Cortland Flatirons is a great place to live. The property manager, Alyssa and her team are dedicated and professional, kind and genuinely considerate. The appliances are new and the amenities are excellent.

In my entire adult life I've only lived in two apartment communities and Cortland Flatirons is hands down the best. We've had a few opportunities to move to other, newer complexes, and even buy a condo but after doing the math, we are grateful that this has been "home" for the last 10 years - that provides all the things we love. The location, convenience to shopping, restaurants, trails, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The ever present, efficient, helpful and friendly team led by Austin as well as the amazing maintenance crew Chad and Gaspar. My absolute favorite things about living here is the genuine community we've built. I know my neighbors, and their dogs, and kiddos. As does the onsite team! We've created friendships and have pool parties and host one another at our apartment homes. Very grateful to the Cortland corporation for placing great people to "work where we live.

Everyone in the office is lovely. The shared spaces are well kept and clean. Its easy to talk to a maintenance person or if you need help with anything. The gym is never crowded. Walls are thick. No issues with noise. This is an honest, comfortable, great place to live!

We've been residents here for over three years and genuinely have zero complaints. That's saying something. The community is quiet and well-kept, both inside the buildings and throughout the property grounds. One of our favorite things is the network of concrete trails around the property where you can take a walk and soak in views of the Flatirons. It's a small touch that makes a big difference day to day. The front office staff are consistently responsive and helpful. Austin in particular always makes time to answer questions and follow through. Maintenance is equally impressive. Gasper and Chad resolve tickets quickly and keep everything running smoothly. We moved here a few months ago and absolutely love it. It is located in a quiet area. The grounds are well kept. If we have to call maintenance they are at our apartment within a few hours. Staff is so friendly and always try their best to help. The pool is amazing. Our dogs enjoy the dog park and we rarely see dog poop that isn’t picked up. This is a great family friendly place to live!

The Cortland Flatirons team is one of the best leasing teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Ganza patiently answered questions on the phone with me and helped me seamlessly setup a virtual tour (not to mention he helped me stop panicking that I somehow missed said virtual tour lol); Jordan called to confirm my tour, offering to answer any questions I might have and made suggestions on what to mention during the tour. Lastly, Austin was an absolute delight to work with in terms of getting information about the unit we were interested in, the property as a whole, and about a million other questions I had. He truly has gone above and beyond to give as much information as we need, and he's been so kind and thoughtful during phone conversations and incredibly responsive to email. Been living here for the past 3+ years. It's the perfect location between Denver and Boulder, if you're seeking a quiet neighborhood. The maintenance and cleaning crew maintain the apartment really well. Shout out to Gasper on the maintenance crew for his friendliness, care that goes into his work, and being so sweet to our dog. The office staff is great, they're very responsive and keep us informed about updates being made around the complex. Also, there's a nice view of the flatirons in the distance.

Moved from the East Coast and directly into Cortland Flatirons. This community went above and beyond for us during the time we spent in their community, almost 2 years and lived in 2 different units during our time there! Austin and the staff as a whole was on top of it and whenever maintenance was needed they were quick to get a resolution, unlike some communities which can take multiple days! We were sad to move out of Cortland due to a job relocation but they even make the move out process smooth and easy! I would recommend Cortland as whole to anyone but in particular the Flatirons complex!

Elevator down ALL THE TIME. It is broken at least twice every week in building 2. It is not working as I type this, and was just fixed yesterday from the last time it was broken. Not sure about the other buildings elevators. Work orders get done, but take several days. Air conditioning in the exercise room has been broken for 3 months (all summer). They are more worried about updating empty apartments than fixing things they need to for current residents. Update (January 2023) - They have finally did a major fix on the elevator to where it hasn’t broken down in several months.

