Cortland Las Casas has very cute apartments with wide, spacious layouts that feel very homey. The property and units are well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Management was professional to work with throughout my time there. I’d also like to specifically commend Jonathan in maintenance for his efficiency, timeliness, and genuine care for residents’ needs. His responsiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I’ve absolutely loved living at Cortland Las Casa Casitas on Tanque Verde. The maintenance team is amazing (specifically Zach H). They’ve always responded to my maintenance calls in a timely manner. Zach is friendly and professional and always goes above and beyond to assist me. Everyone has been pretty amazing during my stay here especially an Agent named Destin. The property grounds are well maintained and beautiful. There’s another agent named Michael who is located at the Cortland North property and he is absolutely amazing. He is extremely informative and definitely goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I’ve lived at the Cortland property for over 15 months and truly can’t say enough good things about this community. Thank you Cortland for an amazing year ❤️ Romona 😊

I have been a tenant since 2023. Lived in midtown for the first two years. Then I moved over to the east side casitas. I recently reached out to Jennifer Long who resolved my issue with my old house number showing up in their system which caused issues with any maintenance requests (causing time delays on requests) because it would show my old house versus new location and fixed it within 24 hours. Cortland is always on top of maintenance requests and I love renting from them, I have lived in a lot of places around the western USA and Cortland by far has been a pleasure to rent from. I love my place, the little yard and the professionalism from the Cortland staff.

The Schlage locking system on our homes is a great system that every couple of years needs new batteries. Cortland Las Casas had one of their maintenance people stop by and change the lock batteries for free. Love this place!

I am very pleased with how my service request was handled. Luis Hernandez came out to replace the water heater, and did an outstanding job across the board. He installed it quickly, was very thorough, and even cleaned up the work area after he was finished. And he's such a nice guy! Very friendly and considerate.

The maintenance team is amazing! Every time I have an issue, no matter how big or small, Jonathan (Service Manager) makes sure it is handled right away. I typically receive a response within 2 hours and often my issues are resolved the same day. Everyone on the team (Luis, Arturo, Jeff) is professional and courteous.

Been in our community for over 3 years, we've had our ups and downs, mostly with maintenance supervision and lack of communication, however Jonathan Martinez, Senior Service Manager has turned things around and made it quite enjoyable. We've been with our property location for 6 years, (Tucson Rental Homes and now Cortland Partners). The transition wasn't the smoothest, to be honest, with price hikes, and, since Cortland Partners took ownership, we were given the option of moving into a newly renovated unit at market value or vacate. Over our stay with the local Cortland Las Casas crew, we want to recognize that within the local leasing office and service department, there have been significant improvements in communication and relationship repair efforts. Review for local leasing/service departments: Jonathan has taken over as senior service manager, and his clear communication while also hearing our concerns has honestly been kind, respectful, and so welcoming given previous communication from service managers. We had another major water leak/moisture issue that required urgency, and Jonathan and Alex have been responsive and quick to safely remove the immediate concern and repair the leak. Two months ago, I moved into a beautiful fully renovated home off of Mountain Ave. The renovations are A+ and I love the natural light in my home along with my renovations. I was at work. And my 14-year-old son was in charge of his sister for a couple hours till I returned. I sent that out in the information about somebody to help with the battery that was going off. My son let me know that the staff who came to do the work. Was very respectful and let him know that he couldn’t come inside the house until the kids were outside. He handled that with Grace. And made the kids feel safe because they were outside while he finished the work very quickly.

Edit: I previously shared a bad parking experience at Cortland Las Casas. I’m happy to edit my review with a positive update- after my previous bad experience, Kelly worked with me to find a solution. I haven’t had a problem since then. I’m so impressed by their willingness and flexibility to find a solution. We were happy to renew our lease here, because it is quiet and the new renovations are really, really nice. The windows and skylights provide so much beautiful natural light, the finishes are all high quality, the appliances are great, and it’s so private. Edit: I’m having the exact same experience, again. Another night of me getting home from work at 9 and there being ZERO PARKING. Do not live here if you have a multiple car household. My casita is very nice. Love the home, our neighbors are mostly quiet, no issues but PARKING. Do not live here if your family has more than one vehicle. You’re given one reserved space per unit.
