Kristen is absolutely amazing! She was so polite and sweet from the beginning to end in the tour process. She let us explore the clubhouse while we waited. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had. And it felt like she genuinely cared about taking care of guests and making sure they find exactly what they are looking for. I have rented at another Cortland property before and the staff is amazing. So I definitely would love to come back to Cortland for sure.

I’ve been at Cortland Brackenridge for the past two years and I can’t begin to describe how great of a community this place is. The office staff is the friendliest you’ll find in the area and maintenance truly takes care of you. This place is like a hidden gem and it truly shows. The employees will go above and beyond for their residents and they truly care. It’s hard to find that these days. The location is perfect. It’s right down the street from the Pearl. It’s also close by to museums, the zoo, grocery stores, and many more. If you’re on the fence about deciding between nearby apartments, I would highly recommend to choose Cortland Breckenridge as your new home. You won’t regret it.

I was attracted to Cortland Brackenridge initially due to the amazing reviews and after seeing the place and living there, the reviews certainly lived up. They are located so close to the Pearl and I particularly loved running on all the trails that are right next to cortland. The maintenance team is SO nice and quick to respond to any issues. The front office staff go above and beyond serving the community and are always smiling every time I walked in. Management can truly make or break even the most luxurious apartments and here, the management exceeded all expectations. I always felt safe living here and truly recommend. If we hadn’t found our dream home we would have renewed a third time!!

Great community that is centrally located in San Antonio. The office team is extremely helpful and very responsive. My dog and I have lived here for a few months and love the on site dog park and proximity to Brackenridge park, less than a 15 minute walk away.

LOVE this place. My husband is in the military and after looking all over San Antonio, we’re so blessed to have found this gem. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful and the maintenance team is some of the BEST customer service I have ever received. Everything is so clean and beautiful. The dog park is amazing.. I could go on and on about all the other amenities being just as fabulous. I’m not sure how long we will be here but I’m really going to miss this place when we leave. I recently moved out from there, but if anything was to be highlighted it would be Adrian from maintenance! His response time is super fast and he will make sure you are happy with your repair. He will also help welcome you and goes above and beyond! I had a package delivered on the wrong side of which door I enter and didn’t know it had arrived, but Adrian saw and notified me. As far as front office Kristen and Rick are the best. We always had packages delivered to the front office purposefully and Rick would always be happy to notify us when it arrived. He was even faster at notifying us than Amazon was when they delivered. Kristen is the sweetest and so patient and kind. I will miss living here.

Rent is a little steeper than I am comfortable with, but there are many amenities. Pcsing in the military is already hard enough but both Susan and Rick helped me make my transition from overseas to San Antonio so much better! Fort Sam Houston is located 8 mins away from this apartment complex and makes travel time to work super easy!! Not to mention the complex is almost walking distance from all fine establishments 10\10 recommendation!

When I was looking into an apartment living in San Antonio Cortland Brackenridge checked all the boxes. I enjoyed, and still enjoy living at Cortland Brackenridge, that I renewed my contract. Best bang for your buck, centrally located and close enough to downtown SA, near major highway, among other city amenities. Walking distance from great food. Great gym (two stories), resort-style pool. Staff and maintenance teams are top-tier. Great community (students, military). If you are looking for a place to live in SA look no further. Update 8/14/23: Adrian from the maintenance team is amazing! Recently fixed my AC. Submitted a ticket early in the morning (6 am) and AC was fixed by 10 am. Great maintenance team!

Living at Brackenridge has been the best apartment living I have experienced so far. The resident events are always fun, giving me a chance to meet new friends. I love having the options between the two 24 hour gyms, especially since I don’t have to leave my home late at night. Management has gone above and beyond since the moment I moved in. They even helped with watering my plants while I was out of town! The service team is quick and on top of any orders I have submitted, though it hasn’t been many. They are always kind and my dogs love them since they carry treats on them. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes! Update: renewal just came around and Kristen and Susan were on top of it the whole time! I am so glad to continue calling Brackenridge home!

We moved in about a month ago and have had a great experience! Rick was very helpful right from the beginning with a tour and helping us with our lease signing. Henry from maintenance made it clear residents are their priority and it shows. We had an issue with our a/c not being as cool as we thought it should be and Henry got on our request within 15 minutes and had Adrian come out to take a look. A few minutes later Adrian found the problem and everything was fixed! Throughout this whole process everyone was extremely friendly. I've never lived in an apartment with such responsive office staff and maintenance. Glad to have found Cortland Brackenridge!

