It’s a great community with a responsive and supportive management team. The maintenance service is quick and efficient. Recently, we had an issue with the gas, and it was resolved promptly the very next day. Overall, it has been a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community. I have lived at this apartment complex since 2021. I am extremely happy with it. Its very quiet and a great area to raise a family. The maintenance team and their response time is awesome, Whether its something minor or major. Victor and Jacob always friendly and supportive. The management team is also amazing, Mica and Mary are the best property team I've ever had the privilege to speak with. I have recommended this place to both family and friends and no complaints. The location is quite convenient — it's close to major roads, shopping, dining, and entertainment in Irving/Las Colinas. Apartments have attractive features: per the listing, units include perks like wood-burning fireplaces, high ceilings, and spacious floorplans. For the cost, it can be considered relatively good value compared with many nearby options: some sources indicate the rent there is lower than average for the area. So if you value convenience, decent amenities, and responsive management — especially for a lower-rent community — Vistas gets a number of things right.

Nestled in a quiet and safe area, these older apartments are great for living alone. You get to see your car, parking spaces are spacious and the amenities are really nice. Lots of kids though, so keep that in mind.

Recomendadísimo éste lugar, lo primero que resalta es su tranquilidad, su silencio y ubicación, pues aunque aparente estar un poco distante de los lugares, ya sean malls, restaurantes y demás, no es así, todo es cuestión de minutos para poder disfrutar de sus alrededores, cabe resaltar también su limpieza, cuentan con un personal muy cordial y organizado, y lo mejor, ante cualquier inquietud, duda o anomalía, sus representantes o managers estarán ahí para escucharte; destaco principalmente el servicio, atención y compañía que me ha brindado Micaela, pues para solucionar inconvenientes es la indicada, fuera de su gran carisma y personalidad.

Stayed at Vistas for 2+ years.Move in and Move out was super easy. Deja and Ciara were very cooperative and prompt in answering any queries. This is an open community ,hence there were few security incidences reported in 2023. However the management took few actions and worked with police department demonstrating efforts to address the issue. There were few incidences of water shutdown but those were alway pre informed. Overall we had nice stay at this property. The depoait amount was returned within a month's time. service and repairs are prompt. Apartments and buildings are old but those are spacious. They are trying to rennovate some of the apartments. Community has two big swimming pools. Many Indian families stay here.Some of the apartments have roaches...so it all depends on who stayed before you.

I have been a resident at this property for a little under a year now. I can honestly say I have ZERO complaints. Unfortunately the office was closed today, however, Victor and another maintenance crew member came out through the snow to assist in fixing the heater despite being far away. Very much appreciated!!! Update: Wife and I were having lock issues and were stuck for some time. Mr. John from maintenance was able to take his time to come out and assist us as an emergency. Highly appreciated Sir!!!

I lived here for two years and enjoyed the complex. The maintenance staff is very quick to handle any issues, especially if it is air conditioning related, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my time living here. The complex is extremely quiet considering it is across from a Golf Course, and I always found golf balls while walking my dog from golfers that hit their shots over the road. Very dog-friendly and they always keep their dog litter bags stocked to help keep the waste clean. The only downside I had in the two years is that they turn the water off quite frequently to make fixes to the pipes, so you can be without water for an entire weekday.

Upon my arrival of this property, I was welcomed by a couple of lovely ladies. Deja definitely gave me peace of mind through her attentiveness. Most apartment complexes only care about numbers/occupants and the market. Deja was kind, informative as well as confident which made me feel that I'm in the right hands. Next, the other lovely woman Mary reminded me of my 3rd grade teacher, detailed oriented, supportive, and carrying around a lot of positive energy, which contributed to the atmosphere of a chill and joyful environment. Out of all the apartments in the area, this is definitely the best.

