I have been at Cortland Chandler Crossing for 10 months now, and I can't say enough about the place. Most recently, the compressor on my air conditioning unit went out, and in less than 24 hours, the maintenance department had ordered a new part and replaced the old one. All other repair requests have also been addressed in less than 24 hours. It is comforting to be so well taken care of.

We have enjoyed living here for over a year now and just renewed our lease. Finding Apartments that are actually worth the cost these days is very challenging but Cortland has been a godsend. It's gated, beautiful pool and gym, close to several place and on bus routes. Close to schools. The office staff are friendly and the community room is very nice for hangouts. The units are spacious and they are very quick to fix things when needed right away. Shout out to Ricky and Richard (the two R's as you guys said 🤣) for fixing my microwave same day and air filter replacement at the same time.

I have been living here for two years. Every time we have a maintenance request entered in the smartphone App, Ricky shows up in no time, perform perfect job fixing any types of issues, and explain why/how it happened and what he has done to fix it. This community has the security that my family wants. I dropped my car keys out of my pocket without realizing it, when I went to pick up the mail. The next day I found my keys taped to the wall by the mailboxes. UPDATE: We have lived here almost 5 years. We just resigned for 18 months. In the time we have lived here, the A/C has been replaced 4 times (not our fault). That, alone would be financially disastrous. Didn't cost me a penny. Anytime I need any maintenance, Ricky & Jose respond the same day. UPDATE 2: We have now lived here 6 years, and the community continues to excel as a place to live comfortably. Ricky continues to be awesome. Jose left, and now Ricky is the only maintenance person. He responds within 24 hours, and usually the same day. He's on-call 24/7. You need to get him some help -- he looks exhausted.

I'm well into my third year living at Cortland Chandler and it has been a great experience. Being a smaller community than most complexes, the office and maintenance team know everyone and it's easy to get to know your neighbors. The property is well maintained with lots of mature trees, water features and green space. The pool is nicer than some resorts! The front office team is always willing to help and the maintenance team has been top notch since day one. I love my apartment and I love living here!

I have lived at Cortland Chandler Crossing now for 2.5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the property, my unit, the staff, the maintenance team. Everything has been so great. The pool is by far the best feature about the property in my opinion. This place has been home for me, yet somehow has also felt like I'm living at a 5 star resort. I've loved it here. I just switched to a new job far away from Chandler, so I'm having to move. It has been so hard finding a new apartment complex, because I've been so spoiled at Cortland. It is really a great place to live. Safe area, clean and beautiful property, walking distance from anything you could need. Also, shoutout to Jimmie. He puts on so many fun events for the residents, like our Poppi Party yesterday. Anyway, 10/10 recommend Cortland to anyone looking :)

I moved in one month ago and this place has been nothing short of incredible. From Day 1, Jimmie was incredible at welcoming us into the property. The apartment is beautiful inside and out, the amenities are identical to a 5 star luxury resort, and the property even has small bunnies and birds that give it a charming touch. Ricky and Jose on the maintenance team were also incredible, responding to an issue with my dishwasher within an hour of me placing a request, and even gave helpful tips. Overall, Cortland Chandler Crossing has been an exceptional place to live!

I've been at Cortland Chandler Crossing for over two years and I love it. The team here is fantastic, especially Amy in the front office! They know the residents and the amazing maintenance team of Jose and Ricky have been the same for years. If anything comes up, they are right here for you. The grounds are lovely with mature trees and water features. I love that there are many grills and shady spots to entertain. I feel safe with the 24/7 gates and the community awareness here. This is not a HUGE community which makes it that much more easy to make friends and get the care/maintenance it deserves. Moreover, the layout of my larger 1BR is so cute and I use the actual dining room as my office. I have no plans to leave unless life throws a curveball! I highly recommend for singles, retirees, small families.

This is a great apartment complex with respectful neighbors and located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the highway. Leasing office employs the nicest agents and managers of anywhere I’ve lived and there are food trucks, events, etc. throughout the month.

I've been at Cortland Chandler Crossing for over two years and I love it. The team here is fantastic! They know the residents and the maintenance team has been the same for years. If anything comes up, they are right here for you. The grounds are lovely with mature trees and water features. I love that there are many grills and shady spots to entertain. I feel safe with the 24/7 gates and the community awareness here. This is not a HUGE community which makes it that much more easy to make friends and get the care/maintenance it deserves. Moreover, the layout of my larger 1BR is so cute and I use the actual dining room as my office. I have no plans to leave unless life throws a curveball! I highly recommend for singles, retirees, small families.

I had such a great experience living here. All the staff, including maintenance people are so great. Pretty efficient when it came to repairs. Areas are so clean at all times. Pool gets cleaned all year around and is pretty peaceful. I never had issues with any neighbors and since is a small community it feels like everyone takes care of you. Gym is clean and good equipment. I lived there for 14 months. Unfortunately I had to move because my commute to work. Best place I had ever lived at. Super safe! Never lost a package or felt like I needed to worry about my belongings.

