Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. We submitted a service request, thinking it would be looked at during regular business hours. Instead, Ricky exceeded all expectations and within an hour of submitting the request he was fixing the issue and ensured we had a home that was properly cooling. The entire maintenance team has been friendly and quick to help in our 8 months of living here. Thank you, Ricky!

I have been a Cortland resident for over three years and just recently moved to Cortland Chandler Crossing. When I arrived to the property on the day of my move Amy had everything ready and listened to every concern I had and request for my new home. Ricky (maintenance manager) came to the rescue to fix the very minor issues I personally had with a few things. The next two days I had a few other request and Ricky never hesitated to jump on the task immediately, showing up at my door 7:30 sharp when I just had put the request in an hour earlier. Throughout all my request he never made me feel annoying or like I was asking for too much. I appreciate the level of service the team brought as we all know how stressful moving can be. I don't have her name but I want to say Sarah? She was the initial contact I had when doing my transfer paperwork and she also was such a pleasure to work with. Chandler Crossings has a great team and I look forward to living here and remaining a Cortland resident. Thank you all!!!!!!

If I could give Ricky A. ( Service Manager) 10 stars, I would! He is professional, knowledgeable, and gets to work right away. He takes the time to explain the issue clearly and makes sure it's fixed correctly the first time. He quickly took care of the problem with our upstairs water heater, and his expertise really shows. Ricky is the only technician I trust to fix things right the first time. He is hardworking, dedicated, and has earned my respect through his excellent service and commitment to doing the job right. He truly deserves a raise! Thank you for the outstanding service.

It’s a great apartment community—clean, well-maintained, and all the staff are polite, friendly, and welcoming. The maintenance service is excellent, and Ricki is especially great—very prompt and makes sure everything is taken care of from start to finish.

Last night around 8pm our AC was not blowing cold air and so logged in the ticket and within the hour Ricky was here to look at the issue and immediately got on the roof and replaced the capacitor and fixed the issue. Highly recommend this guy as he has helped us on several occasions before. Do whatever you can to keep this guy and acknowledge him and praise. Thanks.

This apartment complex is awesome! Very well equipped with day to day needs. All the workers who maintain the complex regularly, a big thanks to all of them how much of their efforts, visibly make a pleasant experience for all of us living here. We have so many friends family visit us and no one can deny they haven’t seen any apartment complex of this kind. Also As a resident, no matter for what issues we opened ticket in the past they are very quick to send the resource. Ricky has always been very quick in fixing all our issues. We always appreciate his expertise.

Lived in two separate apartments under this complex, rooms were very spacious and the interiors are quite nice definitely worth the price. Pet friendly with a beautiful yard, fountain and pool even a decently good gym for an apartment. Most don't even have machines to offer but this one does, I usually use their gym when I'm too lazy to travel to mine. Its a nice apartment complex, I do recommend! Especially for families living near Schools or have places thats a walk away,

I have been at Cortland Chandler Crossing for 10 months now, and I can't say enough about the place. Most recently, the compressor on my air conditioning unit went out, and in less than 24 hours, the maintenance department had ordered a new part and replaced the old one. All other repair requests have also been addressed in less than 24 hours. It is comforting to be so well taken care of.
