Amy did a great job helping me find the perfect apartment! I found the apartment online at a good price but she helped me with discounts and everything necessary to give me the best price possible. She also kept me informed of everything that needed to be done before move-in, even though everything was spelled out in emails and text messages. She went over everything carefully and re-explained anything I had questions on. She also understood, expressed concern, and helped me to bring my fiance to the apartment later. The support I received during my move in experience was honestly more than what I had expected. Amy Garza and the property management team were very helpful with making sure that I had everything I needed for my move in. I’m truly grateful for the help I received in making this process easy. I am confident that as a resident I will continue to receive the same treatment and support as the day of my move in. Not a tenant, while apartment hunting I stopped here with my girlfriend and we were treated very well by Daniel at the leasing office. He did a wonderful job showing us the property and touring a unit. Daniel remained professional and friendly the entire time. The units were nice and this apartment was in our top 3, but unfortunately we found an apartment in a better area for us. Had this complex been closer it would have been our top pick.

Everything has been good, had spider issues but it was addressed quickly, theirs an open field behind my apartment building, so it understandable that they might be spiders and other insects around. Everyone at the flats are helpful, attentive, and they show that they care.

I've lived here for a couple of years and it's been great. The location is so convenient with access to many different major highways. I can make it to the gate at Lackland in under 10 minutes! The office and maintenance people are friendly and quick to help. I love that the pool, it's always clean and so peaceful.

It has been a really good experience living here. It’s pretty quiet, even though I’m right by the pool. Staff is amazing and very attentive. There are never any surprises with rent. Maintenance are quick and personable. I loooove our pool! I will probably move into a larger unit when my lease is up.

What can I say other than this place has been my home for the last 17 years. I would not have stayed if I didn't feel safe, like I mattered, and even feel like family. Many apartment complexes to choose from in the area but if you're looking for a "home", The Flats is the home for you. The office staff and maintenance team make life effortless with how attentive they are when it comes to questions, maintenance matters and taking care of their residents. The little things, like, special events go along way in making this feel like a family ccommunity.

Christina was my point person during the move and she has been very informative and communicative throughout the entire move in process. It’s been wonderful a wonderful living experience for myself and my family. I like the overall ambiance in the community. Theirs is never any issue with parking, the maintenance team are very friendly, and very efficient in resolving ultility issues as quickly as possible. The leasing team have excellent customer service skills.

I moved in a few weeks ago, and the process has been extremely easy. Miss Christina in the front office has made this seamless and even helped me with some packages before I moved in. When I had a maintenance concern, it was dealt with the same day, which was nice. The property is always really clean. I really enjoyed the valet trash service. And overall, it’s kind of quiet, even though I’m right by the pool it’s not generally loud, which is nice.

recently my boyfriend and i moved from north texas to san antonio. i was very stressed out and overwhelmed about decisions on where to live after having bad experiences previously. i first met christina when i toured this complex she mad the decision very easy by being very open and transparent about it and immediately made me feel welcomed. after touring 6 apartments that day the choice was very easy. so thanks to christina and the team at the apartments, im excited to call this our home. our first few months have been amazing.

The unit itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a layout that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Maintenance is fast and make sure issues are resolved promptly. The addition of food trucks and events adds a nice touch to community life, making it feel like a true neighborhood. The 24-hour fitness center is a game-changer, especially for my late-night workouts. During the summer the pool has never been closed for maintenance, don’t know how they do it! Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!

My friend recently invited me over and I was beyond impressed with how nice the complex is. We primarily were at the pool, which is gorgeous, but you can just sense the pride in the upkeep and maintenance of the complex. We cooked at the bbq pit and was surprised there was such a perk! If I ever need to move, The Flats are definitely at the top of my search list.

Hi, I needed a place to move in ASAP and a coworker suggested several apartments in Westover hills. The flats responded to my inquiry first and were awesome all throughout the process. I applied around 3am Saturday morning and they managed to get me moved in by Tuesday around 6pm. Christina went above and beyond waiting Tuesday night for me to show up. My appointment was at 4:30 but I couldn't make it till their closing time but she patiently waited and went through the moving process with me well after 6pm. Thank you Christina I really appreciate the patience and support you gave me. I got a great discount too when I moved in,wasn't expecting it so that was an added bonus. My apartment is all I wanted and more. I'm only a week old at the apartment but I think the service is going to be consistent throughout my lease period and if I don't move to a different city I will probably renew my lease which is something I have never said or done before.

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had a wonderful time visiting Flats! I have been looking around the 151 area and this place really stuck out. The garbage areas were clean and not overflowing. The pool was clean and loved the dog park for my pup. Best of all, Christina was so nice and asked about everything that was important to me. I’m not moving for some time but will be back in the Fall!

Nice apartments and nice staff, but not very well treated prior to move-in. Fleas everywhere, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and there was a roach painted over in the air vent. There is also next to no notice of entry, and such isn't included in the lease. DEFINITELY have cameras set up to be safe. IF you have no issue dealing with these, the apartments themselves are quite nice.