Overall I had a great experience living at Vista at Hackberry Creek. I connected with Deja, who made my experience wonderful. She is always very professional, helpful and shows how much she cares about residents' needs. I stayed at the complex for over a year and didn't have many issues. If I need something in my apartment taken care of, maintenance would fixed it right away. One downside to living there is that the laundry room wasn't always clean but the machines worked.

We moved in 6 months ago and the experience has been great so far. The community is very quote and well kept considering the age of the property. We have gotten a few water shut offs but that is expected when you are dealing with a property of its age. The maintenance team is fast and does a great job at taking care of any issues.

Highly recommend this community for those looking for a calm and welcoming family environment, the office staff is wonderful, happy to help and always seem to be in a good mood, there is a beautiful area near the back of the property where there are places to sit and watch a large warer fountain. At all time of day there are people cycling, walking with family or pets, neighbors are friendly, is a safe quiet community. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

I really enjoy this area . Living here made it so easy for me to deal with apartment maintenance. Literally the maintenance don’t take much time to arrive to help out. This community is family and pet friendly , very safe to go for walk at night time even early morning . Ever since I been here I have never seen any declutters around the community. Property is very peaceful. The property manager, Mary, is very helpful along with the maintenance workers. It’s nice to know you don’t have to worry about anything and come to a quiet place.

You can't expect apartment living to be perfect, and living here hasn't been an issue at all. The office staff and maintenance team both are great! The guys are considerate, quick, and kind when having to enter my apt with any service requests I have. The girls( Savannah Pickering and Mica Gonzalez) in the office have great customer service and are always so helpful. This property has so much to offer and I have really enjoyed living here and calling this my home. I love that they have a fitness center and swimming pool. The property is in the center of the city from the mall and has easy access to the highway. When I travel for work, it’s nice to live around the corner from the airport and not worry about driving too far out. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

I just moved in 3 months ago and this community has been everything I wanted it to be. Savannah was really helpful with my application. My home is cozy and cute, and not modern cookie cutter like all the new places here in Irving. The creek in the back is beautiful and I love taking my fur baby over there for walks. It stays peaceful and quiet back here, and being able to hop on highway 114 to go to work has been perfect. I'm so glad I found this place!

I am a former resident of Vistas at Hackberry creek, stayed there from Oct 2021 till Dec 2022 I would like to take the opportunity to say thanks to each and every member of Cortland team in Vistas and appreciate their effort to make our living comfortable. You have a super-efficient front desk team with Ciara, Teja and Micah and super responsive service team. This team is hard working, honest and values the relationship beyond business. Looking for another apartment to move into. The one I’m currently in hasn’t been keeping us up to date with everything and anytime I call them, there’s no response or call back. I went in to do a tour and the admin staff was super sweet and did everything to accommodate me while I was searching. Answered all the questions I had and made sure that I knew where everything was. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and never have I ever had such an amazing stay during any lease as I did here. This quiet community was perfect for me and my lifestyle. Close to everything, quiet and welcoming! On top of that, the leasing staff is incredibly helpful! Always tended to requests or concerns, always cheerful when I walked into the office, and always made me feel heard! Unfortunately, I have to move due to unforeseen circumstances with my job, but man will I miss living here! Recommend it to anybody in the DFW area looking for an a great place to live! Moved here recently for my job and so far it’s been nothing but great experiences. The property is beautiful and well tended too. The pool is absolutely gorgeous. Maintenance service has been good and quick. The staff here care about you and your needs. They explained everything and worked with me. Second Review: I posted my first review a couple of months back(the one below)and this one is on the improvisations made. I am changing to four stars. Reason: - Pest control was taken care of. I really appreciate the team for working on this issue. - Trash management has been taken care of too. Now it’s up to the residents to keep their community clean. The management has done their part. But it’s up to the residents to be responsible. - Appliances and cabinets - I recently visited another occupied apartment. Even though the management gave them new appliances, the resident never kept them clean and left it to rust with dirt. I don’t think I can blame the management here. You can’t expect them to replace new appliances every time for an occupant. First Review: I have been living in this property for the last 3.5 years and we initially had PUR Management who were reasonable and good. And after Cortland took over its been below satisfactory. I’ve recently moved in and so far I love it. The location is great for my career field being located right off 114. As far as the apartment it allows me more than enough space in the living and bedroom areas. I wish it was more room in the kitchen but for what it’s worth I can deal with that. I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet so I don’t know how their response time is but my move in was painless and the staff was friendly on my visit which made me choose them over a few other options. Will update in 6 months.

