I love living in these apartments. From the quiet area to the amazing rent oftice. Ms. Angela is so sweet, patient and kind hearted women I know that work there. If you have any problems before telling you No, she will at least try. I will be definitely be renewing my lease..

I like it here. It is quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great and maintenance & office is fantastic. :) The only issue is the Wifi. It is very spotty and choppy and I cannot work since I work from home. The issue is that we pay an above average amount and when you ask the wifi provider if they can compensate since the wifi was unusable they say no. Unfortunately, you cannot opt out so you have to pay the $60+ a month. This does not help when I am working late at 10p and nothing is open. This leaves me with paying double for wifi to just work daily. I have to renew my lease soon so I am hoping that the wifi can be optional since that is my biggest problem I see

Darrean has been phenomenal to work with. He has gone out of his way to answer questions and assist us. The manager and staff have all been friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Upon move-in there were a few issues but with communication, they have been or currently being addressed. Again, thank you to the staff! The location is fabulous to local places as well as convenient to the interstate and surrounding areas. The gated community here allows you to have an added layer of security as well. If you are looking for a place to live and need an apartment, definitely put Cortland Druid Hills on your list and ask for Darrean!

We moved in about a month ago. And so far the leasing office and maintainence team has been swift with responding to all of our requests within a timely manner. Neighborhood feels welcoming and safe.

Today I visited with my daughter to look for her first apartment. Leasing agent Markeetha, helped to make our visit amazing. She exhibited patience and was very knowledgeable in her explanation and the tour. Thank you for all that you do!!!!