I been here 3 years ish years. Maybe 4. I started off in a 3 bed now I’m in a 2 and I honestly loved both for plans. The staff is great. They are understanding and work with my issues. Very welcoming. Terrell is real easy and cool to talk to. When he showed my friend an apartment she wanted to get one just because he was a gentleman and didn’t try to sell us like other people do. He just let us look around and answered questions. Was nice enough to open doors for us. Maintenance is also extremely helpful no matter how many times I harass them.

I was skeptical at first because of the higher price in rent but after applying when we got approved my wife was very happy and so over my kids finally a place and some breathing room there's three bedroom massive apartment beats out what I had before and the maintenance team is very quick and prompt. Very clean units and well maintained. And we're glad to keep our kids in the same school zone.

We toured a 2 bedroom with Terrell and really liked the apartment. Terrell was really friendly and told us a lot of great details about the amenities and the complex in general. He was even able to show us where our actual apartment would be located if we chose to move, which was really helpful! We ended up moving in, and everything has been really seamless. The maintenance team is amazing! We put in a request and got the issue resolved the same day, which was wonderful.

I seriously can not thank Nancy, Jazz & Terrell for all that they do for this property and for us tenants. They know how to handle their responsibilities, communicate well, and keeping up with the property. I can not forget all the cool things they do for us, pool parties to kick off summer time, food trucks weekly, and nice treats at the clubhouse for all. They’re great people! Awesome property!! The office staff are just great and always so welcoming. I love that the property is always well kept up and you see the landscaping people here on site regularly. The maintenance team does an amazing job completing work orders in a timely manner. This staff here is amazing and take such good care of residents and the property. Darryl the maintenance man always takes care of the work request so fast and will always leave my dog a treat on the way out. Nancy has been here several years and always takes time to chat with us and helps with any issues we have. Pool is always so clean also!

Every morning on my way to work I see a maintanence guy cleaning the pool for us!! That is so reassuring that they care about us and take pride in the community they work at. Good to know we get to swim in a clean pool lol and the hours are great because I do not finish work until 6pm and can use the pool until 10PM!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They helped me on short notice get into a new apartment home with no hassle, easy move-in, and any concerns addressed right away. I couldn’t be happier. The location of my apartment is directly in front of the pool, which is relaxing to hear everybody come together and peacefully hang out on the weekends or during the week with their children. Residents are very friendly, people walking. Their dogs are friendly and clean up after their animals. Overall, I really like The Flats At Westover Hills and would recommend to anyone.

Upon arrival of my scheduled tour Terrell was super friendly and welcoming. I was shown the lounge, gym, and pool; all super great amenities, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The apartment I was shown was perfect in size for one person (587 sqft). It has up to date appliances, good sized balcony, modern temperature control thermostat, and most importantly; in-unit washer and dryer justifying the affordable price of the unit. After touring 2 other Cortland properties in San Antonio, Terrell sold me on living here

Being new to San Antonio it was scary looking for a great place to stay. My family and I have been the Flats at Westover by Cortland for a year and had an amazing experience. They have awesome front office staff, Brandi and Nancy are amazing. They also kept a clean environment and maintenance was very responsive. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend.

Toured as a walk in, the community was nice. The Assistant Manager Jazz made our experience very comfortable, I loved the the fixtures and hardware. I am actually taking being a resident into consideration the only thing that is having me wait on it is a personal preference on attached bathrooms but overall staff and area was very friendly and well kept. She did mention that if it were possible there may be a $25-$50 fee added to the monthly rent, that was a bit confusing to me since the carpet was not going to be used and just removed but it wasn’t a big deal, at least they’d be able to possibly accommodate my wishes. Their prices are pretty fair considering how spacious and gorgeous their floor plans are. AND they have washers and dryers included too,

Why not start here, like me! find the apply button, The process is easy, literally like 1,2,3. The communication that this team has is outstanding. The tour set up was wonderful. Being assisted on day one and their decision made up within 48hours was amazingly surprising to me. Contacting The Flats Team was a big stress relief of “will I be able to find a new place in time before my lease is up!” The team did an amazing job with me. I recently moved to The Flats at Westover Hills from Chicago. The apartments are very cozy and there is a ton to do in its surrounding areas. The maintenance & staff have gone above & beyond. Jazz not only helped me navigate the usual headaches of a big move, but she also took extra steps to help me settle in, offering local recommendations. This will be my fourth time moving and about the trillionth apartment tour I have done, and the outcome was definitely what I was expecting at all. First off let me go ahead and tell you that the rooms are a decent size, and the layout of the floor plans are very convenient especially if you are moving with other people! Second off they have lots to offer and they are also pet friendly which I LOVE, and lastly, the person whom gave us the tour welcomed us with stems wide open and a smile that was hard not to mirror back! He was so friendly, informative, and welcoming, he knew all the questions nervous renters would ask and made us feel more comfortable with everything he was telling us about, he was also so funny and had us laughing most of the time he was showing us around. Terrell made this tour worth it and had us with how great these apartments are, we look forward to continuing the process and hopefully seeing his face once we get settled!

