I like to review places after living in them for a while, because real experience shows the truth more than the first impression. Overall, the community is clean, well managed, and the staff are professional and responsive. Everything is clearly explained and handled quickly, which makes living here comfortable. Parking is well organized and sufficient, and I like how the buildings are spaced out, giving light, openness, and nice walking areas. The apartments are clean and spacious, and maintenance is fast and efficient whenever needed. I also appreciate the small community events they organize for residents, which add a nice friendly atmosphere. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I would consider living here again.

I have been living at Courtland Jubilee Park for almost five years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. This community stands out for being peaceful, well-organized, and very well maintained. It is a quiet place where residents can truly feel comfortable and at home. I want to especially recognize Tristan, Johnatan and Jensen Rosario from the maintenance team. They are incredibly efficient, respectful, and professional. Every time they complete a job, everything is left clean, organized, and done with great attention to detail. Their work ethic truly reflects the high standard of this community. I would also like to highlight Lisandra, the property manager, who is absolutely spectacular. She is attentive, professional, and always willing to help residents. I've been living here over a year now. It's a nice place to live. The staff is especially helpful. They are very responsive to issues and service requests. I had an issue with the refrigerator and Ivan - one of the technicians - came quickly after the service request submission and fixed the issue easily. He was really friendly and knowledgeable - great guy! Edit: Today is 4-25-2025 and I have to add how helpful Alberto Alonso was! I had an issue with the toilet that he addressed really quickly and effectively! Bathroom issues are not the most fun to deal with, but he was a great professional! Edit: Today is 10-17-2025 and I just wanted to shout out Alberto once again. He's just a really solid worker and I'm glad he's in our community! Edit: Today is 1-16-2026. I put in two service requests today about a clogged shower and a light bulb that went out. I was surprised to see Jonathan come so quickly - maybe within a half hour of my submission! The Maintenance guys are awesome, especially Tristian. I had some problems with my AC unit and within about 2 hrs after putting in the work order Tristian was here fixing the issue. He also spent time explaining the issue and ways to mitigate it in the future. I really appreciate him taking his time to explain to me technical parts of the ac unit.

I recently moved in and chose Cortland at Jubilee Park as my first home after getting married, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the entire process has been exceptionally smooth and highly professional. The management team is outstanding—always courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They answered all of my questions, provided clear guidance, and responded with impressive speed. Barbara and Lyssandra have been absolutely wonderful! The apartment is incredibly spacious, and the maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. I submitted a service request, and it was completed the very same day, which truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience at Cortland at Jubilee Park has been excellent, and I am genuinely pleased with the level of service, professionalism, and care provided so far. Highly recommend!

This is honestly one of the best apartments I've ever had the please of living in. The office and maintenance staff are caring and attentive. Maintenance always shows up the same day or the very next day after an issue pops up. TLDR: I love it here, it's a fantastic place to call home.

I’m sorry I don’t know the staff by name. There’s only been 1 lady who treated me like I didn’t stay there. But other than that it’s amazing staying here. The maintenance team is quick to handle situations. It’s really quiet. The office staff whom I’ve interacted with has been nice. The package room and mail delivery is a lil weird but non the less it’s cool. My only complaint which is not the apartment. The cell phone service is horrible due to the airport. So everything is on WiFi.

Overnight we had a leak under our sink and Luis addressed it right away and was very courteous. He answered any questions I had and even cleaned up the area he was working on even offering to move some stuff out of the cabinets. The maintenance team is always so helpful and complete work orders in a timely manner. I had an AC issue where it was not turning on I call the after hours line and they had someone come out within the hour. Alberto Alonso was great he explain to me what he was doing and I appreciated that and the fact that he came at 1030pm to make sure I had a working AC unit was also a plus.

I love living here. They’ve been really helpful and accommodating to me. One time I had package outside and I was afraid I wasn’t going to make on time before the rain and Joyce got my package and placed inside my home. Whenever there’s something that needs fixing I open a ticket through their portal and fallowing day they it’s fixed. My experience at this complex has been a great one.

Pros: -Excellent maintenance team (especially Ivan!! He’s so amazing, hardworking, and always comes fast.) -Clean facilities. -Beautiful lakeside path. Cons: -Front gate and doors constantly broken so there seems to be a safety issue there. -Elevator was broken for a month. -No heated pool. -Trash in lake sometimes. -Roaches, centipedes, and lizards periodically in apartments (Pest Control comes every Tuesday though so you can request them to come and spray your apartment). Overall, I believe this is a good apartment complex. I just hope they listen to feedback and change a few things for the residents.

