Place is really nice and with new management looks things are improving to better. My only thing is the lack is cameras in the aisle of the apartments. On Dec 26 around 12:30PM on of my packages that was left in front of my door got stolen (a Christmas gift for one of my family members) and I have seen several packages open in Building 8. It will be nice if this can be addressed and implement security system in the aisles since stealing packages is a felony and ca be reported to the right officials with the proper evidence

Ahmad was extremely helpful and professional when he came to repair a few things in my apartment. He arrived quickly after I placed the request, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and even cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate his professionalism and great attitude he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Best apartment I have ever went to! It is so beautiful and the pool area is clean and the apartments. There is this guy named Ahmid and always he smiles at me and says hi. I Love the staff. Other staff smiles and waves at me also, but unfortunately, I don’t know their names and I wish I do! I hope I will get to know all of them in the future. Thanks for making my staying welcoming and great. I LOVE IT.

I've lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed it, and it's been a great experience so far. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, and everything was in good working condition. I had a fantastic tour at Cortland Hickory Hollow! The entire place was incredibly nice and clean, with such a peaceful and calming atmosphere. If you are looking for a new place to call home, this is definitely your place to be! I recently visited Cortland Hickory Hollow, and everything was more than I completely expected! The area was very well put together, in a very convenient location, and not to mention the staff was very well attentive to all of our questions and needs. Ashlee was the one helping me out, and she was so sweet and comforting, making sure I knew everything I needed too know! This is an excellent property in a very convenient location — close to main roads and surrounded by plenty of businesses. The complex has been recently renovated and feels completely new and modern. The new management team is outstanding — they’re extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home during the tour. I completely fell in love with the place and plan to move here as soon as my current lease ends. I highly recommend this property 100%!

I've been living here just shy of 5 years now. I have to say the maintenance team is exceptional. They show up and resolve most issues same day. Never had to wait more than a day or two if parts were needed. They have always been prompt, helpful, friendly, and professional. Most of all, they get stuff done and keep this place running

I have been living here for two years now and have to say that what keeps me here is maintenance. Work orders are always attended to same day. The service men, Sagvan and Ahmed are so nice and polite. They are always happy to help! The office staff is also nice and rent is reasonable. The property manager Amby is awesome. She is sweet, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She will also have you laughing before you leave the office. She is such a pleasure to work with. She is such an asset to this company.

I’ve been living at Cortland Hickory Hollow since February it’s been amazing.. Office workers are polite and respectful they listen to every concern..Foremost complex is very well kept ..I’d would recommend Cambridge to to anyone..

I’ve been living here since June 2022 I am more than happy with this apartment complex compared to the complexes a few of my friends live in. I am literally at the best one in my opinion! Now that the new management has taken over is gotten even better. They are prompt in their maintenance responses and they’re done quickly I put a maintenance request in at 8 AM. It was fixed by 10:30 AM now. I know it goes off based off priority but their ability to get the job done is phenomenal. Keep up the good work guys. I love living here.
