I had a great experience with Ravyn, the leasing manager during my apartment visit. Although the office was super busy and quite chaotic she was eager to assist me . Ravyn was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour smooth and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel welcome and confident in considering the property. Her expertise and customer service is definitely a 10/10 .Thank you for the excellent service!

I have lived here for a longtime and it's the best place to live in the neighborhood as far as I am concern. The agents( offices) go to the extra miles to satisfy any request I may have. I am incredibly thankful for finding Elme, because the apartment I originally planned to move into gave me the runaround—which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Elme truly came through at the last minute and saved the day. I applied on Friday, May 28th, and despite the weekend and the holiday on Monday, I was approved by Tuesday—an unbelievably fast turnaround—and moved in the very next day, Wednesday. I had the pleasure of working with Emely, and she is absolutely amazing. From the moment I explained my situation to her, she was understanding, compassionate, and proactive. Emely made sure I was able to see the exact apartment I would be moving into so I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Her dedication and efficiency were unmatched, and she genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Honestly, I don’t want to work with anyone else but Emely. She’s professional, solution-oriented, and truly has leadership qualities. I sincerely believe she deserves a manager

This apartment complex is a wonderful complex to move into. I would highly recommend this as a moving option. Maintenance handles work orders in a timely manner and the leasing staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I chose this place just off the way I was recieved. I haven’t been to many apartments where the management show me the apartments more than once and try their best to show me the pros and cons. I can say they show me good service. Minus a couple quirks with their schedule (which seems to change on the daily lord!), whoever own this property made a good choice of management. They do still have to work with maintenance… I’ve had a little issue since I moved in that I thought would be fixed fast but still 4 months into it im waiting… not a bad place at all, just make sure you dot your i’s when it comes to issues

I had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Ashley. I called at about 11:30am and was inquiring about touring a space. Ashley did inform me that they were a little busy at that exact moment but I could come around 1:30, so I did. I arrived the wait wasn’t long at all. Ashley was very helpful. She helped me find the best apartment for my budget. Ashley explained everything step by step regarding the whole application process and how everything would work out the first month. My boyfriend & I viewed the Charleston Model Apartment. It was very aesthetically pleasing, I would prefer wood flooring over carpet throughout the apartment. The square footage & walk-in closets were amazing. Ashley was very helpful & insightful on the different floor plans to choose from. Overall a great experience!
