moved out this weekend after 3 years here, Ricky at maintenance always took care of me and filled out any request promptly and professionally. Ashley at the front desk was always helpful and kind. great place to live and even better staff.

Overall this is a great community - excellent customer service, prompt attention to maintenance requests. We hadnt lived in an apartment for over 20 years and moved here from out of state. We needed an apartment while looking for a house-this community has been a great place for our in between time.

Best apartment I’ve lived in! The community here is so friendly and kind. Neighbors waving as we walk passed each other, kids playing soccer on the field, and grandpas grilling steak outside... my husband and I and loved living here! We’ve been here almost a year and we’ve never had any issues with anything. Parking is NEVER a hassle. We have two cars; one goes in an assigned spot, and the other in a free spot. The front office staff are quick in responding and always willing to work with you. The maintenance team is the absolute best! We’ve had a few issues with some appliances, but they were accommodating and quick in handling it. We love Cortland Chandler Crossing!

Great management from amy and Ricky. Extremely nice and friendly people. Nice to know such happy and positive people that love doing their job. Love how they maintain the property nice and clean and running smooth.

Wonderful property. I just moved here a couple of months ago from San Diego. First time moving out of state and from the time I first called to ask about the property to my move in day, the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. The maintenance team is also awesome. I’ve had a few things I needed fixed since I’ve moved and they are on it within 24 hours of my request and always come in the time frame I give. Very happy with my experience here so far. Would definitely recommend this place to move in.

I moved to Arizona in 2011 and have moved to many apartment complexes over the years and this one is by far the best experience I’ve had yet! Thank you for all you do and making me feel at home! My wife and I absolutely love it!!! Everyone have accommodated us and explained everything. It is easy to navigate with their portal. Maintenance is super quick and i love there pet policy!. I love that there gym is spacious and has different variety of workout machines.I Forgot to mention, Sonya has been exceptional with addressing our issues as they arise, she has been thorough and makes me and my wife feel at home.

We have only lived here for a few months. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff as a whole are amazing. Highly recommended.
