My family and I loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious and the amenities were great! The team does tons of family friendly events and the walk paths are great for a good work out. A key reason to call this place home is the friendly team always available to help you out. Definitely coming back :)

I recently moved into this apartment complex and have had such a great experience so far. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive and patient, answering every question and concern I had, even as I changed things around multiple times. A special thank you to Valerie, Desiree, and Heidy for making the process so smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I also appreciated the maintenance team taking the time to show me around the unit, such a thoughtful touch that made me feel even more confident in my decision. The unit itself is beautiful and, without a doubt, the cleanest move-in I’ve ever experienced. Even when it came to small fixes, maintenance was quick, efficient, and attentive. Overall, I couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

We moved to Cortland about a month ago and we absolutely love it here! The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything feels organized and peaceful. A special shout-out to Desirée, Valerie, and the whole team — they are amazing! So friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. I live in the Cortland Independence community and I’ve had a great experience using Amenify. The platform is very easy to use, and scheduling services is quick and convenient. The communication is clear, and the professionals who came to my home were punctual and did an excellent job. It really makes managing home services stress-free.
