Maintenance at the apartment is very good and they are very Polite they do a good job trying to keep the apartment Complex in good shape just moved out the people they are letting move in are younger and they are very noisy friends in the hallway all times of the night . Upstairs neighbors don’t care who live below a walk on the floor like they were 500 pounds. No kidding chandelier be shaking kids above you banging on the walls like they got a trampoline they are jumping off of. no need to call the office they are not going to do anything but send out a note letting them know what’s the rules and nothing get done people sitting outside on a picnic bench 11 or12 o’clock talking and smoking in the back. they are trying to change the Apts into a good place to stay, but they’re having a hard time. The outside area and inside of the apartments look good but nothing has changed but what you can see . They change managers about every six months if you’re looking for a good place to move without Approaches and high

Excelente atención !! Todo fue en tiempo y forma , según lo acordado , Aney , una de las chicas que me atendió en la oficina , fue muy amable y evacuó todas mis dudas y además me ayudó a que todo saliera excelente !! Estoy muy feliz ,con la experiencia , los apartamentos son muy lindos , tranquilos y acogedores ,recomendable 100%.

Place is really nice and with new management looks things are improving to better. My only thing is the lack is cameras in the aisle of the apartments. On Dec 26 around 12:30PM on of my packages that was left in front of my door got stolen (a Christmas gift for one of my family members) and I have seen several packages open in Building 8. It will be nice if this can be addressed and implement security system in the aisles since stealing packages is a felony and ca be reported to the right officials with the proper evidence

Ahmad was extremely helpful and professional when he came to repair a few things in my apartment. He arrived quickly after I placed the request, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and even cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate his professionalism and great attitude he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
