Jackie did an incredible job guiding us through the community and providing a thorough introduction to all the amenities. She walked us through every detail, ensuring we understood what Cortland Independence has to offer, from the facilities to the layout and features. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made us feel genuinely excited about the possibilities. Jackie took her time to answer all our questions, making sure we were confident and comfortable throughout the process. Her ability to highlight the strengths of the community and showcase how it could meet our needs was truly impressive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The community is safe and peaceful, with easy access to the best schools, and plenty of space for various types of activities that bring us closer to nature, whether alone, with family or friends. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facilities and clubhouse are excellent. I would definitely recommend it and we are very happy to be part of this community.

Great community. You can start in apartments, upgrade to townhomes, then one story houses all the way to mansions. Everyone is nice, you can walk outside at night safely, and management is one-of-a-kind. Great for starting families.

I have been living here for over 4 years, and without a doubt it has been the best place I have ever been. The staff, everyone is very kind, attentive and concerned about their tenants, the maintenance is extraordinary, they are fast and efficient. Very grateful to each and every one of the staff at Cortland Independence.

My family's experience at Cortland has been great. The community is great and my son has loved it. We only have one issue with the apartment, because now that we know more about it we realize that the Jefferson floor plan is a better fit for us than the Benjamin floor plan, which was available when we arrived.

It's an excellent community, You can walk with your children and your pets safely. The schools are close to home. Everything is very clean. Cortland's staff is excellent, Amanda was my assistant and she is very friendly. They are always looking for solutions. The maintenance of the community is always up to date. I love this place!