The maintenance guys here are amazing. They drove all the way to Austin Texas to pick up a air conditioning compressor in order for same-day maintenance guarantee. Henry and Joe are courteous and truly want to help the tenets. So thankful for them 10 out of 10.

I came across Brackenridge while leaving a tour from a nearby complex and was pleasantly surprised by my visit! Kristen was nice and knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable. The community was in great condition, and the unit we toured was clean and obviously ready for move in. We won’t be moving until this Fall, but will definitely be staying in touch with the Brackenridge staff to lease in the future.

I am absolutely joyful to be a resident at Cortland Brackenridge. Especially want to shout out to their service manager, H. DeAlejandro for coming right away when my toilet water pipe had "accidentally" disconnected and he helped me repair the problem right away! He wouldn't accept my tip money and had a smile on his face the entire time. Please give him a raise. Also K. Farias made my move in from day 1 pain free, smooth and one of the best experiences I've had. She was ready with an answer to any of my questions. She definitely embodies the Cortland Brackenridge's reputation for the best customer service! The service you get here makes me want to never leave. While recently touring a variety of properties, Cortland Breckenridge stood out, mainly because of the responsiveness of the staff. I chose to go to a different part of town due to the convenience to my work location. But had it not been for that, Cortland Breckenridge would’ve been at the top of my list! I had many questions and made several phone calls to the staff, in particular, Kristen. She was super responsive and answered all the questions I had. I almost thought she was going to get tired of me, but she was always friendly and understanding of my concerns. If you’re looking for a downtown location, please visit this property. You will not be disappointed!

I lived at Cortland Brackenridge for over 2 years and my experience was the best I’ve had in an apartment! I had a top floor unit, and the space was perfect for me and my dogs. The dog park is huge and always clean. I love that the dog wash station was always available and stocked with soap. The service team was on top of all of my requests and tackled any issues I had. The leasing staff was always friendly and greeted me by my name. They always offered resident events with free food and drinks! I highly recommend Cortland Brackenridge when looking at downtown living.

If he sees anything else that needs repair, he fixes it after completing the first repair. You should give him a raise. I think he is the best maintenance personnel on the property.

When I was looking into an apartment living in San Antonio Cortland Brackenridge checked all the boxes. I enjoyed, and still enjoy living at Cortland Brackenridge, that I renewed my contract. Best bang for your buck, centrally located and close enough to downtown SA, near major highway, among other city amenities. Walking distance from great food. Great gym (two stories), resort-style pool. Staff and maintenance teams are top-tier. Great community (students, military). If you are looking for a place to live in SA look no further.

I have had the privilege of living here the last year and it has been amazing. I moved here from another state and CB instantly felt like home. CB staff are always friendly, professional, timely and feel like family. They take good care of the residents and look out for us. It is in a great location, a beautiful well kept property, safe and they have a host of fun events. Great gym too, when I manage to make it there or to the yoga classes that they offer. So grateful that I picked CB to live when I moved to Texas!

I moved to Cortland Brackenridge by accident. I was in a transitional point in life and I needed somewhere to live asap. It was a serendipitous accident that I choose this community. With all the apartments in this area, I had MANY choices. I have renewed my lease for the 3rd time (remember, this was supposed to be a transitional, short term spot), the community is great! my floor plan is a very nice size, the amenities are nice, the location is great and fun! but what sets this community apart is the management and maintenance staff. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS attentive, professional and nice. I need to move on, but not sure I want to!!

Great location! The community is located to the best restaurants, old and new, and areas to spend time outdoors. My dogs and I appreciate the dog park that is always kept clean. This is a great place to live. Manager Kristen is professional and is always able to answer any questions I may have. This community is a fun place to live and offers yoga class on Saturdays. The pool is amazing with a cool zen garden. The club house is clean and just a cool place to hang out or drink coffee. Yes I recommend Cortland.

