Recently had a great experience with our maintenance guy, Gasper! We had a leak in our closet and bathroom and he was able to make all of the repairs within one week. We appreciate his hard work and friendliness, and he made the best out of the situation.

Austin from the leasing office is one of a kind! He helped make my move-in process seamless and was always willing to help in any way he could. He even went above his job expectations to help my husband and I with receiving and securely storing our car keys after our vehicles arrived from out of state as we were not home at the time of delivery. He is truly an amazing person and helps make Cortland Flatirons a better place for residents!

I have had an amazing experience living here. Austin is absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind, professional, and helpful! I initially submitted my leaving notice due to a change of plans, but when I ended up changing my mind, Austin was extremely understanding. Instead of making things difficult, he went above and beyond to help me coordinate and find other apartment options. On top of the great management, the maintenance team here is super fast and responsive. Everything runs so smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

We've been residents here for over three years and genuinely have zero complaints. That's saying something. The community is quiet and well-kept, both inside the buildings and throughout the property grounds. One of our favorite things is the network of concrete trails around the property where you can take a walk and soak in views of the Flatirons. It's a small touch that makes a big difference day to day. The front office staff are consistently responsive and helpful. Austin in particular always makes time to answer questions and follow through. Maintenance is equally impressive. Gasper and Chad resolve tickets quickly and keep everything running smoothly. They also never miss an opportunity to give our dog some attention, which says a lot about the kind of people who work here. The amenities genuinely stand out. He’s super pleasant and calm, has handled a couple of repair requests with ease and efficiency, and has been very kind and considerate. A++ service!

We moved here a few months ago and absolutely love it. It is located in a quiet area. The grounds are well kept. If we have to call maintenance they are at our apartment within a few hours. Staff is so friendly and always try their best to help. The pool is amazing. Our dogs enjoy the dog park and we rarely see dog poop that isn’t picked up. This is a great family friendly place to live!