I moved here in October 2024 and I want to start off by saying that in my 25 years living in Orlando, this is by far THE best community I’ve lived in. The neighborhood is beautiful, the amenities are great, and best of all, the entire staff is amazing. Lyssandra (Lee) is simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to make my move an easy transition. She is kind, friendly, super helpful and an essential part of the team. The service manager Gregory is super nice and knowledgeable of everything! He welcomed me into my new home, and he was so polite and welcoming. He helped answer any questions I had and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything in my unit. Today we had the pleasure of having Ivan come to my unit to do some maintenance. I recently visited my cousin and we had a missing package. One of the workers there helped us a lot and was calm the whole time and was able to calm my cousin down and get the delivery information. Finally we found the package. It was accidentally assigned to a different resident. I think the worker’s name was Priscilla and I was really impressed with her professionalism and customer service and she was so kind.

I am very happy with Ivan Montes service. I put yesterday 12/21 a few work orders and he came early in the morning and addressed all my problems. Excellent service. We need more employees like him.

The customer service and the maintenance is phenomenal and the community is very clean and even smoke free would not want to live anywhere else I’ve been here 4 years almost 5 and I still can’t believe how affordable these apartments are definitely a 5 star

Great service. Maintenance personnel are always very helpful and quick to respond to every request. Ivan helped us today with our kitchen lights, he responded my service request within an hour and was very diligent and professional.

We wanted to post a shout out to Ivan Montes for his prompt, professional and outstanding maintenance service. We had an emergency water leak and the response was within minutes! It was very stressful but handled very quickly and courteously. We are very appreciative of the response and everything is back to normal! He also addressed an issue with our A/C while he was here which was so helpful!

Christopher and Ivan was amazing helping us with our AC unit , from the beginning to the end they are aleayd updated us with the status. They add immediately a portal AC in our bedroom, and now after 3 easy days 😂 we finally have our AC working again and as always they did it great and amazing job.

My wife and I moved here the end of July 2024 and haven't had any issues at all. The maintenance team is the best by test, they respond to calls in very timely manner. They are quick to fix the problems we have encountered. The area suited us well for work for my wife and I. Shopping is quite easily available also, everything needed is within 20 minutes or less drive. I would highly recommend this community for individuals who are looking a safe environment to live.

This complex is amazing. The staff is helpful and very nice. The maintenance is great, they come on time and keep the complex clean. If you are looking for a beautiful home this is the place. Lee was amazing in assisting me with moving in and made sure to keep us updated about paperwork and made the process stress free.

I was very impressed with the amenities of the community. The grounds look very clean and well maintained. The model apt I saw looked amazing. Lee was very friendly and informative. She answered all my questions and gave me her card in the event I have any other questions.

This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I have been in other apartment complexes, but none have come close to delivering the same exceptional results of Cortland at Jubilee Park. For example, I've come from apartment complexes that never fix maintenance issues. That only use duct tape and bandaids to fix A/C issues. Not literally, but almost. Doing everything, but solving the problems at hand. Coming days or a weeks later just to tell me everything is fine, when I have a leaking ceilings, molded trims, or so other pending problem. However, the maintenance team here at Cortland at Jubilee Park is superb and that isn't even enough said. It is understood that they actually take pride in their work as the maintenance team. Anytime there was ever an issue in the unit, I would put in a request, then they'd be at my door ready to fix the problem within 48 hours. Usually within the same day. They move exceptionally quick. Me and my roommate have lived here for years! Its super close to the airport and is a clean gated community. No complaints with the office staff (they’re very nice) and the maintenance team is professional and courteous. Had a cabinet fixed recently and Ivan was in and out in 3 minutes. I couldn’t ask for better service. I really enjoy living in this complex.

Ivan and Ramciel are amazing! I put a work order in for my A/C and within 10 minutes they were here to fix it and got the problem fixed in 30 minutes and even helped with a different minor repair I had. They both were super friendly and educated me on what to do if it ever happens again. Thank you!!

I had a good experience with Ivan Montes, the technician who came to fix my A/C and dryer. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident in his work. Both appliances are now running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. My experience at Cortland Jubilee has by far been the best experience in the area. The office staff were welcoming and friendly. The apartments are very spacious. The gym and amenities were well kept. I look forward to leasing here next year.

K just moved in to Courtland at Jubilee Park and I must say Lyssandra is the most amazing woman!I went in yesterday to about the negative amount on my account I called Lyssandra and as always she is was such a breath of fresh air and went above and beyond for us and that put my stress level that was so high due to having a child that’s autistic and hates change: made us feel so good about the decision to move into this community. She has made us feel so welcome even before our approval! She didn’t just take out information; she checked in with us through emails and calls while the application was still processing and did everything in her power to help us get approved. SHE IS ABSOLUTLEY AN ACCREDITATION TO YOUR COMPANY. I’ve been living at Cortland Jubilee Park for a month. So far it’s been excellent. Lyssandra the leasing person, has been amazing through out the process of applying for the lease, she’s always made sure to be available, she’s incredible. Also the maintenance support has been great. The condominium complex is always clean. Thanks Lyssandra and the team.

My husband and I absolutely love the apartments and the grounds after we toured. We started our online application but quickly had technical difficulties. Lyssandra in the office guided us each step of the way. She spent more than 2 1/2 hours with us completing our application as we had an early flight back home the next day. We are so excited to move and make Cortland our new apartment home!
