I have been living at Courtland Jubilee Park for almost five years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. This community stands out for being peaceful, well-organized, and very well maintained. It is a quiet place where residents can truly feel comfortable and at home. I want to especially recognize Tristan, Johnatan and Jensen Rosario from the maintenance team. They are incredibly efficient, respectful, and professional. Every time they complete a job, everything is left clean, organized, and done with great attention to detail. Their work ethic truly reflects the high standard of this community. I would also like to highlight Lisandra, the property manager, who is absolutely spectacular. She is attentive, professional, and always willing to help residents. The Maintenance guys are awesome, especially Tristian. I had some problems with my AC unit and within about 2 hrs after putting in the work order Tristian was here fixing the issue. He also spent time explaining the issue and ways to mitigate it in the future. I really appreciate him taking his time to explain to me technical parts of the ac unit.

I recently moved in and chose Cortland at Jubilee Park as my first home after getting married, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the entire process has been exceptionally smooth and highly professional. The management team is outstanding—always courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They answered all of my questions, provided clear guidance, and responded with impressive speed. Barbara and Lyssandra have been absolutely wonderful! The apartment is incredibly spacious, and the maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. I submitted a service request, and it was completed the very same day, which truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience at Cortland at Jubilee Park has been excellent, and I am genuinely pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and care provided so far. Highly recommend!

This is honestly one of the best apartments I've ever had the please of living in. The office and maintenance staff are caring and attentive. Maintenance always shows up the same day or the very next day after an issue pops up. TLDR: I love it here, it's a fantastic place to call home.

I’m sorry I don’t know the staff by name. There’s only been 1 lady who treated me like I didn’t stay there. But other than that it’s amazing staying here. The maintenance team is quick to handle situations. It’s really quiet. The office staff whom I’ve interacted with has been nice. The package room and mail delivery is a lil weird but non the less it’s cool. My only complaint which is not the apartment. The cell phone service is horrible due to the airport. So everything is on WiFi.

Overnight we had a leak under our sink and Luis addressed it right away and was very courteous. He answered any questions I had and even cleaned up the area he was working on even offering to move some stuff out of the cabinets. Overall Luis did a great job at fixing the leak in a timely manner while also being friendly about it.

The maintenance team is always so helpful and complete work orders in a timely manner. I had an AC issue where it was not turning on I call the after hours line and they had someone come out within the hour. Alberto Alonso was great he explain to me what he was doing and I appreciated that and the fact that he came at 1030pm to make sure I had a working AC unit was also a plus.

He’s not only an incredibly skilled and reliable maintenance man, but also one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Every time something needs fixing, Ramsiel shows up quickly, gets the job done efficiently, and always with a friendly attitude. Pros: -Excellent maintenance team (especially Ivan!! He’s so amazing, hardworking, and always comes fast.) -Clean facilities. -Beautiful lakeside path. Cons: -Front gate and doors constantly broken so there seems to be a safety issue there. -Elevator was broken for a month. -No heated pool. -Trash in lake sometimes. -Roaches, centipedes, and lizards periodically in apartments (Pest Control comes every Tuesday though so you can request them to come and spray your apartment). Overall, I believe this is a good apartment complex. I just hope they listen to feedback and change a few things for the residents.

I have been a resident at the Cortland Jubilee Park community for a year and half. It is a welcoming and safe place to live. The property is clean and maintained and the amenities are great! The maintenance team is on top of all of the request in a timely manner. The rent is a little pricey but I have no real complaints.

I moved here in October 2024 and I want to start off by saying that in my 25 years living in Orlando, this is by far THE best community I’ve lived in. The neighborhood is beautiful, the amenities are great, and best of all, the entire staff is amazing. Lyssandra (Lee) is simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to make my move an easy transition. She is kind, friendly, super helpful and an essential part of the team. The service manager Gregory is super nice and knowledgeable of everything! He welcomed me into my new home, and he was so polite and welcoming. He helped answer any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything in my unit. Today we had the pleasure of having Ivan come to my unit to do some maintenance. I recently visited my cousin and we had a missing package. One of the workers there helped us a lot and was calm the whole time and was able to calm my cousin down and get the delivery information. Finally we found the package. It was accidentally assigned to a different resident. I think the worker’s name was Priscilla and I was really impressed with her professionalism and customer service and she was so kind.