ETA: Leasing office is working with us for a resolution! As I mentioned originally, the leasing office is great and I am happy that it’s extending beyond move-in date. Will update review again after we have our new place. The apartment itself is really nice and the leasing agents have been great. However you can hear everything since there’s no carpet or soundproofing. Like it’s bad enough that we’re considering breaking our lease early even though we just moved in this week. I dread coming home because it’s literally constant noise. The tv won’t cover the footsteps unless I realllly turn it up (and that’s just rude to keep it loud). Understandably the people above us are saying it’s not them who is responsible but I can hear them walk to the bathroom, flush the toilet, and walk back to their bedroom and I can hear their bed repeatedly move. Regardless, the fact remains that I can’t get a full night’s sleep without being woken up by footsteps or dripping water in the pipes inside the walls/ceiling. The white

We lived at Cortland for the 2.5 years and only have good things to say! The amenities (pool, gym, study area) are all great. The staff is so kind! The maintenance crew is also so kind and was always so fast to fix things. The area around Cortland is great for walks if you have a dog. I always felt safe walking my dog alone! There is also so many restaurants and stores close by. Overall, our experience with Cortland was the best and we will dearly miss being apart of the community!

I have lived here for a couple of years, and I have really enjoyed it! I feel like a major part of what makes this complex so great (and unique) is the quality of the maintenance staff. They meticulously maintain all the common areas, and are always super quick to respond to maintenance requests. Gaspar V. in particular has been EXTREMELY kind and helpful! just moved to CO less than a month ago and my bf and i couldn’t tour anywhere since it was short notice to move, we decided on cortland flatirons and we are so happy! the staff is so friendly and responsive, maddi has been amazing throughout our moving process!! the amenities are so nice, clean and well kept. the location is unbeatable, so close to everything! the complexes are safe, the apartments are nice / renovated nicely, and there’s a lot of parking spaces. we love it here so far!! I highly recommend living here! the only only downside is I can hear upstairs neighbors sometimes, but I think that’s normal with apartment buildings.

Everyone on staff here has been so helpful and kind, Austin Tomas etc. I toured about 20 places when I moved back and was getting pretty discouraged until I found this one. I also asked a lot of questions prior to move in and they were really patient assisting with all of it. They really went above and beyond with their customer service. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the amenities are always clean as well. There is no noise from neighbors and it feels very safe. I had one maintenence request and they took care of it within 24 hours. Super grateful to have found this spot!

I unexpectedly relocated from Austin, TX to Broomfield for work, and had to pick an apartment sight unseen. From my first conversation and every conversation after, the Cortland Flatirons staff has been amazing! They were thorough and detailed, and made the leasing process seamless. When I got to my move-in date, I was blown away by how nice the amenities and apartments are. They looked nice online, but photos don't do it justice. The complex is well maintained, clean, safe, and amenities are great! The staff, Austin and Chris, were kind, professional, and made the whole process as easy as possible. The flatirons were actually not bad! top 3 places I would move! I am looking to relocate in February due to work. When I visited Courtland Flatirons they were super welcoming and definitely made my list of considerations when I move. Tomas was helpful and very knowledgeable. Chris and Lena, both in management, introduced themselves to me. This was surprising because of all the places I have visited management is no where to be found. The Palermo is the perfect size for me and my cat. I am definitely excited to go back in February for my second tour!

Let me start by saying I have experienced many different living situations and communities and this is by far THE BEST I have ever lived in.The patio is awesome and my pets can sit outside and soak up the sun whenever they want and I don’t have to worry about them getting loose. I can even leave the door open because of how nice the weather is! This place has everything you could possibly want in an apartment complex, especially if you have a dog. There are plenty of paths to go to take them for walks, and if you walk in the right direction, you get a gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance. This area is nice, the residents at this complex and their pets are nice and personable, and the staff in the leasing office really do an incredible job. I had a rocky move-in process (my own fault) and the office worked with me endlessly to ensure I got the apartment of my dreams. I am fortunate and very happy to be here. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I hope someone reads this and makes the decision

I took a tour with Tomas at this complex over the weekend and it is beautiful! All the amenities are fantastic, the pool was super clear and prices are good in comparison to the nearby market. I got to speak with a long term resident and they had only great things to say. Tomas said he was new but he had all the answers to the questions I asked and he led the tour as if he'd been there forever. Looking forward to moving here!

