Living at Cortland I had no complaints! I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Units are clean and if any repairs were needed they were quick to fix them and very responsive. Stephanie was great when taking me on a tour and very helpful with both the moving in and out process!

We lived at Cortland Broomfield for 3 years and while we are moving out, it simply is for location reasons. Our time here has been great, everything from the staff to maintenance response time was professional and above industry standards. Unlike most apartments they fix things like elevators, pool issues, and amenity related issues in a very timely manner rather than just closing them. This review is to thank the people that put the effort in to ensure the community stays in good condition. Thank you!

Casey with maintenance at Cortland Broomfield has been great to work with. Very professional, responsive, and always on top of communication throughout every service call. Casey does an excellent job coordinating maintenance needs, making sure vendors have the information needed, and helping everything run smoothly on site. It’s always appreciated working with someone who is organized, respectful, and proactive. Definitely one of the better maintenance professionals to work alongside.

I’ve only lived in Coulton@Cortland for one week and I had a workorder in because one of my kitchen drawers wasn’t closing and it actually ended up taking three different times because it was a broken board inside and Vlad had it fixed in no time. He was so polite and then he came back and installed a closet rod in my hall closet the same day even when I was gone. it was all done when I came back Thank you Vlad

Court land is Best, I love how the staff treats you with respect and they’re so nice to you. Stephanie is the best. She is so nice she made my day. another person is Abigail. Abigail is so nice to you. She always has a smile on her face no matter what occasion it is. Another person is Alyssa. She is the most amazing manager at Cortland. She is the nicest person that I’ve ever met at a Cortland guest I guarantee you should go to Cortland Broomfield. It’s a cozy, relaxing amazing. Comfortable space.

Finally a professional, well run apartment complex. Rental period for 16 months with great service, all phone calls answered promptly from the main office and area kept clean. Regular messages on events at the location and upon moving out transparent billing and communication. High five to office personnel who were always friendly and helpful.

After living at another apartment complex that flooded multiple times within the first month of living there my fiancé and I decided to reach out to Cortland Broomfield. We ended up speaking with Alyssa and from the get go she was so helpful and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. We were fortunate enough to move in that weekend. Alyssa made us feel heard throughout the whole process and was an amazing point of contact to guide us through our transition. We feel like if we needed to reach out for anything today, her and the rest of the Cortland Broomfield staff would take care of us. Cortland Broomfield and the team is amazing!

Overall my unit for the price point is great! Maintenance always took care of request promptly and always greeted with a friendly hello whenever I'd see them. The grounds themselves are well-kept also. The downtown Arista area is charming, but expensive for dinners. The Keg house is great though, and perhaps my favorite piece in the neighborhood. The notable drawbacks for me was the lack of identity the community has. Besides a few friendly nods when walking by, I never got to know my neighbors that well over my 17 months here. There has also been a multiude of construction projects taking place in the area, which is a bit noisy, but more frustratingly has been wreaking havoc on the Xfinity service for the last 3 months at least. Cars have also been broken into and stolen, including my own had items stolen from it -- though this is a more widespread Denver metro issue perhaps, and not unique here. Overall the experience was pleasant, and I'd recommend to folks interested in Arista, or the larger Broomfield ar

Its almost 10months we, me and my husband we are staying in Cortland Broomfield and we love this community. Very peaceful, safe and accessible to bus station. Never faced any issue with the staff infact they are amazing and really helpful especially Stephanie, she helped us alot in all the process. If you are planning to stay with family, you can trust this place for its safety and facilities. We have being within this Cortland community from last 3 years.( firstly Cortland Westminster for more than 2yrs and then Broomfield) No wonder we love them!

I wish I could leave this place 10 stars. When looking for my first ever location to live on my own in 47 years, and after investigating over 50 properties throughout NW Denver into Boulder, I settled on Courtland Broomfield and Cortland Flatirons as my #1 & #2 choices. And all I can say, after two weeks of calling Courtland Broomfield my Home, all I can say is I couldn't be happier or more impressed with every last detail of this property. I could write a book about the cleanliness, how safe and secure I feel, the amenities, the off the charts awesome neighbors, and most of all, the Very Good people who worked tirelessly to get me in here and make me feel like an absolute King with a capital "K".