I was visiting a friend at the courtland brackenridge and I was very impressed with the complex. it is very well kept. within my visit my friend had an issue with the AC. After calling in the issue, Adrian showed up. Again impressed with the response time. Adrian was very cordial and professional. looked into the matter, fixed the issue and made sure we were satisfied and made sure if we needed anything else do not hesitate to call him. I'm impressed and like the fact that he did not seem bothered very good personality. Thank you

This is a fantastic place to live. The grounds and apartment are beautiful. The staff seems genuine (which, as you probably know, is rare), and they often plan events for the residents that are surprisingly well-attended. I have met people who have lived in this complex since it opened, and I’m not surprised they’ve stayed!

I have lived in many different apartment complexes and this one takes the cake. You really get what you pay for. Staff are always kind and friendly, they are quick to resolve issues and very honest and transparent when it comes to questions or concerns. The community is also very friendly. Every is just so nice and welcoming. The staff really understand the meaning of customer service. Highly recommend making Cortland at Brackenridge your new home. You will not regret it!

The Brackenridge community setting is awesome. It is very quiet, the staff is very communicative and offers solutions to any situation that arise. The team response is so speedy and that ensure full trust within the community. The staff is always so attentive to assist the residents. The maintenance staff is always around the community so everything is always on point. A very trustful, honest team that is on the go to make sure residents are satisfied. These are great apartments in a great area. They are modern and have very few if any issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to those issues. I love being here and love how quick and responsive the management and maintenance group is awesome and they work hard at helping all tenants with any issues. This is a top tier apartment complex and i highly recommend.

Cortland Brackenridge does a commendable job of ensuring their residents can live a peaceful, worry free life. I stopped by the leasing office and had a tour today with Rick. He was eager to show me multiple unit floorplans and made sure that all my questions were answered. The outside is very well kept and the community seems quiet and friendly.I even got to meet the maintenance team supervisor! The leasing team and manager seem very welcoming and they are totally at the top of my list.

I love the pool and the CrossFit gym here. Saves me money instead of paying for a gym membership. The office people are welcoming. The guys that work maintenance help out a lot with anything you need. Oh and they have free Starbucks coffee!

Beautiful property! Amenities are well-maintained. If there is ever any issue, there's a maintenence man named Mark who always does an excellent job. I've lived in other complexes where it can take days to get repairs done, so it's kind of a big deal for me when I can get repairs done the same day, whether it's day or night. Great complex! I highly recommend it!

The community is well maintained and managed by people who you can tell truly care about helping their residents. The pool area is so nice and always clean. The two 24 hour gyms help save me money on a gym membership. Monthly resident events gave me the opportunity to get to know the office staff better and connect with my neighbors. Highly recommend seeing the community in person.

I've been living here for one year now and I can confidently call this place my home. I was not able to tour in-person before signing, but the managers were very accommodating, and FaceTime/sent pictures throughout the whole process. They were so patient and helped me find the perfect floor plan (first floor, big patio, and kitchen island). I am absolutely in love with my space, the layout, and this neighborhood. When my wife and I were looking for an apartment, we searched all around Alamo Heights and other places close to JBSA. We were getting very frustrated until we came here to look. We felt at home here and were anxious to move-in, especially after meeting all of the office and maintenance staff. And after almost three years we are still very happy with our decision. Very special kudos to Henry and his maintenance crew. They keep the grounds and facilities very clean and are very responsive to any and all maintenance issues. Plus they are always greeting the residents and will answer any questions that you might have about any apartment and complex facilities. There's a reason for all the 5-star ratings by the residents; because Cortland Brackenridge staff and facilities deserve them!

I cannot say enough good things about the two years I have been at cortland brackenridge. In full honesty, the maintenance team has been a highlight. Whenever I put a service request, it is completed and fixed rapidly. I have a very busy career and often appliance malfunctions and other issues can be the last things I want to deal with, however Henry,Jose and team have put my mind at ease. 10 out of 10!

The staff is amazing. From the office to the maintenance, I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Cortland. If I have any problems, I simply put a request in on the website and they come right away to fix it. Henry is prompt and professional and always goes above and beyond. Living at Brackenridge has been the best apartment living I have experienced so far. The resident events are always fun, giving me a chance to meet new friends. I love having the options between the two 24 hour gyms, especially since I don’t have to leave my home late at night. Management has gone above and beyond since the moment I moved in. They even helped with watering my plants while I was out of town! The service team is quick and on top of any orders I have submitted, though it hasn’t been many. They are always kind and my dogs love them since they carry treats on them. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

