I have been living with my husband here for 2 years now, going on our 3rd year with our little baby now . I have had a good experience since I been here , cant complain... Little problems here and there from the building being older but the maintenance guy will be quick to fix any problems . They redid the office side living area which I love!!! The cleaning ladies are always making is smell and look spotless , I love the cleaning ladies! And my best experience i have had since I been here was the office staff Holly zvolanek 😇 she was the most understanding person I could meet , I love my experience with her I could give her a 100 out 10 I would ❤️ So sad her time as a office lady has past Thank HOLLY 😊 🙏 for your amazing time🫠

Kristina L was amazing on our tour this week. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to show me multiple apartments as well as the amenities. She made us feel right at home, and made the choice feel so easy. With experience in property management, I know how important the touring experience is and ours was excellent. I have been living at The Overlook at Daytona for over two years now, and I can honestly say my experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, everything has been smooth and stress-free. The community is well maintained and feels safe, which is very important to me. The management and staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever needed, although I’ve had no real issues during my time here. Maintenance requests, when made, are handled promptly and efficiently. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like home. I am very satisfied living here and would highly recommend The Overlook at Daytona to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Amazing! The entire process was smooth and easy. Everyone has been extremely nice and very helpful. The property is perfect for my needs. The gym is very convenient and the pool is nice and relaxing. Just a 12 minute walk to the ocean!! I would highly recommend. A++

Great place to live. 4 blocks from the beach. Close to Downtown. A lot of food nearby. Apartments are nice. It’s next to the highway so it’s sometimes loud. Maintenance staff is good. Christina and Kristina are great. Overall really like this place

Nice location, on the Halifax River and short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, well kept, good staff, and amenities. The rent is reasonable, and it is a safe secure place to live. Recently all rooms have been upgraded with new kitchen appliances and floors.

Me and my fiancée moved into our first apartment together in August of this year. This was the first apartment we toured, and we didn’t have to look anywhere else. The overlook has been such a great an experience and is now apart of our journey together as a couple. Such a good location and great price. Just a walk away from the beach, and steps from the river. On a street with bars and food, I can’t imagine a better place to start off our marriage and life with one another.

We’ve lived here for 2 years we moved in to a 1 bed rm then a year later we moved to a 2 bedroom and the whole team, office as well as the maintenance team have been helpful and willing to help at any time. When we call for anything they take care of it immediately. Even if we don’t call, we get messages asking if there is anything we need like a lightbulb changed. There’s a few activities a month for the residents and holiday contests. These are a great bunch ova here!!! The Lazala’s

Absolutely love The Overlook! Apartments and complex are clean, the pool is well maintained and has the most beautiful view. They recently redid the game room, and its awesome! Both Kristina, and Christina in the office are the sweetest and always ready to go the extra mile for us residents! I love it here!

I recently bought a faucet mounted water purifier and tried to install it but realized the faucet was not allowing me to attach it due to how it was designed. I put a ticket in at 9pm on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon they had replaced the faucet and even installed the water purifier! That was going the extra mile kn my book! Thanks for a quick turnaround! Keep being awesome!

First of all, the apartments are absolutely beautiful. We were apprehensive at first as the apartments are located just before the sea breeze bridge, but everything else more than made up for it. The view from any balcony is breathtaking, with a combination of the sea, the river, or the city. There’s plenty of parking both indoor and outdoor, with so many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. As soon as we entered, we were immediately in love. The main office is so inviting and fresh, and the staff were so friendly. We talked to Kristina who was very sweet and thoughtful. She showed us both buildings and any apartments we wanted to see, often pointing out the specific differences in layout and views and features. She was incredibly informative and so very helpful, which is a rare find you know if you’ve gone apartment shopping recently. Overall the experience was very wonderful. I’ve been searching for a while, so I had a few different options that I was juggling, but this visit blew all others out o

I had a great tour and over all great experience at the Overlook. The building was very nice and clean. The leasing office staff was very nice and helpful. The apartments were well maintained and they had a lot of options for a 1 bedroom. Would very much recommend the Overlook to anyone looking for something close to all the action but still very quiet and beautiful. The river is right outside your door!!!

My experience with Christina, the resident relations manager, has been fantastic. I toured the apartment virtually and she was very patient with showing me multiple units. She went above and beyond by climbing 6 flights of stairs so that we wouldn’t be cut off in the elevator. She always has a smile in person and that can be heard over the phone as well. She has alleviated several of my concerns with her understanding and guidance and appreciate all of her help with my move from Georgia.

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Overlook, I love this place! The facility is completely renovated and updated, everything is clean and bright and new. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. I've hardly needed the maintenance staff but once I entered a request it was addressed and fixed immediately. The view of the Halifax from my patio is breathtaking, especially the sunsets, and the beach is a short walk the other direction. Anything I need and all of the popular destinations are a short walk away or a quick drive. I love the fitness center, the clubhouse (with a pool table), and the pool. We get resident appreciation discounts at local businesses. There is a nice public park area next door to walk the dog. There was even a nice little welcome package with snacks and a card at move in. On top of it all, I get all of this for a very reasonable price. The only negative I have is the towing company that patrols the parking lot is unforgiving (and unnecessary in my opinion as

On an “almost move,” we went to tour the apartments at the Overlook. From the moment we walked in, we liked what we saw. The main lobby was offered calm and relaxing vibes. We were quickly welcomed by Kristina who showed us around. Once in the apartment, we were very impressed with the beautiful views of both the ocean and the intracoastal. All of the tenants who we met seemed super friendly too. As it turns out, we ended up staying where we are, but I wanted to write this because we were so impressed by them and would recommend to anyone looking in Daytona.

I have lived at The Overlook for the last year and honestly for the first time in a very long time I can say I have no negatives. Issues are handled with a sense of urgency and the staff is always ready to help. From my original tour, my move in, and now my early move out; Hollie and her staff are truly great to deal with. The only reason I'm leaving is a job transfer, which was very a surprise and caused me to have to move very quickly; Hollie (during the hurricane none-the-less) answered every question I had, gave me solid facts and solutions to my situation and honestly just gave me the piece of mind that it wasn't something that wasn't easy to deal with. I've never said I'm going to miss an apartment, but I'll miss The Overlook.

These apartments are the best!!! Beautiful, clean and an amazing view. The lobby is so chic, the fitness center is so nice - it definitely gives luxury.
