Update, still love it here. Wi-Fi is still a challenge sometimes but its better. I would much prefer to purchase my own Wi-Fi but it is what it is. I like that maintenance is quick and a front office staff are pleasant. I love everything about the apartment but the wifi is horrific. They credited us 1 week of wifi because of a major outage in March. But that doesn't address how the wifi goes in and out daily. On the days I work from home, I have to turn on my cell phone's hot spot to get anything done.

I’ve been residing in this complex for about 2 years now and it is honestly a breath of fresh air! As a new resident to the community I feel extremely safe here! It’s very peaceful. I am safe to walk around the community at night without the fear of being harmed. I love how the gates work and when there are a few bad apples that mess it up they are absolutely on top of fixing. The staff that are available on site are very warm and kind to everyone. The staff actually listen to our concerns even when it comes to the internet and does their due diligence to reach out to the servicing company for correcting. I love our community events that are hosted every so often. It’s really nice to be able to mingle with my neighbors and exchange a few laughs and stories. You honestly would be disappointed moving here! It’s family friendly as well as adult inclusive which I love as a single. The community is so pet friendly seeing everyone walk their pups. Would absolutely recommend. Definitely come by to visit!

Shawn is an amazing maintenance man. He’s typically the only one who responds to our maintenance needs and every time he walks in with a smile on his face and a solution for our issues. Even if he doesn’t have a solution at the time he is very transparent about what he will try to do and what to expect. He’s extremely personable and respectful. I’ve been living here for 3 years and he’s the best maintenance man we’ve had yet. Thank you for your great work Shawn!

I toured the apartments and was impressed by how nice and clean everything was. The grounds were well maintained, with no trash in sight. I stopped one of the maintenance team members Deshawn to ask about the apartments, and he was very knowledgeable and kind. It’s definitely a great location with a peaceful, secluded feel. Overall, a great touring experience!