The staff at Cortland Brackenrige are among the best in the business! They are professional courteous and truly care about the facilities they are tasked to manage. When there is an issue they are quick to take care of it and the maintanance staff are very good at what they do. Most places I have lived the maintenance crew is lazy or shows no compassion for my concerns, this is not the case here! My wife and I arrived for a tour of Cortland Brackenridge as we were actively looking for an apartment. It was a great experience. On arrival, we were immediately greeted by Susan. She provided us with a thorough walkthrough of the facility and all of its amenities. We were shown the model apartment which was clean and a great introduction to the standards of living at CB. The apartment itself had one light out and before we had completed our tour of the apartment, maintenance was already addressing the issue. If this is an indication of responsiveness to maintenance driven issues, expect 5 star service. The overall walkthrough was fantastic with all questions answered on the spot. If you are looking for an apartment, highly recommend a tour of this complex with Susan.

I was looking into apartments in San Antonio or Austin for work and came across this place. Work ultimately decided Austin for me but I was very impressed with this building and the staff. Answered all of my tedious questions or concerns (which way would I face, noise levels, maintenance, etc). Typically don’t write reviews but despite being in a toss up, I was still taken care of by Kristen. Meanwhile in Austin after explaining my situation, I could tell a (negative) difference in treatment when touring. Definitely recommend this place based off my experience inquiring about it.

Loved this warm and cozy community. The amenities such as the pool include privacy and a beautiful atmosphere. Their club house includes a game room and a kitchen area for hosting events, which you can rent out for a low price! Not to mention the amazing dark park that had a dog wash station for your furry babies.

When I was looking into an apartment living in San Antonio Cortland Brackenridge checked all the boxes. I enjoyed, and still enjoy living at Cortland Brackenridge, that I renewed my contract. Best bang for your buck, centrally located and close enough to downtown SA, near major highway, among other city amenities. Walking distance from great food. Great gym (two stories), resort-style pool. Staff and maintenance teams are top-tier. Great community (students, military). If you are looking for a place to live in SA look no further.

Beautiful is all I can say. My expectations were meet and expanded once I had the Cortland Brakenridge community/family experience. I feel better knowing I can live in a community where the management team has kept my best interest their top priority. I’ve been here for 4 months now and have 0 complaints. I’m in the military and needed a place set up before I moved here. I worked with Susan for months and the time she put in to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision to rent here, was unmatched. Anything that I need fixed or have questions about, the maintenance teams is on it within the same day. I’d rather pay the little bit higher rent to live here and have everything I could possibly need and actually feel safe and taken care of. Plus, the weekly food trucks are a fun bonus.

The maintenance team here at these apartments is great, I talked to the manager Mr. DeAlejandro he is very helpful and will do whatever he can to make sure any maintenance issues I have are addressed in a timely manner. He will make it a point to check up on us after his crew has come over to repair something and make sure that we were happy with the service. They are responsive and attentive to the needs of the tenant and the grounds are always in great shape. I love living here.

I have lived here for nearly 6 months, and I absolutely love it!! It's close to JBSA, super pet friendly, and well maintained. The team in the office are always helpful and freindly, and the mainentance team is AMAZING!!! The whole team proptly responds to any questions or requests, and always take time to pet my pups (which they LOVE). The location is close to the Pearl, downton, and the airport, but quiet because it is far enough off the main road to avoid heavy traffic. I can walk to the pearl and be downton in 10 minutes or at the airport in about the same time. The gyms are clean and well maintained, the pool is always clean, and they have food trucks nearly every week. I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) this place to a friend or family member.

A beautiful, well maintained property with all the amenities and a to top it all off, a friendly, knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to help me get in to my new apartment in the small time frame I had left to relocate. I wanted to share my experience so far with everyone. Rick was and is amazing to work with. I was going back and forth between this complex and another and my decision was based on the customer support and the individuals working here. Rick was super kind and extremely helpful during my transition to move here. He provided a lot of resources and steps to ensure I didn’t have any issues moving in. The community is super nice and I’ve been greeted by other residents with kind welcomes. Maintenance is also super helpful and attentive. I had an ask and they were quick to address and assist. Maintenance even took the time to provide me with knowledge on water, heating and other things that could happen in the apartment so I can handle it with ease. I am very happy with my choice and look forward to calling Cortland my home for the next years to come.