We recently rented a three bedroom apartment here. The overall experience was wondeful. The leasing agent, Arlena was AMAZING!!! She was very friendly, communicative and responsive to all our needs. She happily showed us the property, made a great recommendaton on which particular apartment would have the best views and was just all around pleasant to work with. The apartment itself is clean, renovated and a great place to call home. Overall, we are very pleased and would absolutely do it all over again. This past Friday night I awoke to a chirping smoke detector at 1AM. After an hour of trying to get to sleep I finally called the after hours maintenance. “CHAD” from the maintenance crew responded to my ticket and arrived at 2AM and replaced the detector. I recently toured and can not wait to move into the community! The team is so friendly and is centrally located to everything you need. I toured other apartments but am happy I settled on cortland flatirons.

Me and 2 other girls decided to start renting from this place and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The assistant community manager Chris was really responsive and helpful talking us through the process. The apartments themselves are also cozy, clean, and an overall wonderful place to live! The amenities are a lovely bonus and it is in a prime location, close to the mall and you have many food options. This is a great place to rent!

Great staff, location! Moving here from downtown has been an adjustment, but it definitely feels like a getaway from the downtown scene. The gym at Flatirons is probably my favorite so far! My pup l o v e s the nice long walks and the bark park!

Cortland Flatirons is a lovely place to call home! The onsite staff is super personable and the maintenance is quick to fix small items in my home. The place feels calm and serene with views of the Flatirons. I'm so happy with the location too, you can access Boulder, Denver and Flatirons Mall very easily.

The move-in experience was pretty smooth overall. Magdalena (lLena ) was very attentive and resourceful. She was very friendly from the get go and we even received a personalized gift for the apartment. The maintenance team has also been really attentive . 5 min from Flatirons Mall and old town Louisville! I love the amenities which include a rotating rock wall, rooms to work in that are very quiet, year-round pool, and covered garage parking. The apartments are also really nice - mine has lots of light, no-slam cabinets, and hardwood. Maddy in the office made move in easy and stressfree too when we moved from out of state!

Love this property, it has so much to offer from the sun deck and resort style pool, to 24/7 fitness center, and the wonderful staff that is behind all the cleanliness and great customer service. They have a variety of different floor plans to offer which include stainless steel appliances, like hardwood floors, in suite washer and dryers, and patios. I’m obsessed with the kitchen island and all the cabinet space and color scheme! Highly recommend this place and Lena is amazing. I love her!

I have have an amazing experience living here. From the very beginning when visiting for a tour, the leasing agent, was so helpful, friendly, and genuine. Even after I signed the lease, they continued to answer any questions I had and remembered personal details about me that made me feel I was not 'just another tenant'. Magdalena, the property manager, is also very responsive and ensures at all times her tenants are happy. She works very hard to make sure your concerns are heard and that the apartment complex is spotle.

I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things. I hope he can clean up the mess that was the neglect from previous staff.

So often these days apartment buildings are managed by individuals that do not understand how to manage with class and tact. OneEleven bucks that trend and I am happy to say that everyone here and how they manage is a class act. The concierge individuals are so welcoming and eager to assist, it is just like living at a luxury hotel. This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. My experience at SOVA has been overwhelmingly positive. Moving to a new state can be intimidating, but the office staff was helpful and accommodating. The maintenance crew is always kind and quick to resolve any requests. Plus, the location, amenities, and facilities can’t be beat in my opinion.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and recently renewed for a second year. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes and stunning views, amenities are great and the community is friendly & respectful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues, and when they enter your unit, are always respectful and courteous. I would say the front (Marlene, Gerard & Kenya especially) team are second to none - they always go out of their way to give residents the opportunity absolute best experience and truly make living at Paragon special. We love it here!

We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

The apartment homes and amenities at Powell Grand are exceptional. With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! We recommend all of our friends and family come and tour the property for themselves. You're sure to find friendly, courteous, and professional staff and management. The maintenance of the grounds is outstanding, and we cannot think of a better place to call home!

