Moving into a new apartment can be overwhelming, especially when it’s all new to you, but Yara and Nancy have made this process so much easier! Yara has been incredibly patient with me every step of the way. I’ve called quite a few times with questions because I’m new to all of this, and she has always taken the time to help me, explain things clearly, and never make me feel like a bother. Nancy has been absolutely amazing. She let me tour the apartment twice until I felt completely comfortable with my decision, and she really took the time to build a genuine connection with both me and my fiancé. She broke EVERYTHING down for me, answered every question, and never once made me feel dumb for asking. She consistently goes above and beyond and truly cares about the people she’s helping. One thing that really stood out to me is that many of the team members have been there for several years, which is something you don’t see often at apartment communities. Just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I can’t be more happy with my new home. I came across a few minor damages in my apartment and maintenance got it taken care of that day. Anytime I walk into the leasing office with any questions or in need of help, the staff is always there to help me out. S/o to Amy Garza she is very helpful and does anything she can to make my life easier and get things done.

Amy did a great job helping me find the perfect apartment! I found the apartment online at a good price but she helped me with discounts and everything necessary to give me the best price possible. She also kept me informed of everything that needed to be done before move-in, even though everything was spelled out in emails and text messages. She went over everything carefully and re-explained anything I had questions on. She also understood, expressed concern, and helped me to bring my fiance to the apartment later. Amy went above and beyond showing me the apartment, facilities, and with the paperwork to help me lease the apartment. Thank you for all your help, Amy!

The support I received during my move in experience was honestly more than what I had expected. Amy Garza and the property management team were very helpful with making sure that I had everything I needed for my move in. I’m truly grateful for the help I received in making this process easy. I am confident that as a resident I will continue to receive the same treatment and support as the day of my move in. After living here three days, I’ve already had encounters with the friendly residents and am beginning to feel that I will enjoy being part of this quiet community.

Not a tenant, while apartment hunting I stopped here with my girlfriend and we were treated very well by Daniel at the leasing office. He did a wonderful job showing us the property and touring a unit. Daniel remained professional and friendly the entire time. The units were nice and this apartment was in our top 3, but unfortunately we found an apartment in a better area for us. Had this complex been closer it would have been our top pick.
