I moved in almost a week ago now and have had a very good experience so far! Jazmine in the front office was so nice and super helpful when it came to approval/move in procedures. She showed me the 2bd1ba that im now living in and provided lots of information about the area/facilities/community, i was in love immediately! It's a super charming community and im eager to see the renovations when they're completed. I can tell the owners care a lot about this place so far and im happy to call it home. Thanks Jazmine!!!

Great location connected to shopping, schools, and entertainment. I've lived here for over five years and love the transformation Cortland is doing; having one of the former staff member, Ms. Jazmine Lewis, continue on from the former company persist with professional assistant managing. Ms. Lewis not only listens to the concerns of residents, but implement actions towards them immediately making sure residents concerns are dealt in a timely and professional manner.
