Georgia at Cortland at West Village was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with great energy and a warm smile, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. The community is beautiful, clean, and very well kept, and the location in Uptown Dallas is fantastic. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere. My 15 month lease at this property has been incredible . Amenities are perfect and the people living here and all respectful. Perfect place to live and have a dog. Edward from maintenance has been incredible as well. Every time I submitted a request for an issue he would show up the same day with a smile on his face. If there are any issues in your apartment you can trust that they will be solved in a very timely manner especially with Edward on their team.

We moved into our apartment at Cortland at West Village six weeks ago and are having great experience living here. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the Uptown DART station and tram station, making commuting very very convenient. The building is well-maintained throughout, always clean and secure, creating a comfortable and safe living environment. A special mention goes to the management office staff, who truly elevate the living experience. Mackinsie stands out for her attentiveness, warm personality, and quick responses to any inquiries or requests!. Additionally, Edward is highly efficient and skilled, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Their dedication and excellent service deserve special recognition. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect combination of convenience, cleanliness, and outstanding management, making it a great place to call home!

Edward and Javier were able to help fix an AC problem in the dead of summer with the apartment! They fixed the issue so quickly, where super nice about explaining everything, and stopped by several times to make sure it was still working correctly!! Super super happy and thankful to have a great team like them here to help!

My two dogs and I have lived here for about 6 months now and have absolutely loved it! All the staff are incredibly helpful, maintenance is timely, amenities are taken VERY good care of, and it’s in just a wonderful location. Being neighbors to Mutts is unmatched as a dog owner. While I personally love it and find it relaxing, there is a fair amount of plane noise overhead, being so close to Love Field. A small story about the above and beyond care of the staff: I like to have a small can of paint matching any apartment I rent for touch ups. When I asked the office the paint color, instead of just giving me the name for me to go purchase it, they asked the maintenance staff if they had any extra paint and they canned up a small amount in a container for me to take home. I really appreciate the extra care given! Highly recommend Cortland West Village to anyone considering it.
