The Villas At Tuttle royale is exceptional! The amenities are unbelievable, but most importantly are the staff/maintenance personnel. The service that Aubrey provided me was exceptional. Her professionalism, Friendly manner, and handholding me through The whole process of moving made my move less stressful. I would also like to thank Karen and Jackson, who also went out of their way. I would highly recommend The Villas at Tuttle Royale.

The leasing and maintenance folks are excellent. They address your concerns and truly are outstanding performers. Facilities are new and the people are friendly. On site dog park is a nice benefit for pet people.

We moved into the Villas at Tuttle Royale about one month ago and we absolutely love it here! The office staff, Karen, Aubrey and Jackson, are so helpful and kind and have been amazing to work with during lease signing and move in. The complex is beautiful and super dog friendly! We love the amenities and our dog loves the dog run and dog park!

Update March 2nd: I upped my rating as I have heard from my sales rep that my unit and building has received its approval documents for occupancy and he has been in the unit twice to make sure the cleaners did a good job. On Ward and forward to a very beautiful new home!!! Thank you Jackson. Original post Feb 28th. Good day !!! I have been having adequate communication connections. My building is 4 unit 101 expectated move in date is March 13th. It was to receive final document approval today, February 28th. Could you please let me know if this unit is ready to move in and share a photo of the approval document and completed unit? If unable to share a photo of the approval document a photo of the completed unit will do fine. Thus far I have NOT heard this date has changed. So my expectation is all is on track. Once I have a reply to this post and what info I hear back may change my rating. Thank you, Pamela

What an amazing property and can’t wait to move in. Jackson and Aubrey were incredible leasing agents and highly recommended going to see them. These are some of the nicest apartments I’ve seen in South FL. The gym and sauna are also amazing.

After spending two weeks touring various options, we discovered The Villas at Tuttle Royale. Despite being slightly further from where we initially wanted to live, we decided to schedule a tour. From our very first interaction, Jackson, Karen, and Aubrey from the leasing team were incredible to work with as we searched for our next home. Jackson was especially accommodating, allowing us to return multiple times to compare units without ever making us feel rushed or like we were a bother. The entire team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect floor plan, making the process as seamless as could be. It’s clear that the management is genuinely committed to providing an exceptional living experience, something that’s hard to find these days.