My wife and I moved here the end of July 2024 and haven't had any issues at all. The maintenance team is the best by test, they respond to calls in very timely manner. They are quick to fix the problems we have encountered. The area suited us well for work for my wife and I. Shopping is quite easily available also, everything needed is within 20 minutes or less drive. I would highly recommend this community for individuals who are looking a safe environment to live.

This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I have been in other apartment complexes, but none have come close to delivering the same exceptional results of Cortland at Jubilee Park. For example, I've come from apartment complexes that never fix maintenance issues. That only use duct tape and bandaids to fix A/C issues. Not literally, but almost. Doing everything, but solving the problems at hand. Coming days or a weeks later just to tell me everything is fine, when I have a leaking ceilings, molded trims, or so other pending problem. However, the maintenance team here at Cortland at Jubilee Park is superb and that isn't even enough said. It is understood that they actually take pride in their work as the maintenance team. Anytime there was ever an issue in the unit, I would put in a request, then they'd be at my door ready to fix the problem within 48 hours. Usually within the same day. They move exceptionally quick. Me and my roommate have lived here for years! Its super close to the airport and is a clean gated community. No complaints with the office staff (they’re very nice) and the maintenance team is professional and courteous. Had a cabinet fixed recently and Ivan was in and out in 3 minutes. My husband and I absolutely love the apartments and the grounds after we toured. We started our online application but quickly had technical difficulties. Lyssandra in the office guided us each step of the way. She spent more than 2 1/2 hours with us completing our application as we had an early flight back home the next day. Went in to check on pricing and the size of apartments. 1st the young lady who Greated me, I believe was her name was very welcoming and charming she had a great bubbly attitude, as we went further into the process I toured the community which is super clean abd seams very quiet for the location. The apartments are more than suitable for my needs. I'd like to say I made my decision already but I do like to do my comparisons. I must say the community manager Ana I believe was her name made it a point to introduce herself and highlight some of the communities finer points. What they hey ill probably end up here!

Beautiful Property. Well kept and friendly management staff. I enjoy walks along the scenic walking path with pup. Very pet friendly community. Reasonable rent prices and modern apartments. Family friendly amenities. Great location near highways and plazas. Mins away from the airport.

I love living here we have been here since 09/2023 & it’s so peaceful. I have not seen one bug or rodent in my apartment. Maintenance is on point. The apartment layouts are great and they have a very large amount of storage space. Love that the patios are screened in. There is never any chaos in the community. The front office staff is lovely. The people who live here are friendly. We personally barely hear noise from neighbors as well. Highly recommended living here. And yes the picture on the website are just like the apartments and complex look in person. In addition, they keep the community clean and landscaped.

Living here as been great! I have been here for 3 months, and really enjoy being in proximity to so many shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We are also right next to the airport and toll roads, so travel is not too far or traffic not to unbearable. The maintanance staff is quick! I have only reported minor things, but they come within 24hrs to fix my issue. So far enjoying it here!

Great experience on initially getting in to the apartment, Lyssandra was great, informative and bilingual. The maintenance supervisor Gregory was also great! I’ve been here for barely a month and we know we made the right decision. Great community and great amenities.

I’ve been living here for a month and have nothing but great things to say. From the super easy and fantastic leasing experience with the team on site. The community is very welcoming, the maintenance team is very efficient and communicative. Apartments are very spacious with a very reasonable rent price. Amenities in the community are neat all time. If you’re looking for a clean place to live, and surrounded by great people don’t hesitate, this is it. I’m not trying to sell the community to anyone but sharing the great experience I’m having here.

Have been living here for a couple of months now, and from the very first tour we took everyone in the leasing and maintenance staff has been so friendly and welcoming! The community itself is very well-kept and clean, the apartment is beautiful and parking is so much better than our previous complex we had been staying at. We have not had ANY issues with pests, and the one maintenance request we put in was answered very quickly and resolved the very next day! I would wholeheartedly recommend this complex to anyone still in the market and I know we plan on staying here for a while!