The Cortland Chandler Crossing community is absolutely a fantastic place to live. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a fabulous pool area. The front office staff and maintenance team really care about every resident and they take pride in their work. This is my third year living here and I can't imagine why I'd leave. If I had to relocate for some reason, I'd live in a Cortland community!

I have lived in other local apartment communities, and Cortland Chandler Crossing is the first one that has felt like a home for me. The management genuinely cares about the residents, and maintenance goes overboard to make certain any issues are solved quickly and with a smile. Loved it here so much, I’m moving back a second time, after moving out of state. Excellent staff & maintenance, always professional, well run property. Very respectful quiet neighbors, this is where adults live and therefore, this is not a loud party place. Lots of families here with kids but they are respectful.

I am giving 5 stars only because there is no 6th star for the Google review. This apartment deserves more than a full score. The team, especially Michael, is just beyond expectation and satisfaction. I just moved to AZ one month ago and had lots of things to ship before my arrival here. Michael helped me put all the arrived packages into the apartment for me when they arrived. He responded to almost every email within 10 mins. TBH, I could not ask for anything better, and it is an amazing experience!

Cortland Chandler Crossing is a great apartment community to live in. The office staff is wonderful, especially Michael C., who has a wonderful and welcoming personality. Michael goes above and beyond helping you if any issues arise. It has been an easy move in process, which is nice when moving from out of state is a very stressful process. I highly recommend living at Cortland Chandler Crossing, the apartments have been redone and look amazing inside and the grounds are nice and well maintained. If you need someone to help you through the process of leasing an apartment here, Michael is definitely your go to.

Living at Cortland Chandler Crossing has been great. I have lived here for a few years and just moved into a newly renovated apartment which is beautiful and they made the move easy. I like the location of these apartments as well as the pool and many available grilling areas. The office staff is super nice and maintenance requests get taken care of SUPER fast.

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

I feel connected to the energy of the city but inside my well-equipped unit is a quiet sanctuary. From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

In the 3 years I have lived here, my apartment has been comfortable and maintained in perfect condition. Repairs are made quickly. My electric bill stays lower than I anticipated. The kitchen is just the right size for me. I'm happy.

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and recently renewed for a second year. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes and stunning views, amenities are great and the community is friendly & respectful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues, and when they enter your unit, are always respectful and courteous. I would say the front (Marlene, Gerard & Kenya especially) team are second to none - they always go out of their way to give residents the opportunity absolute best experience and truly make living at Paragon special. We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

The community staff has been nothing but caring and attentive. As a single mom with a teenager, I feel safe. I like how the community is well maintained. Having moved here from a previous gated home community, I don’t feel I am missing much of what I had before. The apartment layout works perfectly in the two bedroom setup. I have plenty of room and the neighbors are mindful and quiet. The community itself is quiet and safe. We are still in the same school district as before and close to everything we were used to. Although we downsized in space, I don’t feel we downsized in amenities. It truly has that resort like feel minus the room service. I am truly enjoying being here.

I see a drastic change in the experience once new management has taken over the office. The service requests are assessed within a few days. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

Very content here at 625 Broadeay . The maintenance / custodial staff are diligent and do a great job of keeping things running smoothly . The office staff Kim / Vae / Fabian are also readily available and we have good communication as to any residential needs . This apartment complex is one of the best places I have lived from west coast to east coast. Monty is at a prime location in North Charleston as it is about 15 minutes anything you could want to do in the Charleston area. It’s located right across the highway from Tanger Outlets, Top Golf, and axe throwing. In the opposite direction you can head down to park circle and go to all the amazing restaurants and breweries. Also, this is a great place for military members as you are about 15 to 20 minutes from both military bases in the area. Finally the cherry on top for me at Monty was that the Wi-Fi, it is included in the rent and is usable throughout the entire complex

Best apartment I’ve lived in! The community here is so friendly and kind. Neighbors waving as we walk passed each other, kids playing soccer on the field, and grandpas grilling steak outside... my husband and I and loved living here! We’ve been here almost a year and we’ve never had any issues with anything. Parking is NEVER a hassle. We have two cars; one goes in an assigned spot, and the other in a free spot. The front office staff are quick in responding and always willing to work with you. The maintenance team is the absolute best! We’ve had a few issues with some appliances, but they were accommodating and quick in handling it. We love Cortland Chandler Crossing!

Wonderful property. I just moved here a couple of months ago from San Diego. First time moving out of state and from the time I first called to ask about the property to my move in day, the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. The maintenance team is also awesome. I’ve had a few things I needed fixed since I’ve moved and they are on it within 24 hours of my request and always come in the time frame I give. Very happy with my experience here so far. Would definitely recommend this place to move in.