I consider it great luck that I discovered and was able to secure an apartment in the predecessor to North Forest Apartments when I moved to Wake Forest,, and that my good fortune has continued under the current management. My experience with North Forest has been that it is efficient, friendly and maintains a first class operation. Life is quiet and easy here. Maintenance of the grounds and individual apartments is first class, and when some need occurs the response is rapid and well done. Add to that an amazing location, tucked away amid many trees yet within easy walking distance of a major shopping center, and you have a package hard to beat.

The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

The move-in experience was pretty smooth overall. Bruce was very attentive and resourceful. He was very friendly from the get go and we even received a personalized gift for the apartment. The maintenance team has also been really responsive. We did have some issues moving into the apartment with the air conditioner for the first two weeks, but they also called us a few times to keep us on the loop with the progress to get it fixed. Overall pretty good experience so far and we are very happy with our apartment!

No matter what problem is thrown at Brandon, from Cortland Flatirons maintenance, he shows up with a smile and has the knowledge and skills to fix it. Seriously, guy fixed our smoking oven, stuck shower door and swapped out a soda can sized capacitor that was just about to pop in our air conditioning unit. Brandon and his team keep my apartment in top shape! Fantastic service!

Edit: The current elevator issue got fixed in 3 days. Partial power outage in my newly renovated apartment got fixed in a similar timeframe after 3 groups of handymen come and go. The complex is very nice, maintenance for the apartment comes super fast, and everyone is super friendly and helpful at your presence; except they never pick up your phone and return your message! Elevator is a great deal but seems to break pretty frequently and it does not get fixed very timely.

I've enjoyed the short time (3 months so far) I've been here. Leasing staff is great, apartment (newly renovated) is nice and the property is well kept. Sure, it's expensive (what in Denver isn't nowadays) but it's a good value compared to other apartments around Denver. Maintenance staff is great as well. Brandon is so friendly and I appreciate the great job he does.

We've lived here since June 2021 and really have no complaints! The apartment and appliances are new and everything works well. It is quiet and clean. Maintenance responds in under 24 hours and is very helpful.

We’ve loved our experience at Cortland Flatirons so far! We moved here from out of state in March of 2021. Our unit was HUGE, modern, and mostly updated. We signed a short term lease not knowing how long our stay would be in Colorado but decided to extended both in Colorado and at Cortland Flatirons. They recently opened the clubhouse and gym which is great if you work from home and need a change of scenery or a mid day break. We just moved in our new unit which has updated appliances, all hardwood floors, and modern cabinets and hardware. We love the complex, in addition to Sienna and Shea from the leasing office! Always greeting us with a friendly face. Maintenance always addresses issues in a timely fashion and we can’t wait to see the new pool/hot tub/grill area once renovations are completed!

Great apartment complex, was sad to leave! Apartment was spacious and laid out well, management takes an interest in the upkeep of the property, and maintenance was always responsive. Was pretty bummed out that the gym renovation took as long as it did (esp during winter when I can’t run outside!) and wish they hadn’t added valet trash, but otherwise had a great experience here.

I moved in about 4 months ago and it has been amazing all of the staff is awesome. The grounds are very well maintained by the maintaince team. I love seeing the staff constantly around the property cleaning it up and taking care of the trash. Diego is always helping residents and I always seeing him making small talk and checking on people. Very quiet community.

It would break my heart to have to leave Cortland Flatirons. Between the management team, the maintenance crew, the facilities and location, I've found the perfect place to live: Convenient to Boulder, Denver, the interstates, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, good schools, hospitals, DIA, and there are bike paths galore! You can bike safely on bike paths from this apartment complex all the way to Denver! My review is based on four years of living here. Happily.

We have lived at Cortland Flatirons for 6 years and enjoyed it immensely, leaving to move to AZ recently. The apartment and view we had was amazing. I would attribute our long stay due to the staff, especially Tatiana. She is always so helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We will miss her and all the staff at Cortland.