I have been considering moving to San Antonio, I went to see The Flats at Westover Hills to check out the apartments, I was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Terrell who was very helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel like I was a resident already. My experience at this apartment complex has been very pleasant. Things that would be useful to the general public? - I have noticed that the roads, streets and grounds are kept in decent repair, and while they are not luxurious, they are definitely beautiful and in good condition. - The neighbors so far have been very courteous and polite as well as quite. There has been a little bit of noise at some times but nothing outrageous or unbearable. - The apartment staff appear to be courteous and professional in all my interactions with them. They also have a great deal of empathy as shown by how many of them raced to help a neighboring apartment complex when they had a portion of their lawn catch on fire. All in all. An excellent apartment complex. The only drawback that I would see in this environment is the fact that the speed limit is officially posted as 5 miles an hour within the complex. It makes my corporate owned car a little annoyed with me whenever I drive too fast. But, other then that it's great! :)

I don’t live here. I call yesterday afternoon and they quoted me a price and ask me if i wanted a tour i said yes we can go now, but they told me it was closed. So sad to have to leave the flats. But i loved my apartment complex! When moving in, the apartment was CLEANED spotless. I usually like to clean before moving in all my things, and i really only had to disinfect & wipe down. The deep cleaning had already been done, and that was a big plus for me! They are a legit company, and they care about the way their units look from the outside and inside. Always quiet, never any issues! I would recommend this complex to anyone, so sad we had to move unfortunately. Even during the winter storm, It was completely out of their control (understood) even though that time of the year felt forever (even with repairs) they were on it & no issues further after that. Going to miss it there, truly felt like home! My one star would go away only because, our upstairs apartment neighbors had ours smelling like weed every night around 12am on the dot…. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. My sister lives here and she's constantly telling me how much she loves the maintenance techs there. I was over one weekend when her AC went out and Ralph went over and was super sweet. He assured her her AC would be fixed in no time. My sister just had a baby and it was very hot, Ralph had her AC fixed in no time and even made polite conversation so it wasn't awkward. My sister was very pleased and I will be moving here when my lease is up.

I can’t rave enough about this staff! Experienced, Energetic, Efficient and most of all Caring. Nancy has been very transparent and provided assistance every time I’ve had a question or concern. Honestly- they are one of the reasons I stay here. It’s home and they are like family. That’s y’all ☺️ They deserve a raise!

From the moment I stepped on property it felt like home. With it being my first apartment I had alot of questions. Brandi and Nancy answered all of them and put my fears to rest. I’m sure I’ll be living here for a very long time. Thank you ladies for making the transition so easy for me.

I absolutely love the front office staff and maintenance. The front office staff is so warm and welcoming! They greet me and my dog every time we walk pass the office. Maintenance is great! They are quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with.

The Flats at Westover Hills has become our home away from home. Brandi, Nancy and Priscilla have been so helpful. My residency at the Flats of Westover hills was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was professional and helpful when needed. The maintenance department was friendly and great as well.

I have never lived at a property where the manager is so involved. Brandi has spoken highly of her since she showed us the complex and so far nothing has been a lie. Bonus points to Brandi and Nancy for knowing me, my husband and my dogs name by heart.

I recently leased a unit at The Flats at Westover Hills and the whole process was easy and seamless. The leasing team were all professional and courteous, they followed up with me the next day after viewing and made applying a breeze. My unit was clean and ready for me as promised. Nancy did a great job making sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love living in such a wonderful community! It is such a safe and homey environment and I enjoy how pet friendly it is. The office management is so helpful, so understanding and is always willing to go the extra mile. I always get my work orders done within 24hrs, I have been living here for only a couple months but I have absolutely 0 complaints. Definitely going to be renewing after a year.

Absolutely love it here. The apartments are cozy and they must have thick walls or something because I'm not being woken up by one of my neighbor's phone alarm ringing next door like my old place. On top of everything the staff rocks. They are quick to handle any issues i have and they're so friendly.

My family and I toured with Priscilla recently and her customer service skills are out of this world! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and at home. She was very knowledgeable about the property and amenities. Her enthusiasm was contagious and she had us very excited to live there! We ultimately chose a house for our new residence but will definitely tell all of our friends about The Flats at Westover Hills and Ms. Priscilla!

If I could it would be 4.75 stars!!! I’ve lived in 5 states and a ton of apartments; the customer service and the maintenance team here is beyond amazing! Veronica is by far an amazing person to work with and Chloe is awesome too! Mike and Andrew on the maintenance team have always taken care of all my (sometimes) annoying needs. The only reason I am deducting is the noise from neighbors above me was unreal sometimes; but management gave them warnings and helped mitigate pretty well. If I wasn’t laid off due to Covid; I would still be living here! Love the Flats!

I've been pleasantly surprised by the speedy repairs, cleanliness, and garbage pickup by Cortland management. Chloe, one of the leasing consultants who I have had most interaction with, is a rock star! She's always efficient, eager to please, cordial and professional. All employees I've come into contact with at Cortland are "on the ball." I also love the smoke-free environment and quiet.