However, I saw the maintenance men Juan Alvarez and Jose Gonzalez on their golf cart. I didn’t know if they were busy but I thought I’d just ask to see if they could help me. They immediately stopped what they were doing and came over to help jump start my car. They told me many times it was no problem and they would be happy to help with any maintenance related problems in the future. They were both so kind, helpful, and professional. The community has been good so far. The clothes dryer did not work when I moved in. It took quite some time (a full month) before it was replaced. When I reached out about receiving a credit, I was only offered $30 after having gone an entire month without being able to wash and dry my clothes. This was a big inconvenience. Overall, the community is still a very nice place and I enjoy living here.

Comfortable and convenient, this complex is in a great location, close to the airport and all the parks. Living here is wonderful because the gym and pool are up kept well and anytime there is a service request it is handled so quickly. Great staff and love it here

I have only been there a little under two months. I would really prefer that Amazon and other delivery services use the package lockers rather than drop it outside my door. There are too many people in a small area that could easily walk off with it and no one would know.

I have been with Cortland at jubilee park for 2 years and I would still be staying here if it wasn’t for my job and relocating. The complex is beautiful and well kept. They have excellent staff that are always willing to help anytime you need it. Also, they host fun events and do different things for the people and their children in the complex. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret 10/10. The best people & best experience !!!!!! Thank you all !!!!!!

I have been living here for 2 years now and maintenance team is always so welcoming and helpful. Maintenance team is always polite, friendly, and truly willing to help in any way possible. Mr. Juan Alvarez in particular showing such exemplary customer service. I was moving extremely heavy items in the garage and he quickly came over to offer his help. He saw that I was having a hard time and immediately jumped into action. I felt that he truly wanted to find the perfect solution, and his kind attitude was greatly appreciated. Mr. Juan Alvarez and other maintenance team are always smiling and saying hello as they pass by. He seems genuinely happy to be of assistance, and this added another layer of customer service excellence to Cortland jubilee maintenance. Amazing apartment complex. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything has been amazing and the trash system they have is absolutely outstanding! When you put in a request for anything to be fixed they come right away and they have events such as Zumba and a comedy show that was hilarious and a great night out.

I stopped by the property and surprisingly the manager came to me and asked if I needed any help. That is very hard to find most want to sit in an office. She answered all my questions and showed me everything I asked to be shown. She has a lot knowledge and didn’t have to look for answers. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I will pick this property in the summer for my parents. I would give a 10 out of 10 stars for knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism.

I am a current resident in building 5 effective December 2022 with a Tangelo layout. Many positives during this partnership. Generous layouts for apartment living. Email and text notifications for informational purpose, food truck arrivals and community activities. A recent comedy show event including delicious food and drinks were impressive and top notch. This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I have been in other apartment complexes, but none have come close to delivering the same exceptional results of Cortland at Jubilee Park. For example, I've come from apartment complexes that never fix maintenance issues. That only use duct tape and bandaids to fix A/C issues. Not literally, but almost. Doing everything, but solving the problems at hand. Coming days or a weeks later just to tell me everything is fine, when I have a leaking ceilings, molded trims, or so other pending problem. However, the maintenance team here at Cortland at Jubilee Park is superb and that isn't even enough said. It is understood that they actually take pride in their work as the maintenance team. Anytime there was ever an issue in the unit, I would put in a request, then they'd be at my door ready to fix the problem within 48 hours. Usually within the same day. They move exceptionally quick. I have lived here for a year and a half now and love it! Management has recently changed and they are so kind & helpful. Every interaction with the staff has been positive. The customer service in the office is on point the property looks very nice and clean. Ground are amazing. Maintance was working on the Gym's AC on the day that I tour this beautiful property, and getting things done for the confort of their residents. Just new to Orlando with a job transfer from Texas was looking for something close to work and found Cortland Apts. I must say the property caught my eye on how the landscaping is so well kept. Location was key for me so I meet with a leasing agent named Brenda and she was very inviting to the property. I told her what I was looking for and the budget i was looking for as well, and she was able to show me a few floor plans. Love that the apartment comes with a balcony and the marble counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. Feel in love with the Dancy floor plan and told her I had to get the paperwork she requested from me and that I would be back to submit an application!