We had the best Venezuelan waitress service us, very knowledgeable on the menu and accommodating. Everything on the menu is spectacular but make sure you ask questions bc the shrimp cocktail can be mistaken by a ceviche which it isn’t. My drinks were delicious and after bending down to drink my friend actually got on out so make sure you twist to get it out of the wooden board.

Living Here Has been Great. I feel like lots of other Communities could learn a thing or two from this property team. Maintenance orders requests get resolved by the time I get home from work same day, if not it's the next day with a follow up email from The Property Manager. The Staff in the office are always organized, polite and Approachable. No matter who I talk to when I've called they all seem aware and involved in whatever issue or concern I've had, so I never feel like I have to re explain anything. The Location works great for me and I really enjoy that I don't see dog poop or untidy walkways from other residents. Residents all seem to be respectful of once another when it comes to noise & commotion. I look forward to staying here for another lease.

Cortland Brackenridge is a wonderful place to live. It is located in midtown close to many things such as the Pearl, upscale restaurants, the zoo, the Witte, and the Botanical Gardens. The maintenance staff is absolutely the best! The respond to service requests promptly, the daily upkeep is wonderful, and they are friendly and helpful. The office staff is the same. We call Cortland Brackenridge home.

When we found our apartment at Cortland Brackenridge, we knew we’d found our home. Our apartment is spacious with lots of light. We love our balcony areas and the amenities are terrific—a lovely well kept pool and barbecue area, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors, two gyms, and beautiful common areas. We are close to The Pearl, Brackenridge Park, the Botanical Gardens, The Quarry, Downtown, a number of food markets—all are just minutes away. Perhaps what makes this apartment complex stand out above the rest is the friendly and attentive staff. We plan to be here for many years to come.

I have been at Cortland Brackenridge for about a month so far, and it has been great. There's simply nothing wrong with it (at least so far), and I can be pretty picky. In addition, the landscaping and pool are beautiful, and the free yoga class on Saturday is fun. I recommend one of the apartments facing the beautiful pool area, but I am sure other views are nice too. I also recommend one of the renovated apartments, if you can afford it. Having come from Austin, I do wish San Antonio were a little bit more walkable, but having Brackenridge park basically across the street is very nice. And this location is convenient to everything with a car (or bike).

Complex is maintained to an extremely high standard - all communal areas are well maintained which is a credit to the maintenance department. Henry and the crew are extremely polite and helpful, and are quick to respond to any query or issue. Even out of hours! Pool, BBQ and Dog park are great facilities kept to a good standard and are accessible at all times. Games room and communal kitchen area only open during office hours which makes it difficult to use the incredible amenities on offer. Would highly recommend Cortland Brackenridge. Wow! Went apartment hunting and this complex was recommended to me, so I decided to visit. I really liked the dog walk. My pup will enjoy that The amenities are outstanding and modern. I felt very much at ease. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are classy. When I entered the managers office, I was greeted very warmly and the manager was very friendly, courteous, and professional I was impressed. The whole complex speaks of a solid management team. Great location, I absolutely love it here. I've lived here for 7 months. I was not expecting to enjoy living here as much as I do. It's walking distance to Brackenridge Park, Pearl and many other local attractions. Staff is attentive and friendly. I enjoys the additional events the staff puts together for the residents like scheduling food trucks, yoga and workouts by the pool.

The property is BEATIFUL. The amenities are wonderful. There is a great exercise room with all the newest equipment and a Business center available to all the residents. I absolutely love living at Cortland Brackenridge!! The amenities are GORGEOUS - the pool is beautiful, the gym is clean with plenty of equipment, and the clubhouse is awesome with TVs, a bar, a refrigerator, and pool tables! The grounds are extraordinarily well maintained. The pool area also has two big grills, a huge table for gatherings, a -------- set, and some hammocks to relax in. My apartment is great - lovely open layout, big patios, and huge closets and bathrooms! The bedrooms are on the smaller side to fit the large bathroom/closet. The kitchen is big with tons of counter space. Maintenance is super reliable and quick to help with whatever issues arise. During the snowstorm of Feb 2020, Henry and the maintenance team really looked out for the residents. Susan and the entire management team is very responsive and accommodating. I’d recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a near-downtown home!

