Mrs. Angela Brownlee-Holley and her team are amazing. They consistently provide such a high level of service and care to everyone who walks through their doors. In a time where it’s hard to find genuine customer service and real connection, I’ve never experienced anything less than top-tier care here. You can truly feel that they care about their residents. The community is always clean and welcoming, which means a lot to me. No matter what day or time I stop by, the attention and care I receive—and see others receive—is unmatched. That alone is why I’m renewing my lease. If you’re looking for a place to call home, Druid Hills-Cortland is definitely it. The location is perfect—everything you need is close by, from stores to restaurants. You really can’t beat it. When I think of Druid Hills-Cortland, I think of comfort, peace, community, and family. It truly feels like home, and the Cortland team always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of.

Darrean has been phenomenal to work with. He has gone out of his way to answer questions and assist us. The manager and staff have all been friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Upon move-in there were a few issues but with communication, they have been or currently being addressed. Again, thank you to the staff! The location is fabulous to local places as well as convenient to the interstate and surrounding areas. The gated community here allows you to have an added layer of security as well. If you are looking for a place to live and need an apartment, definitely put Cortland Druid Hills on your list and ask for Darrean!

I recently visited Elme Druid Hills Apartments for a tour and was pleased with the overall experience. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment units I viewed were spacious, with plenty of natural light. The sign-up process has been smooth so far, and Dominique was exceptionally helpful—she answered all my questions patiently and made sure every detail was explained clearly. Her professionalism and kindness made the process comfortable and stress-free. One minor issue I experienced was with the AI automated phone system, which made it difficult to connect with the leasing office on multiple occasions. However, once I visited in person, all the issues were promptly resolved, and the experience from that point onward was excellent. Overall, my experience at Elme Druid Hills is positive. The community feels well-managed, and the staff’s professionalism stands out. I may revisit and update this review in the future if anything changes.

I have some friends that are moving in from out of town and this is the one that they were interested in. They meet up with Dominque that went over and beyond in showing them available apartments. Exceeding their expectations when they didn’t even have an appointment. I went and met up with Markeetha. Extremely helpful and gave me all the details to get them started. Overall both Dominque and Markeetha were a joy to meet and I can’t wait to see them again when I visit my friends. Thank you so much ELME.

Just moved out after living there for 2 years. Overall, the community and location were great, the base rent price was pretty reasonable, the units were acceptable, and the office and maintenance staff were great. I especially loved the scenery and safety around the community. The neighbors were friendly and there were lots of dog lovers. This is the only apartment that I've ever renewed a lease at, so that's a plus. As far as negatives, the units are outdated. After initially moving in, I suddenly had buyers remorse because the units are so cheap and I really don’t live the old painted cabinets that they have throughout the unit. However, despite that, I ended up liking my unit for the most part. The AC always worked great, too. I also don’t like the ever growing list of fees and add-ons. They have almost three hundred dollars worth the fees and mandatory add-ons that they tack on to your base rent. But anyway, shout out to Sarah at the front office and Landis with the maintenance team. They're both the grea

I have been an occupant here at Elme Druid Hills for 2 years. I have enjoyed my time here and actually saddened to leave. Location has been great. Leasing Manager - Angelia Holley has been above and beyond with her customer service as well as leasing agent Darren Williams. I’ve had no issues with security, maintenance or even pests is the apartment, a very clean, quiet and healthy experience. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Hi Angelia, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Darrean for his exceptional sense of urgency and dedication in addressing the leak issue in my unit. Yesterday, around 11 AM, I visited the office concerned because I had not heard from maintenance or the contractors. I spoke with Darrean, who immediately took action and kept me informed throughout the process. Within two hours, the vendors were at my unit, thanks to his prompt response. I am incredibly appreciative of Darrean's efforts. He recognized my frustration and took swift action to resolve the issue. His professionalism and work ethic are truly commendable. The front office is terrific: the official fireplace inspection was delayed (outside their control), but Darrean sent a maintenance worker to inspect my fireplace so I could have a fire in the fireplace for Thanksgiving! Fantastic! Thank you for going above and beyond, Darrean!! [My prior review: They just hired Landis for the maintenance team, and he is OUTSTANDING!! He was respectful, professional and did an amazing job replacing my hot water heater! I have lived here since 2012 and have loved it! It is quiet, the trees are lovely and I have been blessed with great neighbors throughout 12 years! My only worry is rent increases.]

I typically do not write reviews. However, I had to write a review about my extraordinary experience with Mr. J (the head of the maintenance department). I had a lot going on (my kitchen light and AC were not working) for about three days. The maintenance department is usually fast and reliable but they were short-staffed so I gave them grace for the late response to my work-order ticket. However, once maintenance entered my apartment, they fixed everything in less than 2 hours. Mr. J was so personable, he even gave me some tips and advice for other appliances/devices which was so helpful! I am grateful because everything is working now.

I believe this a great community in North Druid Hills. I have been at this community in the last 2 years. Ever since Elme took over everything has been great so far. The last two years at these apartments have been an overall positive experience. I am shocked at the value for how much rent costs! I was in a 2 bed / 2 bath and used the second room as a home office - it was perfect! There was property management change last year, so they seem to be still transitioning and working out kinks in communication which seems common in my experience with apartments. If you love privacy and nature, I highly recommend a unit toward the back of the complex facing the woods. Lots of kudzu and a resident barred owl. No issues with bugs, maintenance is very attentive, parking plentiful, and neighbors keep to themselves. Love that food trucks come on a regular basis too! Only one issue with car break ins while I was there and it was when the gate was broken. It seemed like an anomaly because it feels very safe otherwise. Only issue I had to report was marijuana smells coming into my apartment through the dryer vents from neighbors - also would get pretty strong outside. Once reported, the