I was searching for apartments after a terrible experience in the last community I lived in when I came across Cortland Jubilee. Joyce was incredibly helpful and so amazing during the whole process. The community itself is beautiful and clean and so safe. And everything is nearby making it very convenient. The maintenance staff is always quick when requests are put in and so nice. This is honestly the best community I have lived in in the Orlando area. I’ve lived in a few places since 2015 and no one compares. From the moment I toured last summer to now I have absolutely no complaints. The community is kept clean. All of the maintenance staff is so friendly and welcoming. Issues are resolved quickly and promptly. The office staff is also incredibly attentive and nice. I love living here.

The best thing about this place is the office and maintenance team. Juan and Jose and Gregory especially from the maintenance team are some of the friendliest helpful people ever. They always go out of their way to help and any time I’ve filled out a maintenance request it has always been fulfilled very quickly. The maintenance team has been a big part of making this place feel like a friendly neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about them.

This is my first time in 20+ years that I have lived in an apartment and thus I am not used to what is an apartment today vs. what was an apartment when I last lived in an apartment, so I wanted to give myself some time before writing this review. As well, I am here for an extended project and my employer is reimbursing me for the cost of the rent each month, so I will not comment about whether the rent is appropriate for the apartment as not. My takeaway so far is that Cortland Jubilee Park is perfectly fine, maintenance is truly excellent, the few times I have had to make a maintenance request a maintenance person has made the repair extremely quickly. Added to that all the maintenance employees that I have interacted with have been unfailingly friendly and wanting to be helpful. The physical apartment is well laid out and comfortable and while it is easy to tell that the apartment was built to a cost, that is understandable and where cost cutting is present it is not a big deal. Currently new to the Orlando area and was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment close to the airport area. I was approached by Brenda and she was able to answer all my questions and show me exactly what I’ve been looking for. The community is very well maintained from what I saw and seem very quite. Minutes from the airport and shopping and restaurants which is a plus for me as I travel often and love to eat out. Brenda showed me the model of the bedroom and in immediately feel in love on how spacious the unit is. The kitchen cabinets are very nice and plenty of space. I have seen numerous of apartments in this area and this one really is on the top of my list. Brenda was very attentive, informative and friendly.

I love living here. They’ve been really helpful and accommodating to me. One time I had package outside and I was afraid I wasn’t going to make on time before the rain and Joyce got my package and placed inside my home. Whenever there’s something that needs fixing I open a ticket through their portal and fallowing day they it’s fixed. My experience at this complex has been a great one.

Update, I lived here from 2015 to 2022. It was a nice place to live but their prices went up too high and the complex was starting to look dated. Pros: * Beautiful apartments with high-end features * Close to the airport and major highways * Friendly staff * Excellent amenities The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, the facilities are excellent, and the apartments are beautiful. Everything was explained before moving in and all was clearly stated in the contract including parking rules, clubhouse hours, fees, trash instructions, etc. If there are any changes or exceptions, the staff will usually post a letter on each apartment's door and announce it on the community portal. Most neighbors are good people and I haven't had any issues with anyone. I have seen a few exceptions of trashy people around but the situation is not as bad as other neighborhoods in the area. Gregory, Jose & Juan THANK YOU! This apartment complex wouldn’t be as pleasant to live in if it weren’t for the maintenance team. You can expect to be greeted every single morning/afternoon by either one of them if not all at the same time with a wave or at the very least a smile. The positive energy is greatly appreciated. I put in a service request yesterday because my AC was not working properly, I live with a husky so that was unacceptable and within the hour AFTER the maintenance team had gone home for the day, they were back to save the day with pure professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Pool is nice, indoor basketball court, pool table, movie room, clean gym. 4 stars because one of the staff members is really persistent harassing tenants who are in the pool writing down names & where they live. What a wonderful experience I’ve had relocating to Orlando. Joyce and all the office staff at Cortland Jubilee Park is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been here for 30 days now, and they still make me feel as if I’m their favorite resident 🤗🥰 But not only is the office staff amazing and the apartment is beautiful, the maintenance team is cut from the same cloth!! I’ve lived here 4 years and I love living here. I’ve seen the change from Grandeville at Jubilee Park over to Cortland Jubilee Park and I was worried with a new management company but I think Cortland has done a great job overall. Pros: 1. The location. You are within 20-25 minutes from EVERYTHING in Orlando. The surrounding area is great, and clean. I also love living right next to the airport as I travel very frequently. 2. The amenities. They are well kept and always clean!! 3. Work orders. I’ve never had a problem getting a work order complete. The apartments are newer so things don’t break easily either and are in great shape. I also really love the maintenance team. I wish I could give a shout-out to any of them specifically but all of them are wonderful! Cons: 1. The gate breaks (when people hit it) and the turnaround time to getting it fixed is sometimes slow. There are multiple gates in the complex so it’s a minor inconvenience but being here 4 years sometimes feels like it’s frequent. 2. Trash rooms