I just recently toured here a few days ago and all I can say is wow! The staff is phenomenal and the property is just so beautiful. All questions I had were answered while touring. The office staff were quick to stand up and greet me with smiles and all had such bubbly personalities that made my not so great day, better. The amenities are phenomenal, they even have a Starbucks complimentary station. Being a fitness geek, I absolutely loved the fact that they have 2 gyms and Poolside Yoga every Saturday morning, for free!! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great community located just minutes away from the Pearl.

They are always finding fun ways to interact with our community. The maintenance staff get things done quickly and efficiently with such nice demeanors. The location is absolutely perfect, 20 minutes max to anything you’d need to go to within San Antonio. The amenities are great, super clean and spacious. The pool is super nice and modern. This was the single best apartment complex that my wife and I have ever lived in - it deserves the excellent review score that it has. To start off, I'd like to say that the team is incredible and truly made our time here feel like home - we were here for 2 1/2 years and she was there the whole time to make sure we enjoyed our time there. She worked with us when renewing our leases to be sure that we kept our great rent rate, and was very understanding when we had to move cities for family reasons. The maintenance team works incredibly quickly and efficiently - it never took more than a day for their team to come out and address any issues that we had, and they always went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. The complex itself is beautiful and never too loud, the other residents were always very respectful of each other and friendly, and we never felt unsafe being outside of our apartment at night. Henry and the rest of the maintenance team are truly excellent. I had issues with my water heater. He followed up within minutes of submitting a service request, told me exactly what to expect and fixed the issue in no time. Thank you, Henry! You are amazing!

Words cannot begin to describe Sammie's bubbly and professional personality. She is an absolute joy to talk to and has been very helpful in my move from San Diego to Texas. She is always available to help and is always so cheerful and kind. Aside from the community being clean and safe she definitely contributes to the hospitality and warmth of the community. She has made my transition in regards to moving stress free, extremely military friendly, pet friendly and a people friendly! Love this apartment complex and love the professionalism of the staff.

Wow! Went apartment hunting and this community was recommended to me, so I decided to visit. I really liked the dog walk. My pup will enjoy that. The amenities are outstanding and modern. I felt very much at ease. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are classy. When I entered the managers office, I was greeted very warmly, and Susan, the manager, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I was impressed. The whole complex speaks of a solid management team. I look forward to signing my lease.

Henry was quick to repair a water leak in our restroom with out hesitation late on evening. He reassured us he would be back 1st thing in am to finish the job early morning. He explained the problem and the action taken to repair the issue.He even followed up a week later to make sure we didn’t have any additional problems. Highly recommend him expertises.

Haven't moved in yet, but from the very start I was so impressed with everything here at Cortland Brackenridge. When I first went to tour, Shane was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking into account all of my interests such as the big beautiful dog park. I was incredibly impressed with the facilities and the amenities. When I was beginning to try to zero in on floor plans, Sammie Watt was amazing in helping me pick out a place. She sent me various tour videos of the floor plans as I was not in the area, gave me plenty of options for accommodating my personal needs and was always professional, prompt, and responsive in answering my many questions over the course of months. I was able to sign the lease for the perfect apartment for me and my dog, with a great price worked out for me and a perfect storage space with exactly the space I needed. Sammie was amazing, I can't say enough great things about how smooth this process has been! I'm looking forward to moving in and calling this my new home!

If we could give Susan and Sammie more stars we would. They where super helpful. The property is exceptionally clean and you can tell they truly care about their tenants. I had the pleasure of meeting the head maintenance manager who gave us peace of mind how to easily contact them after hours for any emergencies.

Cortland Brackenridge is a beautiful apartment complex. Our move in was smooth and Alexis was guiding us the whole process. She answered all our questions and contacted us to see how we were liking our new place. Great customer service, in my opinion!

Although I just moved in, I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Cortland Brackenridge. Right from the start of my apartment search, the Assistant Community Manager, Samantha Watt, went above and beyond to help me find the right apartment home that fit my price range and location preferences. She must have shown me 5 or 6 different units and answered my MANY emails asking for more options or answers to various questions...she would even answer on weekends when I knew she was not in the office. When I finally decided on a unit and started the move-in process, the maintenance man, Henry, walked through my unit with me to double-check all of my appliances/outlets/window covers/locks, etc. to answer any of my questions and assure me that if anything ever needed fixing they will respond right away to get it taken care of. After renting at 3 other complexes over the years, the staff here are by far the nicest and most attentive I've ever dealt with. Other than the staff, the apartment itself is GORGEOUS
