Need to improve tenant communication. I call, spoke to someone and I place an order on the portal on December 27th 2024, concerning the heating problem. I frozed myself for a month. I got a small heater to keep me warm while someone fixed the heating issue. Finally it got fixed. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.

Love our new home! It has been 1 full month, and my experience has been wonderful. The move in process was quick considering it was during the holidays. Upon moving in my unit did need minor repairs and major cleaning... however, Maintenance was able to complete all of my requests within the first week. (thanks to them) Every person I interacted with in person and over the phone was very attentive, kind and responsive. Seimphonie and Maetta especially! If you're looking into Tramore VIllage, I would indeed recommend. Best.

Tramore Village is a great place to live. Out of the few choices there were, they stood out the most between their staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, and how nice the neighborhood in general is. The maintenance crew is very responsive and gets around to your request fairly quickly. Being in the middle of all your shopping needs is the icing on top here. If you'd like to have a nice quiet place to live with a community staff that cares about who lives in their buildings, this place is it.

The new management goes above and beyond to help you when you need their assistance. also, my air conditioning broke and I sent an email request in and no exaggeration maintenance was at my door 5 minutes later and fixed it.

We have enjoyed every bit of our 15-month stay in this community. It is quiet, serene, and very neat. There is always a spot for me to park even if I return home late. We recently renewed for another 15 month without a second thought. Service requests are dealt with promptly. Bobbi Hicks at the leasing office is very nice. Bobbi is professional, respectful, friendly, and helpful. The only downside that I have observed is that some mail boxes locks have been broken for sometime which expose residents’ mail.

I moved in toTramore Village Apartments in Austell in November 2023. I absolutely love it here! My apartment is beautiful. It has a lovely design and is spacious. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful! The staff has been so friendly and helpful here as I have been getting settled in. When I need assistance with anything, they have been right there to help whether it has been with maintenance or questions about the facilities or even the community app It is a well maintained and safe community. Other commmunity residents I have met have been friendly as well. I am excited and happy to call Tramore home and look forward to my new life here. I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the staff at Tramore Village Apartments and to Cortland!

Am so happy that I moved to this place. The environment is beautiful and clean. The office worker's are amazing. They help me out with all the paper work and security deposit. They whole crew are incredibly helpful. Miss. Bobbi Hicks has a great personality and an excellent experience with people. Great personality. Maintenance are on site and if anything needs to be repaired they're right there to fix it. This is a safe place, when a person has to work very early in the morning. Lights everywhere. I'll give the office worker's and the Tramore Village a 5 🌟. Thanks for all the help you have given me.

The staff at Tramore Village are amazing. Everybody was super friendly and made the moving process extremely easy for me and my partner. Hands down the best customer service. We were able to tour, get approved, and move in all in under a week… during the holidays! The complex is beautiful and well priced and they were very accommodating to our needs.

Living here a second time has been just as amazing like the first time I moved into this apartment complex. The staff is so amazing, Mrs Yolanda, and calisha has been the most amazing management team I’ve ever worked with. The patient and understanding is superb. I wish there were more stars to give because I love this place so much and so happy I chose to move back to Tramore village. Very comfortable and quiet place to live.

Very nice apartments for affordable prices and even more friendlier staff. I mainly worked with Yolanda and she made the process extremely easy for me. I was moving from a different state so I could not personally tour the apartment I applied for, but Yolanda helped by giving me very detailed tour of the apartment which was super helpful. Overall great experience and would recommend to others.

I moved here from Florida and have been here for almost two years. Calisha made the move in process easy and has always been responsive throughout my entire lease. Today I went into the rental office at Tramore Village because I got a text from them saying I had a package there. This is the kind of care Tramore Village shows to their tenants. When I went inside the office today I could not help but notice how serene it was in there with the soft music playing, nice and clean and the fragrance of the room fresheners was wonderful. Much so that after leaving I called back and spoke to Yolanda (property manager) to ask what was the fragrance. She shared that info with me. Such a wonderful place to live with managers like Yolanda, Calisha and Bobbie to make the time you live at Tramore Village very comfortable! I love living here.

Summery at Zanjero is a nice quiet beautiful living space. The neighbors are all super friendly and the location is super convenient. Being near the Westgate area you would expect heavy traffic and noise but it is the complete opposite. With just less than a 5 minute drive to work the location is perfect. Jennifer is super helpful she explains things in such a professional manner but she is also super welcoming. The gym is super convenient and I like that they don’t have music blasting so you can still hear your own music without having to blast your ears. I am truly looking forward for the rest of my stay here at Summerly.

My husband and I have lived here 3 1/2 years. It's been a nice community to live and we love our apartment home. The management team make you feel at home and any issues you have, they are quick to resolve them.

I've had a very happy stay at Cortland Craig Ranch thus far. The team at the leasing office are very helpful - from the time I moved in to this day, I've had no issues. Even if there were any issues with my apartment, they've been speedily rectified by the maintenance team. I'd very happily recommend this community to anyone!

I'd like highlight a quick and thorough response by members of the maintenance team recently. Lead by their supervisor Mikkel, they were able to diagnose and make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. I really appreciate the level of concern, attention to detail and great customer service that was provided.

Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. Going to the Club House just to have a café Mocha free also anytime of the day or night, where there is a gym, computer roo

The maintenance team here at tramore are phenomenal. Work orders or maintenance request are done in the timely manner and clean up after the work has been completed. Upon moving in, Felipe personally made sure that my apartment was clean and appliances were up-to-date; the repairs were done the same day. On another occasion it took teamwork. The situation was resolved within 48 hours respectively. The quality of work repair and clean up was beyond of what I expected. Felipe and Tim, yous guys are my heroes! My family and pets appreciate yous guys, Thank you.

I have a Brand New Found respect for Felipe my maintenance man. When you have an older gentleman on staff, you automatically feel as if “he’s the wise one” but after speaking with Felipe about his skill history while he and his senior manager got my air going today also hilariously listening to how his senior manager continuously owes him lunch because he has so much knowledge about his profession, I have got to say “You definitely cannot judge a book by its cover!” LOL Thx again Felipe and my apologies for the underestimating.