Pros: Restricted access buildings. Maintenance team responds quickly. Cleanliness. Mostly quiet and peaceful. They host events often. Staff would speak and be friendly with residents. It has a great neighborhood vibe. Easy package delivery. Trash room. Cons: Much has improved. Sometimes the doors are broken and don’t get fixed so there’s no need to badge in. No parking to be found after 8pm, but you can rent a garage. The biggest nuisance is that truck drivers use the complex’s turning lane as a truck stop, so it sucks turning in and if you live in a building close to the road, its quiet until the trucks park and leave their trucks running all night while you’re sleeping and they also block your view. This is since the recent hike in rent. Signs say move ins available but should say not a truck stop.

I cant not express enough how much I love living here. I originally signed my first lease back in July 2020 and ever since, have been in heaven. The apartment complex itself is gated and extremely well lit at night (this means a lot as a bartender getting home at 2-3AM) in feeling really safe walking home from my car. The parking situation has been nothing but pleasant- more than enough spaces ALWAYS. The apartment homes are stunning and have little to no maintenance issues. I think within the past 15 months i've had to call once, maybe twice, for something to be fixed and it was always taken care of ASAP. That brings me to the maintenance squad!! There is 24/7 for emergency maintenance but the team on property during the day has been nothing short of outstanding. As mentioned before, any issue no matter how large or small is handled almost immediately and with a smile. They are so friendly and kind and communication is awesome. We recently moved in last month and are LOVING IT. Joyce and Alex in the leasing office are extremely friendly and are always ready to help! The complex is kept very clean and so quiet you don't even hear the planes landing unless you're outside. Maintenance is fast and friendly. A big plus is they are always having amazing food trucks each month! The only thing I would change is I wish the fridge had a filter on it.

I have been living here since the complex was the only 6 months old. The staff is amazing (shout out to Alex and Andrea), maintenance is super quick and the location is perfect for me since I travel for work. Communication is quick and my family and I are happy that we chose to come reside here.

Beautiful apartments with spacious layouts. The leasing and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and professional. Joyce is the best--she is so willing to help and made me feel like a friend or relative. She went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one and help me get the answers I needed. I would definitely recommend working with her, if she's available.

This is a great location for us, the property is beautiful and an added bonus the staff is absolutely amazing! We are very excited for the upcoming events on the property, so glad we are slowly and safely getting things back to normal in 2021.

I have just applied for this apartment with my boyfriend. It is our first time getting an apartment together and Joyce has been an amazing help. Our last day to fill out the application was Joyce’s day off, however, she still called me after I sent an email asking a bunch of questions and I really appreciated that. I felt like Joyce was there every step of the way even on her days off.

Cortland is a great place to live. Quiet, clean and convenient. The complex its close to major highways and minutes away from shopping areas. Staff is super friendly and the maintenance people fast and super nice.

This property is beautiful! I have a cousin of mine that lives here and he showed me around the property and I was in love! The property was clean and well kept and also enjoyed that it has a little park for children (I have a 3 year old so that’s perfect) I’m thinking of moving in here with my family. Maintenance are very friendly and always there to help in which I noticed every time my cousin needed some type of help with his apartment. Definitely recommend for future residents.

I absolutely love this complex, it is so beautiful, & the staff is amazing. Andrea the assistant manager is also very amazing and is always eager to help with any of my needs. I definitely recommend this place If you are looking to move into a beautiful upscale vicinity.

Valaria within the rental office staff was very helpful in resolving a delivery issue and my being absent from the property for a prolonged period of time, taking the time to go above and beyond to assist a resident. Her willingness to help is very reassuring and does not go unnoticed. Thank you.
