Paige made things simple and easy when I was considering moving here and were very friendly and also informative. Also a very pet friendly environment with lots of nice people.

Cortland Midtown East is the perfect little community in Raleigh. The gym and pool are amazing and the area is always kept clean. The apartment staff are easy to get ahold of and follow through with helping you out. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the Raleigh area.

Cortland Midtown East is by far my favorite apartment complex to live. I have lived in my fair share of quality communities and I can say I am usually quite picky and selective on many things. Landscape, noise, cleanliness, issue remediation by request, and amenities have to all be goldilocks standard for me or it will may me run for the hills. I signed my lease working with Ryder, who is truly a professional in what he does and truly looked out for all my interest. The staff are all around helpful and friendly and there is not one bad thing I can say of the place. My lease needed to be terminated early for personal reasons and with thorough communication with the team I was able to move out with ease and little financial strife. Please just keep in mind that you should deliver notice of move out 60 dats before intened move out date, regardless of when your lead ends, you will be responsible for month to month if not. I will defintely stay here again as this place has so much to offer than what I had the time

I just renewed my lease here at Cortland Midtown East. It is one of the best apartment complex that I have lived in. Great amenities, maintenance tickets are addressed quickly, and the management staff is extremely helpful. If you need anything just ask for Jenna!

I was having issues with my microwave since I moved in 6 months ago it kept breaking…. Randy and Ty exhausted all options at repairing this microwave and when the microwave was non-repairable they personally delivered and installed a completely new microwave. Randy has literally helped me bring in groceries on multiple occasions and Ty stopped what he was doing one day to help me with a defect on my washer machine! As a stay at home mom with two children I need a microwave and washer and dryer that works. I have lived and worked for many communities who do not put their residents first and these people do and they care!!!!! Thank you Randy and Ty!!!!!

I’ve been at Cortland for 8 months and I absoltuely adore it! There’s a great sense of community which is very rare to find. The apartments are beautiful, and maintenance does an excellent job making sure the common grounds and individual spaces remain that way. The entire management team is amazing, and are always so willing to help. We worked with Paige Johnston and she was absoltuely incredible. She made the leasing process so easy, she answered every question we had and was beyond professional. 10/10 from me, Cortland! You guys truly make this place feel like home :)

Two of leasing agents at this property happened to be driving by when they saw my dog and asked if they could come say hi. My dog is an Aussie so in true Aussie fashion she barked at them. I told them she’s friendly but she will bark and they didn’t mind and came right over to say hi. They were so sweet and my dog loved it. Especially because most people avoid a dog that barks at them haha. Anyway I’m just thankful they were so friendly and they said my dog could come by the office anytime. The best.

Cortland has been my home for a little over a year now and I love it. The location is unbeatable and the leasing staff is so nice and attentive to any problems that may occur. The community is very pet friendly and there is direct access to the greenway. This community is a huge part of why I love Raleigh. Highly recommend CME!

My name is James. I moved to Cortland Midtown last year when the covid thing began. I have always rented houses, so I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about apartment living. However, I can safely say I would (and do) recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the Raleigh area. I simply love it here, from the welcoming staff ( gotta love Paige, she’s everything) as well as the friendly maintenance crews and timely responses regarding service requests and overall location convenience. The units are tastefully designed, with super fun floor plans and really nice stainless appliances and excellent lighting throughout. I use the gym almost everyday and actually canceled my former memberships, I mean it kinda doesn’t get any better than walking to the gym, crushing it and literally walking a few feet away to the outdoor showers before diving into the pool (seriously though, don’t actually dive) I honestly feel spoiled living here and thats saying alot. Cortland Midtown East is a wonderful complex to live in! The amenities are well kept, and maintenance will quickly address any issue in your personal living space. The office staff is extremely nice and are very patient with the many questions I had before signing a lease, as well as afterwards. Even before I had toured the complex in person I knew I wanted to live here after talking to Jenna on the phone. I had only scheduled to see two of the different floorplans, but Paige found a way day of to allow me to see several more in order to find the right fit. I would highly recommend Cortland Midtown East to anyone who is looking into apartments.

I've lived in 10+ different apartment buildings, and I can easily say this is the best. Great location, top-of-the-line common areas / pools / gyms / theater rooms /etc, and outstanding customer service. Specifically, Paige and Jenna do an outstanding job at the front desk and have not only always quickly responded to anything I've needed, but they have been very proactive about communicating to residents. The maintenance crew has also been extremely responsive when needed. As an additional touch, the building has local food trucks on premises multiple times per week, so you can experience all sorts of different Raleigh cuisine without leaving the complex. Overall, an outstanding experience.

The apartment complex is very spacious and has a great atmosphere. A great place to walk your dog or even go for a run. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond and fix any issues you may have. The two girls at the front desk (Paige and Jenna) are extremely friendly and are available to help or answer any questions you may have. The location is also a huge plus, as anything you may need is only a short drive away. Overall, it is a great living experience and I would recommend courtland midtown East to anyone

I have moved quite a few times in my 3 years in Raleigh due to bad experiences at place. The Cortland Midtown East apartments really changed my opinion of apartments and has really helped me enjoy my time at home. I have been able to enjoy a peaceful environment while in my apartment, take advantage of the close by gyms, and socialize with the friendly neighbors at the pools and grills.

The maintenance team is always fantastic. I am very pleased with the customer service and timely responses to my service request. Sandy always listens to my concerns, he is kind, respectful, and friendly. Sandy's customer service is top notch. He always makes sure I am completely happy and satisfied with his work. I have been living here for just under a month, and I love it! Glenn, the service manager is fantastic as well as the rest of the service team! Austin got my apartment ready and made sure everything was perfect for me, Shad did a few minor requests and even played with my dog while he was there, and Brandon and Sandy are always there with a positive attitude to help out. Overall love the whole staff and the apartment itself. Highly recommend!

I moved here a little over 6 months ago and have had a positive experience so far. The apartments are well kept and I appreciate the fact that the maintenance team responds to my requests so quickly. I love the new manager, Gabby, and the new maintenance guy, Austin, who are both phenomenal. Katie was my leasing manager who originally gave us a tour in July and I was very happy with her, as well. I think it's a cool benefit that they have fitness classes on site, although my only suggestion with that is I think it would be more convenient for the residents and the classes would see higher participation numbers if the staff could upload the schedules online or to our resident portal at the beginning of each month. My only other wish is that my own apartment could be as well-decorated as the beautiful showroom (it really is stunning-- editing a few weeks later to clarify that my apartment is just as nice as the show room and looks the same except mine obviously came unfurnished-- I just wish I could have their
