We moved from another apartment and within 3 weeks of living here, I feel the need to share what a lovely experience we have had living here already. Leasing staff has been attentive and quick to help, maintenance requests are prompt and thorough, and the community is well kept and quiet. Just wanted to share kudos to all of the staff and how happy we are to have picked Cortland Broomfield to call home!

I've had a great experience living here!! The property is always clean, well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. What really stands out is the management team; they do an excellent job keeping the community running smoothly. It's obvious they take pride in the property and work hard to make it a great place to live.

I recently moved into this community and have had no complaints. Something came up last night that i have to make note of. My air conditioning went out around 9:30 pm last night. I’m on the top floor and it’s been brutally hot every single day so i was worried I’d be waiting until Monday for repair. I called the 24 hr maintenance line to put in a service request. I had a guy knocking on my door within 15 min of that call. He stayed for an hour and a half and Made sure it was running properly before he left. He was professional, helpful and apologetic (he didn’t need to apologize for anything). Ive lived in a few apartment complexes over the years. The Swiftness of the response Is incredibly impressive And supports the high rating that this complex has on Google. Thank you, thank you thank you for getting on it so quickly. It’s the next morning and everything is still running great. This is probably the best complex I’ve ever lived in.

We lived here for 8 months and overall loved it. We probably would have renewed our lease if we weren’t moving out of state. Our unit was spacious and had a great layout- moving here from a house, we loved how it didn’t feel like an apartment. Some of the finish work wasn’t great but not a huge deal. It was very quiet- you couldn’t hear anyone next to you and could barely hear the people above you on occasion. The leasing office was always super helpful and responded quickly to emails and messages. We needed maintenance one time when our A/C wasn’t working and they were there to fix it within the hour. The area felt super safe and there never seemed to be any issues. Plenty of sidewalks all around which was convenient to walk or run. One complaint is other people in the complex not picking up after their dogs. There was always dog poop lying around outside and even inside on the carpet sometimes. I’ve lived in the Cortland Broomfield apartments for the past 5 months and here’s the good and bad. Good - maintenance is fast and responsive - Pool is always open - Clean buildings - Gym is well equipped - Community events are fun - AC and heating work well - Parking is usually not an issue Bad - Gym AC does not work and is always 80+ degrees in the room - Charges you a 5% convenience fee to pay your monthly bill - Payment system does not give a breakdown of bill and there are always random charges

The service here in general is fantastic. Maintenance requests have always been super fast, and Alyssa and Abigail have been wonderful at the leasing office as well!

Living at Cortland I had no complaints! I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Units are clean and if any repairs were needed they were quick to fix them and very responsive. Stephanie was great when taking me on a tour and very helpful with both the moving in and out process!

We lived at Cortland Broomfield for 3 years and while we are moving out, it simply is for location reasons. Our time here has been great, everything from the staff to maintenance response time was professional and above industry standards. Unlike most apartments they fix things like elevators, pool issues, and amenity related issues in a very timely manner rather than just closing them. This review is to thank the people that put the effort in to ensure the community stays in good condition. Thank you!

Casey with maintenance at Cortland Broomfield has been great to work with. Very professional, responsive, and always on top of communication throughout every service call. Casey does an excellent job coordinating maintenance needs, making sure vendors have the information needed, and helping everything run smoothly on site. It’s always appreciated working with someone who is organized, respectful, and proactive. Definitely one of the better maintenance professionals to work alongside.