I just want to brag on the nice gentlemen who assisted my elderly mother the other day. Apparently she had fallen and her life alert pendant was not working. A nice short guy, I think his name was Jacob who I think works for the service team helped her up and even walked her to her car and made sure she was ok. Till this day my mother considers him her SUPERMAN. If the service team is this good, Imagine the admin side of things! Thank you Mr. Jacob! you are a HERO!

Yes I use to live here I just moved out the beginning of this month we bought a house this place was very pleasant to live at the office staff was amazing easy to talk to and they were very much on top of things always took very good care of me and the maintenance team was very prompt to getting things done specially the big homie Jacob any issues I had he was really quick to fixing the problem and then he would go above and beyond by stopping by and making sure that everything was running smooth and making sure I did not have any other issues that he could gladly take care of very very pleased with their service I would greatly recommend living here

I hardly ever feel the need to share experiences but today I was definitely "wow'd" by these two wonderful ladies in the office. I have been apartment searching for about 2 months and it has been very difficult. However I met this very nice young lady, I believe her name was Mica. She was super helpful and understanding on my needs and wants. She went above and beyond, I have visited 3 properties and this one BY FAR outshines everyone. I will definitely be back once my lease is over at my current apartment. Mica definitely deserves a raise!!

First of I want to say I hardly take time out of my day to do reviews in general. However I was so amazed by the staff today that I just felt that I needed to express my feelings. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Mica. She was very nice and helpful as I have been searching for a new apartment for the past month. She greeted me with a nice warm smile and was very helpful and answered all the questions I did half. I was on my lunch break so I was short on time, and even came off a bit rude because again constraint on time. However that did not affect or bother her at all she got me in and out within the timeframe and I made it back to work on time. If only every apartment complex had somebody like her, the world will be perfect. Again will definitely be leasing with you guys once my lease is coming to an end on my current apartment. Mica deserves to be a trainer, people really deserve to learn from her!!

We just moved to this complex. We found excellent customer service. Demetrius is very friendly and gives excellent customer service. We rented the apartment only because of the wonderful experience we had while he was helping us. Victor and Jacob are very kind and helpful. They do excellent maintenance work. Everything is very well organised and we love living there.

We lived at Vista's for almost 2 years. The apartments have great location, they're close to everything and are in green neighborhood, yet away from MacArthur chaos. Their front staff are amazing, and maintenance team are SUPERB. Our guys were Victor and Danny, what a great team! Is there anything they couldn't fix? I don't think so. They took care of anything from missing blinds tassel to noisy neighbor's AC unit. And everything was done very fast and professional. Thank you for taking care of us Vista's team members!

Vistas feels like it's in a secret patch of green in the middle of Corporate Irving. Close access to just about everything you'd need but secluded and off of a well maintained side road. Food in the area is diverse in both ethnic origin and price. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have spoken to neighbors about noise two or three times in nearly two years now, which is far from a dealbreaker considering most are friendly and understanding. A few stray cats in the neighborhood as well, but they keep to themselves. Maybe an issue if you have outdoor cats of your own, but if not they're just cute additions.

I had an emergency maintenance request at 5:00 am due to a pipe bursting from below freezing temperatures. Thankfully I was awake and saw it right away. They were here quickly to shut off the water. Otherwise it would have been much more of a disaster. When they came back to make repairs, he showed me what happened and what will be done to fix it as this will be a lengthy process. Texas was not prepared for this type of weather so delays due to circumstances beyond anyone's control is expected. I appreciate maintenance doing the best they can with what they have too work with. We are tired of this historic making weather conditions but so is our maintenance team. Thank you for your hard work!

