I am so excited about my new home. From the very beginning stepping on the property Jasmine has been an amazing help. She was soo patient and kind. She gave me a full tour of the community and let me know what they offer. I was confused on which unit I wanted and end up moving up to a 2bedroom 2 bath and Jasmine assisted with that process. I was allowed to tour my unit before signing my lease which made me feel comfortable. There were a few small things that needed to be fixed before my move and all things were fixed the day I received my keys. The community is quiet and feels safe. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area ask for Jasmine !! So professional and kind. She is a life saver .

We are really happy with our new apartment. Manuel was great in the entire moving process he answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very professional with us, was patine with us when we wanted to change for a second floor unit and helped us with our needs. We can see how much effort the office team it’s putting into the community. Maintenance also comes for work orders in a timely manner. They are also always trying to do little things for the residents and have good move in specials. Great place!

I have had the most seamless viewing and move in process with the Assistant Community Manager Jazmine Lewis. She’s attentive, kind, supportive and knowledgeable about the community. Every interaction has felt like I’m communicating with a friend, while still maintaining great professionalism. Jazmine is awesome! As for my unit, so far so good. So far my experience with The springs has been stress free and wonderful. I love the energy that I get from the complex and from the leasing agent Jazmine! Jazmine has worked closely, quickly, and efficiently with me from the moment I submitted my application. I sent the application through and was approved the same day just by working with Jazmine to get everything submitted. The grounds are beautiful and you can tell that they are trying to spruce it up and make it an even more attractive location. I feel like I’m in a condo more than an apartment. It’s also very affordable for the amenities that I see available so far! As far as the unit, I love the high ceilings and the flooring. I don’t have a newer renovated unit but it’s so beautiful that you can barely tell. I am so grateful to have found this place at the time that I have, I say give this place a chance if you can and hopefully you are blessed enough to work with Jazmine.

She showed me the 2bd1ba that im now living in and provided lots of information about the area/facilities/community, i was in love immediately! With little time to move her and the staff were able to get me approved and moved in at a high rate of speed. The new management team- Cortland has been nothing but great for me! The maintenance team is very quick to address your issues which is a huge plus. The new renovations and landscaping will impress you! The community events are great too!
