Reviews | Cortland at West Village

I have loved living in Cortland West Village for the past two years! The community is well-maintained, the amenities and apartments are beautiful, and the staff is great! DeMarcus, the door man, is always courteous and kind. Edward, the maintenance man, always makes repairs the very next business day after I report a problem. And the location can't be beat!

My 15 month lease at this property has been incredible . Amenities are perfect and the people living here and all respectful. Perfect place to live and have a dog. Edward from maintenance has been incredible as well. Every time I submitted a request for an issue he would show up the same day with a smile on his face. If there are any issues in your apartment you can trust that they will be solved in a very timely manner especially with Edward on their team.

We moved into our apartment at Cortland at West Village six weeks ago and are having great experience living here. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the Uptown DART station and tram station, making commuting very very convenient. The building is well-maintained throughout, always clean and secure, creating a comfortable and safe living environment. A special mention goes to the management office staff, who truly elevate the living experience. Mackinsie stands out for her attentiveness, warm personality, and quick responses to any inquiries or requests!. Additionally, Edward is highly efficient and skilled, ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Their dedication and excellent service deserve special recognition. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect combination of convenience, cleanliness, and outstanding management, making it a great place to call home!
