I have to say…this property really out did themselves. I recently moved in and it was so seamless and stress free. The apartment is very big for a 3 bedroom and so clean and well kept, so is the community. The office staff have been very accommodating and professional. My family and I are so happy to call this home for now.

This Month I had to downsize my apartment to a one bedroom. Michelle always listened and was willing to do anything she could. I have never been at an apartment complex where I feel safer than at the Terraces. The maintenance staff (Jeff and Jansel in particular) are two of the nicest and most responsive people I have ever had the pleasure of welcoming into my home. They have always completed our maintenance requests within 48 hours (MAX but mainly within 24 hours).

My husband and I visited many complexes over the last week as we are looking to move down here from Massachusetts. We had a tour with Andre, let me just tell you, it was spectacular. It’s important to us to have nice amenities. They have a dog park, which is super important to us. All of the staff we walked past were super friendly which gave us a warm welcome feeling. Got a chance to tour the Property this past Saturday. Really interested in moving their. I have lived in a few of Cortland properties and the customer experience has always been on point. Michele was very helpful in everything thing she did. I didn't find out until after the visit was over that she was just filling in and not even a part of the Cortland teams. I think she would make a great team player, because she knew everything about the property or as they would say she knew about the Cortland experience.

I moved in recently and absolutely love my apartment. I am within walking distance to Publix and many restaurants with really good food. The best part is that my apartment is on the third floor so my time at home is very quiet and also is close to the dog park. I love working out in the fitness center and enjoy stopping into the office to say hello to Andre and the Manager Cheryl. They always make me feel welcomed. The last time I stopped by, they offered me candy from the Valentine's Day candy bar, which I thought was a neat idea. I would definitely recommend living here.

We have lived here for about 5 years and the team in the office is amazing. They are so friendly and inviting and host such fun resident events. They are making an effort to beautify the community after the previous management company. They are sure to keep the entire up to date with all items happening at the community via email and text. The maintenance team is very quick and tend to resolve all work orders fast.

I would like to thank the terraces , maintenance worker Jeff for the expert work finding out what the problem was with my central air system, and his quick work to help just before the thanksgiving holiday, and it takes team work to get the job done so thanks to Angelo as well for his excellent work for placing the work order well done guys i really appreciate it Joe Thomas.

The office staff is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I moved from out of state and had trouble finding housing in a timely manner. Angelo gave us a tour of the model and we rented the same floorplan. Thank you Terraces !

I recently toured with Andre at the community and I felt right at home. He was extremely personable and made me feel a part of the team. He introduced me to office staff and a Maintenance guy when we were touring. I’ll be moving early next year and can’t wait.

I ‘ve lived here for almost two years in two different apartments and plan to stay especially since the schools are excellent. My family loves being so close to all of the popular restaurants and stores and enjoys being close to the pool. The maintenance team always takes care of my issues quickly and the so does the office people.

I’ve been living at the Terraces since April and it’s been one of the best experiences I’ve had. Not to mention, the last apartment I lived at was a dump compared to this place. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you enjoy great amenities and access to local stores right around the corner. Even when management changed, the staff was always friendly and prompt as well as the maintenance workers. Definitely a great community and if you need anything I recommend asking for Angelo!

Definitely no complaints while living at the Terraces at lake mary. The entire staff is friendly and is sure to meet any needs or solve any concerns you may have. Not to mention the amenities for the price you pay heavily outweigh the competitors in the area on top of having easy and quick access to grocery stores like target and Publix. Definitely recommend living here to anyone in the greater Orlando area.

Lived there for 3.5 years. Enjoyed my stay there. Great kitchen with gas stove! Can be a bit noisy if you have inconsiderate individuals living upstairs but most apartments are that way. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Living in Lake Mary is great!

I’ve lived at this complex for about 6 months now and absolutely love it! The property’s management team keeps the place well organized and clean. But the best team on property is definitely the maintenance workers! They make sure everything is fixed in a timely fashion and beyond kind. I really appreciate everything they have done and love living here!

I love the clean and safe environment that you try to provide. I feel safe walking at night here because there is a gate system and people are usually courteous and quiet at night.

The maintenance staff try to make life here the best possible for us! They pick up after people making the grounds beautiful for everyone. They fix things in the most timely manner and are so nice ! It is such a nice experience to see a friendly face or say a friendly hello as they go about their day. And they are always sharing helpful hints to help us out!
