I've lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed it, and it's been a great experience so far. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, and everything was in good working condition. The management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, conveniently located and feels safe, with nice amenities like a pool, gym. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

This community has really turned around now that Cortland has taken over. I can’t wait to see the amenities once they are finished being renovated! Cherry on the top? This onsite team is INCREDIBLE! Shout out to Ashley, Aney, Russ, Emanuel, Ahmed, Sagvan, Majeed, and Karwan!

I had a fantastic tour at Cambridge! The entire place was incredibly nice and clean, with such a peaceful and calming atmosphere. It felt like the perfect environment to relax and take everything in. A big thank you to Ashlee for being so helpful and welcoming throughout the visit. She made the whole experience even better with her knowledge and kindness. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here for a bit and really enjoying my apartment! It’s updated, comfortable, and the community is peaceful and well-kept. Everything I need is just a short drive away. Aney and Ashlee helped me during the leasing process and was super helpful and friendly she made everything really easy. So glad I chose this place!

Just toured and I’m seriously impressed! The community looks great with all the renovations, and the pool is amazing it gave total resort vibes. The location is super convenient, just a short drive to everything I need. Ashlee and aney were both super friendly and made the tour feel easy and relaxed. The community looks better than ever thanks to all the recent renovations—everything has a fresh, modern feel. The location is super convenient, close to stores, groceries, and more. The gym and pool area are amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and staying active. I recently just moved here and I couldn’t be happier. Since the moment I went to gather information about the apartments, Ashlee helped me so much with all the questions I had and gave me a tour that ended up convincing me to move in. I like the maintenance and how clean these apartments are. I would definitely recommend 10/10!

If you are looking for a new place to call home, this is definitely your place to be! I recently visited Cambridge at Hickory Hollow, and everything was more than I completely expected! The area was very well put together, in a very convenient location, and not to mention the staff was very well attentive to all of our questions and needs. Ashlee was the one helping me out, and she was so sweet and comforting, making sure I knew everything I needed too know! Literally, stop looking anywhere else and come check out here for your new potential home!
