By far the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in that I will be extremely reluctant to leave. The front office people are all amazing (especially Austin) and proactive/helpful. The property is always super clean (and safe), and everything is well-maintained. This complex also has the best maintenance team of anywhere I've lived. They are all extremely kind, understanding, and efficient. I am especially fond of Gaspar, who treats all of us like we're an extension of his family. He has dropped everything to come help me during late night maintenance emergencies, and I couldn't be more grateful for him. I love it here!

I cannot begin to stress how amazing the maintenance team is here at Cortland Flatirons! We’ve had all sort of requests from things as small as fixing some weather stripping and as large as major water leaks/damage from the unit above. Requests are always addressed in a timely manner and completed with care and positive attitude. I’d like to give a special shout out to Chad, as he has come in for majority of our requests and has always been extremely helpful! Thank you again Cortland Flatirons maintenance for fixing things so quickly and safely!

Recently had a great experience with our maintenance guy, Gasper! We had a leak in our closet and bathroom and he was able to make all of the repairs within one week. We appreciate his hard work and friendliness, and he made the best out of the situation.

Austin from the leasing office is one of a kind! He helped make my move-in process seamless and was always willing to help in any way he could. He even went above his job expectations to help my husband and I with receiving and securely storing our car keys after our vehicles arrived from out of state as we were not home at the time of delivery. He is truly an amazing person and helps make Cortland Flatirons a better place for residents!

I have had an amazing experience living here. Austin is absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind, professional, and helpful! I initially submitted my leaving notice due to a change of plans, but when I ended up changing my mind, Austin was extremely understanding. Instead of making things difficult, he went above and beyond to help me coordinate and find other apartment options. On top of the great management, the maintenance team here is super fast and responsive. Everything runs so smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

We've been residents here for over three years and genuinely have zero complaints. That's saying something. The community is quiet and well-kept, both inside the buildings and throughout the property grounds. One of our favorite things is the network of concrete trails around the property where you can take a walk and soak in views of the Flatirons. It's a small touch that makes a big difference day to day. The front office staff are consistently responsive and helpful. Austin in particular always makes time to answer questions and follow through. Maintenance is equally impressive. Gasper and Chad resolve tickets quickly and keep everything running smoothly. They also never miss an opportunity to give our dog some attention, which says a lot about the kind of people who work here. The amenities genuinely stand out. The common work area is one of the better ones we've seen in any apartment complex, and having a rentable event space is a nice bonus. The pool and hot tub are well-maintained, and the gym cover

He’s super pleasant and calm, has handled a couple of repair requests with ease and efficiency, and has been very kind and considerate. A++ service!

Thank you CHAD for the great assistance you provide the Cortland Flatiron Community. We are so grateful for your attentiveness that allows us to feel safe and cared for. I've lived here 10 years and never has a maintenance order not been received, and corrected within hours.