Unfortunately the office was closed today, however, Victor and another maintenance crew member came out through the snow to assist in fixing the heater despite being far away. Very much appreciated!!!

I really hate looking for apartments, it’s so much I feel like you have to do if you want to live somewhere comfortable and worth your money. Needless to say I also feel like the staff in the complex should be friendly, great listeners, patient, honest, and really just care about their customers. Ciara in the office did all of those things and above! She was very helpful and did not make me feel as if she was just trying to get me to lease an apartment I may not want. She made me and my husband feel really comfortable, and helped us throughout the whole leasing process. This company should definitely have more workers like her, that is if they already don’t! Thank you Ciara!

This apartment complex is the best! I put in a work order this morning, and Edward and Feliciano arrived right away and are working on the issue. I've had nothing but good experiences here since I moved in a couple of months ago. The staff is extremely helpful, thoughtful and informative. This feels like a real community. I'm very glad I moved here.

This is a great place to live ,its a peaceful community with the beautiful view of Hackberry creek and have lots of parking space . In the prime location close to MacArthur Blvd, It has easy access to local businesses like grocery stores, multi cuisine restaurants, to fitness and therapist places, almost everything I need. The staff at the leasing office are very professional and helpful. They always receive with a smile and address the issues at the earliest , special mention to Darnell Parker who has been helping me since the apartment tour till now. He is awesome at his work. Also the maintenance team , they are the best, hardworking , polite professionals who needs a special mention too.. Overall its a pleasure to be here. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one

We've been in this community for 4 years and had very little problems during our time there. Any service or maintenance issue we had were taken off almost the next day excluding holiday seasons and such. Management has switched 3 times during my stay but I was able to cooperate with them. Noise level near our apt has increased over the years but recent management has taken steps to address them especially during summertime when the sun goes down late, kids don't really want to go back home. If you're fine for mostly quiet neighborhood within a 3 min drive to supermarkets and stores and very close to major highways/state routes like 161, 114 then Vistas would be one of those communities for you.

I’ve spent time at this community a few times visiting my friend and I’ve got to say that it is a really nice place. People are walking in the evenings and they are nice and friendly.

My family and I took at tour recently at and I must say the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. We have been to many different apartments and none felt like the welcoming service we received here. The property itself was clean from the outside and the units were modern, with new appliance.

Been here since January and I love it! The staff is incredibly nice and professional, my issues are taken seriously and the amenities are perfect for me. The first comment everyone makes when coming to visit my apartment is wow it’s so quiet! And they are right it is super quiet and clean.

We had been living in this apartment from 2015 to July 2020. We just bought a new house and relocated to a different community in Irving. We had an awesome and amazing time with our neighbor and leasing office personnel. Victor and his team are very helpful and knowledgeable maintenance personnel. All office personnel are so professional, friendly, and dynamic in this apartment. Especially, Tammy (whom we dealing with all the time), Egniz (we believed, she got transfer in another location in these days) and, the manager named Courtney(never seen her before but she cooperated us all the times for our leasing issues) are very cooperative, responsive, and amazing people. In May 2019, we wanted to buy a house in the Irving area, and we made a deposit with a home sales/construction company; however, they took almost 13 months to build our house. Moved in very recently but Tammy is fantastic! The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is somewhat older but kept up very nicely. I put in a service request late afternoon and before lunch the next day Victor had fixed all my issues. Would really recommend this place so far!

The service manager, Eduardo “Lalo” Ruiz, came to service my apartment for pest control. He was very professional, friendly, fast and efficient. He even treated areas outside of the problem area. I have seen him around the apartment complex either working or driving his work truck. He always greets and smiles at any residents walking in the area. I feel very lucky that he and his service team are always fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, that they always follow up on any work orders within 24 hours!
